Kay and Chris were a pleasure to work with: personable, professional, prompt and accommodating to the different needs of each member of the bridal party. Despite hours of dancing, my makeup and hair looked flawless by the end of the night. I highly recommend them.

I had an out of town wedding and was having difficulty finding anyone who would travel 3 hours outside of the city. The kindest and most helpful response from all of my initial emails to different companies was from Kayana Beauty Trends. Kay and her team were wonderful to work with. They were on time and very professional. Everyone loved their hair and makeup looks for our wedding day. A couple of the moms had their hair and makeup done also, and even though the generally wear little to no makeup, they were both thrilled with their looks. The team really hears your likes and dislikes and any concerns, and they make sure you are happy and comfortable with everything. A couple of bridesmaids who didn't originally want any makeup done (they have had bad experiences with make up artists in the past) changed their minds after they saw the amazing job Kay had done on everyone. Kay somehow made it work with our time frame and got the extra two bridesmaids makeup done. They were thrilled. I would highly recommend Kay and her team to anyone needing professional hair and makeup services!

I was looking for someone to do my make up and hairstyle for my wedding and I googled a lot of makeup artist, as soon as I saw Kayana beauty trends I stopped searching. I said this is the kind of make up I want for my wedding day. When I met Kay and Christopher for my trial I knew I made the right decision to have them doing my make up and hairstyle. Kay knows what she is doing, she is professional and easy going. I received a lot of compliments from my guests. She did make up for myself, my mom and my 2 bridesmaids, we were so beautiful that day. Thank you Kay and Christopher for making my day stress free. I would definitely recommend Kayana Beauty Trends to anybody. Believe me she is great,

Kay and her team did an AMAZING job on my hair and make up. I could not have asked for anything better! She is not only professional and very friendly but the airbrush make up looked perfect and lasted all day and night! It was absolutely perfect!

Jazmin and Christopher did an excellent job on my wedding day. I though the price was a little high but it's worth it, my makeup lasted all night even when I cried a lot and my hair was perfect all night. Also Jazmin and Christopher are very nice and friendly always doing what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful.

I hired Kayana Beauty Trends for my wedding at the Old Mill on May 23, 2015. They provided hair and makeup services for myself & bridal party as well as makeup services for my mom and mother-in-law. They were absolutely incredible and everyone looked gorgeous! I am so pleased I chose these talented ladies to beautify us on one of the most important days of my life! I still can't get over how great I looked and my hair was a fun challenge for them. I was even provided extra hair trials because I couldn't decide on my look, but they made sure it was perfect and I was extremely happy - as a bride should feel. Kay and Jazmin truly live up to their reputation and they were so pleasant and fun to work with! I highly recommend hiring these ladies! You will not be disappointed. - From one bride to another!

Kayana and her team were extremely responsive and positive throughout the entire experience. Jazmin did my bridal hair and makeup and everything was beautiful. The preview was helpful in determining what sort of look I was going for and allowed us to try out different ideas with makeup and hair, so I would highly recommend having a preview. The wedding day can be so overwhelming and stressful, so it was nice going into it already knowing what my hair and makeup would look like. They also provided the option of purchasing the products used so that you can do touch-ups as needed throughout the day, which was really great. Before the wedding I made the horrible mistake of getting a haircut before the wedding, because we had some last minute emergencies and I didn't have time to go before. The hairdresser cut my bang very short and cut my hair in a blunt, unflattering way. I emailed Kay to let her know and she immediately recommended solutions and reassured me. Jazmin was completely unfazed and you couldn't tell that I had had a hair oopsie a week before.

Overall my makeup and hair were fantastic and exactly what I asked for, and everything lasted throughout the day and into the night. I would absolutely recommend Kay and her team and I appreciate everything they did to make my day special. :) You only get married once and for me it was important that a professional ensure that my makeup and hair would last for the day, and that everything would come out beautifully in photos, which it did.

Team Kayana was absolute perfection. They were able to accommodate my schedule even at the last minute and they are very professional! They continually exceed my expectations every time I get my hair, make up and tan as I know their products and services are the best in the industry. More over, Team Kayana is so friendly and a delight to have around me on my big day, I love their energy and positivity. It is such a delight to know that I can always go to them for a great experience!

