A dream to work with!

Jenna was responsive to every text and email, generally within minutes. She had great ideas for posing, lighting, backgrounds and candid opportunities. Upon meeting her, you get the feeling that she will roll with anything that might go on throughout the day. I never felt stressed and she made me feel comfortable in front of the camera, when in reality I hate being photographed. We loved the quality of the photo albums and the USB with all of the photos even comes in a really nice wooden storage box. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing anything from family to wedding to boudoir sessions!

I truly enjoyed the wedding photography worksheet she emailed us early on, which helped my husband and I figure out what shots, moments, and groups of family & friends we wanted to capture during the wedding. (We hadn’t put much thought into it before that moment, so this was great!)
I was truly impressed by how Jenna managed to keep us all organized throughout the day.
Wrangling so many people for various configurations is not easy- but she was smooth through it all! It never felt forced or awkward for us.
We had an overcast day, but wow- the photos still popped and look amazing! Our photos are beautiful, flattering, and just simply lovely.
I absolutely recommend Jenna for any photography needs. And would love to do a future boudoir shoot with her as well.

I randomly stumbled upon Jenna Rose Photography when I was looking for a photographer to shoot our engagement and wedding photos. Jenna and I go back 20 years and have followed her since her early days in photography. I always knew I wanted her to be my photographer should I get married someday.
When the time came, I made sure to reach out to her right away and was thankful she was available for our wedding date. She was quick to answer questions and an absolute pleasure to work with. She stayed a few extra minutes to get shots of us signing our marriage license and had our photos back to us much faster than originally stated.

Jenna has been a part of two very important and special markers in my husband and I's life. Because she has been so amazing to work with for our engagement and wedding day photos, I truly value and appreciate her. I originally got selected in a drawing for engagement photos which led us to loving her and saying yes to having her do our wedding photography.

Jenna and her assistant arrived on time and got to taking pictures of the invitation, venue, decor, etc right away while we were all still getting ready. She didnt bother me with anything - she knew just what to do. Booking her was so easy, especially since I live out of state and we never met in person. I never felt unsure about anything - Jenna was on top of it all. I didnt give her a ton of direction - I took her lead and went with whatever she felt was best. I'm so thankful I did. Jenna truly has a gift to capture a moment and a feeling. She was professional, and so easy to work with. She is creative and I felt 100% comfortable with her the entire time. Jenna completed our wedding day! From the first zoom meeting, to our engagement shoot, and up to the day of the wedding, she was absolutely amazing! She kept in constant contact with us through the process, corralled our huge families well, and the guests just absolutely loved her! We got so many comments about how well our photographers were capturing the day and partying it up with the guests! She brought a second shooter Alyssia Booth with her who worked so well with her and the visions we had set for our day! I would hire them both in a heartbeat. All we kept saying the morning after was how excited we were for the pictures to come back because we knew Jenna captured them perfectly. Jenna did such a great job capturing our wedding day! She was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, and the photos turned out amazing :) She was very pleasant to work with, she coordinated well with our other vendors, and she handled our timberline very well considering some things went a little longer than expected (leaving her less time for pictures). We could not be more pleased with Jenna (and the second photographer)'s work! Jenna's communication throughout the entire process was amazing and she is so kind. We really enjoyed her being a part of our wedding day. She is fun, laid back, and so very easy to work with. And the photos turned out truly amazing. We can't even pick one or two favorites because they are all so great. Jenna also photographed our engagement session, which was a great time to get to know each other. And those photos were amazing too! We even included our three dogs in our engagement photos, which can be a handful to work with, but you would never tell by the way the pictures turned out.

