Perfect wedding venue!
London Town & Gardens was the perfect venue for our wedding! The grounds are beautiful and the backdrop for the ceremony is really stunning-- we couldn't have asked for anything more! Kristin was very helpful and responsive throughout our wedding process, always responding to questions/emails quickly and putting us at ease. Everything went smoothly day of, and we're so grateful the weather cooperated so we could take full advantage of the space and the views. Our guests raved about the views and the whole property! We couldn't recommend London Town more. -

Dream Wedding Venue
We have nothing but great things to say about this wedding venue and our experience with the Events Director, Kristin! I personally never grew up dreaming about my wedding day, but when we toured London Town it was the clear and obvious standout - the beautiful gardens and waterfront area look even better in person and Kristin and her team continually have projects to improve an already amazing venue (e.g., the tent was upgraded to increase capacity a few months after our booking). Of all our venue options, London Town also turned out to be the overall lowest cost as their vendor book provides a ton of affordable options which you can mix & match to suit your budget and taste (in contrast to "all-inclusives" where options are limited). We had several guests reach out to us during and after the reception to let us know this was the best wedding venue they had been to, and we would highly recommend London Town to anyone. Thank you to Kristin and team for making the planning process so easy on us! -

Fall Wedding
We had our wedding at Historic Londontown and Gardens this past November and it was a great venue. The newly constructed riverside deck with the river background was beautiful. The list of vendors were great. The gardens offered a variety of photo locations completely changing the backdrop. The new tent and increased size offered a great dining area. The separation of the dance floor inside from the tent offered a unique but great experience for those that wanted to chat and not be subjected to our millennial dance party. Kristin was great to work with and super professional. Would absolutely recommend. -

An Absolute Magical Wedding Day!
This venue had all of our guests in awe with the incredible views & picturesque landscapes & gardens. Even better, the staff was professional and easy to work with. Kristin originally walked us through the property and helped us throughout our entire wedding planning process. You could tell she is passionate about her job, the property, and the couples that get married there. It was an easy yes for us. Throughout the planning process the venue made renovations we weren’t even expecting that made the property even more magical. If you are looking for a beautiful outdoor/waterfront venue that offers professionalism, ease of planning, great communication and genuine interactions, Historic London Town is your venue. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better day and feel so lucky that we chose London Town for our special day! -

Outstanding!
London Town was the PERFECT place to get married. Stunning waterfront views, beautiful gardens, a perfect tent for our reception... I can't say enough good things! Kristin was incredibly helpful and really helped us bring our special day to life. She provided excellent vendor recommendations and worked with us on anything we needed. At the last minute, a heat wave rolled in and London Town helped us find a way to get almost all of our guests in the shade for our ceremony. We had initially wanted our ceremony to be on the deck with the waterfront as the backdrop, but in retrospect, I'm really glad we had the garden as our backdrop! It was stunning and people loved being able to walk up to the deck during cocktail hour!-

Gorgeous and flexible venue, great communication
London Town was a dream of a venue for our wedding. The grounds are absurdly gorgeous, well managed, and versatile. We walked away with photos in gardens; overlooking the South River; in front of a colonial brick building; at the end of a dock… all of which are stunning.
We were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather on the day of our wedding, so we held our ceremony outside on the river deck and hosted a cocktail hour that allowed our guests to roam about the lawn and gardens and inside the equally beautiful indoor pavilion. There was so much for our guests to look at and take in—in fact, most said they wished our wedding had been even longer, so that they could explore more of the grounds. That’s always a great thing to hear! Even if the weather had been poor, I know our guests would have had just as lovely of a time inside the covered tent, deck, and pavilion.
We held dinner and dancing in the tent. Even though we had to pull the sides down because it got a bit windy, it was still utterly gorgeous. The temperature inside the space was perfect, and the look of the tent was sophisticated, too. The walls have clear areas where you can look out right onto the South River, so there were beautiful sights to behold in every corner of the tent.
Kristin DeMarco, the venue coordinator, was just as fabulous to work with. For 14 months, she offered clear answers and advice to all of our questions. She also provided us with a brochure that listed a plethora of preferred vendors for all sorts of fields; we ended up choosing most of our vendors from that list, which gave us a lot of peace of mind that we had gone with vetted vendors who knew the venue well already.
London Town was the perfect (not to mention convenient) location for our wedding. We are elated to have chosen it.-

Most beautiful venue and great experience!
Historic London Town and Gardens is the most beautiful venue! I knew from the moment I saw it I would have my wedding there. Both Keara and Kristin made the whole experience so enjoyable! Kristin is so so nice and very responsive. London Town has EVERYTHING! The water, a pier, the gardens, historic buildings and they are all absolutely stunning! I mean what more could you ask for?! Our wedding was perfect and the venue was more beautiful on our wedding than I could have ever imagined. So obsessed and if I could get married again it would absolutely be at London Town!-

Stunning and customizable!
This venue cannot be beat. It truly has it all- a view of the water, beautiful gardens, historic buildings, and indoor pavilion with pretty twinkly lights, and a tent also with gorgeous up lighting. There were also so many different options for how we wanted to organize the venue in our own unique way.
We ended up having a large 250 person wedding in May and it went flawlessly. We had the ceremony in the river deck, the cocktail hour in the main lawn by the river deck, dinner under a rented tent in the other lawn, and dancing under the provided tent. There was a view of the water during all parts of the wedding and it was GORGEOUS.
Kristin is the venue coordinator and she was AMAZING. She replies to emails so quickly and is able to help you with just about any question you have. She meets with you a month out from the wedding and helps ease all your concerns about the big day. This venue is very much so a “build your own adventure” kind of venue, which scared me a little, but Kristen, our day of coordinator, and the caterer worked as a team to make sure everything went perfectly!
After the wedding we rented a bus to get to downtown Annapolis for the after party, so we also loved how close it was to DTA. FYI- some people had to call an Uber at the end of the night and the Ubers to downtown we’re VERY expensive at that time for some reason. Just something to consider.
Overall it was insanely beautiful, it can be customized to whatever you want, and Kristen is amazing. Couldn’t have picked a better venue!!!!-

Hidden Gem
Historic London Town & Gardens is such a hidden gem within the Annapolis area. I went to High School around the corner and never knew the location existed. It has everything you would want in a wedding venue in Maryland and the Annapolis Area: Beautiful Gardens, on the water, indoor and outdoor space, and the flexibility to make it your own. You can have your ceremony in so many different configurations and each have a beautiful view and feel.
Our guests were so excited about the ability to walk through the gardens, go onto the dock, and see the historic aspects of the venue. The pre-planning process was great and they work through so many different scenarios (rain plans, food, etc.) during your month out meeting.
This venue has an amazing value for what was offered to us and our guests. I'm so happy we were able to host our celebration here! -

