  I have been working with King's Jewelers for years now. They have completes 3 custom pieces for me and repaired other jewelry. They are always quick to respond to email. I am a very picky person and they have always exceeded my expectations.

  My husband designed the ring and brought it to King. He seemed to like working with him. However, we took the ring to another jeweler to get it appraised and he pointed out that one of my alexandrites had a chip in it. Also, he noted that he had never seen that color of alexandrite before. Also, there was some yellow gold solder used on my ring and my ring is white gold. My friend got his ring there for his wife and her's was fine. It wasn't a custom ring, though.
