Ken worked with us last minute and was incredibly helpful

Ken was very kind and professional throughout the time we worked with him. I was very pleased that he was able to take photos for our elopement with less than a week of notice. He was very responsive to my emails and questions. He sent the photos back to us quickly and I was very impressed with the quality. The photos were amazing and I am glad I will always have them as a memory of my wedding day!

He's a real pro.

I worked with Ken when he was a newspaper photographer. The kind of energy he showed in those days convinced me to recommend him for my daughter's wedding. It was the smart choice. He brings his A-game whether he's shooting a wedding or a major news event. He gave you the photos you expected but also found angles that surprised and delighted us.

Ken was an amazing photographer to work with. He has an artistic flare for his pictures making true pieces of art for your home. He also responds to your emails within usually the hour which is amazing. He provides you a ton of pictures which will literally take you days to go through them all. Ken was my photographer for our engagement photos and also our wedding. He was outstanding in all areas and very professional! He has wonderful ideas for staging the photos, both indoors and outdoors, as we went to an arboretum before our wedding where the rose garden and a historical home made for great backdrops. Ken arrived early for the big day and was very professional with all of those he photographed and yet had a wonderful sense of humor when it was needed during the long hours he worked. His prices are very reasonable and his photos are returned to you promptly and are above all others I have ever seen. I would highly recommend him for your engagement photos and your big wedding day as you will absolutely not be disappointed! Thank you again Ken for a job well done!

I do not have enough words for Ken's work. He was professional and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. Not a single picture or idea was left behind. His creativity shows in his work, and his work is pure art. I am so thankful that he captured our memories. The pictures come to life so we will be able to relive the day forever. If you do not have Ken as your photographer you are making a very big mistake.

Ken is a true professional. As a frugal spender, it was hard to wrap my head around the cost of a photographer. However, my Wife and I are so glad that we chose to hire Ken and do not regret the decision or cost one bit. He is no stranger to weddings and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. He even helped my groomsmen and I put our boutonnieres on! There were several moments throughout that day that I found myself thinking "man, I would love to have a picture of this," only to look up and see Ken taking several pictures.
Ken and his assistant did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I interviewed a LOT of wedding vendors particularly for pictures. For me, I wanted to be sure to capture every part of our wedding day, and have some artsy pictures to go along with it. Mr. Love far exceeded our expectations in every way. He was the one vendor I would absolutely always recommend to anyone for pictures - not just for weddings, but any picture needs you may have. We love the touch ups he did, and he provided all pictures to us at the end. I couldn't believe how many there were! My husband and I were married 5 years ago and I find myself going back to him for pictures for other events in my family's lives. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Love. His work speaks for itself.

If you want the best photographer, not only capturing family but getting the best artistic photographs, Ken Love needs to be your photographer! I'm from Nebraska and my husband was from Ohio and Ken was great in planning our Cleveland wedding long distance. On our special day not only was he there and ready before I got to the first photo round, he was full of bounds of energy that made both my husband and I laugh that made the photo sessions feel comfortable and not posed. Ken truly is the best, hands down!!

Use Mr Ken Love. Do it and you won't be sorry. I am not so attractive at almost 60 and this little ball of energy, charm and skill took the most flattering and amazing pictures of not only my self but every guest that attended. He captured everyone at their most beautiful, in my eyes that is a true gift. He was kind, funny and delightful and helped all get into the mood for pics on a hot day. We plan on using him again just for outdoor family photos at his property. That photo will also include 2 dogs and 2 large birds! I literally fell in love with the man. Great guy at a great price.

Ken was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We were in contact with Ken from the time we got our engagement photos to the wedding day. He is so fast to reply, and so helpful in our ideas. Not only were our photographs beautiful, but we had a blast getting them taken. Ken was so enthusiastic and energetic throughout both of our sessions. There is nothing worse than a lazy photographer, and Ken was so far from that. Ken love who is this guy I'll tell you who he is he is the most unique photographer I have ever met in my entire life the shots he captured were incredible my entire wedding party just loved him we loved his attitude we loved how he got us going he cracked some jokes we were laughing the entire time I wasn't sure where to take this review I could either just write a couple words or really go into detail and I think detail is everything don't hesitate just go with him he knows what he's doing if he gives you any suggestions just roll with it I hope I can continue to use him in the future and if I cannot I certainly will forward his name to everybody that I know. when I was looking for a photographer I just started getting online I really didn't know what I was doing so I asked a couple people and after 15 people told me Ken Love I was sold! Thanks to Ken I will be able to treasure the photos and the special memories for the rest of my life

Ken was professional, funny, and always responded to our emails the same day. The cost of his service was cheaper than most photographers but I can't imagine our wedding photos coming out any better. He does fantastic work. We also received our photos only about a week after our wedding. I'd recommend Ken to any couple getting married in NE Ohio.

