Beatiful decor selections

Imperial Event Rentals were a pleasure to work with! They are quick to reply to emails and provide quotes. I used them for my wedding and we rented a number of things from them. Working with Imperial was easy and seamless. Before selecting my gold chiavari chairs, they allowed me to walk their warehouse where they were kept covered and in great condition. The price was the best in town. They were on time for delivery and pickup, would work with them again! -

I hired this company after a friend recommended them, and I have to say, they were amazing. They gave me a great rate to rent a large tent, plus tables, chairs, and linens. Delivery and set up was superb, with all the guys arriving early. The thing I loved about this company was their professionalism. They were in constant contact with me throughout, and had lots of options for my needs. I never felt like I was being ripped off or ignored. The party was a great success, and everyone had a lovely time. Thanks guys for making this a day I will remember forever! -

I recently had an intimate wedding reception for 50. I wanted to do it like a cocktail party/lounge. Someone told me that if I needed party rentals, I should contact Imperial Party Rentals. Martha was amazing! I told her what I wanted to do and where I was going to have it and she came up with some fantastic options for the party. We ended up rental white leather lounge furniture and highboys. They were professional, easy to work with, offered great payment plans, delivered on time, set everything up and then came to pick it all up. They made the party look amazing! i would recommend them to anyone in need of event rentals and will definitely use them again for my next party! -

I decided to go with Imperial after a friend used them for her wedding. I was so happy I chose them. While I was trying to enjoy my the most important day of my life everyone else seemed like they were trying to ruin it. The cake was late, the caterer got everything wrong, and I was completely stressed out. Imperial saved the day by being completely on time and professional. They were so easy to work with I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would recommend them to anyone having a wedding or any event in the Hialeah area. -

We were so grateful to discover imperial party rental for our wedding. The costs are truly sensible, the stock is in great condition and they don't attempt to adhere it to you after the actuality with huge amounts of extra expenses. in particular they have extraordinary client benefit and were completely understanding with us when we called to change the request again and again. This is my second wedding and my first one had horrible service; the experience was terrible. However, Imperial has renewed my faith in wedding rental companies. 10 times better than my previous company and I do not regret a single dollar. The service was, as everyone has said, professional. My mom recently talked me into using this company for our wedding. I am a horrible planner and was starting to get stressed out as the wedding date started to approach. When I called this company I felt so relieved. I gave them an idea of what we were aiming for at the wedding and they in return gave some awesome suggestions and advice. We rented a majority of our furniture from them. The prices were fair and the staff were great. They came, dropped off the furniture, and even helped us set everything up for the wedding. The tables and chairs and just everything came out looking great. Words cant even express it. Their suggestions were awesome and all the furniture and colors fit in beautifully with theme that I wanted. -

Celebrations was great! I highly recommend checking them out for any wedding or event you may have. They have the largest selection in the area that I've seen, so you'll have much less of a chance of having to go to multiple vendors for your rentals.
I rented table runners for my wedding, and they had exactly what I needed and were great about answering questions or changing the quantity any time I needed to. I even had a mishap the day before my wedding when we realized that there had been a miscommunication with my venue and that the tables were actually doubled up (so 2 tables put together = 1 table). So, essentially at the last minute we ended up needed double the number of runners!
We called Celebrations, and it was no problem at all. They took care of it right away, and the runners were ready and waiting when one of my bridesmaids arrived to pick them up. They had even said that they were willing to re-route their truck and deliver instead (for a really tiny and surprisingly ultra reasonable delivery fee, but I had someone who was going near their shop anyway, so we just picked up. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate though. Very nice!). I will definitely be a return customer. -

I cannot express how wonderful Imperial was when it came to making my wedding special. We had all of our family in town and it was a very special day for all of us. My husband and I both had grandfathers in World War 1 and we wanted to honor them with our special day.
We decided on 11/11 for our wedding date and themed it in a post world war theme, my husband Doug and I in appropriate uniforms for our wedding clothes- me as a USO girl and he as an infantryman in a perfect replica of his Grandfather's uniform. It brought tears to our families eyes.
Imperial was the perfect touch to top off the wedding by providing top-shelf service, furniture and simply everything we needed. After we saw how flexible Imperial was, and the great selection of equipment- we decided to cancel our reservations and make them our exclusive provider for everything.
From the tables and chairs, to the photo booth, linens and lighting for the reception- we couldn't have been happier. They accommodated our every request (which I'm sure drove them nuts- but they never let on.)
Don't waste your time with spreading out wedding vendors for every single item. If you want to take care of a lot of the stress of planning for your wedding just go with Imperial. You won't be disappointed. -