Kay and Jasmine were both very professional and friendly. I loved my make up as it turned out exactly the way I wanted it. they were both very accommodating and flexible , I am so glad I chose them for my wedding. Jasmin from Kayana did my hair and make-up on my wedding and I am extremely delighted with the result and I received lots of compliments. She made my make-up fresh, elegant and young-looking. The make-up looks good althroughout the night. Jasmin and her team are very professional, they will feel you relaxed and comfortable. They arrived on time and they always listen to what the client wants. I will extremely recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Kaya beauty on the very last days of 2014 and tried to book them for Jan 4th 2015 for my engagement party. Even though it was defiantly in a rush period their professionalism made everything so easy for me. I have a very sensitive skin therefore I was quite nervous about If I should get the spray tan service or not. Christina was my spray tan artist. She answered all my questions prior to my session and on the day before the event did a fantastic job on my skin. I achieved the exact color I was wishing for. Surprisingly I had no redness no marks on my skin except a great glowing tan that I got tons of compliments for :)
Kay was my makeup artist and Natasha my Hair stylist. They were extremely brilliant, reliable and accommodating. I showed couple of photos to each of them to explain what I want for my hair and makeup. Natasha defiantly went beyond my expectations and made an astonishing half updo for me, with beachy waves which lasted all night. On the other hand Kay by her magical talent helped me, my mother and my sister to achieve the look we wanted. All three of us looked amazing, and we all only had positive things to say. Her professionalism was very much appreciated and her calming personality made me feel at ease the entire time. So many of my guests commented on how great the makeup and hair looked and it lasted all night. I could not recommend them enough! I will get married in August, and I cannot wait to see Kay and Natasha again!

Kayana is a true professional - she is friendly and makes her clients feel comfortable while at the same time delivering the best possible service. I am so picky when it comes to anyone doing my make-up, hair, etc. but she gets the look I'm going for every time. And if there's something to be tweaked or added, I just ask and she does it beautifully (no complaints or passive aggressive comments as I've experienced from other make-up artists as a bridesmaid). I had Kay do my engagement shoot and wedding day make-up and can't imagine getting my make-up done by anyone else...which is why I'll be seeing her again in 2 weeks for my brother's wedding lol Thanks Kay!

I wanted a dramatic look for my wedding, and Kay was able to make me look even better than the example/inspiration photos I provided her with. Throughout the whole process, she was so organized and attentive to every detail and request from myself and my bridal party. On the day of the wedding, her and her team worked harmoniously together, and even got us done with enough time for us to sit down and relax before getting dressed for the big day! I loved that Kay is not only talented, but so personable. Her and her team were so much fun, that it made the morning of the wedding completely stress-free! I contacted kayana beauty trends after seeing their reviews on weddingwire and after working with them I have to say that I couldn't agree more with the reviews. Kay and her team, Natasha, Donna, Julia & Christina were amazing from start to finish on both the bridal consultation and on the day of the wedding. They were punctual, efficient and accommodating. Some wedding vendors just want your money and as soon as you pay them you can never get a hold of them, but not Kay. She kept in touch was able to answer all my questions and concerns and was an overall delight to work with. My mother, bridesmaids and myself were thrilled with what they had done and we were getting complements all day from our guests. My mom especially! She doesn't typically wear makeup and all of our family & friends were just in awe of how beautiful & young she looked! The hairstylist, Natasha, was wonderful I showed her different hairstyles that I liked, and she was able to combine different aspects from each style to give me the most perfect bridal updo! I would definitely recommend Kay and her team to any bride & bridal party that wants to look amazing on their wedding day. Thank you ladies so very much!!!

I decided to work with Kayana Beauty Trends on my wedding day since I was very satisfied with their services during my sister's wedding two years before. Team Kayana arrived the day of the wedding on time and was very mindful of our time frame. They were very professional and accommodated all the requests and changes that we made the best they could.

I would recommend Kay and her team to anyone desiring exceptional hair and makeup services. I like the way Kay asked myself an my bridesmaids to pick photos of how we would like our hair and makeup to look. Kay did my makeup and Natasha did my hair and they looked exactly the way the photos I picked depicted....actually even better. I've never looked so beautiful in my life! Not only did we all look amazing but the experience was so much fun. Kay gave us silk robes to wear while we had our services done. My bridesmaids wore pink and I wore white. They look so Awesome in the "getting ready" pictures. Kay and her team also had great senses of humor and it was a great because I really needed to be as stress free as possible that morning. If you book This company for your wedding hair and makeup you will be very glad you did !!!!

If I could give 10 stars for flexibility I would; they were able to deal with all my crazy little requests. Kay and her team were great to work with and made me feel beautiful and alleviated any stresses I had about the way I would look on my special day! GO TEAM KAYANA!!!

As a performing Artist I have had makeup done by many. But I have to say that Kay is one of the best ! She listens and puts forth amazing effort to make the day special and keep you looking beautiful ! I highly recommend you call Kay for all your hair and makeup needs.

We had the privilege of having Kay and her team taking care of my 4 bridesmaids, my mom and I on our wedding day. Their professionalism, demeanour and talent are truly noteworthy. Kay and Natasha took the time to listen to all of us and give everyone exactly what they wanted. We all received countless compliments throughout the night on how beautiful we all looked.