Hired Ken and staff based on other reviews and samples of what he has done in the past. Was not disappointed at all, we had a very short window to take pictures as we did not do a first look and we were extremely happy with the results with what little time and areas we gave him and his staff to work with.

Prior to getting married, a friend who had just recently gotten married told me "you spend thousands on the cake, the food, the hall, the dress... and it's all gone in the blink of an eye. Make sure you get a great photographer to capture those moments. Cake is for a night, photos are forever" And I thank God every day I took her advice! Ken Love and his team were absolutely AMAZING to work with!!! He comes in lower than the national wedding photographer average, but he is top notch. I received over 3,000 pictures and he was with me from 11am-9:00pm to capture every moment. He has such an amazing artful eye that we came away with a slew of pictures ranging from graceful, to silly, to romantic, to artistic- and everything in between. He kept us laughing so the smiles were genuine. Every time I look through my pictures, it is like reliving the day from all angles. If you have any doubts or reservations, wipe them away now! This is a great investment- even for those on a tight budget (like we were). Cut corners elsewhere- not on the photography!!!

Ken Love and his team were absolutely amazing! Ken was completely organized and helped us plan out our day so we were able to get all the pictures we wanted. For the day of, Ken was on time and showed up ready to work. I'm so grateful that I had a photographer with so much experience because it made everything go so smooth, especially with the large bridal party that we had.

Besides everything the day of, Ken is extremely timely with the return of the pictures. He sent me several photos the next day, and all 6000 of my pictures were done 4 days after the wedding. On top of this, the pictures are absolutely STUNNING!

Three cheers for Ken Love, I would recommend him to every bride!

I used Ken Love Photography for my recent wedding. He was fantastic. He came to shoot us getting ready around 11:30am and stayed until around 9:30pm. He took so many photos in so many different spots. When we got our pictures, all of the “good ones” had a re-touched color copy and re-touched black and white version. He also sends you every picture that he took, even the ones where some people aren’t looking, which are sometimes my favorites. He and his crew were very easy to work with.

Prior to our wedding, we interviewed with a couple other photography company's and their rates were so high. Ken gives a fair price and his photos are excellent.

Photographers don't get much better than Ken and Julie Love. Ken has shot pictures for us in the past, and we always knew when it came to our wedding, we wouldn't want anyone else to photograph our wedding! Ken and Julie both went above and beyond our highest expectations!!!!!! They were both every energetic, great to work with, very professional and knowledgable! When my wife and I saw Ken's website, we immediately knew this was who we wanted to shoot our wedding. Problem was our wedding date was already booked (book early with Ken). So, I did what any sensible groom would do and moved the wedding date (yes my bride still married me) so Ken could be our photographer. We are so glad that we did too. First, the quality of the service(s) Ken provides is the best -- second to none. We were very disappointed that the sun was not shining yet, when we received our pics, there it was, shining in the background on us! Plus, unlike most, Ken gives you all of the photos from your wedding day -- free to do with whatever you want. That is the one wedding investment that we actually received a return on (cake is gone, dinner is gone, drink is gone, but we have our pictures!!!!!). He professionally retouches the best pics. And I am not talking about a few, try hundreds of them!!!!! Different colors and shading, B&W, B&W with color splash, vintagey looking pics, pics that were warped in appearance, and other effects I cannot even name. And since we received ALL of our pics that he shot, we have some great candid shots that are hysterical and actually blooperish. I never imagined some of the faces my dear wedding party could make when we were doing our pics. Ken is also the most diligent in responsiveness responding almost immediately. Ken was extremely professional yet added a sense of humor, fun, excitement, and joy to the day.
Value. how does one define value? We paid for Ken's services and his product far surpassed the price. These pictures are breathtaking. Obviously there are cheaper photographers but, shockingly, there are more expensive. When my stepdaughter gets married, even if Ken tripled his price he will have a repeat customer. The only thing you keep after the wedding (besides your wife/husband) is the pictures. We do not have a single negative or critical thing to say about Ken and his wife.

