We're so happy we went to our wedding in a Jolley Trolley! They arrived on time and helped us stay on schedule, it was an adorable backdrop for photos, and it was such a special experience to ride the trolley. I will also say it was unexpectedly a strategic investment as the trolley arrived just as our 3 year old flower girls were starting to flag, and going on the trolley was such a fun experience for them and it turned their energy right around. Thanks for everything! -

We loved the Jolley Trolley! It was really important to us to provide a transportation option since we had an open bar, and Jolly Trolley were the best! They had reasonable pricing and the driver was fantastic and flexible with our requests the night of. They were professional, responsive, easy to work with - highly recommend hiring Jolley Trolley! -

The Jolley Trolley was by far the easiest way to transport the wedding party to and from my daughters wedding. Our driver, Jerry, was such a gentleman and fit right in with our day. He was extremely professional, on time, and courteous. I wish we would have more places for him to drive us! -

I always wanted the trolley to be my wedding transport and it did not disappoint! I could stand in my dress, not feel closed in. My nephew (ring bearers) loved it. The whole party said it was the best touch of the wedding. Our driver Jenny was amazing! Helped me on and off in my wedding dress! Played great music and we could hook up to Bluetooth too! Forget the limo or party bus the trolley is where it is at’ -

Jolley Trolley was such a great choice for our wedding transportation. Alicia was the person I spoke with and she was so helpful! When I had to adjust the time, a week before the wedding, she changed it with no issues! The girls were getting ready at the hotel and I wanted the guys to have a reliable way of getting to the hotel from a condo, especially during the start of spring break traffic. Mitch was our driver for Jolley Trolley, and he was awesome!! He arrived early and was ready to get the party started for the guys! After our wedding, Mitch went above and beyond and let extra people onto the trolley to get them to their end destination. He was great and it was very appreciated that he did that for our guests! -

I highly recommend booking the Jolley Trolley as your wedding transportation! My wedding party had so much fun on the trolley. It was quite spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed jamming out to music on the way to and from the church! The trolley was right on time, and our driver Deborah was extremely kind. The trolley was also a cost-effective option. In all, this was a fun and memorable part of our big day. -

Transportation between the chapel and reception venue for our wedding helped so much! No one had to worry about driving back and forth, and everyone loved the classic trolley look. Everyone I spoke with at the Jolley Trolley office was professional and answered all of my emails and phone calls very promptly. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to Covid, and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Our driver Dave called to go over any last minute details the day before the wedding, and that really set my mind at ease. Perfect bridal party transportation
Every person we worked with was great and accommodating, especially when we had to reschedule due to Covid. The driver the day of the event was great and efficient. This was the perfect way to keep our wedding party together and moving along from place to place. The trolley itself was comfortable, and plenty of room for everyone - 15 people due to Covid restrictions. Every member of our party enjoyed the trolley and it was one of everyone's favorite memories of the day. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of time we had reserved with the trolley and the added benefit of keeping everyone together was priceless! We used the Jolley Trolley as transportation from the hotel to our wedding venue. It was so much fun and was able to accommodate more people than a traditional venue. They were great to work with and so fun to use for pictures!Clearwater Jolley Trolley's reply:

We used Jolly Trolley to shuttle our guests from the wedding ceremony to an offsite activity before the reception, to transport our wedding party, and transport guests to the reception. They were super easy to work and very responsive. On the day of the wedding, they were very accommodating with anything we needed done during our time block we had them reserved for. The trolley itself was super clean and had lots of room with a nice sound system. It was a fun and unique way to transport our guests! Michele Sent on 11/02/2014We chartered the Jolley Trolley for our destination wedding. It was so much fun and beyond convenient for all of our guests. Jill, our driver, was phenomenal! She contacted me a few days prior to our event to provide her private cell phone #, review the itinerary, and answer any of our questions.
The day of our wedding, she was prompt, personable, and went above and beyond to ensure that a few of our elderly guests were comfortable and dropped off to the closest spot possible.
I would highly recommend a private charter by Jolley Trolley for a special event! -

