Charleston Wedding
We hired Lee Edward's Entertainment for our wedding this past September. Initially, we were drawn by his online ratings and price point, but it was his professionalism and dedication to his craft that made a lasting impression.
My husband is Portuguese so we requested several specific traditional Portuguese musical selections. Lee rose to the challenge and incorporated them beautifully into the evening.
I also came up with an idea to surprise my groom with videos from his loved ones overseas. Lee, in tandem with our photographer Down Home Clicks, pulled it off without a hitch. It was fantastic!
Overall, Lee kept the tunes flowing and emceed the event flawlessly. Everyone had a fantastic time and we have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

I started booking vendors a year out from my wedding date (April 13th, 2024) and Lee was one of the first to respond! He was so responsive, so informative, and just over all caring! He set the officiant up with a mic so everyone could hear ceremony since it was outside. He had music set up outside for before the ceremony and "cocktail hour". Over all, he was just wonderful and if you are on the fence, don't be! He will take care of everything that you need!

Can't go wrong with Lee Edwards
From start to finish Lee was awesome. He had every title we asked for and supplied "specialty" mhsic at no additional cost. He came early to the venue and was active in setting up not one but, two music locations working with everyone involved. Our wedding was outdoors with the reception indoors. Let me just say, when it started raining, we were nervous about everything! Lee came up with an idea that kept our music available to the ceremony outside, thanks Lee! Thankfully, it stopped raining 10 minutes after the designated start time and everything went on like magic. Lee played a big part in our wedding by making several timed announcements and interacting with the guests. I don't know much about his price compared to anyone else's but, his attention, detail to music, and quality sound was worth the value.

Lee did a great job with our beach wedding. His equipment did well in the spaces we had booked, with a beach ceremony and a small reception area, nothing was overpowering or unbalanced. Working with Lee was an absolute dream! He is so professional and flexible :) We had a last minute change of coordinators and he was able to easily go with the changes that come with that, as well as work with the new coordinator to make sure everything ran smoothly. We kind of gave him free rein on music selections for the reception and his picks were awesome! I love music and can listen to just about anything, but he played exactly what we needed to hear. At some weddings you just don't see many people dancing throughout the whole evening but that was not the case with mine! We danced all night :) BOOK HIM NOW!

I shopped around the area for a wedding DJ for a couple months and was so relieved when we found Lee! We had a small outdoor Wedding and he was very accommodating and professional at both the ceremony & reception! He played a great playlist and had everyone dancing all night long! Lee was super responsive, always up for hopping on the phone for quick inquiries, and was so easy going and confident in the ability to accomodate our outdoor site with several, far-spaced sites used for each aspect of our evening, even though he had not done an event there previously. He was forthcoming with information that helped us determine power needs, etc and was so easy to work with. We provided two playlists and then left the rest of the evening up to his team as far as dance music, and it turned out beautifully. He made use of wireless speakers for various aspects of the event, and they worked very well, including mic for toasts. Could not be happier!

Hire them if you want everyone on the dance floor!
We highly recommend Lee Edwards Entertainment for all entertainment needs! We hired them for our wedding ceremony and reception, and it was so easy and seamless. We gave them ideas of music we liked before the day of, and they were so professional in confirming and clarifying things so it would be perfect for our big day. The day of, we were so impressed with our DJs. Fred did a lovely job on the timing of our ceremony music and Dwayne did such a phenomenal job keeping everyone on the dance floor during our wedding reception - and when I say everyone I mean everyone even my grandma who was in a wheelchair. We got so many compliments on our music and our dance floor pics are some of our favs! Hire them, you won't regret it! :)

Kept everyone dancing!
Lee Edwards Entertainment was everything we were looking for! We were trying to stay on a budget and Lee was extremely budget friendly which we loved. He did our ceremony music on the beach and our reception and everything was perfect. He was extremely responsive to our questions, concerns and any changes we made and was extremely communicative.
He made sure to check in with us during our reception to make sure everything was going smoothly, made suggestions on when to start things or make announcements and we really appreciated that! He played the perfect mixture of music to keep our parents and friends happy and played the things we requested. He also kept everyone dancing all night long.
We strongly recommend Lee Edward Entertainment. He will really take care of you on your wedding day and it so great to work with from start to finish! Thank you Lee!

