Exactly what we hoped for!
My husband and I are so grateful to have had Liz capture our wedding day last July at Loon Mountain. We wanted pictures to treasure for a lifetime, but to remain in the moment throughout the whole day and focus on spending time with our friends and family. FL to NH, Surprise Proposal (100/10 Recommend) Read Below
Let me first start by saying I'm from FL and finding a photographer nearly 1500 miles away was not an easy task. Hinkley first caught my eye from the absolutely stunning pictures. Hinkley was very communicative with me the whole time up to the proposal. Hinkley even came up with a great plan to make the surprise seem real and let me tell you my Fiancé was surprised!!! She was one time, very attentive, and over all just a great person. For not getting to meet Hinkley and only planning over the phone she adapted and molded to my Fiancé's and I personality. The photos are icing on the cake just stunning and magnificent, they tell that day as if it was the first time. I would HIGHLY recommend Hinkley to anyone who is looking for a personable, professional, adaptive and over all great photographer. If you are looking for a wedding photographer and you are lucky enough to find Hinkley Photo on your search, you can stop there. Liz is brilliant at what she does. We met her in May 2022 for our engagement shoot in New Hampshire. She arrived at our family home and was kind, warm, and knowledgeable. My wife and I do not love to be the focus of attention, but Liz's presence was natural and fun. We had a great time at that shoot and our photos felt like such a reflection of us. Our wedding was in October 2023. Liz was such a wonderful and calming presence to have around that we (still) say (!) that we miss having her around. She captured the beauty in every moment - the small ones, the big ones, and the small ones that end up being pretty big. Every single photo Liz took of our wedding brought us back to that moment. BEST photography experience for our wedding day!
Liz Hinkley is an amazing wedding photographer who made our special day even more memorable. She was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions before and after the wedding. We loved the complimentary engagement shoot that she offered, as it gave us a chance to get to know her and how it feels to be photographed by her. She also helped us identify poses that we really liked and suited our personalities. She has a very easy platform to use for galleries and edits, and we were able to access and download our photos without any hassle. On the day of the wedding, she was very calm and professional, and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. She was reliable and punctual, and captured every moment of our celebration with her artistic eye. The custom album that she designed for us was absolutely stunning, and perfectly captured the joy and emotion of the day. She also paid attention to the little details that we didn’t know we wanted to remember, such as the flowers, the venue, and the decorations. Liz is a True Gem!
Hinkley Photo was not our first choice of photographer - but rather the savior in our story as she was recommended by the one who had to cancel with 3 months to go. I believe things absolutely happen for a reason and that was to have Liz at our wedding! She is calm, collected, fun, and an absolute professional. She helped in any way she could leading up to the wedding (including helping me set the entire day's timeline), and helped to direct everyone as needed throughout the day. We received our preview photos within 24 hours of our event and my husband and I are blown away by the way she was able to really capture the essential moments. When we were looking for a Wedding photographer, we knew we wanted to feel comfortable with them because we had never done professional photos together. Right away during our first call and then our engagement session we were put at ease. By the time our wedding rolled around we were so thrilled to see Liz and she felt like a familiar face and friend. We had requested to have a second shooter and Liz brought someone in who was also fabulous. We barely noticed the photographers on our wedding day and they did not disappoint in the moments that were captured! Liz was easy to work with, very attentive to communication and helping us out with our day of timeline. We could not be more pleased with our experience and photos from HinkleyPhoto! From our first chat with Liz to our wedding day, we knew we made the right choice! Liz was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. She takes time to get to know you as a couple and understand what your vision is for your photos. During our engagement session and on our wedding day, we felt so comfortable with Liz and our photos come out even better than imagined! We had some hiccups on our wedding day due to the weather, but luckily Liz was very familiar with our wedding venue and coordinator, and was super helpful in coming up with a plan B when we couldn’t take our photos outside before our ceremony. Captured precious memories perfectly
