  Great service

  We used James Limousine for transportation to & from our venue on our wedding day. Our drivers both arrived on time and were nice, professional & kind! The SUV was clean, had bottled water for us and we even were able to connect our own music! Highly recommend!

  Amazing experience

  We hired a car from James Limousine to take us from our wedding ceremony to the reception. Ray was a great driver and we appreciated his flexibility in taking a brief stop at Cookout for photos. The car was very nice and the ride itself was smooth, even as we went through some windy mountain roads to our reception site.

  Wedding Transportation

  We had James Limousine provide transportation for our wedding guests to & from the hotel and our venue on our wedding day. Our driver arrived on time for each time we had a pickup/drop off scheduled and was extremely professional & so nice! The fleet we selected was comfortable, clean, luxurious, & extremely spacious! Our guests kept telling us how nice the shuttle was. James Limousine was so easy to work with, responsive, reasonably priced, and incredibly nice! We will definitely be using them again for any future transportation needs!!

  Puncutual getaway car

  Hired James Limousine for a getaway car at our wedding at Keswick Vineyards. They confirmed everything, worked well with our wedding coordinators, showed up on time, and the driver was a consummate professional. Great service, reasonable price.

  Wedding Dreams Come True!

  James Limousine was wonderful to work with and provided excelled service on our wedding day! They were extremely accommodating when I wanted to change details about my reservation last minute. The busses were in great condition and the drivers made us all feel safe and comfortable. And most importantly, they were timely! I would highly recommend James Limousine to anyone in need of wedding day transportation!

  Friendly, affordable, and timely!

  They made coordination of transportation for my wedding so easy! I felt confident that our drivers would take care of our guests. Booking, payment, and planning was all so simple. Definitely would recommend! They were professional throughout the entire process and helped us pick the right vehicle for our event.

  Before our wedding, if you would’ve told us that our transportation company would be one of our absolute favorite vendors we wouldn’t have believed you. James Limousine was fantastic to work with and helped make our day so special!! The booking process was easy, even during high season for proms and weddings. They offer a wide selection of vehicles that fit our needs from the rehearsal dinner to the reception shuttle. Pricing was very reasonable (we spoke with other companies that were priced much higher) especially since James limo was flexible due to multiple bookings. Drivers were great! Especially considering that our rehearsal dinner was down a very narrow/bumpy private road. The reception shuttle driver was flexible when we wanted to extend the hours of service the night of and even the supervisor was available to confirm the extension at 11pm on a Saturday night. Highly recommend James Limousine!!

  I last minute decided to surprise my groom with a get-a-way limo for our wedding. This service was efficient, and the customer service was very good when booking the limo, and the driver was very nice as well. Highly recommend.

  We used James Limousine for our wedding on October 20th to take us to DC after our recepton. The driver was very friendly and he even drove my sister and her now husband last June when they got married....small world! He got us to our destination on time and in a safe manner. We would recommend this transportation service to everyone and can't wait to use them again in the future!

  After researching a few different options, we decided to go with James Limousine, and we're happy we made that decision! While they were a bit more expensive than some other places, we felt it was absolutely worth it because of their great reputation. They were right on time and the wedding party had fun riding in the limos. The red carpets leading into the limos from the ceremony were an added nice touch.

  We used James Limousine for our welcome party the night before the wedding. My guests would not stop talking about the bus! They loved it! They all said how luxurious it was I guess there were tables and fun lights, plush seats, etc. We were able to book the transportation the week before the event, so it was really short notice for them. It was a little costly but my guests were so happy I didn't mind at all. They were all able to party before and after the real party! The bus came right on time too. I was very happy with their services.

  I am very happy with the chauffeur and the limousine provided on our wedding day! I must say that this company is very true to their word! It was so hot and humid that day, and I am so happy that they've provided a selection of beverages for us to consume, which is very convenient.

  James Limo Richmond Va

  Unfortunately we cannot recommend their service!
  Our venue was in a remote part of Virginia and more then one driver got lost several times causing our guests to feel unsafe.It was a very hot day and unfortunately the van and buses A/C units were not working properly!
  We spent over 5,000 dollars for their services and we received sub-par service.
  On a positive,we had a wonderful driver Al who drove MOB and FOB back from venue and knew exactly where to go.
  He was professional and very helpful thank you Al!
  Bottomline judging from other reviews they’re a company that should remain in areas they are familiar with eg: wineries!

  Very disappointed. Van had been in an accident, was dented and looked horrible.
  Radio did not work and a a/c vent fell and hit the groom in the head.
  Cost was not was we agreed upon, additional charge was taken out after the wedding. I was to have a point to point, less that 12 miles and 30 minute ride. I was chaged 375.00 not the 125.00 that was agreed to on the phone. Owner never called me back or emailed me although I have tried to make contact several times.
