Phenomenal Florist!!!

I highly recommend having Kelley as your florist. Her work is absolutely amazing. She met with me multiple times and took her time with me making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She carried through with every detail. Day of, she was there to set up everything, transition, and clean up. If you want a passionate and talented florist, you want Kelley! People are still talking about my flowers!

My husband and I can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoyed working with Kelly. Not only was the end product absolutely amazing but she also made the entire process from beginning to end extremely easy. She understood everything we wanted within our vision for our big day and what she delivered exceeded my expectations. Not only were the floral arrangements dreamy and elegant but Kelly was realistic with pricing and was always willing to work with us. We received so many compliments on our flowers and we will definitely be using Kelly in the future.

Kelley's Bloom Room went above and beyond for my wedding day. I had a great experience planning with Kelley. She is fun and full of great energy. She did her best to meet my Pinterest expectations and looking back I wouldn't change one thing. She is detailed in her work and really tries to meet all the bride’s needs. My favorite memory while working with Kelley was creating the "show stopper" center piece for the ballroom. It really was a show stopper. We met several times to go over details/ changes and Kelley was always flexible with changing plans and coming up with more ideas.
You won’t be disappointed with Kelley and her team. She is an amazing artist that will bring your fairytale to life.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelley and her staff! They were absolutely amazing! Kelley went above and beyond on my wedding day- from designing the most gorgeous flower arrangements I've ever seen to helping hang decor around the venue to holding my veil as I walked towards the ceremony. She was also great about staying within the budget I presented to her and adjusting here and there throughout the process. Worth.every.penny. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that asks. Her flowers were the talk of the wedding! Thanks Kelley!! Look forward to working with you and your staff in the future!

When we met with Kelley for the first time, we knew that she was the one. Her vision, creativity and passion is why she is so good at what she does. Her execution on our wedding day was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the altar arrangements and aisle decor to the bridal bouquets and boutonnieres, her vision is magical. She was able to take an idea and color theme and create exactly what I envisioned and MORE. Kelley and her team were able to deliver our bouquets to a different city just us in time for photos AND promptly deliver our ceremony decor to the venue in a timely fashion. Florals can get expensive, but she was able to create so much beauty within our budget. I would highly recommend her!

I have met with Kelley a couple times so far to go over the bouquets and reception flowers. She has been great to work with so far. She has been willing to work with my budget, and has many suggestions to someone who doesn't know a lot about flowers. I'm excited to see what she comes up with!

Kelley did a wonderful job with our flowers and organic decorations for our vow renewal! We had so many complements, our guests were very impressed! Kelley is very creative and great to work with. Kelley provided flowers/floral arrangements for my 10.01.2016 wedding. She put together bouquets for my bridesmaids, the bridal bouquet, single stem roses for the mothers, boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen, and created a floral arrangement for 16 tables at our reception to accompany standard decorations provided by the site. Kelley did an AMAZING job...everything turned out even more beautiful than we imagined! She has such creative vision, she incorporated flowers that I saw & loved (succulents, roses, hydrangeas) as well as her own additions in my color palette of sage, white, and pops of tangerine. She was also very mindful of my budget and I appreciated that very much! She's fun to work with - easy going, artistic, with a great sense of humor. Thank you Kelley & Kelley's Bloom Room!

We used Kelley to provide the flowers for our daughter's wedding last weekend at The River House. From our initial meeting, I knew we had found the right florist. We had a general idea of color and style but Kelley really made it come to life. She is so creative and knowledgeable, she was able to take our ideas and make them so much better. Kelley is also great in working within your budget. On the day of the wedding, everything was spectacular from the bouquets to the ceremony flowers to the table arrangements. Everything surpassed our expectations! Thank you Kelley for helping to make my daughter's day perfect. I have a younger daughter, so when the time comes for her wedding, I will surely work with Kelley again. I highly recommend her!!

