Juliet Events made my day so easy
Since I got married on 3/16/19, I've had a few friends ask me about my experience with hiring a wedding coordinator. 100% no regrets. I hired Juliet Events, and Alida, Joanne, and Tonia were amazing. I was able to relax on my day and spend time with my bridal party without any worries about anything. They took care of everything, provided a lot of great advice, and were super helpful at all points up to and including the actual wedding day. Alida and her team are awesome and I would recommend them to any bride-to-be. -

We have used J.E. for all our events since 2011. They have become part of our family. Most recently for my wife’s surprise milestone birthday and my daughters 1 year birthday. We are spoiled by their outstanding organizational, business expertise, creative skills and attention to detail. I was lucky to have Alida to scrutinize a caterers proposal. She identified discrepancies with the food and called out the price to value mismatch. She clearly made a difference. J.E. makes every event unique and special and would recommend them to anyone -

Alida and her team are just amazing. They were thorough, responsive, and had a lot of insight for me as someone who never really had a vision for her big day. Our ceremony and reception were non-traditional and they really listened to what we wanted. Alida has been doing this a long time and has a ton of great referrals and is a phenomenal problem solver. I highly recommend her and her team at Juliet events for their planning services. -

We just have to say how wonderful Alida and Joanne were. Every detail of our wedding were thought out and planned. From limo's, Accommodation, Food, music, Make up, etc. etc. etc. We could never have done it alone. They were at our wedding and Reception making sure all was going to the plan, it was to relief to see them there from start to finish.
I would be happy to recommend Juliet Event to any one getting married.
If we could have given them SIX STARS we would have.

Our special day was stress free and organized. I have heard of brides and grooms not being able to enjoy their wedding day because of all of the running around and worrying and organizing they had to do. We made the decision to hire Juliet Events to take away the stress and it was the best decision! The day of the wedding Juliet Events made sure the photographers were on time, the bridal suite was stocked with all the essentials, the seating outside for the ceremony was perfect, the flowers were accounted for, down to changing out the bottles of wine on the tables for the ceremony because they were the wrong ones. But that was all behind the scenes, we were able to enjoy the day. Not only is Juliet Events professional, but without them I'm sure the day wouldn't have run as smooth.-

I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my wedding as much as did if it weren't for the Day Of Coordinator services of the Juliet Event team! I highly recommend them! We started working closely together about 6 months prior and met periodically so that Alida and Joan can gather the latest details I've put together or vendors I've booked. They kept me on track and made sure I was where I needed to be during the hectic planning process. They also kept on top of confirming the vendors prior to the big day. I am a control freak and planned every last detail of my wedding to create the "perfect" day. But, on the day of, as soon as Alida and her team arrived at the hotel, I turned over all control to them. I relaxed, lost all sense of time and enjoyed every single minute. I laughed with my friends and family during the bridal prep as they dealt with the florist delivery; cleaning up the rooms for pictures and footage by the photographer and videographer; and firmly, but gently, moving us along so we could keep to the timeline. At the church, they made sure pre-and post-ceremony activities were running smoothly and on schedule. And at the reception, every single detail, favor, picture and personal touch I created and planned were exactly the way I wanted. Thank you so much Juliet Events for everything you did to make this the BEST DAY EVER for us! -

My husband and I were struggling to plan a wedding on the east coast while living on the west coast. We decided to hire Juliet Events as day-of coordinators, and couldn't be more pleased and happy that we did. Alida and JoAnn were incredibly organized and helpful the entire process, and truly went above and beyond what I was expecting from a day-of coordinator. We met several times, communicated over e-mail constantly, and she was there the whole day to make sure everything went seamlessly. And it did! I don't know what I would have done without her and her team, and I cannot recommend them enough. -

In short, Angela was the all-around MVP of our wedding. Throughout the planning process it was invaluable to have someone help manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensure the most essential precautions and preparations were taken care of, and most importantly when to prioritize which tasks so I didn't get too overwhelmed with everything there was to do. As we began rehearsal and wedding set-up it was amazing to see her work and organize our massive bridal party and parade of family and friends helping with the wedding. She can see the big picture, envision things end-to-end, while catching on to lots of little details that made such a difference during the actual event. I can't imagine what we would have done the day of without her coordinating the million+1 tasks to be finished, everything turned out completely perfect and I received so many compliments on how smoothly it all went; all of the events and their transitions appeared seamless to our guests. I know I'm biased :) but our wedding was absolutely the best I've ever been to. I can't thank Angela enough for all of her smarts, know-how, and support to make the event so wonderful! A+, 5-stars, Blue Ribbon for Juliet Events! -

