These guys are great and we knew we would jive with the style of the DJ, Jovi, when we met him. Played and mixed exactly what we were looking for

Brian at Infinite Digital is an extremely professional and talented Videographer. When planning our wedding we weren’t sure if we wanted to have a videographer but we were very happy we did. He caught several different moments that the photographer did not. WE have been married not even a year yet and have gone back several times and looked at different clips from the day. It is a very happy and exciting day and to have it all caught on video was very worth it. Brian had very high tech equipment and we were very lucky to have him be part of our day. He was dressed professionally and was discreet so you barely knew he was there at some points. I would recommend his services to anyone. I think picking a videographer is very difficult but I know you won’t be disappointed in him. I hope this review helps brides with there decision on weather or not they should get a videographer and who to pick.

My husband and I got married on July 8, 2017 of last year. We were originally excited to book Brian and his team at infinite digital as we attended a wedding where his services were provided, and at the time we found quite pleasing. Prior to the wedding, I’ve had issues with communication that I felt had not been dealt with by him politely. Many details about the wedding kept changing and as a result had been frustrating for Brian. We should have realized the red flags from the beginning, in one of our prior meetings he had told us he had plannned to get out of the wedding business. He even offered to sell the business to my husband who also does video production. Due to our issues of communication with Brian, he offered to call the whole thing off and refund us our total deposit minus $100. At this point in time, we were too close to the wedding to back out. In the emails we had sent to eachother back and forth I found him to be very blunt and rude. On our wedding day, Brian had subcontracted an inexperienced videographer. Me and her husband gave her the benefit of the doubt but upon receiving our footage we realized how poorly the shot the wedding was done. In our highlight reel, the procession was filmed poorly, you did not see the reactions of the bride and groom as they first met at the aisle and during the vows, the back of my head was shot the entire time. We had stressed how important the video was to us but we were reassured by Brian that he was confident in the work of whoever he had hired. Also, Brian had been running the photobooth and the quality of the pictures that were printed were very poor. Overall, for the price we paid for photo, video, DJ and photobooth it was great. BUT, if your looking to hire Brian for video, ask to see some examples of recent wedding videos that he had shot. The examples that were shown to us were from a few years back. His website does not have any current wedding highlight reels. In the end, I would highly NOT recommend.

    Infinite Digital's reply:

I completely agree! Your wedding was undoubtetly the most difficult and challenging wedding I have ever had to deal with. You had changed your wedding date without telling us, and assumed that your new date was available. You seemed shocked when I had to clarify that the date we have talked about in email, in person and on the phone which was also on the contract with your signature on it signed months prior was in fact wrong, and you didn't seem to understand that there is a risk that I may have to withdraw if our team wasn't available. Luckily, we were, and I managed to deal with that. You had requested us to work at a surprise event, and seemed offended when I quoted you since it meant working an extra 20hrs which wasn't in our contract. Communication was extremely poor, with your emails coming weeks after I make an urgent request - what normally is a streamlined task such as selecting photos for an engagement book turned into a confusing email game drawn over several months that almost compromised our ability to meet our deadline. I offered the sale of the business to your husband who seemed interested since he requested to plagiarize our work so he could form his own, competing company in our industry. The sale was already pending prior to our meeting and to proudly provide an update, Infinite Digital was in fact acquired by another organization in December 2017! I am very fortunate to continue the 2018 season under my new role as GM. You expressed you distaste for me, and I sensed you would continue to be a problematic client, so I offered you an option out, which you declined, and told you that I was goin to remove myself from the situation and replace myself with one of our team members... all of this before the wedding when your intoxicated husband headlocked me at the end of the reception! Behind the scenes, I sought councilling to give me strength to complete our contract (which you have called an "itenerary") which we managed to do.
