  Our Wedding 10-20-2023

  The DJ and MC from Long Island Sound were incredible! They kept people on the dance floor all night! They made the party what it was! They were able to engage all guests, even ones who don't like to dance. They my husband and I feel very comfortable especially with our first dance! They were able to play to the crowd. I would highly recommend them! People are still talking about the playlist and music 4 months later!

  Best DJs! People were dancing all night long!

  Working with the Long Island sound team for our wedding was amazing! They were professional, helpful, and fun. Scott recommended Tommy as our MC and Craig as our DJ and shared their experience with us. Right before the reception started, we reviewed everything we wanted with them and they helped us get excited for a great night. Tommy stayed on top of our schedule and did a great job engaging our guests. Craig played the perfect mix of songs- the dance floor was packed all night. Everyone has told us our wedding was one of the best and most fun they’ve ever been to and Long Island sound was a huge part of that!

  Craig & Vito- The Best!

  Our wedding was on 7/2/22. We had Craig as our DJ and Vito as our MC. These guys were the absolute best. They were so genuinely nice and attentive, and everyone was raving about how awesome they were. The music was so great and everyone was on the dance floor. My friend is getting married this coming May and decided to hire them for her wedding!

  Best dj ever

  ust got married on 05/15/2022, and choosing LI Sound was the best decision we ever made! Vito was our MC and he was absolutely amazing and made us feel like family! Russell was our DJ and everyone kept telling us how amazing the music was! The dance floor was never empty! If you want a fun day where you know everything is taken care of and you’re in the best hands, then book with LI sound. Danny and I thank you all for making the planning so easy and for making our special day one we will never forget ❤️

  Outstanding music the entire night, had the entire wedding on the dance floor

  Long Island sound delivered amazing music and entertainment for our wedding. Our 155 guests danced the entire night, and I don’t think one person sat down! The MC was great as well. We even asked for a few more encore songs and they delivered every one of them! We are so happy we chose Long Island sound!

  Amazing entertainment

  This was the easiest decision for my husband and I to make when planning our wedding. We were fortunate enough to see them firsthand at my cousin's wedding and were sold that night to book them for ours. The planning and working relationship with Long Isand Sound was seamless. At our wedding, people went on and on about how excellent they were and the music selection. Such an excellent experience!!

  Absolutely recommend, hands down!

  My fiancé and I met with Chris for our initial meeting/consultation. He was amazing- super easy to talk to, explained everything in such an understandable way, friendly and professional yet also very relatable. Before we met, I browsed through their website and was a bit overwhelmed by all of the options they had to choose from- lighting, photo booths, DJ booths, instrumental add-ons, etc. Meeting with Chris made the whole process so much easier to understand the difference from one option to another, and what would be the best value for our price range, etc.
  
  I could definitely tell that LI Sound puts so much effort into the quality of their work and their strive for professionalism- their website is beautiful to look at. I'm very much someone who appreciates a well-organized and updated website for a business and LI Sound 100% delivers on that experience. They have demos of their DJs and MCs so you know exactly what type of performance you can expect at your event. They have videos demonstrating all of the lighting options, TVs, DJ sound booths (which I had no idea could be so customizable and unique). You can also "build your package" on the website to piece together everything you want and get prices for it all so nothing is a surprise.
  
  After having our initial talk and discussing the package options, Chris showed us the showroom which was extravagant and really brings to life all of their equipment so you can see how everything looks and performs- we even got to play around with the different photo booths. We felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience, meaning we didn't feel pressured to spend more than we wanted, and we felt free to ask any questions that we had. I honestly cannot say enough good things about LI Sound. I'm extremely excited to continue to work with them and to have our wedding reception service provided by them.

  The entertainment at a wedding is so important and LI Sound is hands down the best! My husband and I booked them for our backyard wedding in September and wow! Scott and Tommy were incredibly helpful in the booking process. We had Russel as our dj and there was not a moment during the reception that our small dance floor was not packed with our guests dancing! From their sound system, tvs, lighting and music we forgot we were even in a backyard. We also booked their digital ZAP photographer and it was so awesome just to have someone there to get all the fun candid shots, we look back at those photos more than the formal ones!

  Let’s just say, Scott and his crew are AMAZING! When we were first planning, we met with several DJ companies and a few bands. We met Scott at a showcase and he sold us right away! We set an appointment to meet with him and he explained their whole process and how we were able to customize every single aspect of the night. The whole experience leading up to the wedding was seamless and he was very helpful through the planning process. We chose Scott as our EmCee and Russell as our DJ. We had the best of both worlds by having a DJ with band pieces (saxophonist and percussionist) who really made it all that much better. Scott ran the show perfectly and definitely knew how to read and work the crowd! He did such a great job with all the announcements, the timeline of everything, and was very attentive throughout the entire night. Russell played everything that we requested and transitioned very smoothly with each song. The team worked amazingly together and really kept the party going all night long!   Owner is great to work with !

  We previously saw LI Sound at two showcases and loved them and knew we wanted to book with them . They were awesome , their energy was great . For some reason , at my wedding , their energy was a little flat , we were a little disappointed . The DJ did play all the songs that I requested ,The best thing we did was get the percussionist , he was amazing !!

  Such great people to work with!