My best friend and maid of honor recommended Imperial Party Rentals after her good experience with them at her own wedding last year.
They did a beautiful job for us on our special day. They provided friendly service, arrived on time, brought everything exactly as we had ordered, and all the items we rented looked fantastic and clean when they arrived and when it was all set up.
We rented chairs, tables, and linens, as well as a canopy. Choosing the items to rent was fun too - they have a lot of beautiful items to choose from, and the quality and condition of everything is superb.
We were happy that we could enjoy our day knowing that they had everything taken care of. It really helped ease the overall stress of getting the reception set up and looking grand, and allowed us to focus on what's most important - enjoying each other on our beautiful wedding day.
For what you get, their prices are also very reasonable. I definitely would recommend them to a friend, just as my best friend recommended them to me.

First of all I just want to say my wedding reception looked wonderful. These guys were very professional, they were on time when they delivered the chairs, tents and tablecloth etc. These were in great conditions which i appreciated a lot. They did a good job setting up and I was pleased overall with their service. -

Awesome services. I needed them to deliver all the chairs and tablecloths early in the morning and they did and also were there the same day after the wedding on time to pick up everything. Very flexible and helpful. -

This vendor is the best of the best!!! We had a little reception but we wanted everything perfect. I'm very picky and try to do everything perfect but this company just exceeded my expectations. With the small place we had and little people they made the place look spectacular with drapes in the ceiling,decorations, the chairs were intact. They recommended also a florist and he is great! I give this company a 5 star in everything because they really work for it. They made my wedding look amazing!! I'm very glad I came across of it. The ladies in the office are super sweet and very helpful, it is like getting an event planner but with no charge. I loved it all... From the linens to the drapes and lights to the dance floors. Our wedding was FANTASTIC!!!! Our beautiful day with family and friends couldn't be better! I just love them. They are the real deal in Miami. The chair were like new, cushions were very cleaned and the linens were stunning. They also did some covers ups for the walls, pipes and drapes and lighting. It came out even better than I expected. My daughter wanted to have an amazing sweet 16 party. The hall that we rented looked plain and basic. My friend recommended I contact Imperial Party Rental. She told me that they would be able to transform the room. Imperial Party Rental worked magic on the venue. They were amazing. Their creativity was very impressive. They were attentive to the details and made sure the room was fit for a princess. When my daughter’s friends walked into the room they were in awe. My original vendor ended up cancelling due to a family emergency and they suggested I try Imperial. I was so stressed due to the circumstances that I was truly concerned going forward at that point. After speaking with the people at Imperial I felt at such ease. Their customer service reps were professional and caring. They assured that they could get the job done. With only one month to gather all necessary items that we needed we received a call within 2 days to let us know that everything was in line and ready to proceed.
Our reception looked spectacular. The equipment was in excellent condition and they even setup our outdoor wine tent perfectly. I am so impressed. Will recommend to anyone I know needing your services in the future.

This is a great company. For any bride looking for inexpensive, yet quality service. I helped my sister choose this company for her wedding, and she loved every moment of it. The customer service was professional, helpful and kind. The decorations that were rented were perfect, and great quality. Everyone commented on the set up of the wedding. I recently helped my aunt (uncle's wife) plan her wedding. I was a bridesmaid. Originally I live in Alaska, but her ceremony and home were in Florida- so I flew down to help her prepare, and then also flew down for the ceremony. She was having a beach wedding and reception. Both were outside. For the reception she wanted a tent, but she very clearly stated "Not something shabby or circus-like. I want something elegant and pretty. Something that when people come inside they feel like they're at a wedding- not a barbeque."
After seeing a few examples of their work, my aunt fell in love. This was it- and she knew it. So she picked Imperial Party Rentals to set up pretty much the entire reception area. The wedding was on the beach- and it was really important to her that the reception stay with the elegant beach-wedding theme. Imperial Party Rentals listened to everything she said, WROTE DOWN her directions and ensured her they would do their best to get everything right. They made sure to clarify with her multiple times what exactly she wanted, just to varify that they could give her the best possible experience. Their customer service was impecible. They quickly answered all questions we had and were unbelievably kind (even amongst her frantic pre-wedding freak-outs).

