Quality invitations and professionalism

Lesli-Ann did a fabulous job on our wedding invitations. She took the time to work with me and my husband on the type of invitation that was specific to our needs. She was very reasonable in price.

The Best || Look No Further

Working w/ Lesli-Ann to design our invitations and escort cards was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. She is creative, easy to work with, timely in her communication, can get a "feel," for what you are looking for, even if you cannot succinctly articulate that which you are after. A little example of the old-fashioned service Lesli-Ann provided:
- Driving to the Cape to individually pick starfish for our wedding invitation.
- Soaking Them in Baking Soda and spraying them with perfume to ensure there is no aroma when the invitation was opened.

Lesli has made the wedding paper product process amazing! Her work is incredible and there is no denying her talent! After an initial meeting she was able to mock up exactly what I was looking for from save the dates, invitations, and programs, to day of signs! She is so easy to contact, always available, and has so much to offer. Even when I was not quite sure what I was looking for, she had tons of options to show me and ideas to offer. Working with her has been the easiest part of this process! We have no doubt we will use Lesli for all of our future paper product needs & we highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to have the best of the best involved in their wedding planning!

Lesli at Little Birdie is a creative genius! I stumbled on Little Birdie on WeddingWire when I was starting to research Save the Dates.
Lesli is very meticulous with her work and it shows! Everything comes out perfect! Once you have a meeting with her to discuss design, she creates a draft which you and her discuss until you have it just right, then off she goes! The end result, in the case of our Save the Dates and Invitations, was phenomenal! We did a magnet for our Save the Date and our invitations fit right in with our travel wedding theme - they were passports! These invitation passports looked so very similar to an actual passport, it was amazing! We got SO many compliments on them as our guests started receiving them!
Lesli is very professional, pleasant and has a ton of ideas so she'll know which way to guide you. Her studio is close to her home and it is the cutest little studio with the best atmosphere.
I was so impressed with the overall experience that I had with her having done my Save the Dates and Invitations that I'm also working with her on my wedding Thank You's. And, if anything comes up in the future, where I need custom invitations of any sort, you bet I'll be contacting Lesli to see if she can help me out! A happy, repeat customer for sure!

It was such a pleasure working Lesli-Ann for our wedding invitations and stationery suite (programs, table numbers, thank you notes, etc.) She was super professional, extremely helpful, receptive of our vision, and very communicative during the process. The quality of her product and designs are truly top notch and probably the best I have seen in the area. The care and thought she puts into every custom design is unmatched, in my opinion. We received so many positive comments about her work from our friends and family, most notably "these invitations are the most beautiful wedding invitations I have ever seen in my life." Her flexibility with price and design was greatly appreciated as well (this something other designers can't and/or won't always do). My husband and I were able to stay within our budget and did not have to sacrifice our vision and what was important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed every one of our design sessions with Lesli-Ann and I can't wait until I have an event where I can use her services again! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for invitations/stationery for a wedding or event.

Leslie was hands-down my favorite wedding vendor! She sat with me for HOURS as we designed, and then re-designed my invitations, response cards, menu cards, etc. She was so incredibly patient with me and I never felt rushed. Her prices were incredibly reasonable for the high-quality, custom-designed products she delivered. I LOVED how she packaged everything, too - it was always with eco-friendly supplies and each shipment box came directions on how to assemble items, etc. I can't wait to have a baby so I can use her design company again!!

My husband and I chose Leslie-Ann, the owner and creative director of Little Birdie Papercraft to design and print all of the beautiful invitations, for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party in October, 2016 and we couldn't have been happier with the results! Leslie-Ann was fun to work with, very accommodating and had so many wonderful and creative ideas. On top of all that, everything was completed on a very timely basis. I came to Little Birdie after doing some research on wedding invitations and day of paper essentials. And I am so glad that I did! Honestly, I thought I could do it all myself or get what I wanted from an online service, but I quickly got overwhelmed with all the details. Also, I wanted something one of a kind. As a papercrafter myself, I could really appreciate the enthusiasm, honesty and direction from Lesli-Ann. She was there every step of the way guiding, giving suggestions and patiently reining me in (with all my crazy ideas haha). She will talk to you about paper and design for hours, and that’s something that I could not get from an online service, as online services tend to have a cookie cutter model and get mass-produced. This was my favorite part of wedding planning and it took a lot of pressure off of me because Lesli-Ann was organized and focused, so that I could work on other elements of my wedding. She makes gorgeous invitations and I have received so many compliments on them as well as day of menus, paddle programs, and welcome bag attachments. I got a customized service and one of a kind invitation. I can’t praise her enough for all she did to make my wedding day complete!

