Kate was the most incredible photographer we could have asked for on our wedding day. From start to finish, she brought such warmth, calmness, and positivity – exactly what we needed on such a special day. Her talent for capturing every precious moment, every laugh, and every tear is truly unmatched. Our photos are beyond stunning – they reflect not only our day but the emotions and joy we felt. We are so grateful to have these beautiful memories to cherish forever. Beyond that, Kate’s genuine care and presence have made her a friend for life. Kate is exceptionally talented at what she does. She’s also exceptionally easy to work with. We could not have asked for higher quality, more beautiful and comprehensive photos to capture our big day. Her x-factors are her incredible grasp on light and what backgrounds will look best as well, her calm, confident, in-control demeanor and her ability to make people feel/look natural in front of the camera. Her Mom, Nadine, who accompanied her as a second shooter is also a joy to work with. We’re super thankful for Kate's work and we can’t recommend her enough! - Devon and Robin -

An amazing photographer!
Kate was so wonderful to work with! She was easy going and best of all made everything feel so natural and comfortable. She gave us great direction and has such an artistic eye for capturing special moments! We knew we wanted a great photographer for our wedding day and we are so happy we got to work with Kate! Also, Kate was so kind and shortly after our wedding sent us a a handful of sneak peaks which were stunning. We are SO excited to see the rest!! -

Truly Gifted & Professional Photographer
My largest concern with a Boston winter wedding was capturing the beauty of the day while mostly indoors and at night. Kate's skill with natural lighting generated a phenomenal final product despite less than ideal conditions. The first time I saw the highlight photos I burst into tears. Kate beautifully captured all my favorite memories and moments I had already forgotten in a way that brought me right back to the day. I am still having the hardest time selecting photos for an album because there are so many stunning options to choose from. Kate is truly gifted and wonderful to work with. I am so thankful a friend recommended Kate after an excellent experience for her wedding and I would 100% recommend her to all of you. -

The best!!
Kate was the first photographer I spoke to and after our chat, I called off the search! Kate was so easy to talk to and seemed to understand immediately what we were looking for in our wedding photos. Kate hadn't been to our venue before, so she went out of her way to meet us and see the venue in person a couple of months before our wedding...all before she had to drive to Boston for a shoot the same day! Working with Kate and her mom on our wedding day was easily one of the best decisions we made. They are both so kind and warm and made us feel so at ease. Walking around our venue and taking photos with them before the wedding was a lot of fun - even for my husband! It felt like we were hanging out with friends or family and not just someone we had only just met. We got the photos back so quickly, shortly after we got back from our honeymoon, and they really exceeded our expectations. Kate is incredibly talented and did such an amazing job of capturing all aspects of our wedding, from the prep and first look, to the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and reception. I especially love all of the candid shots of our friends and family arriving to the ceremony and enjoying our wedding...she really excels at capturing the natural moments. Kate also recommended a few other vendors that we ended up using for our wedding, who were all great! Thanks, Kate!!! -

Great Photographer Choice!
Kate and her Mother photographed our wedding this past September (09/07/19) in Wiscasset Maine. Despite not meeting Kate until the morning of our wedding, I felt great chemistry from the start. After only a few phone calls and email exchanges, she got us - she understood the style and feel we were going for and she captured it all beautifully. Nothing felt too contrived, we were natural and comfortable throughout the entire day - getting ready, portraits, during the ceremony and reception. I found Kate's packages fair and reasonable - despite only working a few weekends a year, she was willing to work with us to truly customize our package to ensure sufficient coverage. She was also kind enough to share a preview a week or so after the wedding and we received all photos in about a month. If you're looking for a talented, thoughtful and creative photographer, definitely reach out to Kate! -