Ken provided amazing service in every aspect possible! When I sent him an email, I had a response within minutes. I had the email link to hundreds of my retouched photos before I even returned home from my honeymoon. After browsing through local photographers online, when we came across Ken's work, my husband & I knew we wanted to book him and have zero regrets. He and his wife, Julie, are absolutely fantastic! Ken is truly an artist and has an eye for photography. You will not be disappointed. The photos are absolutely beautiful! Our friends and family love them as well. Ken and his wife were amazing to work with. They are so laid back and made the day flow so smoothly. They are both funny, but obviously take their job very seriously. He worked with me throughout the day, even when makeup and hair were taking too long. My pictures are AMAZING and I do not believe amazing even covers it. We hired Ken Love as our photographer for our wedding and were blown away with his photographs! Ken captured the best of us, we couldn’t be more pleased. Ken and his wife were our photographers for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the results! All of our photos look amazing and they provided them to us very quickly. It was important to us that we had our pictures at one of the metro parks, and although Ken and his wife hadn't taken photos at that particular metro park before, they discovered great scenery and angles, and utilized their knowledge of groupings and positions to produce fantastic results.

Ken and his wife Julie are amazing - they know exactly what to do and how to make it happen. Ken Love offers extremely good value for your photos compared to other photographers because he does not require you to buy photo books and other things that most require and he gives you ALL of the photo files they took that day in case you want to do anything with them yourself. First of all, Ken Love Photography is AMAZING! Ken and Julie and a perfect balance as a coordinator/photographer that keep everything moving and organized. It is amazing to have two photographers to capture two points of view through your wedding day. Our wedding photos are unique and absolutely gorgeous! Ken and Julie were at the church and ready to go when I first arrived at our church. They were not only there to take photos, they kept the entire wedding day moving and us on schedule. Julie ended up bustling my dress for me after we were complete taking photos as our bridal party was already “celebrating”. I cannot express how much a lifesaver Julie was for me! On the most stressful day of my life, Ken and Julie were there to take charge and calm my nerves. I totally trusted them and knew they would follow through with amazing photos. I received a lot of compliments on our wedding photos and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. To top of off, we took a one week honeymoon in St. Lucia immediately following the wedding and when we got back home, our CD of wedding photos was waiting for us in our mailbox. All the photos and all the touched up photos were DONE! You don’t have to wait six months like other photographers! We were able to jump on my Ipad, go to Ken’s website, and view a post of all our touched up photos, did I say we were on our honeymoon?? Literally days after the wedding Ken had gone through all our photos, touched up, cropped, and completed our photos. It was amazing! He is like the energizer bunny! I am 100% satisfied with Ken Love Photography and would recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality wedding photographer that will give you unique/modern AND traditional wedding photos! Ken is awesome to work with!!! He responded to all of my emails within minutes and at any time of day. When we met with him, he and his wife were extremely welcoming and showed us several examples of his work over the years. We hired him to shoot both our engagement photos and wedding. He was extremely easy to work with and very passionate about his work, which makes sure he gets you the best results. Additionally, Ken provides you the rights to all of your photos and a copy of all photos. We received 300+ photos for our 1 hour engagement session and 6 disks of our wedding photos, including 900 photos that were retouched at no additional cost. We had a non-traditional winter wedding and Ken was helpful in giving us suggestions about the best time of day (as light is limited during in January) and venues for our photos. We were married at the courthouse and thus were constrained to some degree in when and where we could get our family photos, Ken and Julie were flexible and really captured some fun and dynamic shots. It was quite cold during our outdoor shoot, but Ken and Julie were really organized and spot on in setting up great images and getting us bundled up before the next shot. In fact, the outdoor photos, was one of our favorite parts of our wedding day, and the final images are simply beautiful. Ken was very prompt in all our communications and got us our photo disks just a couple days after our wedding. I appreciated his professionalism, but his artistry in capturing edgy, beautiful, and unexpected moments is what I would most recommend.

Ken responded to all my emails and voice mails almost immediately, often within minutes. He gave us great advice about organizing when to take the family photos and our own photos, as well as organizing how and when to meet for our first look photos. He and Julie were knowledgeable, had great ideas for photos, were quick to get shots - there was a high of 20F the day of our January wedding - and they gave us great direction. Most importantly, we really had a lot of fun with Ken and Julie as we posed for photos at various places around Akron, and our photos are absolutely gorgeous. My photographer Ken Love and his wife were nothing short of amazing. They made the whole experience fun and memorable. We had 3 hours of photos but it felt like an hour. I received all my cd's with all 5,000 pictures in the mail when I returned from my honeymoon only a week after the wedding!!! All the pictures are awesome!
One of my favorite qualities of these two is that they make you feel very comfortable. Throughout the day I never felt rushed. Also, I felt comfortable telling him what I wanted in some pictures.

