Great Band, Lively and Accommodating

Ken and Anna did a wonderful job. They are upbeat, play current and classic tunes. Anna has a beautiful voice and Ken is incredibly talented. I would highly recommend them for any event. Ken Battista Band is in touch with the audience and plays according to the crowd to keep things upbeat and the dance floor hopping!

Created an AMAZING dance floor!

We hired Ken Battista Band for my wedding and it was fantastic! Even my grandma did not leave the dance floor! The music created such a fun dance floor. The songs sounded like the originals with a fun flair. The best was a Mashup the band created to popular songs and the surprise song my husband had them perform as one of the last dance.

Outstanding!

The Ken Battista band did an outstanding job. The live music contributed to a wonderful evening of celebration. Ken was very responsive and accommodating to our requests as we planned the emcee announcements and modifications to timing on the songs for our first dance and dances with our parents. On the evening of our wedding, we were fully able to enjoy the party, as Ken and the band kept everything flowing smoothly and the energy high. We recommend working with the Ken Battista Band for high quality entertainment!

Dancing all Night!

The Ken Battista Band was very flexible having to change dates last year due to covid. They did an excellent job starting with an acoustic guitar at cocktail hour all the way through to introductions to having the entire party on the dance floor all night. They truly made our reception an unforgettable experience! We highly recommend for those that love to dance the night away!

An Amazing Wedding Band

The Ken Battista Band was amazing!! They were great to work with when discussing song choices and even when we had to move our wedding date due to Covid. Our guests raved during and after the wedding about how much fun the dance floor was and how amazing they were. Could not recommend them enough!

Best Night of our lives

Ken Battista Band was the icing on the cake at our wedding. They absolutely crushed it!! They had our entire guest list on the dance floor for hours, which I haven’t seen at many weddings recently. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have fun at their wedding. I’d also like to thank them for playing a quick Sinatra song as a request so I could dance with my 95 year old grandmother before she had to leave. That will forever be one of my most cherished memories.

Great duo!

Ken & Anna were a great hit at our backyard bridal shower on a beautiful day! They played a great variety of music and were awesome to work with ahead of time. We plan on using them again in the future for other events!

Made Our Wedding Reception!

The Ken Batista band is talented, professional and so fun! They were so understanding when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid. They also helped us create a one of a kind wedding day and it would not have been the same without them!
First, they connected us with an incredible classical guitarist that played during the ceremony and accompanied one of our loved ones singing a song as the bridal party walked down the aisle. Then, gave us many options for cocktail hour music. They really brought the reception to life too and even had guests dancing before dinner!
One of the most special moments was when they happily let my father in law play a song with them on guitar. It meant to so much to us to have such a helpful band and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! If you’re looking for a band to take your event to the next level look no further!

The Ken Battista Band

The Ken Battista Band went above and beyond all of our expectations. Ken was always quick to reply and extremely understanding and flexible. We originally booked the band for our 2020 wedding but had to cancel. We then planned a wedding in a week and Ken was with us every step of the way. He made the impossible, possible! The band truly felt like part of the family during our intimate wedding celebration. Our guests were raving about how amazing they sounded. Multiple guests even asked for their business card at the end of the night. We can't say enough good things! We 1,000% recommend The Ken Battista Band!

Exciting fun lively band!

What an amazing band!! Joe and I saw Ken Batista Band at our friends wedding and had such a fun time. When the time came for planning our own wedding, Joe and I knew to look no further. Ken was incredible to work with, accommodated ALL of our special requests and led the charge on one hell of a reception! We are so happy Ken was a part of our day; we hope all the brides & grooms to follow get to experience such an amazing performance as we did!

The best band for your wedding!

We can't say enough good things about having Ken Battista Band at our Wedding in June of 2021. We had a smaller intimate wedding, so we decided on the Ken & Anna Duo. Ken and Anna did an amazing job...they are kind, thorough, talented, and passionate about what they do. Additionally, they were very accommodating with rescheduling when our original date had to be postponed during the pandemic. It felt like a large band was performing and not just two people with their arrangement of instruments, AMAZING vocals, and energy. Our wedding guests raved about the band the entire wedding and are still talking about hiring them for future celebrations. My husband Mike and I could not be happier with our decision to have Ken Battista Band at our wedding.