They went over and beyond of what a planner would do :) Every appointment they would offer to come and give support. They were a lending ear always and easy to talk to and quickly responding to emails. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a planner. On the day of the wedding I was so relaxed and knew everything would be covered and did not worry at all. If I did not have these amazing planners on my team I probably would have broken down a bunch of times during the planning. But thankfully I had an awesome time planning and had the best time at my wedding. Cannot thank them enough :) -

I hired JE for my daughters bridal and baby showers. They were both display showers. Guests brought gifts unwrapped. They were displayed beautifully on tables. The baby shower theme was tutus, since it's a girl. An oversize tutu was displayed along the edge of the tables. An extra chair was at each table so the mother to be could go around and sit at each table. A big pink bow was wrapped around the back of each chair. I was a guest at each shower. JE took care of everything. -

Angela and Alida are truly professionals. They were recommended to me by a friend that has used them before. After my first meeting with them, I didn't even bother to look for anyone else because they were so wonderful. They helped pull together all the details of my wedding. i was so clueless about the right and wrong things to do for weddings and they were really able to give me great advice and steer me in the right direction. We also had them there on the day of the wedding and they are miracle workers. Everything went so perfectly and it was so nice to be able to have them the center of any/all questions!!! I am sad that my wedding is already over and I won't have a reason to call them anymore!! Definitely use them!! -

Our dream wedding would not have been possible without Alida. From the first second I met her to kissing her goodbye at our reception she was truly amazing.
Alida's referrals were phenomenal, and she is so respected by vendors. Everyone and everything came together so perfectly on the day of our wedding because of her work behind the scenes.
Our bridal party was full of loud but loving friends. 2 kids and a baby were in the mix as well. Alida balanced dealing with the personalities so well. My work schedule is pretty insane, but Alida always had a flexible schedule. Her emails kept everything in line and on schedule. My life is hectic but that kept everything grounded!
So many details, so many personalities, and so many variables went into our perfect day. I went from finding a Day of Coordinator to meeting someone who will always be an incredible part of the life Dave and I have built together. Our day was magical and Alida made sure it was. -

Where do I begin! First I must mention that this is the 3rd time I have been lucky enough to work with Juliet Events. When my husband and I got engaged I was giddy to email for a meeting. My initial plan to elope had morphed into a Napa wedding followed by a brunch in NJ. The best decision I made in the entire planning process was that we needed to bring these two amazing women with us to CA. There is not a detail that was not thought of or handled. From the venue, catering, photographer, videographer, rentals, vintage rentals, flowers, hair and makeup, favors, our dress concierge (I could keep going) they understood my vision and made it more than reality. Despite all my efforts to not be bridezilla, or have anything last minute, they handled it perfectly, and professionally. They gave me the peace of mind and ability to be a calm happy bride. From assembly and delivery of the welcome bags, driving a guest who slept late to the welcome dinner, scheduling transportation for all of our guests and last minute hair, all flawless! Then NJ, I was amazed by the patience in dealing with escort cards while away on honeymoon! 1 month after the wedding, reception number two goes off without a hitch! A reminder of how thorough and thoughtful they are, my uncle left his cell phone, and he sent me a note thanking me for Angela getting it back to him so quick. I never knew… Never pushy, always very respectful of budget, emotions, family, and dreams - you do not need a wedding planner, you need Juliet Events! I don’t know that I can accurately type how special these women are, I strongly suggest you call them. From an intimate in-home event, two weddings and a large reception (stellar bicoastal planning) Juliet Events has my full faith and I unequivocally recommend them. While I don’t miss the planning, I do miss Angela and Alida. They hold a very special place in my and my husband’s heart; we love them and can’t wait to be blessed to work with them again. -

I hired Juliet events to plan my tent wedding. Alida and Angela provided me with an intimate environment and elegant design. They were very professional and accommodating, and did an exceptional job of working with our budget and timeline.
It was easy to work with Alida and Angela because they kept us on track, up to date and respected our visions.

