We cannot say enough praises for the team at Atelier de LaFleur. We worked closely with Sarah for both our wedding florals and day-of-coordination services. She listened to our wants and needs and delivered beyond our expectations! Our florals were absolutely stunning, and the entire day went so smoothly under her watch. Planning our wedding mostly from out of state was made significantly easier (and more fun) because of Sarah and the rest of the Atelier team! -

Alex and her team were incredible. As the maid of honor, I worked closely with Alex on the wedding day. Alex worked tirelessly to coordinate the vendors, create beautiful floral arrangements, and help us pull off a last minute rain plans. The wedding went off without any issues due to her attention to detail. Her services were invaluable and we couldn’t recommend her and her team more! -

I cannot recommend Alex highly enough! I am not a creative visionary, but provided some ideas. She took those ideas, nailed the florals and made my wedding better than I could have ever dreamed of! She showcased the beauty of the desert with elegance and creativity — my bouquet and my maid of honor’s bouquet were stunning, incorporating succulents in such a unique and tasteful way. The men’s succulent corsages were a hit, and the archway and table centerpieces were breathtaking. Every single detail was thoughtfully crafted and fit perfectly with our desert-inspired theme.
On top of the gorgeous florals, I also hired her as my day-of coordinator, and HOLY WOW — she went above and beyond. About a month before the wedding, she took over all vendor communications, handled timelines, and thought of every little detail I never would have. Two weeks before the wedding, when a storm was forecasted for our outdoor venue, she personally went to the site, took measurements, and helped me choose a tent that would keep guests dry while still looking elegant. She completely transformed the space into something even more beautiful and upscale than I could have imagined.
On the day of, while I was getting ready, she made sure I was drinking water, eating, and staying calm — all while managing every moving part behind the scenes. The entire event went flawlessly thanks to her (and she timed the rain perfectly haha).
She is creative, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and incredibly talented. If you’re getting married in Arizona, do yourself a favor and book her! She made our wedding not only beautiful, but effortless and unforgettable. -

Exceeded Our Expectations!
As the mother of the bride and an event planner my standards and expectations are extremely high. Sarah and Alex brought their "A" game to my daughters wedding. I know first hand that event production is labor intensive. I was impressed by their ability to make it look so easy. Sarah helped us plan and coordinate the event and Alex blessed us with her artistic eye for design. This pair is truly the dream team. I'm so excited to hire them for the next big family celebration! -

Professional, floral gurus
Sarah and team went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. From the start, the florals were one of the details I cared most about, and I picked the perfect partner to bring my vision to life. Atelier de LaFleur created the most stunning bouquets and centerpieces, but also were amazing at problem solving when the venue had a last minute policy change. The floral arch that the team built was incredible, and I received so many compliments throughout the night!
They were highly professional, pleasant to be around, and truly talented—I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Sarah for all you did! -

Sarah and Alex from Atelier La Fleur made me and my husbands wedding an absolutely immaculate, romantic and personal day. They provided us with floral, decor and planning. All of which they went out of their way to ensure was personalized to my husband and I's personalities and desires for our special day. We met with the team at LaFleur mutiple times leading up to our wedding and I was in frequent contact with Sarah. This allowed us to develop a personal relationship with them, giving them information they needed to make all the little and big touches of our day very special to us. The planning and day of services provided by the team at LaFleur was smooth, flawless and invaluable. There is something to said about a bride who has to worry about NOTHING on her wedding day! Furthermore, my floral was absolutely outstanding. Something from a fairy tale book.
Sarah, Alex and the whole team made my wedding more perfect than I ever could have imagine! If you are looking for a florist, planner or both who can help you achieve a wedding that is personal, romantic and meaningful, than LaFleur is definetly the hire for you. -

AMAZING! Would highly recommend!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful flowers for my wedding day. The bouquets were breath taking, the colors were spot on, the flower crowns could not have been more perfect. Not to mention the Polaroid guest book and all the signs and decor provided. Such a great company to trust all your floral needs with and much more. -