For anyone that is looking for a band for their wedding or any event, we highly suggest Ken Battista Band. We look forward to having them at future family celebrations in years to come.

Thank you, Ken and Anna! You were such a great addition to our big day.

Excellent group.

We have loved Ken Battista Band for years, met them at the bar we hang at. Our guests loved them at our wedding, danced a lot. They learned our wedding song for us as well.

Amazing band!

This is the second time that my family has used the Ken Battista Band as our wedding Band. The entire time leading up to the wedding Ken was extremely prompt in answering all my emails. He answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and concerns without even batting an eye. I didn’t know it at the time, but my dad had been in contact with Ken about a surprise, I as well had a surprise for the guests.. Ken was professional and made all surprises happen. The band was fantastic about getting everyone up and dancing! If you are looking for a band that takes care of it all, is friendly, professional, passionate and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. I would choose Ken Battista Band ten times over if I could.

Definitely Hire!

We hired The Ken Battista Band for our wedding at The Mutter Museum in Philadelphia. They more than exceeded our expectations. They were easy to contact via email, and their pricing was reasonable, given how costly bands can be. We were able to preview them at DaVinci's Pub prior to the wedding, which really showed us their skills in "their element." The band was so friendly at the pub and made us feel welcomed and appreciated.

They are experienced in the "wedding band game," and we knew we were in good hands with them. They required little to no instructions, other than the general "procedural listing" for the wedding timeline.

They were able to cater to all ages at the wedding as they know songs from almost every modern era decade. The band had a lot of energy, and I think, part of what makes them unique, is that they have both a male and female lead singer which is really awesome. Each of the singers fit the dynamic of the songs they sang, and the instrumental vigor of the band was top notch.

The band is especially good too because their set doesn't take up too much room, which maximizes the dance floor space. Also, when they were taking their break during our wedding, they even played the songs we requested over the speakers! There was no need to even have a DJ!

Definitely consider this band if you want to have an upbeat and energetic wedding!

An Extraordinary Musical Experience

We engaged the Ken Battista Band for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. From the opening song through to the end of the party, Ken, Annamarie, Michael and Juan provided an extraordinarily wonderful musical experience! Prior to the party, we had a few special songs that we wanted to hear and Ken was responsive to our requests even adding some extra special touches. For the past few days, we’ve been receiving non-stop emails and texts from our guests telling us about how great the music was which added to the making of a truly magical evening. For every song, the large dance floor was so full that some guests were dancing in the aisles.

The vocals and musical accompaniment are unparalleled and we wholeheartedly endorse the Ken Battista Band to make your wedding or party a very special affair.

Amazing Experience!

The Ken Battista Band performed at our daughter’s wedding this weekend and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Our first contact with Ken was lovely. He responded immediately and put my daughter at ease. My husband and I went twice to see the band perform locally and we were convinced they were the right fit. Over the months we asked many questions and Ken always answered promptly and positively. They learned songs for us for the first and father-daughter dances and they sounded amazing. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with.

That’s all very nice but their performance at the wedding BLEW US AWAY!!! We did not stop dancing all night. The dance floor was jam packed! They read our crowd perfectly and sounded phenomenal. The lead singer has a voice that is beautiful and adapts perfectly to every style of music. Our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had. We had three guests with walkers and they were up and dancing, too! You just couldn’t sit down. At the end of the night they played the last song and when it was over the dance floor erupted into a cheer of “One more song, one more song!” I’d never seen that before. The band obliged and everyone went crazy. Oh what a night!

I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone who wants to have an amazingly fun party! Thank you, Ken and your fantastic band! We loved having you at our wedding and can’t wait to hear you again soon!!!

