Kassie Sent on 12/20/2024From the moment I met Jacqueline and Jay, I knew they were our wedding photographers.
From our engagement shoot, to a Fall mini session, an individual shoot with Jax and myself, to the wedding day.... I cannot say enough amazing things. They're both so much fun. Jacqueline made me feel so confident and comfortable in every shoot. She made the "this might be awkward" moments, feel more than natural. For the wedding, she was a huge help in making a timeline. She prioritized me as the bride and made sure I was happy and felt gorgeous throughout such a chaotic part of the day. Not only did she make sure we got all the family photos we wanted, she made sure I took my shoes off, sat down for a few minutes, that I had water. From a photographer, those things helped my wedding day experience so much better. Your DOC, bridesmaids, etc. do these things too, but there are times you spend JUST with your photographer(s) and she thought about all of those things too. Photos look amazing - always. And if there is a certain part of a photo you want touched up, she has it done before you even ask - because she takes the time to learn your insecurities and knows how to bring our your NATURAL beauty (and sexiness). You look like you in her final images. And you look gorgeous and your husband looks handsome. She walks you through your gallery and how to get your prints, and then gets off the phone with you so you and your person can enjoy them together. She's the photographer you don't say bye to after you receive your wedding photos either. Her art is already on the walls and shelves of our home, and as we grow a family, more and more of her photos will fill those walls and shelves. I'm so lucky to have her as my photographer, and you will be too. -

You will never find a photographer like Jacqueline 💜. She will become your best friend and capture the best moments. This husband and wife duo will capture the most cherished moments you will look back on throughout life. They even have become friends. She will make sure you will feel the most relaxed and comfortable on your big day and that your not having to get through everything but still having fun. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! -

As the Creative Director of a local, full color magazine, I hired Jax Photography to photograph multitudes of articles and cover images for many, many years. Jacqueline never disappointed. In fact, she always found the most beautiful and unique ways to represent the heart of the story. Working with Jacqueline was truly a designer's dream as I had so many impressive images to use to create a memorable narrative.
When Jacqueline and husband Jay decided to focus on wedding photography, I knew there would be countless satisfied customers. I watched over the years how she captured the beauty of every bride, the excitement of the groom, the fun and loving support of the wedding party, the tearful joy of the parents, and the delight of all of the guests.
Fast forward to me becoming a new Mother of the Groom, Jax Photography was, of course, my first choice! I absolutely knew Jacqueline and Jay would capture the Wedding Day with the most stunning photographs. And they did! From representing the incredible venue, the delicious food, and the lovely flower and table arrangements, to capturing the intimate looks of the bride and groom, the magic of moments- big and small, the love from the attendees, and the pure joy of the celebration, the array of incredible images which were captured was impressive!
But here's the bonus I was unaware of initially- the wonderful attention Jacqueline gave my son and his bride before and after the actual big day! Part of the Jax Photography process is to meet up with the couple for engagement photographs prior to the wedding. Besides having more fun-loving images from which to choose, the couple was able to get to know Jacqueline and feel more comfortable with her taking pictures. And as an experienced wedding photographer, Jacqueline was also able to help them understand what to expect and to set up a timeline for the wedding day.
When the beautiful images of the big day were captured and then shared with us, all were incredibly pleased! The next bonus was the dedication Jacqueline has to creating quality pieces of art for the couple. This can include a beautiful wall canvas, a treasure box of prints, a stunning wedding album printed on exquisite paper, and other collectibles to remember the joyful celebration. These finished products were truly above and beyond the norm.
If you're in the market for a professional and creative wedding photographer to help tell your love story with beautiful and unique photographs, I highly recommend Jax Photography! -

Capturing the Perfect Moments
Jax Photography was one of the best vendors I hired for my wedding. From start to finish, Jacqueline and Jay helped answer any of my questions and helped plan out my day. They took beautiful pictures that all of my guests are raving about. Jacqueline eased any concerns I may have had for how the day would go and kept us on schedule. Absolutely loved working with them! -

Fantastic High-End Wedding Photography!
I had a destination wedding in Florida last December and one of the best decisions I made was hiring Jax Photography. Jacqueline and Jay were great to work with and made both my husband and I feel comfortable on our big day. Our wedding pictures turned out absolutely amazing and we have received so many compliments. Our custom wedding album is seriously beyond words. It is a piece of art and I look at it everyday :)
On top of being great wedding photographers, Jacqueline and Jay are great people. Both are easy to talk to and truly care about making your day special. You won't go wrong if you hire them! -

Angela Sent on 09/29/2015I am so in love with Jay and Jacqueline at Jax Photography. From the first phone call I had with Jacqueline, I knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer. Our first in person meeting sealed the deal for my fiancé. Just the types of questions she asked gave me confidence that she had artistic vision and really cared about fitting us as a couple rather than trying to mold us to some standard format. So far, we have only completed our engagement shoot (included in the price of our wedding package). The pictures were better than I could have hoped for and suited our personalities perfectly. She is so easy and fun to work with. I cannot wait until she shoots the wedding! -

Their dedication and commitment to our day went above and beyond! They spent hours upon hours with us throughout the day and shot hundreds upon hundreds of photos. We had so much to choose from and their recommendation for our wedding story album was perfect...I did not make a single change to the alum...it was incredible! Our guest were amazed at the number of photographs they took and everyone was in awe of our album. I would highly recommend that you choose Jacqueline and Jay to be a part of your special day. Our photos are totally amazing...everything I was hoping for and more. We got the benefit of having both of them to photograph our big day, which means we got all the standard bridal portraits AND the behind the scenes moments with the groom. They didn't miss a moment! Jacqueline and Jay started as our wedding photographers, but they feel more like family friends. I totally recommend them! -

I could never believe that we could have such amazing photos that are works of art for the price that we could afford. I love that not one of the albums they do look the same. Each one is personalized to the couple they are working with. It is nice to be seen as individuals rather than another name in their book. Jax Photography thinks out of the box with the pictures they take. I could not have been happier with the pictures that were taken and I recommend them to everyone i know. I think you would be stupid to go with another vendor. Trust me they are worth everything and more. -

Kimberly Sent on 11/07/2008Jacqueline and Jay of Jax Photography were the perfect photographers. I knew they were fabulous from the first day we met and chose to hire them. Their attention to detail and truly personal interaction with their brides (and grooms) was exactly what I was looking for. Jacqueline was there for me every step of the way, not just as my photographer, but as a sounding board for my ideas and ally! Their approach to photography and providing their "goods and services" is great. There are no hidden costs, no hidden secrets.
Our engagement photos were great; and I loved being able to meet the Jacqueline behind the camera prior to our big day. Then the day of the wedding was even better! She made me feel so comfortable; and Jay made my husband feel so comfortable. Our photographs are fantastic and are getting rave reviews from our family and friends. They were so great one of my bridesmaids have already booked them for her wedding next year.
They advertise the old fashioned way, by word of mouth; and from my mouth, I would definitely recommend giving them a call! -

I know my pics from my wedding this past weekend will be everything I wanted them to be because of Jacqueline and Jay. They take the time to get to know you as a couple and make sure they day is still all about you two, which is exactly what you need! I would recommend them to anyone wanting a "sigh of relief" knowing one of the most important day day's of your life with be captured perfectly! Thank you JAX!