Kay did an amazing job on all my bridesmaids and myself on our makeup for my wedding. She drove out to my house from Toronto which is at least an hours drive, she was punctual and was professional. She was so nice and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Kay is an outstanding make up artist. Guests at the wedding informed me it's the best make up they've seen as she made us look very natural and not overly done. She listened to what I imagined I wanted to look like during the wedding and she made my vision come to life!

Cindy is an amazing hair stylist, she was able to do exactly how i wanted my hair done, I showed her a photo and she copied it but added her own touch which made my hair looked better than the photo I originally showed.

They also provided trial services, they came on time during the trial and wedding day. I even had to switch dates for the trial and Kay was very flexible with last minute changes.

They are very professional but also friendly that we felt comfortable talking and laughing during the appointments.

I highly recommend Kayana Beauty Trends!!!

I hired Kay and her associate Natasha to do hair and my makeup for my wedding. They did hair and makeup for my bridal party of 3 girls plus my mom and myself.

Not only was I absolutely thrilled with the job that they did, but the bridesmaids and my mom were also extremely happy. We all received compliments on the way we looked throughout the day and the evening. Our hair and makeup remained beautifully in tact for the full day we had (12+ hours).

Kay went above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent customer service and a great price for the exeptional quality of work she and her team provided. I wanted Kay to make the impossible happen in the extremely limited amount of time I had on my day and she worked a miracle to do so.

She was ALWAYS polite, extremely professional and did whatever it took to make sure I was nothing short of happy when it came to the trials, the price, scheduling etc. Any time I had a question or concerm she would respond if not right away, then very shortly after the fact.

I highly recommend Kayana Beauty Trends for all of your bridal/special occasion needs.

I used Kayana Beauty Trends for several events including my wedding day. I loved every makeup session with Kay Lee but I have to say that my best makeup session was on my wedding day. She exceeded my expectations! Kay and her team worked with 7 of us including my mum and I. Natasha styled my hair. Everyone enjoyed the makeup session and looked totally amazing and flawless. We were 1hr late starting our makeup, due to problems getting to our bridal suite, but Kay and her team were very flexible and everyone's makeup was completed on time.

I highly recommend Kayana Beauty Trends. We were all extremely satisfied with the hair and makeup services provided by Kay and her great team :)

This team is so pleasant! They were fun and professional and do an amazing job to ensure your day is perfect. Do not hesitate to explain in detail what you specifically want with hair and makeup, as they are very talented and they want your feedback! They are very accommodating: our bridal party was late in sending our inspirations, but this did not effect the service. They were still able to replicate the photos. My first thought was "WOW, the price is high!" but the service is worth it! Air brush makeup!

Kay is extremely attentive, professional and responsive. As someone who doesn't wear make-up normally, she makes you feel comfortable and natural, and gives great advice from skincare to make-up.

Prior to meeting with Kay she asked about my event and asked for photos of the looks I was going for. She then gave me a wonderful professional makeup job appropriate for the shoot. Timely responses via email. Both Kay and Chris were very professional and worked quickly. They were receptive to any changes to hair and makeup, and offered great suggestions. The products they used held up well for my 14 hour wedding day.

I had a small concern that jazmin the makeup artist was 7 months pregnant at my trial and that it would be risky having her available the wedding day.

I felt like this was a poor decision made by kay. my hair was not curled how it was for the trial, i should have paid more attention to detail, with all the other distractions that morning at the moment I figured it must look just like it did at the trial.

at my ceramoney about an hour after my hair and makeup was done, i noticed before i even walked up the aisle that my hair had fallen flat and was not holding any type of curl and looked messy.

I was supposed to have jazmin come to the hall to do touch up's at 4:30pm before the reception, for $150. I got a call from kay the owner at 4:45pm saying jazmin may have gone into labor! , kay said she can make it to me after her current appointment, when i told her my reception starts at 5:30pm, she said then she'll refund my $150.

It took me nearly 2 weeks to get my refund, I emailed, phoned, even tried sending a private message on instagram to get my money! After getting a hold of jazmin my makeup artist she is the one who got kay to send me my refund. What kind of a professional company keeps you waiting and ignores all of your endless emails and phone calls? I will be contacting the better business bureau to let them know of this company.

I should also mention when i did get a hold of the company, the person slammed the phone down on me when they heard who it was! Then wouldn't answer from my cell # until a week later i called from a different number and got through.

Kay herself has now blocked me on her personal and company instagram, so i'm not able to send her a message again. I've never delt with a more unprofessional company, I warn all brides to book somewhere else, I was ripped off and treated horribly by this company. Kay is only interested in your hard earned money at the end of the day not on how you look on your wedding day.