Liz was everything we wanted in a photographer and more. We are in complete love with our engagement and wedding photos. They capture us perfectly. Can we go back and work with HinkleyPhoto again!? Liz and Kate completely exceeded our expectations on our wedding day. We would recommend them again and again. They braved the cold with us in the snow and took timeless photos that look like they're out of a dream. Liz and Matt were AMAZING! We are SO happy with our photos and they are absolutely stunning!!! They were super accommodating and drove to Maine to shoot our engagement session! This also gave us the opportunity to get to know both Liz and Matt making us incredibly comfortable with them. Working with the Hinkleys was stress-free and flawless and it’s an added bonus having Liz take photos of the brides, bridesmaids, flower girl etc. and Matt take photos of the groom and groomsmen beforehand. One of our best wedding decisions!
What can I say other than that our experience with the Hinkleys was perfect! We met with them ahead of the wedding and were immediately at ease with their happy demeanor -- Liz's calmness is the perfect complement to Matt and his infectious laugh. They were so good at asking questions of us, and the information we needed from them was clear. One of the best things is that they stuck with us when we had to postpone our wedding because of the pandemic. I was so glad they were able to stay on board! Communication was excellent, and we felt good about our photography and video options. On the wedding day they quietly went about their business and helped keep us on schedule for photography. They knew which shots we specifically wanted, plus they suggested additional ideas, which I was grateful for. I thought we were organized, but I quickly realized that Matt and Liz were really helping us keep it together! We had a great sampling of photos in our email in-boxes the next morning, which were so fun to share with our friends and family and to remember the joy of the night before. The rest of the photos arrived soon after, and we couldn't have been happier with the final product. They perfectly captured our wedding and reception and all of the emotions we experienced. I love HinkleyPhoto!!!!
After one of my best friends worked with HinkleyPhoto for her wedding and then sobbed in happiness while looking at the photos afterwards, I knew I wanted to work with them too! I'm so so happy they were available, because working with them was so enjoyable. They're kind nice human beings that you'll just want to be around. They don't make you feel like an actress at your own wedding, they have a subtle presence so you won't feel attacked by paparazzi (if you're as freaked out by being in front of the cameras as I am, it's really nice), but they take INCREDIBLE photos. Photos from our day came out so beautiful and naturally looking. It was an extremely cold November day, but Matt and Liz made the whole experience and the photos themselves seem very warm. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The Hinkleys were amazing to work with. They were able to capture the beauty of every moment throughout our wedding despite the ever changing weather throughout the day. They were accommodating and up for anything- from the groom water skiing to the ceremony, the bride taking an antique boat to the island, and even the ceremony exit in a seaplane. They listened to the types of photos we wanted. Their knowledge of photography allowed for efficient photo time so we were able to enjoy every second of our special day with our family and friends. Their turnaround time was very quick. We are extremely happy with our photos, so much so that we are having a hard time narrowing down which photos to choose for our thank you cards.