This band are pros! They are so easy to work with. They will guide you through your reception and help you with any questions you have. They get everyone up on the dance floor and will make sure everyone has a great time. The music was the best . This is the second time I hired this band ! From start to finish Ken Battista Band was top notch. We had heard of them through friends, and decided to go see them perform in Skippack, PA. After that night, there was no question we wanted them at our wedding. We did not see another band. They offer brilliantly played music at a very reasonable price. We added an extra horn player for slightly more money, and it was worth every penny. We had the jazz guitarist offering for our cocktail hour, which I also highly recommend. KBB was professional and accommodating in every aspect... from our "special dances" to special requests. They even learned a Billy Joel song for my wife! The bottom line, our dance floor was packed the entire night, and every one was talking about how great they were on the bus ride back to the hotel. Thanks again KBB!

Ken and his band were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at our wedding! During the planning process, Ken answered all of my e-mails within a few hours and with any and all information that I needed. His professionalism was evident from the start. He was and IS amazing! The band was also incredible - there is no better band for the value. We decided to add a trumpet, too, which made the sound even more incredible! Ken also supplied an acoustic guitarist and jazz guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Every single musician exceeded our expectations. The guests at our wedding are still RAVING about how good the band was. SUCH an amazing decision to go with Ken Battista Band - we are just THRILLED. We'd hire them for ANY event we do in the future without even thinking twice!!!!!! Thanks for making our day even more special Ken & Co!!

Getting music for a party can be stressful, but not with Ken. We were able to do everything by email and the band was very accommodating to our wishes. They played songs that we requested, kept the volume at an excellent level so that people could talk or dance or just listen. The music selection during dinner was perfect and helped for a peaceful time. We had lots of feedback from our guests about how much they liked and appreciated the band, how good the music sounded and how much they enjoyed the songs. We would get this band again in a heartbeat when we have the opportunity.

Booking The Ken Battista Band was the best decision we made for our wedding. We heard so many compliments from our guests about how impressed they were. The lead vocalist has a beautiful voice and the band offers a wide variety of songs to choose from. Additionally they offer a great value for their services. The Ken Battista Band made our wedding an even better experience. Ken was thoroughly professional and responsive during the planning process, answering any and all questions that we had and was happy to make suggestions for anything from song choices to the timeline of the reception.
One of the most common compliments I have received since the wedding is how amazing the band was. The dance floor was full for the entire night and everyone from Boomers to Millenials were thrilled with the song choices. In the wedding planning process I saw dozens of bands and Ken Battista Band was easily my favorite. I saw bands that cost three times as much that weren't a tenth as good.
I could not more highly recommend the Ken Battista Band.

My wife and I could not have been happier with our selection to go with Ken and his band for our wedding! From the first communication until our wedding day, we had a great experience. As we started the process we were able to see Ken and the band at a local restaurant for a public show and we felt we had to look no further. They are energetic, well-rounded, engaging, and sound really, really good! You will not find better entertainment for your event for the value you will find with the Ken Battista Band. Since our wedding we have received one positive comment after another regarding the band and what a great time they created! Don't hesitate to book them, you will not be disappointed.

Ken and the band had the crowd dancing all night :) they were willing to learn our first dance song AND even 3 days before the wedding were able to make a quick change to our entrance songs to something they did not even have on their song lists. They are extremely talented. They were so fun and we keep getting compliments from all of our guests. One even commented that she is a "music snob" and could not stop raving about the band. Another guest asked where else they were playing so they could go out and dance!

I must also say Ken is very efficient in his email responses! It was a pleasure planning and working with the entire team.

We also had a guitarist and jazz musician during the ceremony and cocktail hour and they were extremely talented as well! I would recommend this band to anyone!

The icing on the cake was even when they let my cousin (a former musician) jam on the bongos! We had a super fun night and wedding thanks to the services provided by KB band!

Hired the 2 piece band for my mom's 60th Birthday and Retirement Party. They were amazing! The party was so much fun thanks to this band! They catered to all ages and musical genres and kept everyone on the dance floor. The guests were raving. I could not have been happier with my choice. Our event was outside for an Italian Feast. They had all age groups up and dancing, they played Italian music, Motown, Pop, standards, top 40, you name it they did it. Can't wait to have them back again next year.