  Planning a wedding during COVID has not been easy, we had 3 date changes, a shift in our planned services and still LI Sound was helpful and accommodating every step of the way! I am beyond impressed with how professional they are and how awesome they've been with dealing with everything during COVID restrictions. Since we had a small celebration we only had them do the music for our ceremony service but Scott came in and made our unique situation so special. He was such a nice guy, I can't say enough good things about him and this company. Their entertainment capabilities are great but even more importantly they are the most genuine, sweetest people to work with.

  LI Sound is incredible!! Chris was our MC and Craig was our DJ and they had the room up and dancing the entire night. From the moment we entered the room til the very last song the dance floor was packed. They are the best of the best!

  Most amazing DJ!

  We could not be happier with LI Sound! We got married on 12/28 and are still getting texts and calls from our guests saying that it was the best wedding they have ever been to, mainly because of how much dancing there was. Maybe I'm biased, but Chris and Vito kept our guests on the dance floor ALL night! I trusted them completely to keep it going (no matter what kind of music I thought I wanted played), and they did! I would recommend them 100 times over! I'm SO glad we had them and wish we could relive this night again!

  Long Island Sound was very accommodating in the sense that it wasn't just hiring a DJ, there were phone conversations with MC Scott to ensure that our vision and music style came to life. We chatted about the list of songs that were going to be played during cocktail hour and reception, Scott had given us some great suggestions which we incorporated.   This company's professionalism and customer service is an A ++++. We initially met with Chris to determine what would wanted to have for our wedding. We never felt pressured to build our package in any kind of way and because of their great customer care , we added additional items such as the custom dj booth, and a photo booth - both were very well worth it. We had Russell as our DJ and Tommy as our MC. They were an amazing crew and I received a TON of positive feedback about how great they were. For me, it was important for people to have a good time and to be able to read the room and they did a stellar job. Thank you for making our day such a memorable and dance filled day!

Also, the first guest to use the photobooth had to tell the attendant that this was not “Tim and Kelly’s Wedding” as it stated on the photo. But they fixed it immediately.   Amazing DJ/MC - Nonstop Party!

  I recently got married May 2019 and MC Leo and DJ Marty absolutely crushed our wedding. Leo was wonderful and charismatic on the mic. Matty read the room and knew exactly what songs to play when! I don’t think anyone ever left the dance floor. Even my sister in law said “they are playing such great songs early! I hope it lasts!!” Well it did!!! I couldn’t thank them enough!!!   I recently got married May 2019 and MC Leo and DJ Marty absolutely crushed our wedding. Leo was wonderful and charismatic on the mic. Matty read the room and knew exactly what songs to play when! I don’t think anyone ever left the dance floor. Even my sister in law said “they are playing such great songs early! I hope it lasts!!” Well it did!!! I couldn’t thank them enough!!! And if you are contemplating a love musician, I say go for it! Gives you a band vibe without the downtime of the band’s songs!

  Excellent!!

  We are so happy we had LI Sound as our DJ/MC for our Wedding!! We had Scott as our MC and Rusty as our DJ. They were both SO great!! From the beginning, the guys at LI Sound were so accommodating to our schedules for planning and answered all of our questions as needed. Scott and Rusty kept everyone on the dance floor all night and we felt like Rusty read the crowd very well to which music direction to go in. It was a perfect night and in large part because of the DJ/MC. We would definitely recommend LI Sound to those couples who are looking for their Wedding DJ. We were also unsure if it was necessary to have both the DJ and MC, and we would recommend to have both. Scott and Rusty were SO great, ask for them!!

  Great to work with even with living in a different state, the paperwork provided was very detailed and gave us some direction since we felt overwhelmed doing everything from out of state. Met with them a few days prior and they somehow read our vibe perfectly and curated the perfect playlist that incorporated everything we wanted including my husband's family Persian song requests. Couldn't have asked for a better team, made our day a blast and helped everything go smoothly.

  The Dance Floor Was Packed All Night!

  Chris and his team were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! From the first day we met through the wedding day, LI Sound was attentive, professional, energetic, and gracious both in person and over the phone. The dance floor was packed throughout the entire reception – our guests are STILL talking about what an amazing time they had! Even though I provided Chris with a specific and lengthy play list, he and his team rose to the occasion and went above and beyond to make sure all our favorite songs were heard. We had disco divas and thirty somethings dancing together in perfect harmony to the best dance songs of the 70s and 80s through the hits of today! Creative mash-ups, song blends, and segues ensured that the crowd’s energy level remained high! They also made sure some go-to Irish, Italian, and Greek songs were played, allowing our friends and family to enjoy traditional dances! I can’t thank them enough for making our wedding GLORIOUS! I wholeheartedly recommend them for a wedding, and any other type of formal affair!

LI Sound provided music for our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour (steel drum), and Reception. Everything was on point the entire day. Our MC Chris helped us plan out our day perfectly and provided us with all of the necessary (easy) forms needed in order to make sure we had the best music playing for our wedding, and made sure that all of our up lighting was livening up the room. Chris got everyone up and dancing!! There was not a second where someone's feet were not moving on the dance floor. Leo created the most AMAZING Movie Mashup for our entrance, which had the whole room laughing and hyped up before my husband and I even entered the reception. This DJ provided us with photographers would joined us on the dance floor capturing every silly and emotional moment. Those pictures showed right up on the TV screens for everyone to see in real time. AMAZING!!! And we can't forget about the photo booth. What a hit!!!!! Our guests loved everything about LI Sound, and so did we. Thank you for such an amazing time. The music makes the wedding!!!!!!!!! 10 thumbs up!!!!!!!