I met with a handful of florists before my wedding, but once I met with Kelley I knew she was the person I wanted to work with. Other vendors took my ideas and basically copied them. Kelley took my ideas and made them even better than I could imagine. I had some pictures laid out and in my mind of what I wanted, and when Kelley heard and saw them it's like she was able to get in my head because she saw/put together the vision of the wedding before I even saw the full vision. She was truly great to work with. Kelley did the flowers and decor for my wedding and it was all superb. I received many compliments from guests and those involved in the wedding about how beautiful everything was. Some of the best pre-wedding advice I received was to try and limit the amount of wedding day DIY projects and tasks for myself and the wedding party in order to really enjoy the wedding day festivities. If you take this same advice then have Kelley do your florals and decor. She won't disappoint!

This is the second wedding I have used Kelley for flowers. When my first daughter was married (10/10/10) it was a full blown church wedding and Garden Club reception. Last weekend, my oldest daughter got married in our backyard. In both cases, Kelley's flowers stole the show. She has an amazing ability to see your vision and make it 100 times better. The wedding 5 years ago involved everything from the church to the reception to bouquets and boutonnieres. Every detail was outstanding and I felt like not only did I get my moneys worth, it looked like I payed more than I did. On last weekends backyard wedding, Kelley did the bouquets and boutonnieres but with just as much care and attention to detail as she did with the first. Her work is beautiful, innovative, and priced well. I highly recommend her!

Kelley was wonderful to work with! She listened, adjusted the budget when necessary, and brought to life the ideas that were but a dream. She made a beautiful archway of blue hydrangeas and white roses, which she transported from the wedding site to the reception site 10 miles away.

Kelley was great at getting back to me in a timely fashion, and helped make my daughter's wedding the wedding of her dreams! I would highly recommend Kelley's Bloom Room for any floral needs.

Kelley is awesome!!! I bought my own silk flowers and she worked with my vision to create beautiful centerpieces! She also made my lower centerpieces from real flowers which turned out perfect with the the extra "bling" she knew I was looking for. Most of all, I was stressed with my head table centerpiece because of the level of detail it required and she exceeded my expectations!! It is evident that she is an expert in her line of work and I would highly recommend!

Kelley's Bloom Room is PHENOMENAL. From the moment I first stepped foot in her store I was sold. Her energy and love for what she does is inspiring. Kelley helped me mold my scattered ideas into a beautiful masterpiece. Every detail was perfect. The moment I walked out of the TPC Sawgrass clubhouse and saw what she had created on the lawn, I was speechless. It was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed of it being. Wedding planning is not easy, at all. There are details that you would have never even thought of that become crucial on your big day. Having been somewhat unprepared when I first met with Kelley, it didn't matter. She was patient and she was determined. She was determined that we were going to find the perfect decorations; and we did. I am so thankful that I found Kelley and was able to work with her. She is awesome!

Kelley was great to work with for our daughter's wedding in Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach, May 17, 2014. I was working from the Memphis area and met with her in August and again during the week of the wedding. Kelley is very creative and followed thru beautifully with the vintage theme in both the church and the reception venue. Flowers were beautiful and the vignettes on each table were just what we wanted. Even with several last minute changes, it was lovely! I would highly recommend Kelley for her creativity and knowledge of flowers.

Kelley is amazing. You tell her a little about you and your groom and she comes up with a master piece. I did not have time to pick up my bouquet the day of my wedding what did she do? She brought it to where I was getting married and dropped them off for me. I love her she made my day everyone talked about how beautiful me and my maid of honor bouquet was. I love butterflies and what did Kelley do? she added butterflies to my bouquet. She is absolutely amazing. I will give her a 100 out of 100

Kelley made my daughter's wedding at the TPC this past Saturday absolutely the wedding of her dreams. She took my daughter's vision of a romantic, vintage style and put it into reality for us. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and we received many, many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the flowers were. Kelley has a way of creating from your vision that is absolutely fabulous. She even found a way to incorporate a vintage style silhouette that she helped my daughter create into the decor and it was beautiful. She created custom placecard holders for the tables that were just incredibile. I would highly recommend Kelley to any future bride. She will make your dream wedding a reality!