We are still hearing rave reviews on how some of our guests thought it was a recording because they do such ON POINT covers! there wasn't a second that the dance floor was empty and i believe that is every brides dream! No one wants an empty dance floor. Ken and Anna and the whole crew were very professional, dressed very well and really put on a good show. They are the real deal, with lights, MCing the wedding and just playing down right good music! We cant thank you all enough. highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic band! We have absolutely no negative feedback for this band after our wedding at Vie in Philadelphia. I was hesitant to book such a small band for our wedding at first, as our venue was big and we knew of many other local Philadelphia bands that hang billboards around the city. After a family friend recommended the Ken Battista Band, we went to see this band live at Ron's Bar in Exton prior to booking. I can tell you the small venue did not do their talents justice. It was hard to hear in such a small space, and I almost did not book them. After talking with my family, we decided to go ahead based on their great set list and huge fan following. I think this was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They were absolutely amazing, professional and had a great presence on the stage. Our guests were on the dance floor all night! While you may consider hiring a larger band for your wedding, no need! The Ken Battista Band is absolutely perfect and at an incredible price for their level of talent.

This is the second time I hired the Ken Battista Band. Both occasions were for my companies formal anniversary parties. Communication with Ken was prompt, I never had any worries. This is our second experience with Ken Battista and they absolutely lived up to our expectations! Everybody in the crowd thoroughly enjoyed the music. Both the song choices and the talented musicians were perfect for getting all of our guests (even the non-dancers!) moving and having an amazing time. Everything, from the moment I inquired about booking the band to the time they packed up at the end of our party, went extremely smoothly. How wonderful it was to have Ken and Anna be a part of our special day! It was all that we hoped it would be and they played a large part in that. Ken and the band were phenomenal, no surprise to us. Almost a month after our wedding and guests are still raving about the Ken Battista Band! I can't tell you how many people said it was the best wedding band they've heard. Our dance floor was packed from the moment they started straight through the end and they sang at least 40 songs! Ken was also extremely easy to work with and on top of everything so I didn't have to worry at all. I am so glad we found the Ken Battista Band because they made our night so fun and special. If you are considering hiring Ken and his band for your wedding, book them now! They killed it.
I came across the band online and after listening to their samples, found they were playing at a nearby bar so we went to see them live (HIGHLY recommend this). I emailed him the next day to book.

Planning:
Ken replied to all of our emails within 1 hour. This prompt communication and reliability was priceless. Also a sign of a professional. Almost everything we asked Ken and his band to do, his answer was "Yes". I added a few things to the contract and when I asked if he was okay with the additions, he responded "I'm fine with everything you mentioned, as long as you are comfortable, we are good." This pretty much sums up working with Ken; he will do everything he can to make you happy.

Performance:
AMAZING! Great sound! Once they began playing, our wedding guests started dancing and we didn’t stop all night. I had multiple guests comment on how good the band was. They were supposed to take a short break while we cut the cake, but our cake was melting so the venue put it in the freezer but forgot to put it back out. When we realized there was no cake to cut, someone yelled "There's no cake! Tell the band to keep playing!" So, the Ken Battista Band played on and everyone went back to having a blast on the dance floor. They were perfect. Go see them live and decide for yourself (introduce yourself…then let them impress you).

Overall:
If we had to plan the wedding again, I would book the Ken Battista Band without hesitation. Ken was easy to work with, accommodating, and really just wants you and your guests to have an unforgettable night. The band is such an important part of the wedding. They make announcements, introduce the bridal party, keep the night on schedule, and keep that dance floor full and lively. Make sure you get a band you trust and know will rock the party. Highly recommend this band for all of the above reasons.

ROCKS!!! The Ken Battista band brought the party! My guests were amazed at the talent. They could not believe that the music was live, and not the original records of the artists. They were that good! Their variety of music was what sealed the deal for me! They play everything from top billboard hits, to classics. And I cannot forget to mention the vocals of ALL of their band members, especially Anna's soulful and powerful voice! I will definately be booking them again for our next party!

