From the moment I sat down with her I knew I would get exactly what I wanted and the execution was more than I could have expected! From start to finish my other complete wedding set was customized to our exact liking! From the Save the Dates, to Wedding shower, Wedding and Thank you Cards- Krystal was beyond quick, easy and fun to work with. The invitations she designed for me were so one-a-kind I got a call from almost every one of my guest complimenting and going on about the uniqueness and beauty of my invites. Truly amazing customer service and overall experience!!

She provided me with a lot of different options (price wise and designs) and really listened to what I wanted. She was very attentive and always got back to me quickly if I had any inquiries or wanted to make changes to anything. It was a great experience working with her and I can't wait to get started on the invitations! I would recommend Krystal for any event... her designs and creativity are versatile and she always has a positive attitude towards new ideas.

Our wedding took place in a barn, and Impressions was able to capture our rustic vibe, add our colour themes, and match our decor in all of her stationary. Krystal was so professional, and the work that she produced was beautiful. I was always so amazed at how accessible she was through email, and no matter how many ideas I came up with last minute, she was always able to deliver. i would absolutely recommend Impressions to everyone, -

I provided my vision to Krystal at Impressions Design, and within 24 hours she responded with a sample template of what I had asked for. I was impressed with the quality of service and the product delivered. From the moment I contacted her to receiving my final product, Krystal took less than 5 business days! User1779485 Sent on 08/25/2014Krystal is nothing short of amazing and deserves 5 stars across the board. She has been accommodating, flexible, friendly, professional, helpful, and creative! For someone like myself who lacks creativity, she took my very basic ideas and turned it into something amazing. She was also great at explaining all the little things that I had little knowledge about: types of paper, invitation suite layout options, how to save costs, postage tips, extra costs you could expect to see (and how to avoid if it was a concern), etc. She was open to feedback and working together to make it perfect - it wasn't just one draft from her and then it was done, we worked together back and forth until we were both pleased with the final result. I have received so many compliments from our guests on the invitations - the quality, formality, how it defined "us". I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use Krystal's services again in the future! Thanks Krystal :) -

She took our thoughts and turned them into a beautifully creative design that we still love today. We received no end of compliments on the theme carried between save-the-dates, invites, and programs. The owner met with me several times and helped design my daughters invitations, which I might add were exactly what she wanted. The invitations were beautiful and my daughter was very happy.
I also used Impressions for my wedding invitations. The design was beautiful and again, the owner went above and beyond in terms of being professional, creative and overall very helpful. The price point for both the invitations was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs, creative, different invitations. Overall great experience.
