We used La Bon for our wedding cake on 5/20/2023. Brianna was super helpful and responsive, and the tasting was a lot of fun! Perfection as Usual
We had been getting all of our baked goods and sweets from La Bon prior to finding out that our venue contracted their wedding cakes through them. So we were confident from the beginning that our cake would be top quality! Sure enough, our cake ended up being delicious and looked exactly how we wanted the design to be! What a joy it was to work with La Bon Bake Shoppes for our custom wedding cake! Our cake consultant, Breanna was so responsive, accommodating, super sweet and professional. Even our take home cake tasting was such a wonderful experience and they were so generous with full portions of cake flavors and fillings. It did not disappoint! We were so happy with our wedding cake and it was such a beautiful design and so fresh! Our guests are still raving about how delicious our cake tasted! perfection!
La Bon was by far the best quality & tasting cake I tasted - and working with Breanna was a dream! She made coordinating things so easy and stress-free. We loved the wedding cake so much that we also ordered a beautiful assorted cookie platter for our guests which was a hit. And the 1 year anniversary cake is such a charming touch! I can't say enough good things about both Breanna & the staff at La Bon. From the taste testing, to the baby shower cake they made for our son, to our amazing wedding cake they made! The skill and the taste is well worth it. Breanna is super attentive, and responds very quickly to all questions asked. The wedding cake was included in our venue's cost, so if you're getting married at the Ryland Inn, please do yourself a favor and go with La Bon. We're over 6 months past our wedding, and a year from our baby shower, and people STILL talk about how delicious our cakes were.La Bon Bake Shoppes's reply:

La Bon Bake Shoppes did made our cake for our wedding in April. It was absolutely delicious! They have so many cakes and icing flavors to choose from. They truly have something for everyone! Highly recommend getting your cake made by La Bon!La Bon Bake Shoppes's reply:

La Bon Bake Shoppes created the most delicious cake for our wedding! Breanna was so easy to work with throughout the process - especially considering that we live out of state. She helped to set up an at home cake tasting for us in 2020 when everything was still pretty shut down, and then when we decided to postpone our big wedding it was very easy to do so with them. We selected the vanilla cake with chocolate fudge and oh my goodness it was so so good. The cake was also beautifully decorated. It was an absolute pleasure working with La Bon for our wedding cakes. I have a dairy allergy and so it was important to me to have a cake that I could eat at our wedding. Well Breana at La Bon made that happen! Our cake tasting with them was great. I was able to sample their vegan options, while my husband tried their regular cake. Everything was so delicious that it was hard to choose! We ended up ordering a regular three tiered cake and a small vegan cake. Our wedding venue gave the option to select one of two bakeries for our wedding cake. La Bon offers tastings out of their multiple locations with flexible pick-up options -- the take home tasting from La Bon was amazing and provided us with enough cake and frosting options to try every possible combination. Brianna (their cake consultant) was responsive and answered all questions thoroughly. Our 4-tier cake was beautiful, classic, and absolutely delicious!La Bon Bake Shoppes's reply:

User1800018 Sent on 09/08/2014I ordered my cake from La Bonbonniere for my wedding. I walked in and they were very friendly and helpful. My wedding was in 4 weeks and they were able to have the cake made a delivered. Everyone raved about the cake. Love this bakery. -
Hannah Sent on 06/25/2018Delicious cake! Since they are a very large bakery with multiple locations - their strategy is to provide a few (10-20) templates to work from. From there you can piece together your perfect cake. The model worked well for us and the cake turned out very nicely.