I cannot say enough good things about Lesli from Little Birdie. Lesli created a beautiful save-the-date for us; it was exactly what I imagined, and more! Her prices are considerably less than other designers in RI, but her product is significantly better than other stationers we approached. She has an eye for detail; she helped us bring our vision to reality, but she also knows what works well in terms of design, paper, details, etc. She then created a beautiful invitation suite for us and was incredibly reasonable again with costs. She also created our ceremony programs and escort cards. She is meticulous and won’t let you walk out her door unless you are completely happy. I also appreciated how helpful and accommodating she was since we live out of state and couldn’t always meet in person. She is incredibly responsive via email and just one of the sweetest people ever. When I picked up my ceremony programs, I got a little emotional: they were of course beautiful, but I was actually tearing up because I had been working with Lesli for the majority of my wedding planning, and I was sad I wasn’t going to be meeting with her anymore! That’s how much I adored working with her. We still have wedding guests telling us five months after our wedding how beautiful all of our stationery was. Little Birdie was one of the best decisions we made regarding wedding planning.

Lesli did our moving announcements a year before the wedding and ended up doing my surprise shower invites before we met with her to do our save the dates, invitations, table numbers, seating chart and misc. signage for the wedding. We met with Lesli to talk about the invitations and she showed up samples of her work where we were then able to say what we liked and what we did not like. She then sent over three different custom styles until we agreed on one that really helped set the theme for our garden wedding. Lesli was beyond patient in working with us! Everything turned out beautifully and needless to say we will definitely be a client for life! I would highly recommend Lesli!

Lesli-Ann at Little Birdie Studio was amazing! We didn't want to spend a lot of money on invitations (we allocated larger parts of our budget for other things that were more important to us) but still wanted them to look "nice". When I was referred to Little Birdie by our photographer, I thought it would be way out of our price range, but Lesli-Ann was able to create a custom invitation suite for us which actually ended up costing less than their studio collection templates! She worked with me every step of the way to be sure the custom design and colors were exactly as I wanted and even sent me several samples to be sure the colors would be perfect. Most importantly, she worked within our budget. We ended up ordering invitation suites with guest addressing and stamps, ceremony programs, table numbers, and escort cards, and all of it ended up costing what I thought I would spend on invitations alone!

Working with Leslie at Little Birdie was a dream! She guides you through the process of designing your own custom invitations and is great about providing her input where needed, yet still allowing you to really make the decisions that fit your style and theme. I found Leslie extremely easy to work with and our invitations quickly became something I knew I didn't need to worry about because Leslie was sure to impress, and boy did she ever! Our invitations were stunning and we received so many calls and compliments about them! She took every element of what we were envisioning and made it appear in front of us with such style and elegance. We love Little Birdie Papercraft! The stationary suite Lesli created was literally our wedding inspiration and helped inspire us in choosing design details for our event. We had so much fun flipping through books and discussing styles. She was so in tune with what we were trying to explain, even when we weren't clear on what we wanted. Lesli is open to trying new things and welcomed our design opinions. Our stationary kept both bride and groom happy with a unique, modern design that had every element we asked for our mid-century style - even real wood paper for our invitations! The additional stationary items (signs, cake pop tags, thank yous, etc) were all beautiful and everything was done ahead of schedule! She always kept in contact and never missed a beat. If you are looking for someone to design your paper craft visions to a T, Leslie-Ann is a true artist who will deliver! I have to say, working with Lesli-Ann was by far one of the most STRESS FREE and FUN parts of my wedding planning process. She is extremely flexible and responsive, not to mention everyone was in AWE of our invitations. Lesli-Ann even designed coordinating ceremony cards and custom table numbers featuring classic literary love quotes on our wedding day which tied everything together so elegantly! I must also mention that I live out of state, so Lesli-Ann was super accommodating via email and deadlines. I wanted our invitations to be ONE-OF-A-KIND just like our marriage, and Lesli-Ann made the experience truly special! I will be sure to refer friends and family in the future, I cannot express enough as a new bride how totally worth it my experience was with Little Birdie!!!