Beautiful Wedding Venue!
We had such a perfect day at London Town and could not have imagined anything better. Even in November, the gardens were beautiful and the weather held it together so we were able to get married outside. Had the weather been not outdoor friendly, we would have been perfectly comfortable with the pretty indoor space as well! One of the best parts of London town is their Event Director, Keara. Keara was incredible to work with – she is awesome, extremely responsive, and helpful in ways I didn’t even know I needed. She was quick to answer questions and provide suggestions. Our wedding definitely would not have been as successful without her! We knew what to expect leading up to the wedding (month-out meeting, rehearsal) and the day of (rain/cold plan, noise ordinances, etc) as everything is clearly put in the contract and if we had any questions/concerns/comments, Keara was always ready with a fast response! :)

A Perfect Day!
After looking at venues all around Maryland, DC, and Virginia, we were so excited to find Historic London Town & Gardens for our wedding this past October. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we had the instant feeling that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. The setting on the South River, with the beautifully landscaped gardens and historic sites throughout, was exactly what we were looking for. The Director of Private Events at London Town, Keara,...where do we begin? Keara was so knowledgeable about the property and every last detail concerning our wedding. We instantly felt as if she was a close friend, and our interactions with her were always collaborative dialogues about details and personal touches for our own unique event. She made herself available to us for any and all questions or concerns that we had, and always got back to us extremely fast (if not immediately!). Our Month-Out walk-through meeting put our minds at ease and instantly reduced the pre-wedding stress we were having. Keara ensured that we had a detailed overview of the day from set-up to break-down.
When the big day arrived, the grounds were impeccably manicured and the event spaces were beautiful, clean, and ready for set-up. Our delegated London Town event coordinator, Jasmine, greeted all of our vendors and directed them so efficiently we didn’t even notice all of the logistics going on around us. She introduced herself to us when we arrived and made herself available for anything that we might need throughout the event. All of our guests remarked about the natural beauty of the ceremony and reception spaces as well as the historic locations spread throughout the venue. Choosing London Town as the setting for our big day was hands down the best decision we made and the event could not have been more perfect thanks to Keara, Jasmine, and the London Town team.-

The Perfect Wedding Venue & Day
London Town caught my husband and I's eye from the moment we stepped on the grounds. From the absolutely stunning waterfront views to the beautiful gardens, tent & dancing area, it was our wedding dream come true. Keara, Director of Events, was wonderful to work with and answered our many wedding questions, and was incredibly helpful. While our wedding day was a whirlwind, with crazy and unpredictable weather, the London Town team helped with anything and everything that was needed to give us the perfect outdoor ceremony we dreamed of. I would recommend this venue to everyone looking for a wedding day they'll never forget! -

London Town Is Magic
London Town was the perfect. The staff (mainly Keara), the atmosphere (gardens, water, indoor space) and location (really close to Annapolis) was top notch. Loved that we could have our ceremony and reception in one location. There are plenty of places to take photos too which is awesome. -

Stunning garden venue with water views
Historic London Town and Gardens was love at first sight! The venue was exactly what we were looking for in terms of scenery, atmosphere, and indoor/outdoor space. You can have your garden wedding while also enjoying expansive views of the South River. The Director of Events, Keara, was amazing to work with as well! She will respond to all questions (in lightning speed) and provide you valuable information and recommendations to make planning your special day seamless. The venue also hosts wedding open houses on a routine basis where you can meet potential vendors, could it get any easier? Did I mention you can bring your pup? No matter how hyper they may be... Australian Shepherd life (LOL). We highly recommend London Town for your wedding, as would our guests! Thank you so much! -

Beautiful venue!
We had an amazing experience at Londontown! First, we have to say a huge thanks to Keara who was with us from start to finish. She was fantastic! She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails, no matter what time. She really worked hard to make sure we were happy and that our wedding went smoothly. She was very supportive the day of the wedding. Londontown is a perfect venue for an outdoor wedding. We were even able to make our dog part of the celebration! There is a garden, historic buildings, and a nice long pier for photo opportunities. Thanks again to all the staff and support folks that worked to make our wedding great. You won't be disappointed. -

“Magical.” “Perfect.” “The best wedding I’ve ever been to” These are just a few of the compliments we received from our guests! The venue is beautiful and Keara was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive, organized, and attentive to every detail. All the vendors we used were on the London Town preferred vendor list - and each and every one was professional and did an amazing job! -

The most magical and stunning venue.
This venue was everything we could have imagined and more. It's gorgeous backdrop of the South River, acres and acres of gardens, and horticulture gave all the most stunning of views. Keara is an absolute joy to work with. She was always quick with email responses, phone calls, and made sure to think of every last detail. As we were planning our wedding, she even had the bridal suite repainted beautifully, had stunning string lights hung, and made the venue even more handicap accessible for our grandparents. It was truly the most breathtaking venue. We love you all and were so thankful to have our big day at Historic London Town & Gardens.

The perfect venue for our perfect day!
After we toured Historic London Town & Gardens, it was an easy decision for us to choose this venue. The historic buildings, deck overlooking the water, big white tent, and gardens was everything we were looking. Our venue coordinator Keara was very helpful and professional in the planning process, she responded quickly to our questions, and worked with our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Dream wedding!
My husband and I got engaged on our boat right out front of London Towne so it was no question where we would have it! We didn't even look at any other venues we were that sure. We had seen weddings from the water and knew it would perfectly suit us. Keara was amazing to work with and she helped us make the whole planning process easy! Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. The groomsmen arrived by boat and we left by boat at the end of the night! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get married on the water! -

Beautiful All Around!
Keara was such a delight and such a pleasure to work with. The moment we checked out the venue and met Keara, I knew this was where I wanted to get married. She was extremely proactive in answering back any questions I had. She was helpful, calm, organized, friendly and super easy to work with. I visited the grounds multiple times through the year and every time, the landscape, flowers, and gardens were very well kept, groomed and beautifully maintained. The grounds overlooking the river were stunning! No matter the season, it was absolutely gorgeous! Great for any time of the year! Thanks Keara & London Town for making my day unforgettable!-

