  I have been going to the Dispensing Co. for years and had known Judy from just eating there. When I got engaged, I was very specific in wanting fresh delicious food to serve our guests, and a very " tuscan country" style grill with fresh baguettes, artisan cheese, pasta, fresh grilled meat's . I also wanted many tables placed around, buffet style with a grill and pasta station that people could help themselves, and eat throughout the night but not stand in huge lines . Of course--I was on a budget. After visiting many of the popular caterer's in the area--I was really frustrated. They were charging huge prices, and I was confined to time frames, hidden charges, details of presentation , limited creative options AND the food was all the same!. If I saw one more cubed cheese tray--I was going to go insane! I found out Judy also catered, and as soon as I talked to her I knew she got it. She loves good food and enjoys entertaining--it's a passion for her. As soon as I told her what I wanted in detail--she came up with an amazing menu of all the things we loved. She was relaxed, was always there to answer questions /emails. She was the person we hired that was there at the wedding - along with her amazing staff! She arranged the final details of the rentals, caught discrepancies when we were overcharged, arrived early, stayed LATE, and made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of. I showed up to the reception with the "feast" better than I dreamed about {and No cubed cheese!!!} , just abundant, good food everywhere. My guests raved to me how THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, and how sweet , personable and caring her staff was.   We worked with Judy, the Bar and Banquet Manager, and she was a one of our favorite vendors. She was always available for any questions we had, worked within our budget, and was very flexible with our requests. The venue displays looked amazing, service was great, and the most important, tasted good too!
