The pictures we received were nice, but that is the only positive thing I can say about this photographer. My husband and I waited 2 years to get even a single photo of the groom with his best man. 2 years! And that seems like a photo even the most novice of photographers would capture and include in any wedding photo package. Our wedding package contract included a credit towards prints or a canvas to be made by the photographer... After multiple attempts, we gave up on getting those prints from Jaime and just forfeited the credit. At our wedding, Jaime showed up with a photobook for guests to sign. She had misspelled my name! How do you print a photo book with the bride\'a name spelled incorrectly throughout the entire book?! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced (granted I\'ve only been around 29 years) and I would never recommend jaime\'s services to anyone. My husband and I are relieved that at least we received a disc of our wedding photos, even if several of them are missing!