Everything about working with Kelley for my wedding day was amazing. She was quick to respond to my every request and was flexible when things needed to change at the last minute. I was not treated as "just another bride," but she invested herself in my husband and I personally. She was so easy to work with in planning everything about the wedding. Her flower prices are low but still with amazing quality. My bouquet was more amazing than I ever imagined. I cried when I first held it. Our center pieces were simple but elegant. The little details she added around the reception just made it perfect. Kelley is an amazing woman to work with and I would recommend her to any bride in the Jacksonville area looking for someone who cares about brides, their budget, their time, and making memories:)

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING...I recently got married at the River house in St. Augustine Fl. I selected Kelley to work with me after several meetings with florist in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area. Kelley was by far the most professional and talented florist out of everyone. Kelley was able to take my vision and turn it into reality. She thought about EVERYTHING and had a plan A,B, and C readily available "just in case" it rained, snowed or hailed (Which is very important for any bride). I would call Kelley 2x a week with changes or ideas I had. Kelley would always pick up or return my call within 24 hours. Kelley had extraordinay customer service skills...I was the type of bride who knew what I wanted and only wanted to work with the "BEST" florist in town in regards to customer service and skill set. I nailed it with Kelley, she was phenomenal!!! I will always use Kelley for my floral couture needs. Thank you so much for making my dream come true!!!!!! -----VK

What can I say? Kelley is the best, she has made both me and my mom the happiest MOB & Bride ever!! We met Kelley a year before the wedding as we were canvasing for floral designers. From the moment we met Kelley, we knew she would deliver!

She proposed ideas for my wedding that none of the other floral designers we met could come up with. Her ideas and design were very unique and catered to what I wanted and not the same typical designs that everyone receives. She also works with you throughout the planning process to modify your floral design. Bless her heart for having to be flexible with all my different changes. I also liked how she used her imagination to create something and also worked with us on our budget. Advice to brides - don't throw out a budget up front, let the floral designers create something for you then scale down. In our case we didn't scale down lol, we added more.

My mom still raves about how when she walked into the chapel before the ceremony and yelped "OH MY GOD it's so beautiful" when she saw Kelley & her teams work come to life in the chapel. Mom forgot that the choir members were waiting in the choir loft when she was in utter excitement. hahaha. When I walked down the aisle and saw for the 1st time the florals, My LORD, I was in AWE!! The design was MAGNIFICENT and out of this world!!

Reception was another speechless moment for me. When my husband and I were introduced to the guests and we walked in to the Sunset room (TPC sawgrass), I was floored by the decor and the hanging kissing balls on the chandeliers. No words can describe how AMAZING Kelley's work was!!

Overall, my Mom still raves about the florals a month later and how Kelley's designs are the best in town! She still shows off the florals to her friends and coworkers saying that they all should go to Kelley! hahaha.

You won't be disappointed with Kelley and her team. They are the best, most flexible, phenomenal, and budget friendly!!

Kelley is a genius! After telling Kelley my ideas, which were rough, she was able to translate them into the most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever seen. From my bouquet of gorgeous orchids to our beautiful manzanita tree centerpieces, everything was gorgeous, and we repeatedly heard so from our guests. Cannot recommend Kelley enough :)

Kelley is a wonderful, patient, and talented florist. Since we lived in New York and our wedding was in Florida, Kelley spent many hours on the phone with us to help us select the perfect flowers for our wedding day. She was very accommodating with setting up appointment times on at least a couple occasions as we live out of town and only had limited time in Jacksonville to do wedding planning. I absolutely loved Kelley! She did an awesome job was super patient and had great ideas. The reception looked amazing! She was even there when we arrived making sure every small detail was handled and as I walked in she gave me a (much needed) drink. I received a ton of compliments from everyone for the flowers and the centerpieces. I would recommend Kelley to anyone getting married or needing florals for an event. She did a spectacular job.

First of all I chose Kelly's bloom room because, of all the wedding venues I visited she was always on the vendor list. So of course I figured she must do a great job! Well there was a reason why she made all the vendor list, she was wonderful!
First of all her flowers are amazing. Her professionalism in consulting with clients really gives you a unique experience with her beautifully decorated quaint shop. It was very easy to work with her. My favorite thing about her is her ability to work with a brides budget. I can't tell you how many times I changed my order and no matter what flower or decor I chose she could make it look amazing. Her assistant shana is just as wonderful. If Kelly is working on another project, her assistant takes over, and it's as if Kelly never left. It's such a great feeling as a bride to have the confidence that everything will be taken care of.
On the day of my wedding they came in and set up and I didn't even have to worry about a thing. What really helps is that Kelly doesn't just do flowers they also decorate which saves you from having to hire yet another vendor. I give Kelly's bloom room my highest recommendation. Any bride would be lucky to have her and her staff be apart of their special day!