Easiest decision you'll make - work with the Hinkleys!
If you’re trying to decide who to work with for your wedding photos, stop everything you’re doing and choose Matt & Liz. Our venue recommended Matt & Liz and they were the only vendor that we picked without a personal referral, and it was hands down the best decision we made.
There are so many positives about Matt & Liz - their casual, laid-back nature, their ability to connect with you within a couple minutes of meeting, their experience working with so many brides and grooms (they actually recommended our outdoor ceremony start time based on when the sunlight would be best), and their natural talent to truly capture amazing photos without being front and center. The photos they take come out looking so natural, it’s incredible. You will actually look like yourself in them!
Further, they have an easy-to-use online portal that made working with them so incredibly easy (no mailing in contracts, checks, etc.). One of my bridesmaids has already chosen to work with them based on how awesome they were on our wedding day!
I will continue to recommend Matt & Liz to anyone who needs a wedding photographer until the day they retire or robots start taking photos for humans. Hopefully the former comes first!

From our initial call with them all the way to our wedding day (and the engagement session in between) we knew they were the perfect photographers for us. We put a lot of thought and research into choosing our wedding photographer. After meeting with the Hinkleys, we knew that they were the right fit for us. I loved the idea of having another couple do our pictures. During our initial meeting, it was evident that they were both warm, friendly fun-loving people who shared a talent and passion for photography. Our wedding package came with a complimentary engagement shoot and we gave them little direction when it came to a location for the engagement shoot. We had described ourselves as “outdoorsy” people and told them we wanted something in the woods and rustic backgrounds. They took us to a park nearby and the location was beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. After seeing what they could do with the engagement shoot, we knew that we chose the right people to photograph our wedding. Fast forward to a week after the engagement shoot, and they already had the pictures available to us on an easy to use website. I was shocked at how quickly they were able to turn around the pictures, especially because I knew it was prime wedding season (summer) for them. We ordered a couple of prints from this shoot and the quality was absolutely perfect. The wedding was no different as far as the beauty they were able to capture. They both showed up on time, maybe even a little early, to start their picture taking. Matt went and took pictures of the groomsmen party getting ready and Liz met the bridal party at the salon to take pictures. Neither were invasive at all. They made some small suggestions here and there but allowed us to interact as if they were not there which resulted in some great candid shots. I felt completely comfortable having Liz around as she has a great personality. For our pictures, we went to Newcastle Commons and unfortunately it was a freezing cold day in mid-November. The Hinkleys were the perfect pair to capture me and my perfect pair. They were responsive, fun to work with, and the finished product was always better than expected. My husband hates having his picture taken and can usually be seen giving a forced smile when asked to pose but both Liz and Matt were able to make him feel totally comfortable. Now we have more great pictures of the two of us than we know what to do with. Thank you for capturing our special day and so many of the special moments that went by for us in a blur! We would highly recommend The Hinkleys!

The Hinkleys are simply amazing. We were so relaxed and had so much fun taking pictures with them both for our engagement shoot and our wedding. They have incredible talent for capturing the emotion within a picture so that when you look at it later, you feel like you are there in the moment. The Hinkleys are a dynamic duo! From our engagement session to our actual wedding day they were fun, easy going and great at taking pictures! They made the process super easy and helped us work through a wedding day timeline that worked for us. We would have chosen the Hinkelys no matter what venue we were at, but they are experts at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH. They ski there over the winter, have done countless weddings there so are very familiar with the staff, the best views and the logistics. Definitely consider them for your next upcoming event!

Our friends used the Hinkleys for their wedding last year, and after seeing their photos we immediately called Matt and Liz to book them for our wedding. Matt and Liz were, by far, among our favorite people to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. My husband and I got married in September, after being engaged for a little over a year. From day one, the Hinkleys blew us away with their level of professionalism and incredibly fun, warm personalities. We chose to work without the Hinkleys largely because of their style: we had an outdoor wedding, and were drawn to the way Matt and Liz incorporate nature in their photography. Their photographs are absolutely stunning, but also seem very natural - as someone with a fine arts background, I really appreciated the high quality of their work. They are skilled at capturing special little moments and unique personality traits, as well as natural outdoor beauty. Both our wedding and and engagement photos turned out so beautifully; we could not be happier with them!
On top of the quality, we were also extremely pleased with how easy Matt and Liz were to work with. They were organized, responded quickly, communicated proactively, and were so helpful on our actual wedding day as well, helping us figure out where to go and what to do (Liz even bustled my dress!). Their turnaround time for photos is also pretty quick - we received our finished wedding photos approximately two weeks after the wedding.
Finally, it was such a pleasure getting to know Matt and Liz over the course of our engagement. When we first began working with them, they explained that they like to do an engagement session, included in their wedding package, as a way to get to know the couples they work with a little better. By the time of our wedding, it felt like we were working with two friends. They are both such genuine people, and it's clear that they love what they do. Obviously, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Hinkleys, and would highly recommend them!

Working with The Hinkley's over the past year and a half has been nothing short of amazing! When it comes to photographs they find a way to not just capture the smiles, or the tears, but to actually capture that moment. I know that 10 years from now I will be able to look back on these pictures and feel exactly the amount of love that I felt on our wedding day. It's every bride's fear it will rain on their wedding day...and boy did it rain on mine. We got married on October 1, 2016 and we prayed so hard the weather would clear and it just didn't happen, but that couldn't have mattered less, mostly because we had the world's most amazing photographers by our side!!!
Both my husband CJ and I could not stop raving about Matt and Liz. From the minute they walked in our hotel rooms I felt at ease knowing my wedding was in good hands. They are incredibly good at their job and weddings are their superbowl, they are amazing! did I say amazing yet? They not only captured every moment of our wedding perfectly, they helped ease my worry about the weather!!