Angela and Alida were so great in helping us plan our wedding. A lot of little things that needed to be done throughout the wedding got done seamlessly. We didn't have to worry at all about who was going to do it or where certain things were going to go. Having a timeline is a huge part of a wedding but when you're the one getting married you don't want to have to deal with that so it was invaluable having them there with us. -

Alida and Angela did a great job planning our wedding. I contacted them about 4 months before the wedding with only venue semi-set. They really helped me getting everything together quickly. Their fee was reasonable and they really tried to stick to our budget. They have recommended vendors who were so much cheaper than what we have thought. The savings essentially made up for the wedding planner cost. On the day of the wedding, they were like my moms! They really took care of everything. Angle even ironed my dress! So my real mom :) could just relax and enjoy the wedding. Everyone from the bridal party to the guests loved our wedding. It was more beautiful than I ever imagined. Thank you Alida and Angela! -

I highly recommend using Juliet Events. We used them to plan our backyard tented wedding. I called them up in a panic because i wanted to plan a wedding in two months and didn't think it would be possible....well they made it happen! Alida and Angela are two of the nicest ladies I have met! They are true professionals with a great eye for details and decorating! You cannot go wrong with using Juliet Events!! It has been an honor to work with Angela and Alida. There aren't enough words to be able to express how thankful we are for their help when planning our wedding. From the moment we met with them, they were always very professional, punctual, understanding, patient and so creative. They always listened to everything we said and always kept our wishes as a priority. The email reminders definitely help keep me organized and on top of things. They introduced us to excellent vendors who were kept within our budget and our visions. We really had nothing to worry about at all during our planning since we knew we can count on them to help us through it all. I would highly recommend Juliet Events. Alida was great to work with. I used Juliet Events for "day of coordination" but I got a whole lot more than just day of help. Alida was there all through the planning process to provide advice or direction whenever I needed it. I could ask her things like how much to tip the Maitre D' or what is the order for the processional. If I had a question, I could always her ask. On the "day of" they did a fabulous job. They helped distribute my family's flowers, they sewed my bridesmaids' dress after she ripped it, they got all of my guests onto the right buses and in the right limos, they helped with the processional at the church, they made sure my venue set-up the reception according to my instructions (and let me tell you they were pretty intricate) and most importantly they were there for support.

When I got engaged my sister immediately put me in contact with Juliet Events. Angela and Alida were a lifesaver for planning my November wedding in less than 6 months. They gave me information that I would have never found on my own. From finding a makeup artist to budget friendly invitations they knew exactly how to find what would be a perfect match for me. They handled the most frustrating situations with ease and helped me to make decisions on every small detail.bleeping me on task and reminding me to stay on task since I tend to procrastinate.
On the day of the wedding they helped make sure everything went perfectly. Ensuring I stayed cool, calm collected and put smiles on my parents faces. Alida's presence while I got ready kept the room light heated and I can't thank Angela enough for finding me eyedrops so I wear my contacts that day. Without Angela and Alida, the buttons on my dress would have surely been a debacle. They took my ideas and brought them to life almost like reading my mind. Thank you so much for all of your help. You helped me maintain control of wedding and helping us have such a great day.

Alida and Angela were an amazing asset for my wedding. Not only did they help in the preparation period with great advice and lots of support but on the day of my wedding when Hurricane Irene hit the team was so amazing and helped to make sure we still had the most wonderful wedding day dispit vendors canceling and a last min venue change. I would recommend any bride to contact them to see how they can make a bride's dream wedding come to life.....I didn't think I could afford a wedding coordinator but when I called Juliet events, they informed me of all the different packages and services they offered... I wasn't planning on having wedding planners but once I stopped and realized how many guests I had and all the details that went into it, I knew I couldn't and didn't want to do that on my wedding day. I found Juliet Events and didn't look back. I emailed Alida and Angela every time I started to get a little overwhelmed and they would reply asap and helped me organize my thoughts and worries. Any questions, concerns or thoughts. Two weeks before my wedding I really started to get very nervous about the details, after I met with Alida I literally felt the pressure disappear. My wedding was yesterday and I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Alida. Angela kept the guys in order before the church and went to the church with them while Angela stayed with me and the girls. They were extremely helpful and sweet. They completely organized my large bridal party and 265 person wedding but more importantly are a pleasure to work with. -

I remember the first time I talk to Alida, I was very worry about how to plan everything for my wedding. At the beginning, I was not going to hire a planning, however, the more time I spent on the wedding more worries comes. My bridesmaids and my family are out of the state, I want to be a stress free bride on my big day. I hired them after the first call for the information.
The boil point was before the rehearsal, I have no idea how to arrange the walk through since the venue was holding another wedding. Families, friends and out of states guests all had different questions....Once I saw Alida and Angela, they gave me a smile, and told me everything will be fine. And it was. They were so professional and friendly. The wedding was great, all of us had a fun night. It's been 3 weeks from the wedding. Our families and friends still talk about the wedding. I decided I could plan my own wedding... and with a full-time job and a 5 month time frame, well, it was driving me nuts. About 2 months before the ceremony I realized that I needed help and if I didn't get it, I was NOT going to enjoy our big day. Thankfully, Angela and Alida of Juliet Events were available for our wedding date and we chose their week of wedding package. It was seriously the best money we spent. I only wish I had contacted them sooner! Alida and Angela were really wonderful! They met with us at least twice before the wedding to go through details and contracts and attended and really ran our rehearsal! (Thank goodness since my husband isn't Christian or American so none of us had a clue about what we were doing and the officiant couldn't make it!) They also provided us with great tips to fill in some of the holes we had - transportation companies, questions to ask vendors, etc. They also did a fabulous job of managing things on the day of. We really got to relax and enjoy the day. We also really enjoyed having them there! Thank you, Alida & Angela!! -