Kelley has excellent vision for wedding flowers. I went in with specific ideas and she was able to take my vision and make it a reality. It is very helpful that she rents vases and other decor items, like chargers, because other florists I met with didn't.

Kelley truly LOVES what she does. You can tell that making arrangements is something she enjoys and it is not just a business for her. When Curtis and I met with her the first time we had met with other florist prior and we were so used to asking so how many flowers and how much.. But with Kelley it is more about a style and type of flower. My bridal bouquet she made it to fit the size appropriate of me.... So if more flowers were needed that's what she would use. We came up with several styles for our tables and she went with those styles and when we walked into our reception it was beautiful. She took Amy extra flowers/candles/etc and used them around as needed... Kelley has a great eye and wonderful personality. You give her a budget and she sticks with it and works with you to make it possibly to have your vision and stay within your budget.

Kelley is so very talented! Her visions for floral arrangements and overall decor are amazing! I wanted my wedding flower theme to be a bit different, and use succulents - and Kelley ran with the idea. She provided me with BEAUTIFUL flowers for my wedding. She also created an arch for my ceremony on site at Nocatee Crosswater Hall that was beyond words. Kelley and her assistant, Sarah, truly have outdone themselves with that arch - absolutely gorgeous!!! I couldn't have been more happy with my flowers and overall decor theme! I owe Kelley and her team a big thank you for making my wedding as beautiful as it was....THANK YOU!!!!

Kelley and her staff far exceeded our expectations. The flowers for our daughters wedding, at Memorial Presbyterian, and reception at the River House in St. Augustine, we absolutely stunning. Kelley listens to your ideas, and views, and goes over and above to help the bride to attain her dreams, while staying with the budget of the bride. Kelley's Bloom Room is just awesome. Kelley. What a personality! I loved her! She was so enjoyable to work with, I always looked forward to our meetings. She really saw the look I was going for and was ready with all the best suggestions to acquire the look of my dream wedding. Her shop was so chic and she, such a classy lady. Her staff as well, looked to belong in the shop. Everyone was so kind and obliging. She had everything I needed, the flowers, the columns, and even a runner specifically for outside weddings so that heels would not poke through to the ground. She took my theme of old fashioned romantic and brought it to life! I highly recommend Kelley's Bloom Room!

I absolutely LOVED the work that Kelley's Bloom Room did on my wedding day. I remember walking into Kelley's shop with just a few ideas and some color schemes, to which she created a masterpiece. I think it takes some real talent to do what Kelley is so wonderful at doing. I asked for everything that I could ever want with the budget that I had, and Kelley made it happen. When I walked into the reception room, I was blown away with how beautiful Kelley and the team made it look.

I thank you so much Kelley and team for doing such a wonderful job with my wedding. I really have zero complaints. Whenever I needed questions answered, they were proficient and fast when it came to responsiveness. As mentioned, they were certainly willing to work with my budget and went above and beyond. Kelley is such a sweetheart and she makes you feel so comfortable, especially if you know nothing about flowers. Her passion for her work will make you smile. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great florist.

Thank you Kelley for my BEAUTIFUL flowers. They were honestly my favorite part of the wedding (other than the whole getting married part :) ). The bouquets, corsages, and centerpieces could not have been any better than they were.

Kelley's Bloom Room had delivered everything that I wanted and more! The second I walked into there cute boutique I knew Kelley and her staff would have exactly what I was looking for. I am not someone that had a favorite flower or even knew what I wanted but after talking to Kelley she took my simply but elegant feeling to reality! Love, love, love everything she did! Kelley is more than a florist she is a designer extraordinaire. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate and everything you could want in a florist.

