    Bob was the best decision we could have made! He listened to everything that we asked for and promised two things, one, people would have fun and two, they would want to recommend him for other events. He was right! Everyone came up to us at the end of our wedding saying how amazing the dancing was and how they couldn't get off the dance floor. Every song was better than the last. He was so detail oriented and could not have done a better job! BOOK HIM, it will be the best thing you do for yourself and your guests! Thank you Bob for everything!

    We could not have found a better DJ for the wedding. Bob was just amazing! The dance floor was full all night and when people started to get tired and slow down the music adjusted to get everyone pumped up and going again. We have received tons of compliments saying the music selection was great and so well thought out. People who said they never dance at weddings ended up being caught in the moment and hit the dance floor. ( Oh yea, we have pictures )

    After the first meeting we knew the music part would not be a headache. His knowledge and guidance was appreciated and really help us think though the wedding flow and add a few items we had not considered. The online portal helped keep us on track and made it easy to add and change songs as we went.

    Thanks for all the hard work making our most important night so memorable!! We have a ton of great pictures of the group dancing that we will be enjoying for years to come.

    Mr Libby was extremely professional and prompt! He played the different types of music I wanted and kept it classy all night! He absolutely knows how to keep the people on the dance floor once we started dancing! Everyone at our wedding loved Mr. Libby! He was funny and also very personable! I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for an MC!!!

    Bob Libby of LibbTunes Entertainment was a pleasure to work with. You can tell he truly cares about accommodating the wants of his customers. His online database and planning system are very easy to work and very thorough. I don't believe there was a song we wanted that we weren't able to find. He was always very responsive to both emails and phone calls. He did an excellent job keeping our guests on the dance floor and having a great time, which is exactly what we wanted! I would recommend Bob Libby to anyone looking for a DJ.

    Libbtunes could not have been easier to work with both during the planning process and during the wedding and reception.

    Bpb was very accomodating to our requests and did a great job of guiding us stresslessly through the planning process and making sure that we didn't miss a thing.

    The music and general vibe of the reception was exactly as promised and kept guest of all ages moving and dancing. The sound system was excellent.

    I would highly recommend Libbtunes.

    Bob was great! He has an online customer portal where you can plan and customize the music for your wedding. It was really useful and we really liked it. He is also very easy to get in touch with, and will remind you if you've forgotten anything. This is great, as things get more hectic as the wedding nears. The music was great, and he could get the crowd moving. The best part was watching my husband's 96-year-old grandfather dancing his heart out to Party Rock. If he can get him on the dance floor, he is the DJ of the year!

    Bob was great to work with from the beginning. Before I hired him we had a long discussion regarding what I was looking for to determine if he was the right DJ for me. He is more interested in making sure he is the right DJ for you, than just booking as many gigs as possible.

    His sound system was great, and worked very well in our venue. We paid extra for special lighting, which made things more fun. He has a wide variety of music, over 60,000 songs, and you can set-up a list before your wedding of songs you must hear, would like to hear, and even songs you don't want played. Bob did a great job of getting, and keeping people on the dance floor. I mostly chose hip-hop songs, which doesn't always appeal to all generations. Bob was great a mixing things up, so that there was something for everyone. Also, if a song cleared the dance floor, he wasn't afraid to cut it short, and play something new.

    Finally, you won't need to worry about your timeline with Bob around. When our dinner ran a little long, he adjusted our timeline so we could cut the cake, and have our parent dances. We were free to have fun once dinner was over. I definitely recommend Bob and LibbTunes Entertainment.

    Bob from Libbtunes Entertainment was great from our first meeting through the entire event. He is professional, experienced and exceeded our expectations. Using the tools on his website made our wedding planning so much easier! I would highly recommend Bob and Libbtunes Entertainment!

    Bob Libby was great to work with, very thorough and personable. He thought of most of the timeline before we did and kept us right on task. He also kept the party going with no problem!

    I am extremely happy having had Bob as our wedding DJ. I can easily say that he possesses many qualities that many other DJs don't, which made the process of music at our wedding a pleasure once we found him. We knew that our wedding DJ would not need to be an over-the-top party maintainer (like so many DJs claim they are) - we wanted someone reliable and play the songs we had in mind. What we got was more than just a guy with speakers to play our music.

