Lasting Florals is and excellent choice for beautiful and creative wedding flowers. i met with 3 florists for an initial consultation, and Lasting Florals was easily the top pick, both in terms of confidence in abilities and cost-effectiveness. Deborah sincerely listened to the ideas I had and then made incredible suggestions. She shows an outstanding level of thoughtfulness, creativity, and professionalism. Deborah was also flexible with allowing us to schedule meetings that worked with my schedule. The wedding flowers were beyond my expectations - truly beautiful. Lasting Florals was one of my favorite wedding vendors and I had complete confidence in Deborah's dependability throughout the process.

Deb was in one word: amazing. She nailed exactly what I wanted...every detail was taken care of. All I had to do was tell her my taste in flowers, design for our wedding reception/venue & she pretty much took it from there! She kept me in the loop the entire time; she was helpful with suggestions in terms of which flowers work well together & what would look ideal; she did not over-charge us. I really don't have anything bad to say about Lasting Florals & Deb! I didn't interview any other florist after I met her & I don't regret it; She truly made our day spectacular. People are STILL talking about the flowers at our wedding reception & I have numerous friends I've referred to have her do their wedding flowers as well!

Since I have never purchased flowers for a wedding before, I am unable to comment on cost, but I do believe that Lasting Florals did an excellent job. The wedding reception, church and B&B were not in any close proximity of each other and Deborah traveled to each location making sure all was correct. She took extra pew bows from me and found ribbon to tie them beautifully along with hers at the church. She matched ribbons to the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. The flowers were lovely and the extra detail with ribbons and pearls was just lovely. She even took photos of the church, all the bouquets, boutineers, cake and reception site. The only thing that was missing was that "we all forgot the bouquet" to throw away, but that was added free of charge anyway. WOW is all I can say!! I am so pleased with how my flowers turned out that I can't say it enough! Deborah did an amazing job on my wedding flowers and everyone at the wedding was so impressed with them. My bouquets and the petals gave the wedding the exact look I was going for. She also decorated my cake and it was beautiful. Deborah is a very professional, enthusiastic woman who was a pleasure to work with. She took my ideas and made them a more beautiful reality! There were two vendors I used for my wedding, that when I met them, I knew that was who I had to book. Deborah at Lasting Florals was one of them. She was amazing. I was on a budget and she was willing to work with me and help me get the most for my money. I came to her with a few ideas and she helped me to develop these ideas in a way that was classy yet still affordable. I changed my mind on the number of arrangements quite a few times in the process, yet she was willing to accomedate my all of my back and forth requests. While her pictures online are beautiful, they really don't do her work justice. I highly recommend at least meeting with her if you are considering florist.

Deborah Mooney was great. She's so enthusiastic about what she does. At the initial consultation, I had no idea what I wanted, but she lead me with her questions and flew around her studio putting together different things for me. I was so at ease when I decided to book with her. I just knew every thing would be fine (a feeling that overwhelmed brides are often without).

The flowers came out so beautiful and Deborah was so much fun! She also did the centerpieces, which were breathtaking.

The research for my wedding floral decor - ceremony and reception - consisted of online pictures. I searched for a long time on what website could provide me with pictures along the lines of what I wanted, and a variety of styles. I was looking for an elegant wedding. I found Lasting Florals and loved one of the centerpieces I saw, and the bouquets from real bride photos. While meeting with Deborah, she pulled out silk flowers to show me what she pictured from my deions. I am a very visual person, and having her do that was exactly what I needed. We talked for a long time about my vision of an elegant wedding, the main and accent colors I was looking for, and details of the wrap and decorations. I felt very comfortable after leaving. She kept in touch frequently, emailed me photos with ideas, and gave me input on what would look best.

In the end, my flowers were magnificent and more beautiful than I imagined they would be. She captured my vision perfectly. I would not have changed a thing. I would, and will, recommend Lasting Florals to brides in the Richmond area. Deborah and her staff did everything from the decorations at the church, pinning, transporting decortations from the church to the reception site, and more. I can't even list all that they did for me! Simply amazing!
