  Best customer service around!

  CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THIS WORLD! I was dreading when it came time to go ring shopping for my future wife. Mike B. at this location came to us in our need. He walked us through all the options, and had some GREAT insights on what we may like. All we can say is..... you will not be disappointed or even stressed once you walk into this location!

  This was an awesome experience! We went in looking for my now husband's wedding band. We not only bought an amazing band for him, but we also bought a perfect one for me. They had a huge sale that let us afford it and the employee made it very easy for us.

  I am so glad I got my ring from Jensen Jewelers. When my husband proposed, we were both poor college students and Jensen was able to give me a beautiful ring that fit our budget. I am also so grateful that we were able to get a good warranty on my ring. I have been able to take my ring in and get it cleaned as many times as I want since I have been married. The only problem I noticed was the fact that we had to wait so long to get the ring! We had to order it and every day my husband (boyfriend at the time ;) would call the store to see if they had it. They kept telling him no they didn't until one day they noticed that the package had just been hidden at the back of a drawer, talk about frustrating! Other than that I have been happy!

  I loved the ring selection and the prices. They don't work on comition so they really listen to what you want. Both rings were amazing and i would go back anytime for more.

  Honestly, it might be better to go get your ring from Walmart than shop here. The salesperson my boyfriend and I had help us was quite rude, he gave us false information to get us to buy something more expensive than I want. He was very biased in his personal views with what he showed us, a lot of what he showed us was similar to what he said he had just bought for his girlfriend, and not really what I was looking for. In general, the prices there are considerably higher than at other places in the area. Going here to look was a waste of time and I will not be returning.

  Our ring required minor work and we sent it here. After going several weeks without hearing from the jewelry, we called to check in. What a disappointment. Come to find out, our ring was shipped to another store for work, was not complete, and had been though several hands. After this disheartening phone call, we were reassured that it would be on our front steps a week later so we had no choice but to postponed our plans. Well, a week came and went and our ring still wasn't on our front door as promised. We were forced, yet again, to postpone our plans. This jeweler severely struggles with customer service, timeliness, and communication --both with customers and with internal employees. Words can't express how much their lack of attention and dedication hurt our feelings and our marriage plans.

  This is the worst pace to buy a ring from!! I got at first what I thought was a stunning engagement ring only to have 4 diamonds fall out of it (I am a student, not a brick layer) and it was never sized properly. I was told it was my fault the diamonds fell out and they refused to allow me to return it. I know am "stuck" with a very poor quality ring that was not worth the large amount of money we spent there. Do not go there!
