  2- Large ice caddies/coolers

  The employees made me feel really comfortable to rent their products. Using their equipment made my day possible. The pick up return was quick and easy.

  We used Kansas Rental to rent some cloth squares and square mirrors for our centerpieces and some serving dishes. It took awhile to pick up the items because there was nobody up front, so I stood there for awhile, but other than that, everything looked really great and it was really easy to have somebody else return the items for us after the wedding. Everything was carefully packaged so it wasn't too hard to transport, and the value was a lot better than buying and trying to resell...

  Bad experience

  We had a large wedding and rented 35 tables and 200 chairs. Two of the tables were covered with mouse droppings on the back of them, and all 200 chairs had to be wiped down thoroughly because they were dirty. When I complained after the wedding, the man I spoke with said, "I'll look into that. I'll look at the tables when they come back." In addition, the tables were not in good shape, with a few chunks of wood out of some corners and they were old and heavy.

  Awful Service & Horrible Management

  If you want tables covered in rat poop and soaked in rat piss this is your place. If you don't want the correct size of tables, this is your place. If you want an owner that takes no responsibility and is a complete jerk, then this is your place. Don't rent from this place. You will regret it. Awful.