I can't begin to say enough great things about these ladies!! Angela and Alida were truly my lifeline through the entire planning process. Since I don't live in NYC, most of our correspondence took place over the phone or via email. We did have a few face to face mtgs whenever I was in the city. I could not have been more pleased with the fantastic job that they did! They literally gave me my dream wedding! It was absolutely beautiful - nothing went wrong. I wasn't stressed about anything - other than the saying "I do" part :-) - on my wedding day. They took care of everything. Juliet Events was absolutely incredible! My husband and I were married August 1, 2009 and began planning 8 months out. We live in Virginia, are both in the navy but wanted a wedding in NJ where my husband's family lives. We were nervous about working with someone long distance especially since I had to spend roughly 4 out of the 8 months deployed in and out to sea!
Well the first time I contacted Alida and Angela via email they were extremely attentive and all of my worries were gone. Poof! Just like that. Prior to the wedding we were only able to meet up 3 times and not once during those 8 months did I stress. They keep everything so organized, worked with our budget and tailored our wedding to fit our personalities. Every question I had, they answered so quick (I'm still not sure how/when they sleep).
There are 3 more siblings in our family that are unmarried and believe me, that will be the wedding gift/blessing that we will give each of them: a perfect stress free wedding through Juliet Events! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Angela and Alida! As two busy attorneys living in NYC trying to plan a complicated beach wedding on the Shore, there is no way we could have pulled together our amazing wedding with out the time, effort, expertise and care of Juliet Events. From the very first meeting they were amazingly attentive to what WE wanted out of our wedding day and helped us create our dream wedding. They were wonderful in suggesting vendors in our area- and all of their picks turned out to be perfect. They took time to respond to every email, phone call and text message and were engaged in every step of our planning process. They offered invaluable style advice and Angela's special artistic creations really added enormously to the wedding. While they were amazing during the build up to the wedding- they really went above and beyond on our wedding day and the day before. After having planned a lovely tented wedding- the weather turned horrible the week of the wedding and threatened to ruin the whole thing! Angela and Alida came to the rescue, calmed the nerves of a frazzled bride, investigated alternative plans at the last minute, rearranged some of the outdoor events, dealt with all the vendors and their weather concerns and made sure that we knew all the details were being taken care of and that no matter what the weather was like- we were going to have a great wedding.
It turned out that all of their scrambling and emergency efforts were not needed- not a drop of rain fell on our wedding day- and we had the tented wedding of our dreams. Angela and Alida are truly special wedding planners- they made our day so special and we were so glad to have had them there with us every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough! -

Every girl dreams about her wedding day. Thanks to Angela and Alida of Juliet Events, my wedding was better than I ever could have dreamed. I was really nervous, about my lack of "style" when I started planning. Not only did Angela tap into my sense of style, but brought ALL of my visions to life. It was so nice to be able to contact her at any time and have all my fears and stresses eased. The day of went so smoothly thanks to Angela and Alida's organization and day of schedule. All of the little details were taken care of and I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. That is almost unheard of for any bride. We couldn't have pulled off the wedding of our dreams (within our budget) without the help of Angela & Alida. We booked them a little over a year before the wedding and it was so worth it. My husband and I both work full time and planning a stylish budget friendly wedding did not fit in the equation. Angela was my "go to" girl and one thing I must say is I MISS HER already!!!
Angela did a great job keeping BRIDEZILLA under control the entire time, even the day of the wedding.... and those who know me, know that was not an easy task. She responded to my e-mails and phone calls as quick as possible. Angela took a vision, and a few pictures and made it a reality.
The day of the wedding Angela & Alida did the greatest job getting things done to make my day perfect....and if something went wrong, they did and excellent job of not letting me know about it.
We LOVE them, and would highly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use their services in the future..... a baby shower perhaps :-)