Lee was so helpful when I first reached out to get pricing, details, etc for our wedding. I’m pretty sure we booked him that same day! Unfortunately, due to military reasons we had to cancel our event. He was very understanding and gave us a full refund within a 90 day time period after having to cancel!

My experience with Lee Edwards was amazing. I messed up my day of timeline and had some last minute changes and he was very accommodating. The process for hiring a DJ was great! I told Lee what I was interested in and our budget and he made it happen! We were given a music planner with a list of songs and information that we needed to fill out for the wedding day. This made it super easy and answered any questions we may have. Dwayne was our DJ and he was awesome! He played the right songs to keep the crowd dancing and happy

From the start, Lee was great to work with! He made sure all my questions were answered and was always extremely responsive. We were so grateful for the mics he provided during our outdoor ceremony so everyone could hear. He was also very organized—he has an in depth music planner that we completed so he knew exactly what style of music we were aiming for and he met our every request. He places high importance on ensuring he pronounces everyone’s names correctly which was perfect for us—we have a lot of funky names in our wedding party! He was very professional and polite, and an overall joy to work with!

Lee was such a great DJ for our wedding on Mingo Point! From the ceremony music (including our flower boy, which everyone loved!) to cocktail hour and the dancing he was amazing! He kept the party going and played all of our favorite songs! All of our guests said how much they loved the DJ and all the music that was played, and we all danced until it was time to go! I would highly recommend Lee to anyone who wants a DJ at their wedding! Super professional, very responsive, and a great guy to work with!

I must say Mr. Lee did an absolute amazing job at my wedding. He definitely brought all the wonderful music and more. Even songs that he did not have he still came to us and we got it solved. He was awesome, very respectful and on time. I would definitely use him again for another event and recommend his services. Lee Edwards and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Lee was extremely responsive too all of my questions and was super easy to work with. He was always extremely friendly and I knew I could expect quick responses. We added a few things for the ceremony later on and he was super flexible and made sure everything was planned out and organized. Dwayne was our DJ on the day of and he is AWESOME! He played the best music, and incorporated ours and others requests. He had everyone on the dance floor and had the best energy. I cannot speak highly enough of Lee & Dwayne!

I was very pleased with Lee Edwards Entertainment at my wedding a couple of weeks ago. He was super accommodating as I needed speakers and microphones for my outside ceremony and then everything had to be moved inside for the reception. A lot of guests requested songs throughout the night, which can probably be stressful/annoying for a DJ, and he was very kind and played all their requests. Several of my friends came up to me at the end of the night and said it was the best DJ they’ve ever heard or experienced at a wedding. He was also super affordable. Highly recommend!

Lee was fantastic to work with! Early on in planning he was quick to reply with questions and his available options. His play list is extensive and the organization of his wedding music planning tool is great to get the kind of experience you want.
We decided to postpone our April 2020 date and Lee was so understanding and accommodating as our plans changed.
Day of, his service was everything we wanted. It was a Sunday Brunch wedding in which we were not very particular with the music selection and he played a wonderful assortment through the day that everyone really enjoyed! I would without hesitation recommend Lee to help make your day memorable and fun!

Hire Lee Edwards!
My husband and I hired Lee for our wedding in October. We were supposed to be married in April, but with Covid being present we had to postpone until October. Lee was extremely flexible and understandable. He had everybody up and dancing and everyone had wonderful things to say about him! The little kids loved the songs he played and had all of them spinning and dancing all over the dance floor. I’m not a big dancer but I was on the dance floor all night! I would recommend Lee Edwards 100%! We loved having him apart of our big day making it memorable.