COLLEEN IS A VISIONARY!! Loved working with her - she is kind, genuine, and so helpful. We totally meshed creatively too, which was very important to me. We had great discussions for what the day would look and feel like, and then on my wedding day, she and her team COMPLETELY BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER!! Oh my goodness! It's making me tear up just thinking about the unbelievable job they did. Everything was gorgeous - from my bouquet, to the candles, to the ceremony decor, to the tablescapes, to the flowers! OMG THE FLOWERS!! They were insanely stunning! The LaFleur team did an incredible job, and I am so grateful for them! Could not recommend them more! -

I can't begin to describe how happy I am to have worked with Colleen and her team. Everything really came together as soon as she got involved, but I was in no way prepared for how completely amazing our wedding day florals would be. She took my inspiration and descriptions and created the most beautiful arrangements I could have imagined. My bouquet was beyond perfect and I am still looking at the photos and wanting to hold it again. You absolutely cannot do better than Colleen! -

We hired Colleen and her team as both a day of coordinator and for florals. She really takes a holistic approach to your wedding day, provides great advice and ideas and helped us curate a whole experience for our guests. Colleen was very professional and really brought our vision to life. I wish I could preserve our flowers forever because they were stunning! It was an enjoyable process from start to finish. Colleen was patient and great at explaining anything we were unsure of. I'm glad we used her DOC services because it really took a weight off of our shoulders the day of. Everything was taken care of and we never heard of any hiccups! -

We had a very disappointing experience working with this florist. During the initial booking process, we were told that several additional services would be included—assistance with setting up personal décor, accepting early drop-off items, and handling the flip from ceremony to reception. At that stage, she was enthusiastic, reassuring, and made it seem like everything would be handled seamlessly.
We even met in person to go over our vision, design, and colors, and at no point were any concerns raised about the scope of work or coordination. Everything felt aligned and on track.
However, several weeks later—after a standard décor call with our coordinator and the florist—we were suddenly informed that many of the previously discussed services would no longer be provided. This included key elements like décor setup and the room flip. This abrupt change came just 30 days before our wedding.
While we were willing to adjust expectations, we asked for clear clarification on responsibilities moving forward. Instead, we were told she was unaware we had a coordinator, despite that information being shared earlier. This added to the confusion and frustration.
Communication then became inconsistent, and we were asked to move all discussions to phone calls instead of email. Given that several original promises had been made verbally and later walked back, we requested to keep communication in writing for clarity and accountability. After expressing this preference, the florist stated she was no longer comfortable moving forward and offered to return our deposit—only to reverse that decision later the same day. We were uncomfortable moving forward and she did return our deposit. We were able to secure another wonderful florist who saved our day.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unreliable, especially so close to our wedding date. What started as a promising and exciting partnership ultimately became stressful due to shifting expectations and lack of clear, consistent communication.LaFleur Event Planning + Decor's reply:
After sixteen years in the industry and a very strong satisfaction rate, we must formally dispute the false statements made in this review.
We take communication and transparency seriously. In this case, we made multiple attempts to address concerns via email and phone, and even offered to meet in person to resolve any misunderstandings. We made every attempt to resolve and explain the miscommunication and the client was unwilling to communicate with us. When communication was declined and the tone of the client relationship shifted, we offered a full refund as a good-faith solution.
Our scope of work and pricing are always clearly outlined. Additional services- such as setting menus, place cards, and moving personal items are Day of Coordination level tasks and are quoted separately to ensure our team is fairly compensated. When elements were removed from the contract but the associated labor was still expected, we communicated that adjustment would be necessary. At that stage, communication broke down and we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution.
Ultimately, the client chose to cancel services and accepted our full refund. While it’s unfortunate to receive a negative review, we stand by our process, our professionalism, and our longstanding record of client satisfaction.