The Ken Battista Band was hands down the best band I have ever heard! From the first song they played they had the entire dance floor packed and everyone was dancing! They are extremely talented and very easy to work with. I didn't want to stop dancing and was sad when the night ended. They are wonderful musicians and so many of our quests kept complimenting how fantastic the band was!! We reccommended them to anyone!!

The Ken Battista band was excellent! We enjoyed listening to the band during dinner, and once the dance music started, everyone jumped out of their seats:) The dance floor was crowded on the first song and every song thereafter. Just about everyone in the band sang some songs and they were all exceptional vocalists! Having a live band at a wedding gets people up and out of their seats to dance and have a great time. That's what the Ken Batista Band did for my son's wedding:) Thanks, Ken!

One suggestion, I don't remember anyone announcing the cake cutting ceremony or where the cake was being served. It would be nice if someone would announce these things in case someone wants to take pictures or just know what's going on.

We had a great experience with Ken Battista and the band! Ken was responsive throughout the entire process and even learned our first dance song so he could perform it the day of (and did a fabulous job). The band kept the dance floor crowded the entire night and played a great mix of music! Wedding guests are still coming up to us and telling us how awesome the band was!

Ken & Anna are a dream to work with- quick responding, super accommodating, fun and extremely professional- not to mention über talented. This is our second booking- the first was for a 40th surprise birthday party downtown in Philadelphia and we had the entire band- AMAZING! Everyone kept asking us about the band. This last booking was for another birthday party - a Sunday Brunch in the suburbs with Anna and Ken- what a great duo- they bring such energy for two- you would have thought there were more band members! THE SAVING GRACE of our wedding. We were overjoyed at how AMAZING they were. Everything we wanted- they played. Old, new, young, old- rock n' roll, pop, etc. We are so glad we booked them and will recommend them to EVERYONE. They had all ages out on the dance floor all night. Despite the large reception area Ken and his band filled the room with quality sound the entire evening. They had everyone up dancing from my 7 year old niece to my 85 year old aunt. I had several guests compliment me on the music and how great the band sounded. The song selection was fabulous and thbananas memberwears so talented; My husband and I could not have been more delighted with our choice and would recommend Ken and his band to anyone. Thanks for making our daughter's wedding even more wonderful.

I recommend this band. My family and friends didn't stop dancing. They liked the variety of music offered. Ken sang our first song exactly how Elvis sang it. He also played music we asked for. But honestly we were stress-free knowing the Ken Batista band was playing our wedding. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!

Our venue was small, so we were very concerned about the band being too loud and making it impossible for the guests to talk at their tables. The Ken Battista band was PERFECT. We expressed our concerns to them, and the volume level was exactly where it needed to be. When you book a band from a web site, you really don't know what to expect. A band makes or breaks your event. The Ken Battista band MADE our son's wedding an absolutely phenomenal evening. The Ken Battista band was the best choice for my wedding! Ken was very professional, responsive to all of my emails and Anna's voice is incredible! They were also very accomodating and flexible with my play list suggestions. The wedding went on until 1:30am and the band rocked it the entire time! If you don't hire the Ken Battista band for your wedding, you are missing out. I had read glowing reviews before booking this band and thought, "Can they really be that good?!" And they were! They had our guests dancing the entire time, played all of our requests and had an amazing range of songs from Motown to Pink. They can play it all. My guests all raved about the music. This band is absolutely awesome!!!! I strongly recommend having them play at anyone's wedding. They are professional, excellent, and their music gets everyone up and dancing. If you truly want to enhance your wedding, then BOOK them today.... You won't be disappointed....I had them play at my children's high school graduation parties, and then talked my son into playing at his wedding. He was at first skeptical, but soon realized that they were the right pick for their wedding. He wasn't disappointed. The crowd ranged from twenty somethings to seventy somethings in age, and everyone was up and dancing the night away. They over-exceeded even our expectations. You won't be disappointed!!! My wedding was amazing in large part thanks to the Ken Battista Band. The band was great and had everyone up and dancing and having a great time. Everyone I talked to after the wedding commented on how great the band was. They played a great mix of new songs as well as classics and were very accomadating to all of our special requests. I highly recommend them for any wedding or other celebration of any size (we had 220 guests).