Ken and Julie Love were fantastic!!!! From the very beginning with our engagement shots to the last photo of the night at our wedding they were 100% amazing! Ken is so quick to respond to email, text, and phone calls at ALL hours of the day/night. Half of the time I never even set my phone down before he would respond. I don't know how he does it with all the weddings and events he does. The quality of the photos are above and beyond but what really sold me was how personable and friendly both of them were with us and the family. I love all of my photos and had them all (5,440) 4 days after the wedding! Some may view the price as a little high but I disagree! Ken and Julie give you the best customer service, flexibility, creativeness, and ALL rights to every photo! To me, those things are priceless especially for our special day! Flexibility doesn't even describe how awesome they were on my day. I had an extremely tight schedule to begin with but when my morning got delayed by 2 hours due to hair and make-up, they seriously rocked it out! They had my family posed and waiting for me as soon as I was done, they had all the spots picked out for the photos, and Julie helped me run all around with my big dress!! They had me everywhere I needed to be on time exactly as planned, after the timeline was altered! You will NOT be disappointed with these two! I loved having both of them especially for the first looks and special moments, like catching my mom crying. Having both of them at different angles at all times captured my day perfectly. We looked at many wedding photographers in Buffalo and I even had my family meet with a number of them, but we couldn’t find anything comparable to the photos we had from our engagement shoot – SO, we decided to take Ken and Julie with us to Buffalo!
Julie and Ken arrived at my parent’s house before we had even gotten back from the salon and got pictures starting from the second we stepped out of the car and stayed all the way until our sparkler sendoff! Being in NY, they were unfamiliar with all of the locations we had chosen for pictures – they were quick, efficient and creative in picking unique shots for all of our pictures, the true test of talented photographers! They were patient with our crazy, rowdy wedding party and found ways to make each and every person comfortable in their pictures and look fantastic! I threw in a very random location that I wanted to take photos at after the ceremony and Ken was completely open to it and came up with many creative and fun shots I would never had thought of for the location. We have been getting compliments non-stop about how unique, creative, beautiful, and fun our pictures are. We absolutely love them! Ken and Julie are truly artists with a gift for what they do and they are truly awesome people you will not regret booking for your wedding. We love you guys! Thank you for everything!

The Most amazing photographers I have ever met! Highly recommend. Will never use a different photographer. The absolute best in the business! I cried when I was looking through my photos! They were also so helpful the day of during the shoots. AMAZING IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!!

Ken and his wife did our engagement and wedding pictures, they do such a phenomenal job I wouldn't have picked anyone else to do our pictures. The pictures are the one thing that you get to keep from the wedding to remember all those timeless moments, you definitely want to have the right photographer to do that and Ken is the perfect guy for that job. Not only is he a photographer but he is there with any questions you have about anything else and has awesome advice for cool pictures and any advice you might have on the way. Him and his wife are both awesome to work with and are like friends to you during the whole process. I highly recommend Ken Love Photography, all my friends and family ask who did my pictures cause they all love them.

I cannot say enough good things about Ken Love Photography. One of the most important aspects of your wedding is the photographer. Wedding photos are something you keep with you and display throughout your entire life. It's definitely not a department you can afford to skimp on when planning your wedding. I could not be happier with my wedding photos. Ken and his partner made taking pictures fun. It was such a relaxing experience. The last thing a bride needs on her wedding day is the photographer stressing her out. I love the creativity that was put into my pictures and I have gotten so many compliments on them and people asking who my photographer was. Ken was awesome!!!! When I first reached out to him, he was booked on my wedding day, but he said his other partner could be at my wedding. I was disappointed, but I was ok with him being Ken's understudy. Then Ken called me and said his wedding was cancelled and he would be able to do mine! He was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the whole process. On the actual day, he was so full of energy and excitement, it was amazing! He and his wife did such an amazing job, I could not be happier!

We were 100% satisfied with Ken's work! He did an amazing job on our photos. The retouched photos are wonderful and the ones he didn't retouch are great as well! We now have over 4000 pictures from our wedding and couldn't be happier with them! Not only were he and his wife very professional, they really helped me relax. We arrived at the site a few minutes late and frazzled and they were sitting on the patio waiting for us and almost immidiately calmed me down. They also helped with the organization and flow of the day. We didn't have a wedding planner and weren't exactly sure how things were supposed to go but they guided us through the day seemlessly. I absolutely recommend Ken Love to anyone!!!