When I started researching different photographers I didn't realize how important it was to not only like the quality of the photos, but also the personalities of the photographers themselves. These are people that you share your wedding day with! The Hinkleys are definitely the full package. Matt and Liz were excellent to work with this past year and we love the quality, style, and amount of photos they took! They were so flexible from the very beginning of the process. We were able to Facetime with them for our first meeting (since we live in Boston). Then they came to Boston for our engagement photoshoot last fall... we thoroughly enjoyed our session with them and a quick dinner after. They were so easy to get along with, we almost forgot we were having our pictures taken! In June they traveled again to the NH Seacoast for our wedding. We did our wedding photos primarily all in one park and they were able to capture so many different backdrops from just one location. They were able to capture a lot of great candidates as well, from moments on the party bus to dancing after dinner! A preview/sampler of our photos were even ready for us by 7AM the morning after our wedding and the final photos only a few weeks later. They also have a really easy online based system to make payments through, view your photos and fill out any questions for the wedding day! I highly recommend the Hinkleys and definitely will use them for any family photos down the road.

The Hinkleys were fantastic photographers for our wedding and engagement photos! We are very glad we found them, it was a pleasure working with Matt and Liz. They responded quickly to emails and calls, were prompt and professional, but also very friendly and easy to work with. They also had great suggestions for posing/placement and beautiful background settings for photos, which was great since my husband and I weren't really familiar or comfortable with posing for pictures before meeting them. They were also wonderfully flexible on our wedding day when the speeches/dances went longer than expected, talking to us about the timing and ok'ing the extra half hour with us. Also, we were very glad to have two photographers, this allowed for multiple angles of important moments of course, but also it was helpful to have one of them near us, describing the pose we were aiming for while the other took pictures from farther away. From the reception, I loved the candid photos they got of our conversations and guests dancing. Finally, they were very fast in editing the photos - we were able to share a few dozen pictures the day after the wedding, and the full album was ready right when they said it would be.
Overall, the Hinkleys were fantastic and our wedding and engagement photos are beautiful!

We had experienced the work from the Hinkley's at one of our friend's weddings prior to ours, and were very impressed. The upfront planning, engagement session, and wedding day were handled professionally and promptly. They were a lot of fun to work with and it was a pleasure getting to know them. The Hinkleys are an amazing husband/wife duo of photographers that make a great team and feed off eachother's creative energy and the energy of the venue. They have a wonderful eye for the scenery and incorporating their subjects (us - the bride and groom) into the "bigger picture." I loved this about all their photos on their website portfolio, and was so happy they worked this talent of theirs into their photos for our wedding as well.
The Hinkleys have a great energy about them - they are positive and easily blend into the wedding. Before the event, they were extremely responsive - we FaceTimed and completed a survey so we could provide them with anything unique about our event, a "shot list" of pictures that were important to us, etc. They also offered to meet us in person before the wedding so we would feel comfortable with one another (we planned the wedding from a few states away, so the offer to travel to meet was much appreciated). Not only did they ask for our input, they made sure to achieve everything we asked for.
They were flexible in letting us add another hour to our package so we could have a sparkler send off. Not to mention they had a preview of our photos up on their blog less than 12 hours after our event! It was amazing to have a link to send out to family and friends so quickly!
The Hinkleys are great at suggesting things based on their experiences. We weren't sure whether we wanted to do a first look, and they encouraged us for a number of reasons -- including so that we could enjoy our cocktail reception with guests rather than be stuck doing photographs. They care about the bride and groom experience! Liz was also so wonderful helping me with my jewelry, bustle, veil, etc. I know this is not normally a photographer's job, but she is so positive and willing to help, and she really made me feel at ease.
I would absolutely recommend The Hinkleys!

Do yourself a favor and don't think, just book the Hinkley's!
Our journey with Liz and Matt was delightful from beginning to end. We heard through friends and family they were the best in our area (Lakes Region, NH), so they were one of the first photographers we contacted. They responded immediately and we hopped on the phone for almost 2 hours just getting to know each other and talk wedding details. Our engagement shoot was included in the price, which is a genius idea because you get to know Matt and Liz, so on the big day its like having more friends around! My husband and I are not center of attention types, so we were a little apprehensive about the engagement shoot - but it simply felt like we were hanging out with some friends in a park for the afternoon. Ending the day with lunch and beers was a bonus :-)
They were nothing short of amazing on our wedding day. It's super fun to have a husband/wife couple because they can split up for the "getting ready" shots and get pics from all the best angles! Matt and Liz are so calm and stress-free. They are insanely organized, so the timing all worked perfectly. The shots are just incredible, and I cannot wait to get albums printed.
I also want to point out how easy it is to interact with their website. They have a very sophisticated setup going - from info, to payment, to photo posts and downloads. Most vendors barely have a functioning email address, let alone a completely interactive website.
My only regret is not also booking them for our rehearsal night!