We met Kelley at Club Continental preferred vendor show. At our initial consultation I was in heaven as she completely got my concept. I was a bride who had a defined vision and knew what I wanted. Kelley was able to use her creativity and bring my dream alive.

The final set-up was understated elegance. I was so confident in her abilities, I recommended her to two of my friends whose weddings were prior to mine and she did an amazing job for them as well.

All in all, everything was GORGEOUS; from the two-jewel dripping arrangements on the church alter to my bouquet to the unbelievable fireplace at the Club.

I would not have changed a thing about my wedding florist. Kelley gave me the attention that every bride wants when designing her dream wedding. I met with many other florists and I didn't get the attention that she was willing to give. Once we started having our design meetings I realized that I had won the jackpot. Her ideas were so original and took mine to the next level. She was hands on with making mock up arrangements right on the spot with what she had in her studio so my husband and I could get a visual of her idea. It was amazing. The day of the weddin when I walked into that church and saw the first group of flowers I was BLOWN away. My guests still come to me and talk about them...that is how awesome they were. Then I saw the bouqets and they were 10 times better than I had dreamed they could be. Don't even get me started on the reception...the most amazing display of flowers. The guests would not stop commenting on how amazing the flowers were and how fresh. Guests took them home and were calling a week later saying they were still beautiful like the day of the wedding. I really can not say enough about Kelley's work. I would not have changed a single thing.

Kelley did an incredible job with the flowers for my daughter's wedding.
We met with Kelley and my daughter explained how she wanted the flowers to look on her wedding day. Kelley exceeded our expectations. Our daughter's wedding bouquet was gorgeous. I used Kelley’s Bloom Room for my September 25th wedding. I can honestly say from start to finish I had a spectacular experience with them. In my first consultation with Kelley I was ready to begin working with her, because I knew that she was the person that would be able to translate my ideas into reality. Kelley and I met frequently and corresponded via email and phone, and she was always very punctual with dates and times we were planned to meet/speak. Kelley dedicated as much of her time as it took to get the job the done! In our consultations in her studio, we would play around with the flowers and decorations she had there, and she ended up taking the abstract ideas that I had, and turning them in exactly what I wanted! Kelley played two roles in my wedding, my florists and my decorator/coordinator. She contacted all of the best people in Jacksonville and coordinated everything from my lighting to my linens and chairs. Kelley didn’t just pick the best- she picked the best vendors and helped to work with them so that my budget was still in mind. From day one I felt comfortable telling Kelley my budget, and she was always providing me with flower and vendor options that would give me exactly what I wanted, but keeping my price point in mind. On the day of the wedding, I came early to the church , and there was Kelley and her team working away! Kelley is defiantly not the florist who takes a stand back role, she was there putting in the hard work and sweat it took to finish the job and take every conversation and idea we had and make them real! My reception was at the Cummer Art and Gardens in Jacksonville, Florida. When I walked in for the first time to see everything I was floored!! It was everything and more that I had wanted and expected. Kelley had a hand in almost every single thing in that reception, and let me tell you- she made sure that all of vendors were there and did their job! It was beautiful! Kelley is a creative, dependable, affordable and wonderful woman to work with! She is professional but will help you laugh and relax on the toughest day- because let’s face it, planning a wedding is stressful!!! I would pick Kelley’s Bloom Room over and over again.. I have already referred a friend who has an upcoming wedding in April. She really has an outstanding company, an outstanding team and her work speaks for it!!!

Kelly provided the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutley breath taking! We had her due and arch as we were having our ceremony and reception at Maggiano's, the arch was gorgeous! Kelley did a beautiful job with my Daughters wedding flowers. She made us an impressive lichted column structure draped in organza with Large ferns and flowers on either side for the ceremony to take place under. The brides bouquet was gorgeous, as we're all the attendants flowers. Kelley paid close attention to detail and color and our flowers lasted for days. Two weeks before the wedding we realized we had gone a bit over budget and Kelley was quick to offer money saving ideas, with out losing the look feel and integrity we wanted.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly's Bloom Room. Kelly and her staff were so helpful from start to finish. 2 days before my wedding my mom passed away and Kelly provided the spray of flowers for my mom's casket and she went above and beyond to make the spray gorgeous and even incorporated some flowers from my wedding into the spray. My bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets were gorgeous, they were even more beautiful than I had imagined. Kelly took my vision and colors from my wedding and exceeded my expectations for my bouquets and decorations. They were a God-send and I would highly, highly recommend them!