A friend of mine recommended me Imperial Party Rentals. My wedding came out beautiful and elegant, the same way I was dreaming about. Their collection of white leather furniture was a plus at the reception, and the tablecloths they delivered were absolutely gorgeous. Since I did not have any wedding planner, when I went to their showroom to select the colors of my wedding, the girls were very helpful giving me a lot of advises about the lights, the chairs and the tables’ size I rented. Good experience
Imperial rentals was super responsive and professional, which made them easy to work with. They have a large space to go look at linens, chargers, etc and were helpful there. They have a huge selection and prices were reasonable.
However on the day of our wedding they brought a brand-new tent which took hours longer to set up than it was supposed to, which created delays for the reception set up and affected other vendors. It worked out but was poor planning on their part. They also forgot the bar backs and brought them late. It worked out but only because our planner managed the situation perfectly. If we didn’t have a planner, it would have been a big challenge for us to manage ourselves. -

Amazing service! We utilized Imperial Party Rentals for a small birthday party last year. We were so impressed with the quality, service and professionalism; we used them again for a wedding. Great value for money
I rented all of my furniture from Imperial events for my outdoor wedding and they're unbeatable when it comes to pricing . Not only that, the furniture we rented was of great quality, and they have a very wide selection of items and styles based on your wedding theme. They're also very flexible with order changes and payment schedule, which was appreciated. With that said, I believe there is room for improvement with customer service. My sales manager was always very nice to me but not always very responsive. This is a busy industry and it is understandable that they get overwhelmed, but I had to frequently follow up on emails and calls if I wanted things done, which I shouldn't have to do if I was considered a valued customer. I would still recommend them to couples, but this is something to keep in mind. All in all we were satisfied with the service they provided and everything went perfectly on our wedding day! -

We pretty much got all the tables, linens, chairs, plates, etc from them and all of that was great BUT there 2 main issues!
1 - we ordered a WHITE runner but the one they gave us was a worn down almost gray looking runner. it had some stains and was not the one shown in the picture at all. the runner is one of the most important parts of the ceremony - the bridal party and the bride walk on that! all the pics have that runner in them! i had a ranch wedding so we had no choice but to use it.
2 - the pick up time was scheduled at one time and they were pretty much an hour late to get the glassware. the wedding was at a private residence and the owner had his day planned. well they use a separate company to pick up and drop off anything glass/crystal so i had to wait for them to get there, count it, pack it up and leave.
the last thing i want to do the day after my wedding is wait for them to get there to pick up the stuff. -

I can't say this was the best nor the worse party rental. I've dealt with many event rentals company before and at the end of the day, their all the same. Their customer service can either be great or horrible. For the day of my wedding, we received a lot of charger plates that were ruined and written on. For that reason, we weren't able to use many of them and left some tables without them. I rented a clear frame tent with bistro lights. After going back and forth on e-mails and phone calls, I was assured that our tent will have this particular look for the day of our wedding. The day of the wedding, the guys setting up the tent and lights had no idea how to place the lights. They told me they had never done it before. I had to show them a picture of what I had already send them before of how it's supposed to look like. The guy tells me that it's impossible to make it look like I wanted it to look like and to forget about it and he'll just do it the way he thinks it's supposed to be. I wasn't even going to stress what he just told me but I found it extremely unprofessional and nonetheless, stressful. Despite the charger plates being completely ruined and the guy not knowing how to set up the bistro lights under the tent then comes the end of the night. Christy, an employee from the company was in charge of the plates, the silverware and the glasses. At the end of the wedding night, we explained to her about the charger plates but she was more concerned about the one missing dessert plate, the one missing fork and the one missing champagne flute. She said she had already counted everything and that for sure those missing items were in fact missing and that she can easily charge my credit card. I told her very politely to show me what she put in her trunk so that I can count them myself to not charge my credit card for the "missing items". She refused to show me and left. I will never hire them again nor will I ever recommend to any of my friends and family. -

A few of the chairs were broken
I was so excited when I first found imperial.. the prices were great, and they were communicative. On our wedding day— they delivered on time and the chairs were beautiful. While we were getting ready to do our grand entrance, we found out that someone had fell in one of the chairs— we immediately went to her once we arrived into the reception. A second person fell as well as the chair slipped. (Attached photo) I called imperial to explain to them what happened and they apologized, but would not compensate me for the inconvenience— my in-laws left the wedding 3 hours early to take the guest that fell to the hospital. I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. -

Don’t use them
Will not rent from this place again, they will not accept pickup truck to pick up a small order, you have to bring a closed car. Then they will not help load or unload in a closed car. However when I went to pick up 30 chairs I noticed 3 pickup trucks being loaded but they would not help me load into my car. After when I went to return the chairs and asked for help not one man on the loading dock would come down to assist a 60 year old woman!! Then the owner came to apologize but he did it after I had finished unloading, not much of an apology after you did not lift a finger to help. This place only wants big orders, they don’t want the little orders of 150 dollars!! -