Hinkley photo was our best decision as far as wedding vendors go. Matt and Liz were so easy to work with from scheduling time for the engagement pics to answering all our questions along the way and making us feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were super responsive, professional and fun too! They make it feel effortless and then come back with incredible photos that we couldn't wait to show our friends and family.
The quality of their photos is the best of the best, but what impressed us most was their speedy turnaround time. They had a few dozen of our wedding photos up online the very next morning. Being able to re-live the big day before heading on our honeymoon and to share pics with family, friends and coworkers who couldn't be there was such a nice thing that I hadn't even expected. We were blown away again when they had all of our wedding photos beautifully retouched and delivered to us within weeks of the big day! There aren't enough words to say how amazing Matt and Liz are. When we booked them I told my husband photography was one thing I wasn't budging on. I found the Hinkleys and immediately feel in love with their photos. It was more about being in the moment then posing. They are also great at capturing the views and backgrounds to make the bride and groom pop in a photo, not just focusing completely on the couple and nothing else. From the first time talking to Matt and Liz to them leaving after the reception it was perfect. They were so happy and easy to talk to, had so many great ideas and suggestions, and made my husband and I feel like we were hanging out with friends. I'm happy to say we made new friends. Everything I asked or suggested they had no problem doing and they even came to my house and hotel to get the before pictures. Liz and Matt go above and beyond, Liz helped my mom bustle my dress and Matt helped all the groomsmen with their boutonnieres. We ordered a guest book for our wedding though the Hinkelys after our engagement session and it's stunning. It was such a nice addition to our wedding, and it looks beautiful. I know our wedding album will be equally as amazing. We were lucky enough to have the video booth! Our guests could not get enough of it! It was a really fun addition to the reception and I would HIGHLY recommend checking them out and booking one for yourself. It is such a nice memory to have from our wedding and our guests can't get enough of it and are watching it all the time. Matt made the video booth so much fun and the Hinlkeys brought props for us to use. Liz and Matt are great people and we were so happy they were able to be part of our wedding. If you choose them as your photographers you will never be disappointed. Your wedding is a once and a lifetime event and your pictures are what you have to remember it. Short story: If you are reading this, hire the Hinkleys for your wedding!
Long story: The Hinkleys are incredible.
We were married this past weekend on the top of Gunstock Mountain and they did an absolutely superb job photographing our big day. As a hobbyist photographer, I was particular about getting great photos, and after viewing their photos online from other weddings, we really wanted to hire them.
Prior to the wedding, they came and met with us for an engagement photo shoot. My wife and I had never done any modeling before, and this was a really nice way to get used to having our pictures taken. The photos came out really well, and it was a blast hanging out with the Hinkleys.
On the wedding day, they helped to make sure everything came out perfectly. They photographed us getting ready, and then at a nearby covered bridge where we did our first look. It was so much fun. They were the ultimate professionals. And they fit in so well with their easy-going personalities that they felt like guests at our wedding.
By the time we woke up the following day, they had already posted about 35 photos on their website. We were able to show all our friends and family members the photos and relive the whole thing right away. And the photos look awesome.