AMAZING in every way
Keara is the absolute BEST to work with, and this venue is one of the most beautiful in the area. Waterfront historic garden?? We had the most magical day, helped to make happen by the most incredible vendors. We loved HLT! -

Beautiful Venue. Wonderful Staff.
Keara is AMAZING! Responds within minutes, and goes above-and-beyond with any request. She knows many of the local vendors which is helpful in planning your wedding. Even the inside pavilion is wonderful, newly painted too. Our pictures turned out beautifully!! -

So Beautiful!
London Town is so beautiful. It has so much natural outdoor beauty and perfect photo spots. It is super spacious and has a tent and pavilion for eating and dancing! Keara is an absolute dream to work with! She is super responsive to emails, and answered every single question I had, no matter how small. She also helped create a perfect layout and rain plan (although we didn't have any rain, it was nice to have a plan in case we did). She us super knowledgeable about every aspect of a wedding and is so helpful. I sent her tons of emails, and she never once seemed like it was too much, It was the perfect venue with the most amazing coordinator! -

Beautiful venue, wonderfully managed
Londontown is an amazing venue. There is so much natural outdoor beauty which is exactly what we were looking for. They also have a built in rain plan (which we did end up needing on our date) but it was nice to never have to worry about that or make any big decisions until day-of about the rain call. Also, and super importantly, Keara is amazing. She answered all of my millions of questions very quickly and was always above-and-beyond helpful. I never felt like I was bothering her or asking too much. All my vendors love working there and I can see why. I can't recommend Londontown enough. -

THANK YOU! Feeling Lucky!
I can't thank Londontown & Keara enough! Our wedding was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. We had a black tie garden party theme. Initially, I was nervous we weren't going to be able to make it "fancy" but I was wrong! We dressed the place right up and it was amazingly elegant! It started to rain right as we were setting up for the ceremony (everyone's biggest fear I know) but, despite the uncooperative weather we still had a beautiful ceremony inside! AND while we were exchanging vows inside, the storm parted and our guests were able to walk around in the garden for cocktail hour. PLUS we had the tent for dinner which was beautiful AND functional! 10/10 would recommend- you can make this venue your own to match your personalities!-

Beautiful venue!!
We used Historic London Town and Gardens as the venue for our wedding this October. Full disclosure, London Town was the first venue and one of only two that we looked at in person. Our visit happened to be on a gorgeous autumn day – perfect blue sky, a little warm for the season – and we were really taken with the natural beauty of the gardens and how secluded the property felt. We really liked the idea of having our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, with the reception under the tent. And, we really didn’t want a generic ballroom or event space – we were looking for something that was pretty but not stuffy and was a little bit unique. London Town fit all of our criteria. We felt like we took a little bit of a risk with a partially outdoor venue because the weather is so unpredictable in the Mid-Atlantic in the Fall, but knowing that in the event of inclement weather everything could be moved inside gave us the comfort we needed to move forward.
On our wedding day (exactly one year after we first visited the venue), we were again lucky with absolutely perfect weather. One of the things we loved about London Town is that because the gardens are so beautiful on their own you don’t need to add a ton of decoration to them. Similarly, the tent has lighting built-in, so unless you are looking to use special spot-lighting, etc. there isn’t much you need to add there either. I also really appreciated the bridal suite in the Pavilion – it isn’t huge, but is a pretty space to take “getting ready” photos, doubled as our place to stash the wedding party’s personal belongings, and tripled as a refuge for our dear friend with an infant! Both during and after the wedding many of our guests shared how much they loved the venue and that it made a beautiful setting for the wedding.
Finally, I need to take a minute to talk about Keara, the Director of Events. Keara is the most responsive person I have ever encountered. It sometimes felt like she responded before I even hit ‘send’ on an email. Not only was she incredibly quick, she was patient with our endless questions, generous with vendor recommendations, and just a generally delightful person to work with. Historic London Town and Garden is a beautiful spot, but getting to work with Keara was truly a highlight for us in the planning process. We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding at London Town – it was without question the perfect venue for us, and I highly recommend it. -

Gorgeous venue with great staff!
We could not be happier with our experience with London Town. Keara was quick and responsive to all our questions and was helpful throughout our planning. All of the staff we met were so sweet. They are organized and knowledgeable to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful! There are so many great spots for photos and we loved having our ceremony with the water behind us. Since we got married on the coldest day in October we are also greatful for their indoor eating and dance area.
London Town is a gorgeous venue and was my top choice when looking to book. I’m so glad we were able to have our wedding here. We loved it!! -

Beautiful Venue and Prompt Helpful Service!
We absolutely loved working with Keara at Londontown. The venue is amazing and a beautiful outdoor/indoor space. They have tons of experience with weddings and helped us seamlessly execute our day. They have two wedding sites and a mix of indoor/outdoor space for your big day. The gardens are a hidden gem too!! Keara was so quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to be super helpful! She also recommended hiring at lease a day-of coordinator since the venue does not provide one - this was essential so definitely do that! Book at Londontown if you want a beautiful, natural, and quant setting for your perfect day!-

London town was everything we were looking for in a venue! The gardens, the history, and the water create such a romantic and intimate atmosphere with the added bonus of a solid weather plan option and being pet friendly. Keara was an absolute delight to work with too! Not only was she incredibly responsive to our questions, she worked to ensure we would have back up power in case the hurricane we were expecting landed (thank goodness it didnt, but we really felt they were doing whatever they could go make sure we could still enjoy our day). With the tables/chairs etc. Included in the rental price, it makes securing a venue much easier. We're so happy we were able to start our marriage at Londontown! -

The day of our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined. The venue is such a neat area, it was like having four different areas for people to hang out. We had a cigar bar in the garden, the dance floor inside, dinner under the tent and cocktail hour on the deck. I cried for hours when it was all over with because I didn’t want it to be done yet. Highly recommend for a wedding!!!!-

Having our wedding at London Town was amazing! The venue is beautiful there are gardens, a historic area and the South River. Working with Keara was great, she was very responsive if we had any questions and helpful in the planning process. I liked that the venue held open houses where you could meet local vendors. We used the florist and hotel we met at the open house and it worked out great. The month out meeting was also helpful to get all the last minute details ironed out. The staff at London Town is very experienced and professional to ensure your big day goes just the way you envisioned it. Our family and guests had an amazing time and complimented the venue throughout the night. We are so glad we chose London Town for our wedding! -

