Gerald & Esmie's Wedding
Jay was a pleasure to have at my wedding. Jay's Spanish guitar brought the perfect ambience we were looking for. I appreciate the pre-wedding meeting to go over the song list and your willingness to learn a new song that my wife adores. I appreciate Jay for asking the questions and dialing in the perfect setup for our wedding. Trust me, it was perfect! -

Made our wedding day the best ever!
We hired Jay to play for my ceremony and cocktail hour. He was easy to work with. I appreciate the meeting before our wedding date so our songs and the format for the wedding ceremony was all squared away. It helped! Great guitarist and played beautifully especially for our special song, thank you jay! -

Such beautiful music!
Jay did an amazing job with the ceremony and cocktail hour music. He's very talented, and my guests all enjoyed listening to him play. He was a pleasure working with. Very accommodating and learned new songs (very quickly I might add) for the ceremony. He literally made my dream become reality! Would definitely hire again! -

Jay Alvarez is a solo guitarist. He plays classical guitar. Check out his website: http://www.jayalvarez.com
We wanted someone to play Spanish style guitar during our dinner portion of the reception. Jay also does ceremonies or cocktail hours. He was perfect. It was entertaining, but not too loud. We wanted to be able to go to each table during dinner and greet people without having to talk over a loud band, but also have live music that was entertaining for guests to watch and listen to while eating and talking. That's exactly what we got. My mom even liked it! :)
The best part was his price. We looked at several other options and he was our biggest bang for our buck. Reasonable price for the quality in performance. -