We used little birdie for table numbers, table signs and name cards - we could not have been more pleased with the results of Lesli's work as well as how AMAZING she was to work with. I wish we would have used her for our invitations - not only was she extremely reasonable with pricing, the quality of work was beautiful. She fully understood our vision and worked to have it in our price-point. I would recommend using Little Birdie in a heartbeat.

Lexi-Ann has been creating the perfect invitations for my events for the past five years. She is able to create the perfect design to compliment any occasion, all in keeping with the type of venue it is being hosted in, your personality and your desired effect. She is wonderful to work with to create whatever printed material you require. Her pricing is very competitive with other vendors; but her creativeness and ability to offer a completely custom one-of-a-kind product designed just for her client gives her an edge. We worked with Lesli for all of our paper goods for our recent wedding. She is incredible! From the start of the process she was open to our thoughts and brought her own creativity to the design. She is honest about feasibility and cost. Her designs are one of a kind and we could not have imagined better paper goods. Our invitations were spectacular and we received so many compliments from guests about their unique and visually appealing appearance. She then created the menus, programs and table numbers for our wedding using a similar theme. Not only was the quality excellent but we decided to add items at the end and she made it happy with plenty of time to spare. She is so pleasant to interact with. Our day would not have been as beautiful without her work! We would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Leslie designed the invitations for my son's first birthday party. Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but her invitations were beautifully designed. Lesli-Ann was absolutely amazing to work with, and the finished product was more perfect than I could imagine. Going into our first meetings, I didn't have an exact vision of what I wanted for the wedding invites, and she really helped guide me by showing tons of options and providing great suggestions. When it came to colors, she even tried to match the color of my shoe! She really takes pride in the little details and they show in the invitations. She is super friendly, enthusiastic, and committed to providing the best for her clients. I would recommend Little Birdie to anyone who asks me. Lesli-Ann was a delight to work with! She actively listened to my ideas and helped to refine them to a beautiful final product. Little Birdie is AMAZING! Hands down 5 stars for Little Birdie! Lesli-Ann is truly great at what she does. I fell in love with my invitations right away. She captured my vision right away and knew exactly what look I was going for. She took the time to sit with me and discuss options for my save the date cards and invitations. She was flexible and honest with me from the beginning. She helped me create my vision for the invitations and made sure that all my stationary kept the same theme (we also got shower invitations from Little Birdie). I can't say enough great things about Lesli-Ann and Little Birdie. Lesli-Ann worked with me to make sure i had all my stationary when needed and she really spent the time to make sure it was perfect and exactly the way I wanted. Lesli did a wonderful job working with us. Since we live so far a far all of the communication was via phone, and email. She was willing to show us samples of paper and designs to make the design process as easy as possible. It was great to have Lesli use her creativity; I could never have come up with such a great design that fits our wedding so well. Our family and friends loved them.

Our wedding invitations were beautiful, and we used the same theme for the table cards and the ceremony program. Little Birdie really listened to my ideas and contributed so much in return. The end product was wonderful but the process itself was delightful. We had a small wedding but a couple working with Little Birdie will find that they can together create an invitation that really reflects their style, energy and relationship.

We loved, loved, loved working with Lesli at Little Birdie. Our Invitations turned our more beautiful than we could have ever imagined and the process was very easy and enjoyable. Our invitations were hand made with great materials and because of this were also unique. if I need invitations again for something I will definitely use her services again.

When we started our search for our wedding invitations we looked at a lot of websites and found nothing we like and it is hard to get a feeling looking at a computer screen. We made an appointment with Lesli and went to her shop with no idea what we really wanted. She asked my husband and I what we wanted and I said. I want them to be fancy and understated. Pop, but not to much. I like texture and pattern but don't want them to be busy. If I were her I would have shook my head and asked me to leave but she was so understanding and helpful. She showed us samples and we picked colors, textures, patterns, and overall set up from over 5 samples. She asked lots of questions, took great notes and said give me a week and I will mock something up on the computer and get it back to you in the next 10 days. She had it back in a week and it looked pretty good. We made a couple small changes and she asked us when we needed them by and said she would be in contact with us before then if she had any questions.

She followed up a couple times as she was making them just to clarify what we wanted. Once they were complete we sent her an address list and she addressed and sealed them for us. When we went to go pick they up, we went to her shop and they were so beautiful I literally cried and hugged her.