The whole wedding planning process was extremely nerve wracking to me. I wanted to plan and yet everytime I thought of another vendor I needed to hire, another decoration I needed to think about, I became extremely nervous. When I voiced my concerns to Angela during our first meeting, she listened with an attentive ear, let me vent and offered wonderful advice. After I left that meeting, I told my soon-to-be husband that I was going to hire this wedding planner no matter what. Thank goodness I did. what can I say about these women who took the weight of my shoulders. Lets start by when I was having issues with the recept hall on how early we were able to be there for pix... Angela recommended a place nearby for pix - and they were very accommodating to us - we ended up staying there for the wedding nite. We were originally suppose to have our wedding outside but with the weather being questionable - they asked us for our opinion which was discussed and they were able to have the facility transform everything to our liking.... but I dont think that could have been possible without angela and alida having "our back". The reason why I hired them was because my mother past away 2 yrs ago and need someone to watch out for me and they did the best possible job I could ever imagine. OMG - our family and friends loved loved loved the Candy Buffet as a wedding favor.... people have been talking about it since, which was done by Angela and Alida.
I give them the highest rating.
I highly recommended them to our jeweler for future wedding shows they have at their facility

We hired Juliet Events six months before our wedding. We were referred to them by a co-worked who also used them. They did all the leg work for us with finding the vendors we needed. They made the proces so easy. They also added so many details to the flowers and decorations. You could see the imput of a wedding planner. Imagine having to plan your wedding in 2 days?! Due to an unexpected hurricane, we had to move our outdoor garden wedding, indoors with no time to spare. Thank god for Angela and Alida. They were wonderful through the planning process but their true professionalism and class shined through when we had to rearrange everything in 48 hours! They were creative, knowledgeable and resourceful. They took all the stress out of the actual wedding day. The day went smoothly and the room looked beautiful. I recommend them very highly. -

Alida and Angela were a tremendous asset in planning my wedding. Since we were using a venue that required us to bring in everything, rentals, catering, decorations, flowers, their guidance on what we would need, how to arrange the flow from room to room, and how to make sure all the guests were well attended to was indispensable. In the planning process, Alida and Angela were trouble shooters, advisors, and voices of reason. I absolutely recommend Juliet Events without any reservations. -

I have nothing but praise for the efforts of Juliet Events for my wedding. They were basically goddesses on my wedding day, there to help me stay calm and make sure things ran on time. My main regret from the event that I had is that I didn't hire them sooner to help me even more! Angela & Alida were great with communication. As it turned out, Angela couldn't make it to my wedding due to personal reasons but she made sure that there was a replacement for her on the wedding day, and Alida was very attentive towards the end. I really appreciated how they followed up with vendors for me towards the end, and sent me reminders about balances. On the day of the wedding, I was much calmer than I normally would have been because of them being there. Just having them in my room with me as everybody was getting ready was a comfort. There were some minor elements from wedding that were missing or that weren't really in place but it wasn't due to the lack of trying from Juliet Events - our venue wasn't the best at managing the last minute details and I recognized that there was nothing that the coordinator can do about that. But in the end, a nervous, anxious bride married her best friend - and was as calm as possible because she wasn't worrying about getting the processional ready for the ceremony or putting up decorations.
I'd highly recommend Juliet Events to anyone planning an event and would use them again the future. Angela & Alida were both so attentive and supportive of what we wanted to have happen. They were worth every penny! -

When it came to planning my wedding, Angela and Alida and their staff were the guiding lights I didn't know I needed. I was full of ideas, but needed help with the ins and outs of dealing with vendors -- and a little pressure to keep me on track, since I'm a world-class procrastinator. Angela was the perfect planning partner, finding ways to accommodate my detail-driven vision and also make sure that we were getting what we needed to get to make the day happen. And the wedding itself? I cannot imagine trying to navigate that weekend without the help of her and her staff. My husband and I got married at my parents' little historic house in the woods, which meant lots of nostalgic charm but not a lot of space. We had a house filled with bridesmaids and makeup bags and flower arrangements and place cards and well-meaning but underfoot relatives -- and somehow she helped make sense of it all and create a structure for the day that let us have the time or our lives. I would recommend Juliet Events to anyone. -

Alida and Angela of Juliet Events were great. They totally got what we wanted our wedding to be like and delivered. They did everything we asked them to do and some things we didn't even know we needed. It is so worth having a planner. They handled all the last minute details and we enjoyed the day. -

Alida and Angela are very professional, organized and knowledgeable. They helped me plan my wedding from Australia and were beyond accommodating. They gave me their honest opinion and helped to make the wedding planning just a tad less stressful!
