  Jarmon Wedding

  We had our wedding at this beautiful estate and the owners were the absolute best from the beginning planning stages until the very end. I would highly recommend this venue and I hope to return for a relaxing vacation in the future. What a wonderful time we had.

  This Venue is absolutely Amazing. The grounds were Beautiful and the Decor in the Houses is to die for. We are going to have some of the most Beautiful Pictures from our daughters wedding. If you are Planning a Large Event/Family Reunion, this is without a doubt the place for you. All you need is your clothes because everything else is already there to entertain in a very GRAND way. The Owner was Fantastic and made the process super simple. Several of our Guests asked for the Venue Info for their future events. This place is Phenomenal!!!

  I was referred by a friend who recently had his wedding reception at Little L Estate and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, facilities, and property. Wow was he right! From the moment we arrived, the property was visually stunning and the facilities first class. The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating. I would recommend Little L Estate to anyone looking to coordinate a corporate outing in style. You, your staff and your clients will be glad you did! We'll definitely be back.

  The venue is absolutely amazing, exceptionally secluded but still close enough to the highway that everyone made it out no problem. Everything is top of the line but it still feels like a very quaint country estate - whoever put this place together is really great at creating the perfect atmosphere for events.

  We had the most wonderful time for a Family Reunion/ New Years Eve Party. The Facility held all of us comfortable. Weather it was Grandma and Grandpa Playing cards with the kids in the kitchen or The rest of us out by the fire pits. The ambiance was perfect! Will be back for another Event for Sure!

  This venue is amazing! It has plenty of room inside and out to have a beautiful wedding or gathering without the huge expense. The kitchen is giant with top of the line appliances for the cater and cake. Plenty of dance floor space around the pool with beautiful lighting at night!

  We had a fall wedding at Little L Ranch with the trees in all their glorious fall foliage. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and served to set the stage for a fantastic wedding. We used lighted pumpkins around the walk ways and pool area where we had our cocktail hour and then moved into a tent that we set up near the driveway and garage which was used by the caterers as a staging area. The ceremony itself was held at the front of the house where the backdrop was a large white fenced pasture and fountain. The day was wonderful and everyone was taken by the scenery and the overall setting of the venue of an antique farmhouse set up on a hill with a long winding drive. Everything was perfect!

  This was the perfect location for my daughter's fall wedding. The fall foliage on the surrounding trees provided a beautiful addition to the colors and setting. The location was picturesque and allowed for us to utilize multiple settings in one location. The ceremony was held at the front of the house with the couple standing on the porch and guests seated on the lawn around the fountain. Pumpkins lit the walkways to the pool area for the cocktail hour and the reception was held in a large tent set up on the area next to the garage so that the caterers could leverage the garage for set up and were close enough for serving and clearing without having to go into the house. The guest house was used by the groom and his family and the bride used the house for her dressing area. The outdoor space and children's play structure was great with lots of space for children to have run and enjoy themselves.
