  AMAZING COMPANY!
  I scheduled the wonderful Party Bus for my 21st birthday, the driver picked-up my friends and myself and we got to drive around town for a little while. The driver was very nice and informative. He drove us to where we wanted to go and had a wonderful night out with all my girlfriends! It was so nice to know he was outside waiting for us to bring us to the next place or if someone needed to go home.
  
  I will be using this vendor again for a bachelorette party and wedding!

  I have had nothing but prompt on time services. Very professional courteous and enjoyable company I used for airport rides. And will be using in the future for my wedding. I just want to thank you bill for your services you have provided for me. And recommend this company to anyone in the future in need of excellent affordable services.

  I have used Ice House Limousine on a number of occasions most recently for a wedding, Bill our driver was very professional, the bus was large enough to accommodate all of us with ease. The bus was clean and well maintained, he was happy to take a few pictures and had us to our destination in plenty of time. The next time I need a limo this is who I'll call and hope I can get Bill as a the driver.

  We hired Ice House to provide transportation for our wedding guests between the hotel, ceremony and reception locations. The actual service itself was fine - the drivers were nice and aside from accidentally driving by the turn to the ceremony the first time and having to turn around after a guest pointed it out, everything went smoothly.
  
  However, communication prior to the event was very difficult - our contact would say he would get back to us, then we wouldn't hear from him and we would have to follow up repeatedly. They also didn't charge the deposit to our card for a month after we'd signed everything, which is nerve wracking when you're less than 3 weeks before the event and too close to the event to find a backup.

  Try Calling Instead of Emailing

  Icehouse Limousine was very professional. They showed up before they were required to and provided a comfortable and fun ride for my guests as well as myself and wedding party for my destination wedding. I will admit that communication was a bit difficult at times. When trying to contact them through email, I didn't get many responses. However, when calling and speaking with the owner and the other staff, I had no issues. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. My suggestion is to contact them by phone if you would like to speak with them. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend this company for transportation for your special occasion.

  Way too expensive

  This company was great to deal with at first. The pick-up and drop off went as planned and the driver was great. However, their pricing is astronomical. Make sure you get a quote from this company first. They charged us by the hour and not a flat pick up and drop off fee for an airport transfer. They then proceeded to charge us for the time to and from their garage. Had I known their garage was an hour away I would not have hired this service. I cannot believe they were recommended to us.
  
  When I contacted them to try to negotiate a discount on the bill for the misunderstanding I was shut down. I am shocked they have been in business for 30 years with this type of customer service. We will not be a returning customer by any means.

  Just awful

  Beware of Ice House Limo Service. Do not use them.
  I really wished I had heeded the other reviewers warnings.
  The owner Paul does a bate and switch with vehicles, he Is a poor communicator , he does not respond to phone calls or emails, he has a poor memory and worst of all he has a terrible temper and screams. I actually cancelled our vehicle knowing I may loose my deposit because he was so frightening on the phone.

  There is not enough space here to list the detailed explanation of the problems we had with this vendor during our wedding weekend. We got married at Reading Farms Estate in September 2014 and worked with amazing vendors in all areas but transportation. We've also heard from our vendors that we were a delight to work with.
  
  The owner of Icehouse, Paul, had been assisting me leading up to the wedding and despite him never returning calls or emailing when he said he would, there are not a lot of shuttles in the area and he seemed polite enough on the phone so I could not imagine that this would turn out so poorly.
  
  He sent yellow school buses instead of shuttles. He told my husband on our wedding day that he did not need our money and he would tell his staff to go home if we did not want the buses. He sat on my deposit check for months, collected total payment from my husband ON the wedding date and then promptly returned home and cashed the deposit too. We had prepaid for every single vendor but him. Why would he ask the groom for 4k on his wedding day?
  
  We tried reaching out after the wedding hoping he wasn’t a terrible person and we could work together to make this right but he proceeded to curse and swear at my husband on the phone. I would highly advise against ever using this company. You have no idea if what you’re booking will show up, you will have no idea of the cost and the owner of the company is incredibly unprofessional and rude.