My husband and I fell in love with London Town from the minute we arrived. The venue was perfect for us. The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for for our ceremony, the tent was perfect for dinner, and the indoor pavilion had the perfect dance floor (and it was climate controlled so it didn't matter what the weather is - including being our backup plan for inclínate weather). Throughout the whole time, Keara was our point of contact, and we absolutely loved working with her. She was always helpful with whatever we needed, she was there with a smile where we saw her in person (and she was quick to give us a hug), and she made everything so easy for us.
On the day of, it unfortunately rained, but Keara and Jasmine (the site supervisor for the day who was absolutely stellar) worked seamlessly with our caterer and our day-of coordinator to put things together behind the scenes without us really needing to worry about. The venue worked beautifully for our indoor ceremony in the pavilion - everything came together amazingly. We were still able to use the tent for dinner despite the rain, and the setting was excellent. And then we moved back into the pavilion after to finish as planned.
I can't say enough great things about London Town for a wedding venue, and for Keara, Jasmine, and the whole team. We loved having our day there and would do it again all over if we could! -

My husband and I did quite a bit of research to find our venue and are so glad we decided on Historic London Town and Gardens. We were looking for an outdoor space and my husband really liked the idea of being on the water. London Town was the perfect marriage of both. We actually went to visit it in the middle of January when the garden was clearly not in bloom and even then we were so captivated by its beauty. The gardens, water, and dock make for the most beautiful pictures and back drop for the ceremony. We also received so many comments from guests about how beautiful and perfect the venue was. The space was on par for pricing in the area and included a tent which had turned out to be one of the biggest expenses at other venues. They also are overall very flexible with vendor choices which means you can design the wedding of your dreams. The crew there was always friendly and flexible and easy to work with. We highly recommend London Town and Gardens. -

I will admit, my (now) husband and I only looked at one venue, the Historic London Town and Gardens. When we were looking for a venue, we had two requirements: for it to be a garden and for it to be by the water. Historic London Town and Gardens hit both requirements and so much more. It was everything that we wanted. The gardens are beautiful! Our ceremony was on the ledge right next to the water surrounded by trees. The dinner tent and pavilion were absolutely perfect. Guests were able to walk around easily and could wander. It was a very open environment. Keara and everyone else who worked at London Town were very attentive and professional. If you are interested in getting married in the Annapolis area, I would highly recommend Historic London Town and Gardens! -

I honestly couldn't of imagined having my wedding ceremony and reception anywhere else. This was the very first (and only) venue I saw while I was looking. I feel in love with it the second we stepped onto the grounds. The staff, especially Keara, was absolutely wonderful, accommodating, and helpful. The entire venue was beautiful, and has so many opportunities for pictures, entertainment, and even had an adorable bridal suite to get ready in. It was the perfect Spring wedding, and I wouldn't of had it any other way. -

We looked at a few reception locations in the Annapolis area, but when we visited London Town we knew that it was our venue. It's no wonder why this place fills up so quickly! We really loved the atmosphere and historic nature, and that it was situated right on the water and with acres of flower gardens. It was also nice that it had parking! Since we were planning an October wedding we were unsure about what the weather would be and I wanted to make sure I would have options. London Town has a building and tent onsite in addition to their beautiful grounds. I worked with Shelby throughout my planning process and she was very responsive and made sure to give notice for anything that may be due and to answer anything that I had questions about. A week before the wedding Shelby worked with my planner and myself to make sure everything about the layout for the day would be set up perfectly. Everything went very smoothly on the day of and everything was right where it needed to be. The day was a beautiful day in October so we were able to utilize the gardens for cocktail hour and the tent and building for dinner and dancing as it got a bit cooler. The view made for a gorgeous backdrop as well! I'd highly recommend booking your venue at London Town! -

My wife and I were blown away with how amazing our wedding at London Town was. The venue grounds were immaculate, even after having hosted visitors all day. The grounds, the flowers, the reception tent and building were clean and prepared for us well before we arrived.
We had roughly 100 people at our wedding and the location felt very intimate for us to see everyone who traveled in to celebrate with us. We never felt that people were too spread out for us to see everyone. It was also fun to be able to walk around outside and inside (thankfully our weather was perfect!).
Those who we worked with to plan our wedding at London Town and those who helped us the day of couldn't have been more helpful, flexible, and kind. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I encourage everyone looking to find your perfect venue on the water to choose London Town. Couldn't be happier. -

We got married at Historic London Town & Gardens and it was gorgeous! The venue had a 50% off deal going on for the month of August so we got an amazing deal on a beautiful picture-perfect setting! We got married outside on the lawn facing a small stage with the river as our backdrop. What a stunning setting for a ceremony! It made for beautiful photos as well! We then hosted the cocktail hour outside in the same area with a bar under a beautiful old tree. They just revamped the tent area where people ate dinner with a beautiful stone floor. The dance room was up a set of small stairs leading to a patio and a boat-house like room that was all windows. It was absolutely stunning once the sun set the lights lit up the room, adding such a warm ambience to the night. Shelby and Adrianna were pleasures to work with and totally accessible for any questions and needs that came up as we were in the final month of planning!
I highly recommend Historic London Town for your wedding! -

Londontown was literally the perfect backdrop for our elegant Maryland wedding. We searched for weeks for the perfect venue all over Maryland, and this ended up being in our backyard. If you are considering this venue, book it now. On our wedding day and since, all of our family and friends have remarked on our gorgeous venue and how they want to plan their event or wedding there! The staff are incredibly helpful and responsive and will make sure you are completely comfortable with all of the plans for the day. This venue is different from others because you can bring in your own vendors (off their extensive approved list). This was great for us because it allowed us to save a significant amount of money on catering and beverage. The venue speaks for itself in it's beauty set on the gorgeous Severn River, and does not need elaborate decor. I literally can't imagine my wedding having been anywhere else. It was perfection. -

Historic London Town and Gardens has to be one of the most beautiful wedding venues! You have the most perfect setting of being on the water in the middle of a garden with beautiful historic buildings in the backdrop. I couldn't have asked for a better day weather-wise. The flowers had just bloomed for my late May wedding and there was a great light breeze off the water. I got married on the front deck with cocktails in the gardens. Guests then got to dine in the beautiful tent with a view of the water. Dancing and desserts were then in the pavilion. I loved the feel of moving my guests to different locations to keep them guessing. Adriana and her team were amazing and very helpful. Adriana was great to work with very professional, friendly, and her response time was amazing. The planning process was extremely easy. The venue is picturesque and our photographers had a field day with all the beautiful colors and the old historic buildings. I love the fact that they offer tables, chairs, and a tent with their pricing which is a huge cost saver! You can also upgrade to chiavari chairs for a huge discounted rate, otherwise they are fairly expensive if going through a rental company. There were no hidden costs, it was all upfront in the contract. There isn't one thing I would change about my experience or the venue itself. It was the perfect day and the perfect venue to boot. -