Jenna was very professional and willing to accommodate even our oddest requests. She was willing to drive about 3 hours to our location as well as a bit of two tracking and hiking through the woods to our ceremony spot. Jenna photographed our “rehearsal dinner” for our Halloween wedding (a.k.a a costume party!) She was a rockstar! She showed up in costume (as “the press”) and photographed family and friends decked out in ridiculous costumes, socializing and on the dance floor. The photos were amazing! She captured so many great moments, smiles, and laughs. We actually were able to send our guests a photo of them in costume in their Thank You cards. Everyone loved the photos! The photography was brilliant, and Jenna was a blast to work with. She also was very prompt in editing and uploading the gallery. She took this massive group shot of everyone in costume. In hangs in our hallway to greet our family and friends, as most of them are in the shot! A giant goofy family portrait. My favorite picture ever! I would recommend Jenna for any event, she is amazing!

My husband and I had a very small, intimate wedding in northern Michigan. Jenna was fantastic to work with! Through her own questions, she knew who was going to be at our wedding, as well as their names! She was so comfortable to work with and truly cared about capturing the important details. It was refreshing to have someone there who had poses she knew she wanted, poses she remembered I wanted, and knew just how to do it. She was very flexible to work with and would listen to any idea we had. Jenna blended right in with our families with her energetic personality!
We were in constant communication, emails sent would be responded to that same day, and any text sent would always receive a response. She had business cards ready to pass out, with photo release dates, our code, and the website on our wedding day. Due to our small wedding, she was even able to put together a brief slide show of photos during dinner!
My husband and I, and our families, were SO impressed by Jenna's professionalism, flexibility, personality, and the fast pace and quality of our photos. I would recommend Jenna Rose Photography for any event, she will exceed any expectations!

One thing I learned from our wedding day, is that the vendors you pick can really make or break your day and I must day Jenna really made our day!! I have done two engagement sessions, one boudoir session, one wedding, and about to schedule my next boudoir session. You don't continue to book more sessions unless you were proud of the product you received previously. I will focus this review on my wedding. Jenna had taken so many photos with her team that she had to narrow it down to over 550 photos. I know not everyone will have that many photos but to think that there were over 550 photos worthy of showing to me is amazing. Some may even get many more photos. All of our photos turned out awesome!! The quality and quantity of shots with a friendly and helpful team makes it so worth it. Jenna and her team provide a professional experience while at the same time being able to talk to them like a friend. Every time I have contacted Jenna, I don't think I have ever waited more than an hour for a response. I had a busy itinerary for photos on our wedding day but we ended up finishing early and had time to just hang out and relax before the ceremony and reception. During the reception Jenna put her laptop on the stage to show a slideshow of the photos she had already taken earlier in the day. My original location for our wedding was in a ballroom over looking a lake, which I saw amazing photos from another wedding she did there. I changed my location to an old log cabin for the ceremony and an old barn for the reception. There really isn't any location or setting she can't do. Highly recommend Jenna Rose Photography for any photo needs.

Jenna is amazing!! Because we don't live in the area we found her online. She was prompt to return our emails, we even did a quick FaceTime chat to make sure it was a good fit for all of us. She was a great fit, she is very easy going & good natured.
A month before the wedding, we set up an consultation to go over the final details. She was excellent in recommending places to shoot, setting up a timeline, and taking down details that were important to us to capture.
On the wedding day, we took photos beforehand in Downtown Rockford (not too far from Grand Rapids). She & her assistant set up many wonderful photos using the fall foliage as a perfect backdrop. Our wedding party felt completely at ease & their photos show that. They also captured all of the ceremony & reception. During the reception they set up a laptop with a slideshow of the photos we took in Rockford. We were so ecstatic that they looked so great on the day of & once we received the rest of them it was like reliving that awesome day! We really cannot say enough wonderful things about Jenna! She is incredibly talented & loves what she does and it shows in her work!

She was the only person we hired who contacted US a month before to finalize plans, then a week before just to confirm (the emails definitely helped to calm my nerves!). I LOVED it! I found Jenna Rose Photography through a referral from another photographer that was not available on our day. She gave me a list of 5 people available for our day and I emailed/spoke with all of them and picked JRP. Right from the start I felt Jenna was excited about my wedding and getting some great shots. My fiance was not thrilled with the whole idea of engagement photos and wedding photos but we had such a good time with Jenna he relaxed quite a bit and actually enjoyed the whole process. And I really think the chemistry developed helped get some great photos of our big day. We plan to return to Jenna Rose Photography for yearly anniversary pictures. Jenna Rose Photography did an amazing job at our wedding!! Our photo's are perfect and Jenna provided everything we wanted (8 hours of photography, two photographers, rights to our photos) and it was all at a great price!! We love Jenna Rose Photography!