My husband and I chose Ken as our photographer because we did not want the typical "cookie cutter" photos that other wedding photographers provide. I didn't want a picture just like so and so's wedding picture, I wanted MY wedding pictures. Ken had only done a few other weddings before us but the photos were amazing. Vivid, unique, artful, personal, etc., etc., etc. We met with Ken severeal months before our wedding and he wound up doing our engagement photos as well (just as personal and wonderful as our wedding photos). Ken really learns who you are and what is right for you as a couple.

The day of our wedding Ken was wonderful to have around. He had everyone laughing and relaxed which, of course, made our photos that much better. Ken arrived on time was super eager to take whatever photos we had planned and made sure to throw his creative eye in as well - and we are so grateful that he did! Ken also double checked with us before leaving for the night, making sure that we had everything we needed. Out of all the vendors, etc. that we worked with for our wedding Ken was by far the most plesant to deal with.

My husband and I just celebrated our six year anniversary and I am just as happy with our wedding photos today as I was six years ago when Ken gave them to us. So many wonderful memories were captured. Somehow not only my face while walking down the isle but also that of my husband and our guests were captured. Pretty impressive for one guy. One of my favorite photos is of my parents during our ceremony. Not every photographer would think to capture that. Ken did.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in October, so of course we turned to Ken and Julia for our maternity photos. Julia handled this shoot and we had so much fun! Our photos are just as beautiful and original as our engagement and wedding photos. We are excited to have our first baby shoot here in the next ten weeks!

You cannot go wrong with chosing Ken Love photography.

Ken and his wife were absolutely amazing. They both have great personalities and they took amazing photos of our wedding. We have already received so many compliments on our pictures. Nick and I could not have been happier with the amazing work that Ken and Julia did for our wedding photography. He had so many great ideas for pictures, he was on time to the church with an upbeat attitude, and both Ken and Julia were very helpful during our day. The locations he chose were beautiful and not "cookie cutter", and above all, the quality of the pictures he took were beyond superb. Our pictures are outstanding! They are so beautiful and we literally have every moment of our wedding documented. They didn't miss any of the moments that we wanted captured. We love how we have gorgeous pictures of us together, artistic shots, fun pictures, and then also the pictures that were just captured throughout our wedding day. I can't share enough how amazing our experience was with Ken Love Photography!! Not only were are pictures out of this world, Ken and Julie went above and beyond their job description! They made our day run smoothly and took on responsibilities that other vendors were not following through with. Our pictures....like I said, out of this world! We have received so many compliments on them and how they look like they are from out of a magazine. They're turn around time is like no other. Our cd's of pictures were already at home waiting for us when arrived home from our honeymoon! Not to mention his quick response to anytime I needed him. I feel so lucky to have found Ken Love Photography and have them do the photos for our wedding! They did a fantastic job and I have so many amazing photos! Not only that but they had nearly 900 photos retouched and mailed to me by Thursday following the wedding! They are fun to work with and are incredible artists! I would recommend them to anyone looking to book a wedding photographer! I couldn't be more excited about the quality of their work. It really isn't typical to have your photos back in a week and if you go on his site and look you will be impressed especially when you think you will have nearly 900 of these to go though! Amazing!

Ken and his wife know just how to make your special day very memorable. They are very professional and ready for anything. They had wonderful ideas and let me try some of my own. They worked well with my other vendors and all my fairytale dreams came true. Thanks to kens beautiful magical pictures I will always be able to remember my special day, in a special way. The best thing about Ken Love, he actually personally answers your emails in about 5 seconds with real answers that actually help.
We had a beautiful day but the weather ranged from 60 degrees to hurricane rain to 20 and snowing in the same day. Ken Love just ran with it. We were to do all of our pictures at a winery and a horse farm, since we were doing all of our pictures before hand Ken quickly changed the plans so my dress wouldn't get muddy and my ring bearers wouldn't suddenly take up the hobby of mud wrestling.
Our pictures turned out AMAZING, we had them in hand before we even got back form our honeymoon. Another awesome thing about Ken is YOU own the rights to the pictures so you can have them printed anywhere. Also Ken sends you a link to preview and ORDER your pictures where he touches up any picture you like beyond the 500 he retouches prior to you picking.

Ken Love Photography was AMAZING!!! I think it's really important to be comfortable with your photographer and have FUN and that's definitely what happened with them.