As soon as we walked onto the property, my husband and I both knew this is where we were going to get married. When we first started thinking about wedding venues, Londontown was at the forefront. After one visit to the grounds and a long conversation with Jean, we immediately booked it. Fast forward one year and one new wedding planner (Adrianna), our day was perfect. The grounds provided us with so much flexibility for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. It also offered amazing little nooks and crannies that made our photos breathtaking, such as the dock on the inlet, the gazebo, the colonial house, and the little bridge tucked away back in the woods.
We were worried the day before that our wedding would be a wash-out after three days of heavy rain, but Adrianna calmed our nerves at the rehearsal and told us she would wait as long as possible to set up the lawn for our ceremony. When we pulled in for the wedding, we were overjoyed to see the lawn staged perfectly for our ceremony. What followed was an unforgettable evening, and Adrianna ensured everything went smoothly behind the scenes, staying on site long after she really needed to.
Londontown was everything we were looking for and our day was perfect. When Jean had to leave, she left Londontown's event planning in very capable hands. Amazing place for an amazing wedding.

Finding a wedding venue is one of the most difficult parts of planning a wedding, but my husband and I knew we found our place when we found London Town. It is an absolutely beautiful location, surrounded with countless places to take photos. We were able to do our first dance on the deck at the water, and I'm dying to see the photos.
In addition to being such a beautiful venue, you also get an amazing bang for your buck. All tables and chairs are included for both the ceremony and reception. The tent and indoor facility are great features and also serve as a built-in rain plan if need be. We held our cocktail hour in the gardens, and guests were able to play yard games and socialize by the water. It is truly a unique venue in that there are both indoor and outdoor options for guests.
The staff was also great to work with. Adriana is incredibly friendly and also responsive to questions. They offer fantastic vendor recommendations--we barely left their lists of recommendations, and we loved all of our vendors. They also allow you to hold your rehearsal on site, which was incredibly helpful to us and our wedding party going into the wedding.
If you're looking for a breathtakingly beautiful, affordable and fun location for your wedding, London Town is definitely where you want to be! -

Many thanks to the fantastic staff that helped us plan an impromptu Wedding (in less than two weeks a full blown event)! We made an appointment to view the grounds for a simple ceremony, immediately felt at ease with the Coordinator who helped guide us through the possibilities, and fell head over heals in love with the location. It was spectacular. The grounds. The view. The facilities. The endless possibilities. PERFECT VENUE! -

We held our reception at London Town and Gardens. When we went to visit the site the year before we knew right away it was perfect. The gorgeous gardens, the view of the water, the beautiful tent, the pavilion for dancing (and excellent rain plan if needed). Reserve your date early because options were getting limited even a year out. Our wedding day turned out to have perfect weather and the cocktail hour was held in the gardens. It was so gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a more fun wedding. We had 120 guests and the venue was a great size. Jean Clare Shea, the director of sales was very professional and offered many helpful hints to make everything run smoothly. We opted to rent shuttles to get any guests that didn't want to drive to and from the hotel and we were happy with that decision. Overall, London Town is a wonderful venue for a wedding reception!! -

My husband and I visited quite a few venues in and around Annapolis for our wedding last September, and Historic London Town and Gardens was definitely the best "bang for our buck". Once we visited the location we fell in love with the location - you get a fabulous view, an indoor pavilion, draped tent w/ chandelier, ceremony and reception chairs and tables and the dock. When you start budgeting out tents, etc. things get expensive fast, so it was nice to know we were covered at London Town if it rained. The pavilion was great, it was super hot on our wedding day and dancing in the air conditioned pavilion helped keep everyone nice and cool. They also allowed us to leave cars there overnight which was nice.
Leading up to our wedding we worked with Adriana and she was wonderful! She made sure that they had everything the way we wanted it on our big day. She was great for recommendations when I wasn't sure if something was going to work and quick to come up with a solution. She also got along and worked well with my day of coordinator on our wedding day.
The actual day went great! We couldn't have asked for a better space. The gardens and dock made great backdrops for our photos and all of our guests loved the property. The only thing I could complain about was the noise ordinance - you have to shut music off by 10pm so you can't really extend your reception at this venue past then. I will say this is a problem at most outdoor locations around Annapolis. We opted to start our wedding a half hour earlier to allow for the full 5 hour cocktail hour and reception.
I would definitely recommend Historic London Town and Gardens for your wedding. You'll have a great staff, fabulous scenery and a place to keep you dry and cool in case of crazy weather. -

From the first time I saw this place I knew it was the one for our wedding! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the views are breathtaking. It was the perfect place to have our ceremony and reception. Jean, Adriana and the staff were all fantastic to work with. We started with Jean in the process and then Adriana took over. She was there to meet with us, answer our questions and go over all the details. From her experience in the field she really knew what she was doing and helped us make some smart changes that worked out better. The day of the wedding she made sure that everything was taken care of, lined up the bridal party, fluffed my dress and even brought us out a fan during the reception to cool us off!! Truly a great location for weddings and great to work with!! We got so many compliments about the venue that our guest wished they had gotten married there! :) -

Choosing Historic London Town and Gardens as my wedding reception venue was the best decision I made while planning my wedding. Everything about this venue and its staff made my wedding day like a dream.
My wedding reception hosted 160 people with the cocktail hour in the garden with beautiful weather and scenery overlooking the river. We fit 160 people under the tent provided by London town for a seated dinner with dancing and cake in the pavilion. The day flowed so effortlessly and it was enjoyable for everyone. If there were any snags or problems that day, the wedding party and guests would never have known! Multiple people still tell me (6 months later!) that it was the most elegant, beautiful and enjoyable wedding they had ever attended. So much of that success has to be attributed to London Town and it's staff. This venue is incredibly gorgeous if you are looking for a garden venue by the water.
Jean Shea, the Director of Sales, at London Town is a major reason why this is such a great wedding venue. Her experience in the industry makes her such an asset during the wedding planning process. Jean's knowledge of how to organize the exact itinerary, layout, and equipment required will help any bride plan the perfect event. I called on her on a regular basis during my planning to ask her advice and recommendations. She was so patient with my family and I as we changed our minds constantly and navigated the waters of wedding planning.
I cannot say enough wonderful statements about Historic London Town and Gardens. I could gush over it for days!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! -

