Indiana DJ service was wonderful! Their customer service was excellent prior to our wedding. They were very responsive to our questions/concerns. The wedding was even better. All of our requests were played and they kept the kareoke going! I will be recommending Indiana DJ Service to my friends! Thank you!

They were not able to improvise. I gave them a list of songs, and they were lost through the website. No one is available to talk over the phone...at least, until they called me one week before my wedding day. They didn't play any current music.
Indiana DJ Service responded with the following comments:
We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our DJ services. We were unaware of your discontent for over 15 months. Our website has free online planning and we are available to take calls and emails from customers anytime of the day by a direct dial to a (smart) cell phone. Any questions or concerns are always dealt with in a quick and timely fashion. I am very surprised at your comments as we always bend over backwards to satisfy our customers requests. We always play every song that is requested if time will allow, and we keep our music library updated weekly with all the new Top 40 hits. If newer music was not played, then it must not have been requested by the customer, or if requested by the guests, then those requests were few. We always feel the crowd and play the music that keeps the party going. We always contact the couple 1 week before the wedding to go over the planning. This is a regular practice that allows time for any final decisions, allow changes in the online planner, and to go over any questions either party has about the event. Since you did not contact us, even after the wedding day, I do not see any failure on our part to accommodate, or try to make things right. Again, we are extremely sorry that you were not satisfied.