First, it's nice to not have to get into and out of a limo in a wedding dress. :) Second, Jolley Trolley has A/C trolleys which is ESSENTIAL in Florida, not to mention the layers of your dress are pretty hot! Third, it was so cute and fun to have everyone in the trolley at once. We were able to move around and talk to everyone, not just those seated directly next to us.
Our driver, Jill, was awesome! She was so attentive and considerate. She made the trolley experience very easy and fun. I was worried about the ads on the side of the trolley so I ordered the Just Married banners to cover them up. They did a great job and I didn't see one ad on the side of the trolley. They did a really nice job! I couldn't be happier with the choice to use Jolley Trolley! -

Mari Sent on 10/06/2012Jolley Trolley provided the transportation for my wedding on September 15, 2012. We booked an air-conditioned trolley (DEFINITELY get AIR CONDITIONING--it's a must in FL at any time of year!) to transport the bridal party and some family members from the Don CeSar Resort in St. Pete Beach to St. John Vianney Catholic church and back. The driver was on time and pleasant. We decided to extend the hours of our contract on the day of the wedding and had no problem doing so. The trolley provided a fun element for our group and made for some great photos, especially the ones including the "Just Married" banner on the side! I would definitely recommend the Jolley Trolley to future brides! -

We used Jolley Trolley for our guest and bridal party transportation. They could not have been nicer throught the our planning process. Our driver was wonderful and we had the best time on the trolley. Our guests loved riding on the trolleys. A great alternative in a beach town to a limo. Felt like you were on vacation and that is what we wanted. -

We rented a private Jolley Trolley to shuttle guests from our wedding reception venue to the ceremony and then back to the reception since our ceremony site had limited parking. The trolley was an affordable way to make the logistics of our two locations in downtown St. Pete much easier for our guests! There was a bit of confusion with communication and some updates the week before the wedding, but everything was fully resolved a few days prior. Our driver Kathleen was excellent, flexible, and great with communication a few days before the wedding and all through the rental time. She was a great driver and transported all of our guests safely! I would highly recommend the Jolley Trolley for your event!Clearwater Jolley Trolley's reply:

Stevi Sent on 08/23/2014My husband and I had the Jolley Trolley for our July 19th wedding. We had 2 trolleys, one to take our guests and then we had a second just for the bridal party. Then the first trolley left and the second trolley stayed while the bridal party took pictures at the church and then the bridal party was the last to leave the church in the trolley. The driver for the bridal party was Benny! He was great. I had to make changes to the time the night before the wedding and he was totally fine with that change and it would not be a problem at all! That was so comforting. The only downfall is that the price does get up there very quickly but it does include the price of gas and tips to the driver. -

I tried to calm everyone down, but the driver just didn't seem pleased with us all day. The trolley ride was super convenient for getting our guests to the ceremony and reception and home again at midnight. The price was also cheaper than I had anticipated. Definitely look into them! -