My wife and I looked at many potential locations for our recent wedding. We were looking for a place to have both the ceremony and reception at, preferably something on the water. We knew we'd found the perfect place when we visited Historic London Town and Gardens. It was only a fifteen-minute drive from Annapolis, had plenty of space for anything we wanted, and even has its own gardens out back. Best of all, the view of the water was amazing and we could bring our won alcohol, which saved a ton of money.
We had the ceremony in the main field, where there is a raised platform perfect for the minister and wedding party, with a clear view of the water behind it. We took our wedding party photos on a nearby pier that's very close to the main area that offered an amazing view of the setting sun. There was plenty of space for guests to wander about the gardens both before and after dinner - which is why we didn't need to bother with more flowers, since there were already so many growing naturally. It also had a very spacious interior area where we had our dancing and sundae bar.
The local ordinances did require that the wedding finish at 10pm, but that wasn't a problem as we had an after-party at our hotel's bar. All in all, London Town and Gardens is a beautiful place that we cannot recommend enough. And if you're interested, I'd suggest going there to look at your earliest convenience - we waited over a year and a half to ensure we got the date that we wanted, since it books up quickly.

I remember in the early stages of wedding planning coming across a wedding photography blog that featured a wedding recently held at London Town. As soon as I saw the pictures I thought- that is where I want to have my wedding! London Town offers every kind of setting a bride would want- you have the gardens, the water, historic charm, and a modern indoor pavilion. Jean and Adriana were an incredible team to work with- they kept me organized, were very responsive to email, and were flexible with me as I had to plan the wedding across the country from Seattle.
The day of my wedding there was a 40% chance of rain. While I'm assuming most venues would just tell me "sorry, you have to move the ceremony inside," Adriana allowed me to risk the chance of rain and have my ceremony outside. Even when it started to rain 5 minutes before the wedding was meant to start, they let us wait it out and we were able to do everything as planned- one of the truly awesome things about this venue and team.
The day of the wedding went so smoothly and the venue was beautiful- I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else.
Thank you London Town! -

Beautiful venue right on the water with great gardens. Lots of areas for photos. Saved lots of money by getting a one-day liquor license and bringing my own beer/wine. Jean, the director of sales, was wonderful- she had lots of suggestions on trusted caterers and other vendors. She simply managed to make things happen- for instance, she called ~5 days before suggesting that we get heaters and she simply took care of it and the cost came out of our security deposit (with our approval, of course). Thank you. -

This was a great venue for a 50-100 person waterfront wedding. The gardens were beautiful even for my early spring (March 30th) wedding. We were blessed by a bald eagle that watched the entire ceremony through the windows of the Pavilion!
The event manager, Jean Shea, is very helpful and is knowledgeable about the best way to set things up. She went above and beyond by following up with my vendors before the wedding to make sure they knew what was expected.

Historic Londontown & Gardens is beautiful, and everything we could have hoped for as a wedding venue. It's clear they are trying to make themselves the number one wedding venue in the Annapolis/D.C. area.
If I could give "Quality of Service" more than five stars I would. Jean Shea, the event manager, went above and beyond our wildest expectations. She was always responsive with any questions I had, and provided me with helpful guidance on vendors. My husband and I planned most of the wedding ourselves, and it was a very DIY event, so her professional recommendations and years of experience were greatly appreciated. She also hosted an open house for brides-to be and featured several vendors from her "best of the best list." From this evening, we were able to find our photographer and our D.J. - two major wedding decisions taken care of in one night!!! But perhaps the most amazing thing about Jean is her willingness to help. When she found out we were doing our own flowers and had no experience with arranging bouquets or corsages, etc. she offered to help us out the day of our rehearsal. By "help out" I mean she let us come to the venue nearly 4 hours before our scheduled rehearsal time, make a mess of the pavilion, guided us with the bouquets, and made all of our boutonnieres (14 of them!). At the end of the rehearsal day, I asked Jean what I needed to do to wrap the bouquets with ribbon (since that couldn't be done until the wedding day so they'd stay fresh in water overnight), she told me not to worry about it. When I arrived to London Town the afternoon of my wedding and saw my bouquets, I was blown away. She laced each bouquet with the ribbon I provided in such a beautiful way. The flowers were my favorite detail of the wedding, and I got wonderful comments on them throughout the day and after. Thank you, Jean. There are no words to describe how much we appreciate you. -

London Town is an absolutely amazing place! We first visited in December after looking at a handful of other venues around Northern VA/DC/MD, and immediately fell in love. It is so beautiful in the gardens looking over the South River. We knew if we loved it in December, July would be even more beautiful with everything blooming. Working with Jean and her staff was a very pleasant experience, she was always there to respond to our every need and question. We had a bit of a destination wedding since we live in Northern, Va, so each trip over to Annapolis we checked off as many things as possible. Day off, of course to every brides concern, it rained...all day. We had not really thought much about a rain plan since our love of the venue was on it's beautiful outside. Without a hitch, Jean's staff arranged everything inside and it was spectacular. The rain and lighting made the evening romantic for all of our guests and perfect for us. We would recommend London Town!!! Thank you, Jean! -

I will never regret having my wedding at London Town. Having it on a Friday definitely made it more affordable for us as we were looking for a waterfront ceremony/reception site. Jean Clare Shea is one of the reasons why this venue is so fantastic. In just over the year I was planning my wedding she made lots of improvements like having the interior of the building repainted and adding additional items that could be used and/or rented on site. This location was just beautiful. On a hot July day, there was just something refreshing about being in a garden saying my vows and then getting to look out over the water during the reception and feel like the temperature went down just a little bit. This venue was just right for the unique style I was after for my wedding. -

I can't tell you how many compliments we had from our guests on how beautiful Londontown was for our wedding venue. We had 125 guests so used the tent for dinner and the indoor room for dancing. It worked out perfect and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a last minute call on having the cocktail hour inside due to weather and it worked our perfect. The grounds are so beautiful and there are so many unique spots to take wonderful pictures. We even had flowers in March since it had been such a mild winter. The tent was just beautiful, and the indoor room had recent painting and renovations that look amazing. Jean is very responsive and knowledgeable to help with any questions you have as well as recommending vendors that fit best to the venue. We could not have been more happy with our choice of Londontown and highly recommend!!! -

