The Hunt Valley Golf Club was the perfect venue for my fall wedding, the trees were just turning and it was so beautiful! great place for pictures. So many people raved about how gorgeous the location was. The planning process was easy, Katie took over a few months after we had originally signed our contract and she made some definite improvements and was super flexible in terms of making sure things from the original agreement that we wanted were honored while still giving us the benefits of the revamped packages. The ballroom looked absolutely gorgeous and was perfect amount of space for my 150 guests. Food was great, and the bridal suite was nice, I didn't get to spend to much time there since I was taking pictures, but the bridal party enjoyed having someplace to have a drink and some food away from the crowd. Fantastic reception location!

Our wedding was perfect! The Hunt Valley Golf Club is a beautiful setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and pictures. Many of our guest commented on the lovely view. The putting greens and rolling tree lined hills provided amazing pictures.
The director of events and catering, Katie, made the planning process as easy (and stress-free) as possible. She provided us with a recommended list of vendors, and contacted all of our vendors herself prior to the big day to make sure everyone arrived on time and had everything they needed to make the day go smoothly. Katie went above and beyond, helping set up some of personalized decorations including our candy buffet…. which was a huge hit with our guest.
Everything went exactly according to our schedule. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous. The dinner was great. Everyone one enjoyed themselves and we have perfect memories of that day that we will cherish for the rest of our long and happy marriage

My wedding reception was at the HVGC. The location is beautiful and Katie is so easy to work with. The food was good and our guests really enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Our reception was held at the Hunt Valley Golf Club. We booked the club early on in our engagement and about half way through a new coordinator, Katie, was brought on. She did a great job! She was very responsive and did a great job handling my difficult parents. The food was great, views were beautiful and everything went smoothly. All our guests really enjoyed the party and Katie was wonderful to work with! Surely a reception to remember!

I had a great experience at Hunt Valley Golf Club. The view was beautiful and Katie was really easy to work with the entire time. She offers many great ideas and does her best to accommodate you to provide you with what you are looking for. Many guests commented on how beautiful the golf club and scenery were. Everyone had a great time here I would recommend it to anyone!

My father has belonged to Hunt Valley Golf Club for years and I always said I would have my reception there. When I became engaged in 2010, I knew right where to look for a reception site. Katie came onboard in the middle of my engagement and was great to work with. She revamped the menus and offers many food choices that were not offered before. She made sure to meet with me a month before the wedding to run through everything. She also got back to my emails quickly. The day ran smoothly and Hunt Valley made sure everything was taken care of. One of the reasons I liked Hunt Valley so much was that it included everything, but the cake. The food, basic linens, china, liquor, silver ware etc was all included. The food was also great and the guests loved their food choices.

I had a wonderful experience having my wedding reception at the hunt valley golf club. The location is in the beautiful countryside, and it is convenient to have plenty of parking there. The room is large and there was no problem accomodating my 175 guests. The view from the room, which has floor to ceiling windows and overlooks the golf course, is amazing. We took pictures on the putting green below the club house, as well as by the pond/fountain, and they turned out beautifully. The room looked beautiful with just minimal decorations, and there was plenty of space on the dance floor. There were many food choices, and we got compliments from our guests about the meal. We also got many compliments about the club in general. Katie was wonderful to work with, and made planning and organizing much less stressful! She is extremely competent and professional, and has great suggestions when you need advice. She was flexible with meeting times and always was quick to return a phone call or email. They were also flexible the day of the wedding when we wanted to extend our reception for an extra hour at the last minute! Overall, a wonderful experience- my wedding day was perfect!