I would only recommend for you to use Jolley Trolley during off seasons! The problem was the traffic and the fact that Jolley Trolley didn't take this into consideration and have their driver leave much earlier for our daughter's wedding. This is probably the one and only regret that we have for our daughter's wedding.
We hired Jolley Trolley to do three things: Pick up the Groom and Groomsmen from the Holiday Inn in Clearwater Beach and drive them the 3 minute drive to Sand Key Park. Then after dropping them off, drive the 1 minute drive to Sheraton Sand Key Hotel to pick up the Bride and bridesmaids and drop them off at Sand Key Park for the wedding. We also requested that any guests that were ready to hop on the trolley to go to the wedding at the same time as the wedding party could jump on too.....We also hired them to take our guests from the wedding reception that evening back to four hotels that they were staying at close there to Sand Key Park.
I must say that before the wedding, it was quite easy working with the ladies in the office and setting up this service. It was a pleasure working with them and I trusted that all would go well come the day of the wedding.
What I was not aware of, considering we live in Illinois and this was a destination wedding for our daughter, was the TRAFFIC!
Due to traffic issues in and around Clearwater, the Jolley Trolley was over 50 minutes late picking up the groom and groomsmen to drop them off at the wedding. It was so bad that a couple of them along with our two officiants had to just catch an Uber instead of waiting for the Trolley. Due to the Trolley being so late, our photographer was never able to even capture this part of my daughters wedding in photos. The photographer could not continue to wait for the trolley. So we have NO photos of the groom and his groomsmen on the trolley on the way to the wedding. NEVER can fix this!
So because the driver was stressed out after being "stuck on the causeway due to traffic" he was not very nice at all!! He was very rushed, rude and just overall not nice.
My daughter's wedding was delayed due to our issued with the Trolley! I was so beyond worried and stressed that my daughter would have to walk down the street to get to Sand Key Park for her own wedding due to the terrible delay of the Trolley.
Again, because the Trolley was late picking up my daughter and her bridesmaids we have NO fun professional photos of this event! Just look at their website....other brides have really neat wedding day photos with the Trolley! My daughter has NONE!!! There was no time for the photographer to stick around, she had to leave and go to the beach to be prepared for the wedding to start. This is such a shame.
I paid the extra $150 to decorate the inside of the Trolley for it NOT to be enjoyed by my daughter. NO PICTURES!!! No pictures to ever have like the Jolley Trolley website shows! This was ALOT of money to hire the trolley to not have good memories and NO photos!
The driver came back again at the end of the night to take people back to the hotels from the reception. Again, he was NOT in the mood to deal with the terrible traffic there in Clearwater Beach. He was agitated with the guests because he was "running late" once again due to not being able to go back and forth as quickly as he had planned. I had to even pay him extra cash on the spot so that he would take the remaining guests to their hotels at the end of the wedding reception.
I suppose that this would be a wonderful wedding memory had there been no traffic. We surely believe that this company should be aware of the seasonal traffic patterns in Clearwater and plan accordingly. The only sad and stressful event of the whole evening. We have heard nothing from the company with regards to this issue. So Sad!!Clearwater Jolley Trolley's reply:

Thank you for bringing to our attention the issues that you encountered with your daughter’s wedding trolley. We take great pride in the positive reputation that we have built by providing exemplary customer service, reliable equipment and timeliness in the service we provide.
I have tried multiple time to reach you by phone and email with no success or response from you. A thorough investigation has been conducted with the following findings:
- The charter contract, signed by you, shows a pickup time of 4:45pm with an end time of 10:00pm
- The trolley GPS confirms that our driver was leaving the Holiday Inn with the first group at 4:40pm.
- Multiple trips are reflected on the GPS from the Sheraton to Sand Key Park until 5:26pm
- The driver returned to Sand Key Park at 7:40pm and then pulled up to the Boardwalk at 7:55pm, per your request of an 8:00pm return.
- The GPS shows the shuttle continuing with the last group of guests being dropped off at the Sheraton at 10:32pm.
- The contract showed an end time of 10:00pm. Per the contract, you were given the option to extend the charter at the rate of $50.00 per ½ hour, payable to the driver in cash.
- And our driver contacted you prior to the charter and reviewed the itinerary.
Based on these findings, it appears that we were not late and followed what was agreed to in the contract throughout the entire charter. If you have contrary information, please let us know, as we are anxious to resolve this. You can reach me in the office Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am until 6:00pm by phone or by email.

I rented the Jolley Trolleys for my wedding last weekend. The next day I heard from over a dozen guests about how rude the driver was. How he told multiple guests that if he didn’t end on time I would owe him 55 dollars cash. These comments started at 10pm when the contract went until 1am, so I am not sure why 3 hours before he was done he was already complaining about going over time. Then the driver proceeded to text my cell phone at midnight to tell me if he goes over I have to pay 55 cash. If you knew the fee I paid for the trolley this 55$ over fee was no big deal and actually was already addressed and understood in the contract. Why would you text someone at 12 on their own wedding night….. I am more disappointed in how he treated my wedding guests.
I also attempted to call the company and discuss my feedback privately with the management but did not receive any call back.