It is a great price for it being on the waater and it is also great that our money goes towards the organization's mission, rather than just some wedding company. We picked Londontown more than a year in advance for our wedding, and I think that is advisable depending on the time of year for the wedding (September seems to be the most popular). For an outdoor venue, I don't think there is a nicer spot for the ceremony and reception than Londontown. The deck looking over the river is great, and the grounds are always very well manicured. If you are aware of the smaller tent size here, then it shouldn't be a problem. Our wedding turned out to be about 75 people which worked fine, there was still space to spare under the tent, but it didn't look bare either.
Jean came on in late 2010 to organize events and sales and she is great. She is super responsive and flexible, within the parameters of the contract and reason of course.
The bottom line is, the venue is great, we got so many compliments on the setting. If you want an outdoor wedding, and are willing to chance it with the weather and some bugs, I can't think of a better place. -

This was SUCH a unique venue to have our wedding. While we chose to marry at a nearby church, it would have been the perfect setting for the ceremony also. It's so gorgeous that we took all of our photos there too, which makes it very easy on planning logistics, especially for large family photos...
With a guest list of 125, we chose to have cocktail hour outside, which ended up being changed to inside because of the rain. But it ended up being just as beautiful and it still had an outdoor feel. We ate dinner in the tent, and it stopped raining so we didn't have to use the sides to the tent, and guests spent just as much time inside as outside. Dancing was in the ballroom and the bar was on the deck in between the tent and ballroom, making a nice division of space to travel in during the night. There was a quiet refuge for the older folks, a bar for a breather, and a high intensity dance floor all night long. I loved this place. It was everything I could hope for, and never had a cookie-cutter wedding feel to it. It was such a unique place. -

Historic London Town & Gardens is an amazing wedding venue! At first we were worried that the layout would interrupt the flow of the wedding, but it seemed to have done the opposite. We had lots of compliments that moving from the ceremony site, to the tent, to the pavilion was a great flow. It seemed to have attracted more people to the dance floor, too. Our wedding was a huge dance party, which was what we wanted! There are tons of places to take pictures and different ceremony spots. We lucked out weather wise and had a beautiful day, but I do think if it rained it might have felt squished under just the tent and in the pavilion. It was great that people were able to walk around the grounds and be social. The gardens were beautiful!
Jean was easy to work with, responsive to emails, and flexible with all of my requests. I would suggest having a specific person in charge of the timeline or hiring a wedding coordinator, since this is a venue where you bring EVERYONE in. This responsibility seemed to fall on me at the last minute. It is definitely easier to pick an all-inclusive venue, but I am glad that I put the effort into London Town because I had an absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding! -

This was the perfect venue for our wedding. It has gardens, it has water views, it has a tent, it has an indoor pavilion with bathrooms. Historic London Town and Gardens has it all. Our wedding was gorgeous and we were able to celebrate the entire evening on the property. For our photos, we had such a variety of backgrounds- it looked like we traveled to multiple locations just to get those shots! The vendor list provided had some of the areas best caterers and entertainers, we are still getting compliments on our food (Zeffert and Gold). The staff at Historic London town was very easy to work with from start to finish. -

I had a feeling about London Town from the moment I found it online, and I was right. It has everything you could ask for in a venue: waterfront views, beautiful gardens, historic buildings, covered draped tent with included tables and chairs, indoor pavilion, and a gracious, knowledgeable staff to boot. Keara was lovely to work with from the very beginning. On the date we were scheduled to first tour the site, it was unseasonably rainy and cold. Keara called me, unprompted, that morning offering to reschedule for the next day (Sunday) so we didn't have to head out in the terrible weather. Every interaction since then was at that same level of courtesy and professionalism without the fuss or pretense. Guests loved the space and the "flow" just as much as we did and I am truly grateful to have found London Town. You want to like doing business with your vendors, not just the service, but the people, and London Town delivered on all fronts. -

We LOVED having our wedding at London Town and Gardens. The location is perfect right on the water, so many amazing places for pictures- from rustic old buildings, to the dock, to the garden, it really has everything. The venue is super responsive and flexible, and your rental includes tables and chairs, so remember that when calculating cost! So wonderful, and we got tons of compliments on the venue. -

London Town was the ideal location for our wedding. It has history, it is on the water, it is beautiful and Adriana was amazing to work with. She was able to respond to all my emails and questions in a timely manner and was helpful along the way.
London Town comes with a list of preferred vendors, so that was a great place to start when we were looking. If you have a specific caterer in mind, make sure they are on their approved list first. Also, being a historic site, you aren't allowed to throw anything that isn't a real flower petal or have sparklers of any kind, so if you are imagining a grand exit like that you may want to think of another spot. We had our guests wave ribbon wands as we came up the aisle and it was magical so there are other ideas to consider.
The gardens for the ceremony and cocktail hour were gorgeous, there is enough space for lawn games, a bar on the lawn and food as well. The dinner under their new tent was gorgeous, the dance floor a great size. We had 150 people. We used transportation but there is also ample parking available.
I love London Town, it was the perfect venue also because it is secluded so you know you only have the people you want around you, but also close to Annapolis and a great number of hotels and restaurants.
Our guests commented on how much they loved the venue and several asked how we were able to find it. I guess we were lucky! When we looked for venues in May a year out, the dates were limited to only a couple so I like to say our date the following July chose us. It ended up being perfect.
Highly recommend!!!

Gorgeous venue! The only reason the value isn't 5 stars is because it snowed on our wedding day and we had to move the ceremony inside and it just wasn't the best/easiest set-up! We worked through it though and had an amazing time! They worked with our caterer to get what we wanted and even allowed our dog to be present which was a must for us! We did have to pay for an extra hour for the caterers to clean up afterwards and they also said there was room for 150 but the caterers said that it would be super tight with no room to walk around if we had the max capacity (Because of the snow and illness we were around 125 and it was perfect, plenty of room!) -