    To bullet-point the stand-out aspects of Bob:
    * very informative website with all details you need to know (before hiring him and during the planning process)
    * easy email and phone contact (will always call or email back quickly)
    * owner of a variety of equipment pending on what your venue calls for (good amount of items to choose from)
    * highly organized (thought of many things I didn't)
    * very ambitious (he visited the venue before we finalized things to tell us his final thoughts on equipment selection)
    * awesome online system to organize music, preferences, and all aspects of the event timeline
    * offers many preferences on his appearance and involvement in the event
    * makes everything simple

    Of planning a wedding, one of the most frustrating things bar-none was sorting through the junky DJs that wanted to be hired - they demanded a price that was far over my (or any reasonable) budget (sometimes entering ridiculous territory, several over $1,800) and more often than not, they had terrible websites and it took an arm and a leg just to get basic information out of them (you'd think if it's their profession to constantly be finding new gigs, they would have a website with Q/A or at least a PDF of their services and basic information on what they have to offer. We found Bob and had a great feeling from the start from both his website and communication and after a couple emails and phone calls, we hired him feeling very confident.

    Aside from preparing/organizing the event and signing him up, Bob did a great job at the wedding. He was on time with his equipment set up ahead of schedule (he helped with some equipment during the ceremony too). His table isn't cluttered with advertisements of his services (as many DJs are - this is something he mentioned right away that I didn't even have to ask about) and he did a great job playing our music, managing our preferences and keeping the dancing guests happy (as they come and go, you don't want to start a new song that makes everyone walk away, etc).

    As a planner to an event, the last you want to have to worry about are all the things you set-up and planned. With Bob, I didn’t need to worry about anything regarding music the entire night. Highly recommended.

    We were very fortunate to have Bob as our DJ/MC at our wedding at Plimoth Plantation. He made the planning and the wedding day stress free. Bob was always very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. We wanted someone who would play our requests, but who would also read the crowd and keep people dancing and happy. Bob did exactly that. Bob's website and planning tools were very helpful and easy to use. I wouldn't have known where to start with the reception timeline, if not for the planning tools. He also gave really great advice on song selections.

    During the cocktail hour and ceremony, he wasn't over the top. He was very professional and attentive during our wedding. We got so many compliments on the music. And even at the end of the night, people didn't want the dancing to end. Bob even played an additional song after our last dance because people were having so much fun.

    His Bose sound system was very high quality, and he set it at the perfect volume. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a DJ or MC. I am so happy that we picked him to be a part of our wedding and would definitely use him again for any other special occasion we celebrate.

    We hired Bob from Libbtunes as the DJ's for our August 2009 wedding. He was great to work with. Very patient and forthcomming with suggestions. He's clearly worked many weddings and was a great resource on timelines. We told Bob we wanted two things - our guests to be on the dance floor and to have fun. He delivered. Our guests were dancing all night, they started even before dinner. Had we asked Bob to keep playing they would've stayed on the dance floor. Bob is VERY organized and detail oriented, which since I'm not this was valuable to me. I liked the fact that during cocktail hour Bob asked our guests if they had any music requests (he asked our permission before doing this). I do agree with another review I read, he can come across as a little pushy / off putting when it came to payment for some extra costs we incurred but I suspect he's been burned in this area in the past. At the end of the day our guests enjoyed him. I would hire him again if I am in need of a DJ.

    Bob was very thorough during our first meeting and during planning. We chose to go with him because he was local and charging what we felt was a reasonable price. After your wedding he provides you a CD of 20 important-to-your day songs, which we found as a nice touch. I think that he could have been a little more on top of the timeline/announcement-making that we need him for, but overall we felt that he was personable, played music that we wanted to hear, and was a decent value for the cost.

    Bob Libby was very thorough in his planning / questions leading up to the wedding and obviously has a lot of experience. I liked his candor and help with the wedding timeline and song suggestions. He has a great website and many songs to choose from. Kept most of the crowd dancing and entertained. My concern was that he was reluctant to do anything beyond what was in our contract. Our other musicians did not show up and he helped out by playing for additional time during our cocktail hour, but was very pushy and almost rude about collecting his extra fee for this. There is also an additional set up fee if your venue has stairs, which we were made aware of.
