Nanette Sent on 01/11/2011My Maid of honor, flower girl, and I all had our hair done here. They were amazing! When we called to book our appointments (later than we should have) they were already full. Instead of turning us away, they called a few beauticians and asked them to come in on their day off. All three of our beauticians were wonderful and we loved how our hair turned out. -

Christy Sent on 09/07/2014They were fantastic! Very flexible for when my bridal party came in. My makeup and hair were amazing and lasted the whole day. Only draw back was that the trial was full price. -

Krissy Sent on 11/04/2012I used this salon (the Legacy Village location) for my bridal hair and make-up, as well as the hair and make-up for my bridesmaids. I also had a "spa day" to try out their services prior to booking for my wedding. During my spa day, the services (manicure, pedicure, massage, facial, and haircut/style) were awesome... no complaints at all. With regard to my weddingt day experience... To start, scheduling me and my bridesmaids was difficult. The bridal coordinator changed 3 times in the 8 months prior to the wedding, so it was often difficult to figure out who I needed to contact with changes. My stylist was also changed at least 3 times in that timeframe... so I didn't dare schedule my trial more than a few weeks before the wedding! I was very pleased with my hair trial, but was told upon my arrival that another stylist would be doing my make-up - and that she wasn't available on that day to do a trial for me. Being that I live in Dayton, it wasn't possible for me to schedule another appointment for a make-up trial, which made me nervous about what my experience would be like on my wedding day. On the day of my bridal services, I was tremendously pleased with the quality of my hair and make-up, which looked absolutely phenomenal. My bridesmaids' make-up also looked amazing. However, my bridesmaids' hair did not hold up very well. All of them that had their styling done at Ladies and Gentlemen had to pull out curling irons and hairspray a few hours later after pictures - even though they were all very careful, it just didn't hold very well. I think I would highly recommend this salon for day-to-day services, but do have some qualms about recommending them for bridal services.