London Town and Gardens is a dream wedding venue - absolutely gorgeous !! We first looked at LT in the winter time and it was breathtaking - and that was in the winter !! And, it is even more beautiful in the Spring/Summer. Everything about LT is amazing.
Be prepared to pay a seriously hefty price, but trust me - it is all worth it! It was the perfect, dream wedding venue !!
LT is not your typical wedding venue - as it does not specifically cater to weddings, it is in fact a historical site, and merely provides the means for a place to have your wedding ceremony and reception at one location. This is fantastic - you can have everything happen at one location and it's very convenient for you and your guests.
You are on your own in terms of a do-it-yourself wedding with the venue. The venue does not provide typical wedding services. It provides the site, a bridal room, gardens, tent, chairs, tables (although, we rented bigger tables). You have to bring in everything yourself. You must follow LT rules and their contract is very specific as to what you can and cannot do (ex. don't expect to play music after 10pm). We had to request several things to be changed on the contract. It adds some extra stress to the wedding planning process when you think about how much stuff you have to do on your own in regards to the venue and following their rules vs. a typical all-inclusive wedding venue. But, if you get an awesome caterer like Ken's Creative Kitchen (see my wedding wire review), then the stress immediately melts away and you are in good hands ! You don't have to worry about any of the stressful things to plan that go hand in hand with the venue. So it really helps to have someone there like Ken's Creative Kitchen that is experienced with the LT venue and knows what works.
Don't get me wrong though - LT is fantastic in terms of communication. Their staff is very helpful and very friendly. And, they do try to work with you for whatever requests you may have.
Unfortunately, on our wedding day, it rained all morning/day and finally cleared up by the time of the ceremony. No worries at all - LT has a backup for the rain. We held the ceremony in the pavilion and we couldn't have been more pleased and happy that we did - it was so intimate and great and turned out even better than having it outside, since it was so cozy and a lot cooler!! The pavilion is just as gorgeous as the outdoor garden ceremony site as well. You won't have to worry about the weather that day, as the pavilion is a great alternative.
Overall, Lt is definitely worth it (and I'm going to have to add one more time it is definitely even more worth it when you have an awesome caterer taking care of everything for you at the venue). It is an absolutely beautiful, breathtaking, well maintained venue. It has great charm and character and is worth every penny. If you have the budget, LT is worth the splurge!!

Beautiful garden venue on the water!
We got married at London Town in 0ctober 2022. It is breathtakingly beautiful by the water, and the gardens are so lush. They have beautiful lush trails, perfect for photo spots. The historic house and pier on the water make for great photos spots as well!
Kristen was great with communication and quick to answer any questions. Venues maximum is 300 people. We had 125 people and were able to have everyone outside under the tent for our dinner. Our Dance floor was inside. London Town allows you to make your reception layout your own. There are multiple areas on property to get married at or have your reception.
You can’t have open flames or sparklers on property. Venue is pet friendly for ceremony. They have an approved caterer list that can be pricey. We ended up paying about $65 per person not including alcohol. Overall it was the perfect place for our wedding. Perfect mix of modern and garden atmosphere. It was the perfect romantic garden vibe on the water!-

Dream Venue
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting for our wedding. London Town not only has it all - waterfront, gardens, indoor and tented space - but Keara was also the most responsive professional I’ve ever worked with.
I gave 4 stars for quality of service because there was a revolutionary war reenactment on our wedding day that we were unaware of until we arrived for pictures. We paid to have the venue from 2 pm - 10 pm but the actors were on the grounds in some prime photo spots when we arrived. We thought the whole thing was funny and just rolled with it but we’re definitely taken by surprise!
Otherwise all went beautifully. When we booked the venue there was an incredible oak tree on the cocktail hour lawn that died about a month and a half before our wedding. There are so many other beautiful places for photos we hardly even noticed.
As an added bonus, London Town was a great bang for our buck. Being able to choose a caterer from their preferred list that fit our budget and purchasing alcohol from a separate vendor was a huge monetary help. We also got a discount for booking in July and lucked out with the heat!
We can’t wait to visit London Town again to celebrate our anniversary - you get a free lifetime membership just for having your wedding here! Book London Town for an unforgettable day in every way. -

A Romantic Fairy Tale Garden
Historic London Town and Gardens is a beautiful place to get married! My husband and I took many trips to the venue during our year of wedding planning and it was beautiful in all seasons. We loved all of the different backdrops for photos. The brick of the William Brown house was sophisticated, the waterfront and dock offered a beach-like feel, the Lord Mayor's tenement and the carpenter's shop provided a historic/rustic back drop, and the gardens offered a woodland fairy tale scene. We chose this venue over other outdoor venues because it has a beautiful pavilion (complete with hardwood floors and big windows) that could be used for the ceremony if it rained. The white reception tent had beautiful chandeliers and twinkle lights, and was spacious without feeling too big for our 70 guests. The bridal suite was really cute as well and great for photographs before the wedding.
Keara always responded promptly and kindly to all emails, even when they were frantic and at 9:00 PM on a weekend. Keara sent us a list of preferred vendors after we signed our contract, which was a very helpful starting point for finding other vendors. We used it for our alcohol provider, bridal party hair and makeup, cake, DJ, and dance floor rental.
London Town requires you to pick from a list of their caterers, many of which were expensive. We eventually decided on one that was within our budget and the food was amazing, but that was stressful at the beginning. If you are going to dance in the tent, London Town requires you to rent a dance floor, which is an additional expense. Many wedding parties use the pavilion for the dance floor and the tent just for dinner, but we didn't want to separate our older, non-dancing guests from the group. Additionally, there wasn't a good spot for the groom to hide out before the wedding, which made it challenging to make sure that my husband and I didn't run into each other before the ceremony.
The positives far outweigh the negatives and we were thrilled with our experience at London Town! -

November Wedding
Historic London Town was the first and only wedding venue that we visited before we chose this special place for our special day. Keara and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and helpful, but so personal and friendly at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better day to celebrate our marriage. -

Londontown is a perfect venue for a wedding! It has both beautiful gardens and waterfront views. There are so many amazing photo opportunities to choose from. I believe for the location and everything included it is priced very reasonably. Keara, the events director always responded to any emails very quickly. I highly recommend Londontown. -

We had our wedding at Londontown in early September and was absolutely amazing. Keara was so helpful and easy to work with and the venue is gorgeous. My husband and I are both from Annapolis and felt this venue spoke to both of us-- the beautiful gardens, waterfront view, and historic buildings captured everything we wanted from a venue! Our guests were raving about the scenery and the comfortable atmosphere We highly recommend using Londontown for your wedding! -

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. The gardens were gorgeous for our late April wedding, though it's a little hard to predict. There were so many beautiful places to take pictures that our photographers had to prioritize. We also found Adriana and her staff to be extremely helpful. They made many good suggestions for our wedding and but were also surprisingly flexible. They are also constantly improving the site, including adding new flooring to the tent. On the day of the event, the on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. The reality is that many good wedding venues are expensive, but this one was definitely worth it. Our guests absolutely loved the location and wished they could have stayed longer. I will warn you that Anne Arundel County requires a day off liquor license, which was quite a hassle to get, but other than that we had no issues. -