If you are looking for invites for any event you definitely need to at least go and speak with Lesli to see what she can do for you. The cost was a little more that it would have been if we would have bought them online but it was worth every penny.

Thanks Again Leslie, we will be talking the next time we need invites!

I cannot sing the praises loud enough for Little Birdie Studios! Lesli is a doll to work with. Very accommodating, very creative, on time, and very nice are just the first descriptions that come to mind. As we sat down together at our first meeting, I KNEW this was the place for our invitations. Once the concept was established, there was a variety of options to choose from there which made them unique and beautiful.
EVERYONE commented on the invitations and how lovely they were! Many are keeping our invitations as a keepsake! Even the event director commented that the table cards and place cards as well as the invitations were some of the nicest that she has seen. And our thank you cards were over the top! Our guests said the thank you cards they received were the perfect ending to our very special wedding!

My husband and I never agree on anything. We decided to google some places to start looking for wedding invitations. We could not be happier that we chose to do so. We walked into Little Birdie and not only was Leslie so patient and helpful but she had endless samples to show us and immediately fell in love with one that she designed herself. From that point on everything ran so smoothly. We actually had to change our date last minute and asked Leslie if she can put a rush on the order (I think we asked her to finish 150 invites in a matter of weeks!) I did not expect to get them done in time as that was a ridiculous request. however, she had them done a few days before we had asked. She is amazingly talented at what she does and her personality makes it a complete joy to work with her. I could not have asked for a great experience. She also works with one of the best calligraphy artists I have ever seen which is a huge plus!

Little Birdie Papercraft & Design Studio did the invitations/thank you cards for my niece's wedding. These were my wedding gift to her, so I really wanted them to be special. I was so pleased! Lesli-Ann took the time to create a unique design that fit my niece and her husband's taste perfectly. The intricate details really made the invitations stand out and my niece received many compliments on them. Lesli was so amazing to work with. She was professional and creative to the extreme! We had our consultation at her beautiful shop in Pawtuxet Village, Warwick, RI and she asked what our styles were and what we had in mind for our save the dates. Little Birdie Papercraft and Design Studio was the highlight of the wedding planning! My husband and I enjoyed reviewing designs already in prodcution and designing our very own style for the invitations, table cards, escort cards, thank you's and donation cards along with Leslie Ann. She heard all of our ideas and transformed them into our style. Family and friends commented on the authenticity of our invites and matching table/escort/donation/thank you cards. Communication was variable which helped with the busy schedule of life and planning. Proofs were emailed and discussed and finalized with a couple of clicks. My husband and I looked online for the whole package for invitations. We were shocked to see the final cost for a minimal invite package around $900, and we would have to buy in clusters of 25. At Little Birdie we were able to buy just the number of paper goods that we needed which helped bring the cost down considerably. Prices were very reasonable and final products were unique and personal. Little Birdie also provided additional help with a tree and leave thumbprint guest book idea. We highly recommend this establishment. The location of the store is ideal for a nice stroll by the water in Pawtuxet Village, right near the ice cream shop!!

Lesli-Ann at Little Birdie was outstanding to work with! I started out thinking I would do my own invites, but as the timeframe for getting them done in time for my November wedding dwindled and the responsibility for other details grew, I realized doing them myself wouldn't work! So I perused some invitation websites, but the selection and lack of customer service left me bewildered and stressed! Having eco-friendly details were important to me, so when I did a search and found Little Birdie, I was impressed. I met with Lesli-Ann and she listened to my thoughts/ideas and was very understanding. She knew my budget from the get go and was very accommodating and honest about I could do and not do (lik thermography...which is ok since the invitations were gorgeous anyway). My invitations evolved into beautiful and unique reflections of my husband and me and our wedding. This was possible due to constant communication and collaboration and hard work on the part of Little Birdie! Little Birdie did the invitations for my bridal shower, and I absolutely LOVED them! I received so many compliments on them-the colors, the elegance, and the attention to detail, to name a few. Lesli-Ann has such a creative eye, something I do not, so my invitations would not have come out so beautiful without her input. Little Birdie is the best place to get your invitations or other paper craft done! Lesli was the most helpful person I dealt with in my entire wedding planning process.
At our initial meeting, I wasn't sure what I wanted my invitations to look like. We started by discussing my budget, and she did everything she could to stick to it. We narrowed it down together - she showed me lots of different invites she had done, and asked me alot of questions to help find out my vision. She was very patient with my indecisiveness, and I left feeling comfortable and confident that my invitations would be perfect. We were in contact throughout the entire design process, she sent me several different design proofs, and she tweaked all the minor details to have it exactly as I wanted. The proof was very accurate to the actual product. As soon as she sent them out, I started getting calls and text messages about how beautiful my invites were.
I ended up loving the design so much, I had her do my menus and table numbers for the reception as well, to keep the theme going.
If you are searching for someone to do your custom invites or other paper crafts, I highly recommend Little Birdie. Thank you so much Lesli!!