Kate photographed my wedding day in early July 2019. The day was easily the most hot and humid day of the summer and Kate was incredible! She was thoughtful and creative and just so easy to work with. Both her and her mom got some incredible detail photos, portraits and candid shots! They captured the day perfectly! Not to mention they are both so sweet! I highly recommend Kate for any of your photography needs! Kate is a dream come true!
Kate is an absolute dream!! I am an event planner by trade so I took planning our wedding very seriously and was never short on questions to be asked or detailed timelines to be followed and Kate was as responsive and attentive as they come! She is very sought after and busy and it’s easy to see why but you would never know it by her service and attention to her clients. Not to mention we just received our photos back and they are GORGEOUS. We did our engagement and wedding photos with Kate and she understood our vision immediately and took it and ran with it. We didn’t do a first look and so we wanted to move quickly through our photos during cocktail hour and she was incredibly efficient while still making sure we got all of the beautiful shots throughout our venue of which there were so many. Kate makes you feel comfortable right off the bat and even got my husband to enjoy taking a bunch of photos in a row :). We also had the pleasure of working with Kate’s mother on our wedding day who was equally as wonderful to work with and made it even more special. Kate’s warmth and care for her clients radiates immediately when you meet her and I can confidently say she was one of the best and most reliable choices we made throughout our wedding planning! -

We had not previously thought about professional photography for our wedding; now we realize it was one of the most important elements of the day. Kate, working with her mother as a second photographer, captured perfectly the spirit and mood of our wedding and reception. She took over an hour to talk with me during our first discovery call so that she could really get to know our story, and that commitment carried over to the day of our wedding... when it was pouring rain! Kate found ways to get our shots done in between drops and she knew the right time to pull us out of our reception to get the perfect lighting and mist over the orchard where we got married. She kept an upbeat and fun attitude despite and was a true professional. We are so happy with the way our photos came out... so much so that we can't choose which ones we want to print in our album! Would highly recommend Kate to anyone looking for a joyous photographer who truly loves what she does. Thanks, Kate!

Justine Sent on 05/26/2016Choosing an amazing photographer was the most important vendor for me and I did A LOT of research before stumbling upon Kate. Once I saw her work from other weddings that she has shot, I fell in love with her work. Not only was she so nice and fun to be around the day of the wedding, she was so professional and on top of her game with any questions I had leading up to the wedding. Kate and her mom shot our wedding and they were so awesome on the big day; my friends and family still can't stop raving about their professionalism and how great they were, and that is before we even got the photos back! About two weeks after the wedding, Kate put up a few "teaser" photos on social media that were amazing, a short while after that she sent us a slideshow and posted a highlight post on her blog. Then, as if it couldn't get any better, I just got all of my photos only a month after the wedding and each and every one of them is beautiful. I'm pretty sure she might be a ninja because I don't possibly know how she had that the time to get so many great photos! We are so happy that we are going to have these beautiful photos as memories of the day for the rest of our lives and can't say enough good things about Kate! -

Danielle Sent on 10/09/2013Working with Kate was truly a pleasure from day one. I saw some of her photos on Style Me Pretty which led me to her website and after our first phone conversation, I knew that she was the photographer for us. My husband, on the other hand, likes to explore every possible option and after looking at countless photographers' work, agreed that Kate was the best choice for us.
Kate and her second shooter arrived early on the day of the wedding and ready to go, which was awesome because she was able to get so many beautiful "getting ready" shots. They were both so nice and fun to work with and really put me at ease. You could tell that they both really love what they do as they put so much care into their work and truly seem excited about it.
The day after we returned from our honeymoon, we received an email from Kate with a link to her blog post featuring our wedding and a special slide show she put together for us, which my mom and I have not stopped watching since. Kate captured so many beautiful moments, not only between my husband and I, but also of our friends and family and all of the little details we had spent many months preparing. She was even able to get great photos of our 2 dogs who were part of our day and our 2-year old nephew who was our ringbearer...all of which are always on the move! She also has a wonderful way of putting the photos together to tell a story. We are so in love with every single one of our photos and thankful for Kate's wonderful work!