Jenna did our engagement and wedding pictures and was so great to work with! She was very responsive to any questions that we had, always early and prepared, took beautiful high-quality pictures of us, and she was very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

I can't even begin to describe how awesome Jenna is. Our wedding was "over the moon" thanks to her. She is so easy to work with. She doesn't have that intimidating presence like most wedding vendors do. She made us feel like we were her equal, and a friend. My husband and I were so happy with her quality of work and her true talent. We will never hire another photographer. She will be our photographer for life, and a friend to us always.

Jenna was absolutely amazing!! My sister in law had Jenna take her wedding photos and as soon as I saw them I was sold! Not only was she professional and courteous but she was fun to work with. I've been in weddings where the photographers made it absolute torture, but Jenna made it fun and worked with us, not against us, and our photos came out perfect! We live on the east side of the state and even though it was a 3 hour drive she spent the whole day of our wedding with us, from early morning until our reception was almost over! I already have maternity session booked and Jenna will be taking all of our newborn/family/special event pictures for as long she will take us!!!

Jenna did a wonderful job for our engagement and wedding photos and we are very happy that we selected her! She is a very upbeat person, was prompt with communicating (I usually had e-mails back from her within the hour) and paid a great deal of attention to detail. She was very flexible with what we wanted with our package and let us give a lot of input with regards to what type of photos we wanted to have. If you are looking for a wedding photographer who will provide you with pictures that you will treasure forever, you can count on Jenna to do just that! :)

Jenna does great photos and is a blast to work with. She made taking pictures fun and the photos are perfect. She has great ideas that turn out wonderful. She was prompt with any communication back and forth. She made sure that everything was all set before the wedding so there was no confusion of what photos I wanted taken. The family portraits went quick and easy, she did a great job of grabbing everyone and getting them for photos so I didn't have to worry about it.

Where do I start?! :) Jenna loves what she does; her passion for photography is evident in the way she works. She is an awesome communicator (e-mails, texts/phone calls, meetings). She is fun! The wedding pictures ran SO smoothly and were truly enjoyable. She goes above and beyond with time spent on pictures, number of shots, etc. especially with such reasonable prices. She had our pictures edited and uploaded in no time. Not only is Jenna amazing, but so are her professionalism, creativity, flexibility, and the PHOTOGRAPHS!!!!! I am very pleased with all of the work that Jenna has done for me. Due to my schedule, I was unable to meet with her prior to my wedding day. I went on word of mouth referral only and was VERY IMPRESSED with Jenna and her skills. How many people would take a chance on a photographer without meeting them before the wedding day? Not many, but I did, and I am happy that I chose Jenna Rose Photography!!! Jenna was EXTREMELY easy to work with, very flexible on what times to meet, locations to meet at, even working with me on things I wanted and didn't want included in the package. She always responded to emails quickly (and I emailed a LOT!) and is very on top of things and stays in touch.
Not to mention the photos came out AMAZING! I've always been told that I don't take very good pictures and look better in person and after the wedding pics, I've had multiple people tell me that I look like a model! Jenna brings out the best ;) She's very passionate about what she does and was constantly going way above and beyond to get the perfect angle. (walking in water, balancing on rocks, standing on a ledge 30 feet above ground...lol) My whole wedding party had a GREAT experience with JennaRose Photography and I would never ever hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone. Amazing! :)

Jenna did a great job with our photos- she knows how to capture the moments and make everything look really good. Also, she was willing to work with us so we could get what we wanted and tried to make sure she got any particular photos we really wanted that might have been beyond the traditional wedding shots.

She worked with a crazy group of guys and actually got some really great shots of them!! :) She also had my wedding pictures done and ready for viewing before I got home from my honeymoon.