Lee Edwards Entertainment did an amazing job at our wedding! They were on time and had everything set up perfectly before we even got there. The venue was very split up and they made sure to have speakers everywhere they were needed. The music cues were timed perfectly! So professional and honest!
I just wanted to post a positive review about my experience with this company. Unfortunately, with all that has been going on with Covid, we decided to cancel our reception and have only a small ceremony and dinner with our close family and friends. We made this tough decision in early April. Mr. Edwards was prompt in communicating with us and in refunding us the money we had paid for his services. It is now July 25 and this is the ONLY company that has refunded us! I appreciate them for the ethical way that they conduct business, their excellent communication, their professionalism, and their honesty. For these reasons, I can’t recommend this company enough if you need a DJ for your event. I only wish we had been able to use their services as I know it would have been an amazing night!

The most amazing experience

Great Wedding DJ's!!
We had a very small family wedding on Folly Beach. Due to it being only immediate family (ages from 4 to 77) we were worried about how much everyone would get involved, dance, etc. Lee had a wide range of music and we left it up to him to read the crowd and just paly what everyone wanted to hear. We were not disappointed. Everyone was dancing, enjoying themselves and it could not have been more fun.
If you want a DJ who will interact with everyone and get them going, these are you guys!!

Amazing exspierence!
Wonderful DJ! We are so thankful for the fun and entertainment that was brought to our Wedding day! Music has the power to bring everyone together and this DJ understands how to make sure that happens!!!! Awesome!!!
A few small instructions and Lee handled the rest! The music was great and everyone at the wedding danced and really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend Lee to others!

Lee was great!
Lee was a great DJ! He was extremely available whenever we needed to contact him before the wedding, and he listened to all of our requests. He was the perfect amount of involved during the ceremony (he will ask you exactly how of this you want) and the music selection was great! There was a specific song that my husband and I asked Lee to play that was very special to us but he didn't have on his playlist, and he found it and played it for us, and it was such a special part of the night! I would recommend Lee to a friend.

We danced all night!
Lee was great to work with. He was able to provide exactly the details we asked for. My main request was that he keep people dancing all night - and he did!

Perfect DJ!
Lee did such a great job at our wedding! All of the guests danced until the very last song and he did a great job accommodating requests and tailoring the music to the crowd.

Bride- main contact with vendor
We had a great experience with Lee Edwards and his team! They were referred to us by my brother and sister-in-law, and they definitely did not disappoint! Lee was available via email and phone call, and was very easy to talk to. He was able to meet us prior to the wedding in order for us to ask certain questions and verify song selection. Our DJ at the reception was personable yet knew his role, and we were so thankful he did such a great job with our requests!

Lee Edwards Entertainment did an amazing job for my wedding! He was on time and had everything set up before I even got there. The music cues were on point, the music selection was fantastic! full disclosure: my fiancé and I did not finish the music selection thingy very promptly for him, and he still managed to keep us all dancing all night.
I highly recommend this company!

Great Experience!
I didn't have to do anything but fill out some paperwork, answer a few questions, and this amazing company helped my wedding be absolutely incredible!!! They kept the music going, people on the dance floor, and had an incredible attitude about everything! They even told me my caterer was the best they had ever had! I felt the same about them, they were amazing, and I would not pick anyone different if I had the opportunity to go back and redo my bwedding. Thank you Lee Edwards Entertainment!

Wedding Reception
Lee was very responsive and very, very competitive for our lovely wedding reception. He even took the time to meet with us and we made an immediate connection. He met all of our needs and then some. He performed the ceremony music (which was a last
minute request due to a cancellation) and the reception too. My bride could not have been happier or more pleased with his performance.

A great wedding!

Magical Swing/Retro Wedding under the stars
Lee made our dream wedding a reality! My husband and I still can't get over how perfect the evening was. We wanted a vintage vibe with stricly swing and crooners, and Lee totally nailed it! He went above and beyond to make our vision come true, and I must admit that never in our wildest dreams could we have imagines what he pulled off. We absolutely loved having him create the atmosphere of our wedding, and could not have found a more perfect match! Thank you for everything Lee, it was magical!