We came to you with no clue about weddings, let alone invitations, and with both of us still in law school, we had no time to learn. Thank goodness we found you! Somehow, just be meeting us, you were able to design the most perfect invitations we could have ever imagined! The simple design was casual yet elegant, and it set the tone for the rest of our wedding, from the flowers, to the food, to the wedding party's outfits! I called on my "Little Birdie" to do my wedding invitations for a fall wedding on our family farm in Kansas. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, and was in need of an invitation intervention. Lesli-Ann offered up a box of examples and ideas to give me a start. She worked with me over the next month, offering advice and suggestions, and then a series of electronic mock-ups that I could edit and play with. The result was beyond my wildest dreams. Lesli was able to create a personal, hand-made, entirely unique invitation that was such a true reflection of both me and my husband-to-be. It set the mood for our event, so that our guests knew what to expect (and what to look forward to!). The moment the invitations were received by my guests, I was flooded with emails and calls telling me how impressive they were.

Lesli also helped to carry the creative theme throughout the wedding decorations (escort cards, table cards, etc etc). She was very deliberate and masterful about taking my vision (however disjoined or vague it may have been) and turning it into a reality.

And if that weren't enough, my husband LOVED the invitations too!

Amazing job on my wedding invites! Lesli designed the shape of RI for my invitations bc I was getting married on the beach, I wanted to reflect what is beautiful about RI beaches. Her professionalism is top-notch. I highly recommend getting any stationary from her.

We are so glad that Little Birdie Papercraft created our wedding invitations! Lesli-Ann created original, elegant invitations incorporating our ideas and our sense of humor. She also created elegant and nostalgic "tickets" for our schooner sail after-party. We received so many compliments! Just beautiful! We are very pleased.

I am hosting a much-anticipated family reunion for all of my aunts and girl cousins. It's the first time I've had invitations printed professionally. Leslie Anne's services were outstanding. She had great design ideas and was very flexible in working with me. The invitations were ready very quickly. My family has been raving on how beautiful they look and how custom-made they are! Lesli was amazing to work with! She was extremely professional and flexible, meeting whenever my then fiancee and I were available, which at times was 9:00 at night! She made sure that she understood our vision and didn't stop until the invitations, save the dates, programs, and table cards were exactly what I wanted. Her work is perfection and I can not tell you how many people called us saying that our invitation was the best they had ever seen. She is creative, detail orientated, and by far the easiest vendor I worked with during the wedding. Her prices are very reasonable, considering how much work she puts into everything she does. I would highly recomend little birdie for any event you need inviations for. I know exactly who I will be hiring to design my inviations for any future event I have! I can't say enough great things about Little Birdie!

We worked with Little Birdie on the design for our wedding invitations and thank you notes. It was a fantastic experience.

We came to Lesli-Ann with an unusual wedding theme (we sought her out in part because we couldn't find anything online that matched our theme), and instead of laughing us out of the room, she responded enthusiastically and immediately with multiple ideas. She was also very understanding of our budget and willing to work with us in picking paper products that made our invitations lovely but still affordable.

Ultimately she delivered a wonderful, inventive design that delighted us and our guests. She even generously provided us with our own file of the design (at no extra fee) that we were able to use to make a large welcome sign at the front of our reception. And she did it all on schedule and without going over our budget. We'd definitely recommend her!

Leslie was so great to work with. We came in with a custom design and she pulled it off better than I imagined. The service was prompt and stress-free. The colors and quality of the printing were great! She is so creative and is really able to hone right in to your vision. Her images and design added the perfect touch to our special day. The pricing might be more than a generic internet order, but it was well worth it to have custom, hand crafted, locally made papercrafts at our wedding. We look forward to working with her again in the future!
