  I did a make up and hair trial session with Liz for my up coming wedding in October and was extremely happy with the outcome. I now have such peace of mind that she will be a part of my wedding day ensuring that I will look and feel my best. Liz has a wonderful personality and is very talented with hair and makeup that I know I will, and my two sisters / bridesmaids, will enjoy the pictures forever. I also know with Liz's warm and friendly personality, she will keep me as calm as possible on my wedding day. Thank you, Liz!

  I feel so lucky to have had Liz do my makeup & hair for my wedding two weeks ago. She was beyond amazing - everything from the trial to the day of was organized, calm and expertly done. I was so confident in her skills - she has a talent in making sure you look like yourself, not an overly-made up stranger, when you look in the mirror you will be so happy. Her airbrushing & makeup also lasted all night, which I could not believe - and even my curls were there the next morning. If you want to work with someone who will bring calm, confidence and fun to your event book Liz - you won't be disappointed!

  Working with Liz Fanlo for my wedding-day makeup was an absolute pleasure! She was punctual, calm, cheery and worked to make the overall experience and photographs memorable. Living in Texas and planning a wedding in California would appear to be a daunting task, especially working with vendors remotely, however Liz conducted several phone discussions with me in advance and as well as a makeup trial prior to the event. She is super professional and is a great makeup artist for any occasion!

  Stephanie! Your poise during the lead up to your wedding was outstanding (for those not there...the resort "blew a fuse" and we were left with no electricity for over an hour). But Stephanie didn't flinch and we were able to "Keep Calm and Carry On". Beautiful venue in the wine country. I'm glad you loved your makeup. Come back to SF Bay Area soon.

  Liz was my make-up artist for my wedding and she was so amazing. She was professional, gentle and skilled. We set up a trial run and liz was very flexible and she had so many looks for me, it was really fun. The day of my wedding liz came to my house and I felt so at ease with her especially on such a special day! My make-up was flawless and I would recommend liz to anyone.

  Liz provided air brush makeup and faux tan services for my wedding day. She created a custom look to match my personal style, venue style and dress details. I was very happy with her professionalism and attention to detail. My mother and maid of honor looked beautiful as well! I really appreciated her week of beauty tips to remind me of the preparatory activities so that I would look my best on the big day! I would definitely hire her services again for the right occasion.

  I was very happy with the hair/makeup that Liz did for me, and for the most part my bridesmaids seemed happy too. She was great at working with each of them to help get what they wanted, and was very pleasant to work with both before and during the wedding day. She was also very helpful during the beginning of our photography, helping to do fix ups when needed.
  
  As great as Liz is, she is only one person, so its important to keep that in mind if you have a large bridal party. You will need to start very early in the morning. Additionally you will need to stay on top of all the services you have asked for and make sure Liz is staying on schedule. There were a couple times I had to remind her of things I had asked for. Ultimately I'm not sure if the all-day service is worth the money, I'd suggest just doing the basic hair and makeup, but I can say that I was very happy with the result on my wedding day!

  I had a trial with Liz for hair and makeup for my upcoming wedding and I have been very happy with the entire experience so far. She was very resposive (I called several other artists who did not answer or call me back for several days) - Liz picked up the phone on my first call and was very flexible in scheduling my trial (as I was coming from outside of SF). She sent information ahead of time telling me just what I needed to do ahead of time, what to bring, and what to expect. Her studio is in her home and is very warm and inviting, yet clean and professional. She did a great job soliciting information from me ahead of time so she knew what type of look I was interested in. Her work was very excellent and I will definitely be using her for my wedding! She took pictures throughout so I could see the looks later on and so that she has a reference for the day. She has has continued to provide me with excellent service since my trial and I feel no need to worry that I made the right choice for my wedding day!