Kelley did an AMAZING job with the flowers at my daughter's wedding. The bouquets were spectacular, and the wedding chuppah was just beautiful, but what really stood out were the table arrangements at the reception.....Kelley made Allyson's vision of a "winter wonderland," a reality!! Kelley's imagination and talent was right on cue for my wedding. On our first consult she spent 3 hours on a Friday night going over colors, flowers and decor with me to get the perfect vision for my wedding. I was not the easiest bride to work with, I'll admit. So her dedication to my vision was remarkable. I had to laugh when my mom got upset with her because she refused to take orders from her. She continued to tell Kelley to place decor in the wrong places. Kudos! She took my vision and ran with it! I ended up with a stunning wedding. I couldn't have asked for more.

Kelley at Kelley's Bloom Room turned me from someone who viewed flowers at my wedding as an annoying formality to someone who really embraced the fact that flowers can make your whole wedding magnificent. My first meeting with Kelley energized me. Based on just my invitation design, she instantaneously leaped into creative mode and threw out so many awesome ideas. I knew right away that she was the one to go with. Kelley is the cornerstone of what made my wedding so special. Her ideas and designs are unique, and the end result was so "me", and my wedding's theme. Kelley was always responsive to my emails, but after she got an assistant to help her out, she was even more responsive on contract revisions. Kelley did somewhat stretch my budget...well beyond where I wanted to be... but I do not regret it at all. She will listen to you, and she will work with you to bring down cost, but you do get what you pay for! My delivery was on-time, even though it was 8AM on a Saturday. Set-up was done perfectly.

Kelley's Bloom Room was a wonderful vendor to use for my wedding. My first meeting sold me instantly. I am a petite woman and Kelly took that into consideration before I even had the chance to mention it. I had a concern that any florist would worry more about the sale and push for a larger and heavier bouquet for me, the bride. Since I am petite, I knew that a bouquet over a certain size would overtake me and not look good. Kelley saw that immediately and said, "Since you are petite, let's not have your bouquet any larger than my hand." My Mom and I just looked at each other and nodded, knowing that we had found our flourist.
Our wedding flowers and bows were perfect for our big day. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. All brides have that feeling in the pit of their stomachs on their wedding day thinking...what if this happens? We never had a problem. Kelley's Bloom Room is worth your time. Save yourself to stress and go with this vendor. God Bless!

Kelly did an amazing job with the flowers and decor at the wedding. i was a little worried as she had been late to set up at two of my friends' weddings and she was late and unprepared for our meeting to see the mockups, my mother in law and i just told her honestly how worried we were and that we were on a really tight schedule with all the pictures being done before the wedding and that there was no room for being late, well she did the rehearsal dinner and did an amazing job! Then she was almost an hour early to give us our boquets and boutonniers' for pictures and to set up the reception site. Earlier on I was worried, but I think once we expressed our concerns, she understood and made my wedding and rehearsal dinner such a thing of beauty, i am so happy we ended up working together.

My flowers were STUNNING, absolutely perfect. Kelley took her time to go through everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions. I thought her prices were fair. The day of my wedding was chaotic. Rain caused everyone to have to change things around and the wedding before mine went over their time which shortened our time for set-up (which was only 2 hours to begin with). Still what we had planned for set up was not followed out and my bridal party did much of the decorating. Also, once the wedding was over, her team did not clean up what was promised. Her girl did offer to help me b/c she felt bad I was cleaning up myself. I did state to her that I spoke to them about clean up and had discussed picking my decor up once I returned from my honeymoon. It was a huge surprise to me that she was directed to not clean up anything aside from items belonging to Kelley. I would still absolutely recommend Kelley's Bloom Room to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding. She truly has an amazing gift, I would just suggest clear communication on set-up and clean-up.