Book the Ken Battista band for your wedding!!!!!! I came across their wedding wire review one night after coming back from another band preview. I knew the other band just wasn't the one and after reading the Ken Battista band reviews I had a feeling I had found the one!

Ken could not have been more responsive throughout the entire process. I work in account services at an ad agency and I don't even respond to my client's emails as quickly as Ken did ;)

My husband and I booked them immediately after checking the band out at a local bar. We heard them play, heard Anna sing and again we just knew they were it.

At our wedding,Ken did a fantastic job emceeing, and the band had people dancing and having SO MUCH FUN. I told Ken ahead of time that I was really hoping for a great dance party. He said "not to worry, no need to share a play list, we got this" and I literally didn't give them a single request other than our wedding song and father/mother of the bride/groom songs. I danced my heart out as did all of our guests. Ken and Anna even welcomed my friend up on stage when she requested to sing Living on a Prayer. The pictures that Anna took of this from the stage are priceless. So many people complimented us on the band and people are still asking for Ken's name to refer to other friends who are planning weddings.

Ken makes this so easy--honestly 100% stress free because this band is incredibly talented, they are professional and it couldn't have been easier to book and coordinate with Ken, and they gave us the exact dance party we had hoped for--I literally just wish the wedding had been 2 hours longer so we'd have more time to enjoy it! I'm hoping to check them out at another local bar again soon to relive the glory of our wedding!

Ken Battista and Anna were fantastic. They accomodated all of our requests; performed excellent together and seperately; guests were raving about how good they were. We could not have asked for more. They were extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality entertainment.

The KB Band exceeded all expectations! Extremely professional and gave such personal attention to our needs. The sound they provide is so impressive! Musical selection was spot on for each part of the night- classy jazz for cocktails then later on to dance songs- current and old favorites- even with some classic rock. Our guests commented on how great they were all night! I can't wait to dance the night away again to the Ken Battista Band! Fabulous!

The Ken Batista Band did an amazing job at our GALA. They were more than gracious to work with! The dance floor was happening and a fun time was had by all!!!

Ken was amazing, more than we ever anticipated, and far exceeded our expectations. We gave Ken a couple very specific songs, and left the rest up to his artistic creativity. He was prompt, professional and personable to our guests. The music created the perfect mood for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We would highly recommend Ken and the Battista band for any occassion from simple to elaborate.

Do yourself a favor and hire Ken Battista and Anna for your wedding. They tailored to our needs from the ceremony all the way through the reception. Ken responded to every email and was flexible enough to change anything we needed with no problem. Anna's voice is unmatched and Ken's true musical expression can get a crowd moving! My husband and I are still getting emails and/or phone calls about how great the band was. Hire them!!!!!

Ken is very professional and great to work with! He always got back to mean very quickly which made the planning process much easier, especially planning a wedding from England. He was very helpful in getting us the services we required within our budget. Ken and Anna were absolutely fantastic and we received so many compliments on the band during and after the reception! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know, thanks so much for the perfect music and atmosphere for our perfect day!

They always get the crowd dancing and Anna Maria is amazing! From her Lady Gaga, Katy Perry to classics like "At Last", she is awesome!

They were absolutely wonderful and a great crowd pleaser. They played a variety of music that was great to dance to and provided pleasant background music during dinner. Everyone commented how pleasant they were and how beautiful their music was. The assortment of music was suitable for the mixed age group, old and popular tunes, and they took requests. I would highly recommend them and we plan to book them again in the future.

The Ken Battista band was awesome at my wedding party! Everyone had a wonderful time, and I heard many of our guests say how great they were. One even commented that they were the best wedding bad she had ever heard! We would highly recommend them! Ken was very easy to work with and got back to me promptly when I emailed him with questions. If you book them you won't be disappointed!