I loved our flowers for our wedding! My bouquet was more than I had expected and I loved it! Kelley did a great job with all of the little details on the day of the wedding and everything turned out great.

Kelley is full of ideas & is very fun to work with. You can just see the ideas spinning in her head when you're meeting with her!

She & her team had our reception set up & ready to go way before the reception. It was great to be able to see everything set up before. I knew once the event started, it would fly by! Everything was beautiful!!!! I loved all the flowers!

Just one little problem, we didn't get our grandmother's corsage. Luckily we hadn't given the singer hers yet, so we gave that one to grandma!

One more thing....my wonderful sweet husband called her the day of our rehearsal. He stopped by her shop & got some yellow carnations (our wedding flowers) to give me at the rehearsal. She didn't even charge him! It was very sweet!

Kelley provided some of the most beautiful flowers for a wedding I've ever seen. She was reasonably priced, and imported flowers for my event (she somehow got peonies in October, and moccara orchids too) even though I wasn't working on a big budget. My bouquet was huge and gorgeous. Like another reviewer stated, we had a few hiccups too, but the end result came out fantastic for me. Her business manager, Laura, is also great too.

Kelley's Bloom Room did a fantastic job with our wedding flowers, they were so pretty and exceeded our expectations. We rated Kelley lower on responsiveness because she was hard to get a hold of. She was professional when we met face to face however she was often delayed getting to our meetings and was a little disorganized. As we got closer to our wedding date things got better as she hired an office manager who did a great job with the final run-through and other last minute items. Overall, Kelley's Bloom Room will not disappoint when it comes to your breathtaking flowers for your wedding.

Our flowers where very beautiful and Kelley was very easy to work with all the way up until the delivery. We paid for her to deliver and set up our flowers for our wedding ceremony and reception. The day before our wedding at the rehearsal dinner our wedding planner made us aware that Kelley had asked her to deliver and set up our flowers because she did not have the staff to do it (wedding planner used to work for Kelley's Bloom Room). This turned out to be a disaster. Kelley was running behind on our wedding day making our wedding planner almost three hours late to our venue. It had been raining all morning and our wedding was outside, so we really needed our wedding planner to be at the venue at the time she had promised. Once she did arrive, she had to arrange and set up all of our flowers and do her job on top of that. When we complained to Kelley after the wedding, she told us she did not feel like she had done anything wrong and offered us a $100 store credit that we have one year to use. What are we going to do with that? We paid more than that for her delivery and set up. Everything was not done when our guest started arriving and that drives me crazy! We do put some of the blame on our wedding planner for taking on more than she could handle, but ultimately, we blame Kelley’s Bloom Room for not providing a service that we contracted her to do.

There were certain things about our wedding that we wanted to really stick to a budget on, and flowers were one of them. Kelley's florals are beautiful, stunning, and for the most part as promised. I urge any brides to be to meet with several florists prior to making a final selection, and make sure you like their personality and professionalism before making a final choice. We know flowers are important, and working with the florist should not be the biggest stress of the wedding planning process. Overall I was thrilled on my wedding day so nothing was going to stress me out!

Very unhappy with the ceremony details. All she had to do was tie four bouquets to the ceremony chairs lining the aisle on the beach for our wedding ceremony. Well she couldn't figure out where the beach was until the guests were sitting down so she just layed the flowers on the ground. She discredited my unhappiness with her decision by telling me how nice she thought it photographed. Pissed me off more. Then at the reception, although the end result is pretty it was not what I had ordered. Her and I have different opinions of what a glass cylinder is even though I went to her shop and literally picked it out and said use this kind. She messed it up and used the kind I said I hated. She tried blaming other vendors for her mistakes instead of owning up to it and then tried to discredit my disappointment with her product end results by saying how much she liked it done her way better anyways. This was my wedding and I paid for the results I had wanted, and it really hurt me when she didn't deliver. I would never use her again.

My daughter's wedding has been during the time Kelley was moving to her new location, and even with a big move for her she still out did herself for us.
If you would like to stay on budget and have your dream come true Kelley's Bloom Room is the place to be, Kelley will see to it. No matter where you live in or around Jacksonville Kelley is worth the trip.