The one thing that I really wanted from my wedding (besides my amazing husband and lots of people to share in our celebration) was really great photos to document our big day! I had seen the Hinkley's work through some shared friends who had done their engagement, wedding, maternity, and baby photos. The moment I saw their first photos, I knew that I would someday use their services for my wedding. Just a day after being engaged, we contacted them to see if they had our date available. We were thrilled to learn that they did have our date available! They were super professional, SO much fun to be around, and most importantly, they do AMAZING work!!!! They include an engagement session in their packages, so you become familiar with how they work and having a camera focused on you. We were so relaxed with them and had such a great time during both sessions! I can't recommend them enough!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

My husband and I first saw Matt and Liz Hinkley's amazing photography work when our friends used their services for their engagement photo session and for their wedding photography. We immediately knew we wanted to hire them for our engagement photo session and our wedding. They take the most amazing photos and we couldn't be happier with everything we've received from them. Beyond their beautiful photography, they are the nicest, down to earth, fun, happy, people you could work with while planning a wedding. By the end of our Napa destination wedding adventure, we felt like we had gained two close friends with Matt and Liz. All of our wedding guests loved spending time with them and were amazed at how wonderful our pictures turned out. (I actually cried upon viewing some of my wedding photos the day after my wedding on the Hinkley's blog site.) They capture every emotion you feel the day of your wedding, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. My husband and I always said we didn't want "prom" type wedding photos, and we definitely received natural, beautiful, candid photos from Matt and Liz. The Hinkley's were amazing! I found their name off the vendor website for Church Landing in Meredith. We did our engagement pictures with them, I did my boudoir shoot with them and they did our wedding photos! I had high expectations and they exceeded all of them. I doubt that we could have found a better team to photograph our wedding than Matt and Liz Hinkley. From our first meeting/interview, they made my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable and welcome in their home. Their work spoke for itself, although their friendliness and charm really was the cherry on top! Our engagement session was the perfect warm up for our Big Day and they made us feel so incredibly comfortable while we walked, talked and had our photos taken. They really knew how to bring out our personalities and relationship by trying a variety of poses, locations, and focus. The candid shots they caught (they're CONSTANTLY snapping the shutter!) were so incredible! Our Big Day was more of the same, but better. The photo booth for our guests was a HUGE hit, and the way they maneuvered around the church and reception was so stealthy that we barely noticed they were there! Hoping we get to hang with them again in the future... perhaps for an eventual maternity shoot!? Your money will be well spent with the Hinkleys. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else to be with us to document our love story.

From a completely custom engagement session to get you comfortable to an absolutely unforgettable wedding series, Matt and Liz Hinkley provided every shot we wanted at our wedding. We were never uncomfortable, forced into a pose, or denied a picture we wanted. Plus, with two (and sometimes three) photographers, almost every shot comes with another angle. The engagement photo at the library with books in front of our faces came with a second shot of our faces behind the books, grinning ear to ear. While Liz shot my wife getting ready, Matt was game to follow my best man and I to get a shave at a Cambridge barber. They climbed alongside us to the roof of the House of Blues and teetered on the edge while we peeked into Fenway Park. I knew I wanted the Hinkleys to photograph my wedding before I was even engaged. Their style is so unique, fresh, and current. When I finally got the chance to book them I was elated. And they did not disappoint. We had our engagement photos in the middle f February in New England and they made me look like a movie star, they let us bring our dog and totally just had fun with it. Leading up to our wedding they stayed in touch and were very attentive to all of our crazy family requests. The photos I have of our first reveal still make me tear up. My wedding day would not have been the same if Matt and Liz weren't a part of it. We first met Matt and Liz prior to our engagement photos. We had a vision in mind of capturing various locations around Boston that were important to us as a couple. Matt and Liz took the time to understand who we were as a couple making the photoshoot that much more special. Their patience and creativity go unmatched and we were blown away by the results. So much so that we framed the photos and gave them to all our family members as holiday presents!
Matt and Liz continued to impress us on our wedding day. Their professionalism and talent once again shined through. They were able to capture everything from hair and makeup to the ceremony to the first dance. Matt and Liz were with us every step of the way. With a large wedding party and even larger family, the Hinkley's successfully directed and organized everyone involved to get the perfect shot. Matt and Liz are the most amazing photographers in the game, period. They have considerable experience as wedding photographers, so not only do they have artistic experience in finding perfect photo spots and getting couples to nail those key shots, they are also excellent with time management and filling you in on those tiny weird details you'd never think to ask about until the big day arrives. Having Liz hang out with the girls and Matt hang out with the guys on the day of the wedding ensured we got the best shots of both the bride and groom getting ready, and quite honestly, they also are fun to have around! They went above and beyond in coordinating our "first look" photos, and they came out great. The time and energy they put into every engagement shoot, and every wedding is immediately obvious. They are excellent communicators; we knew where we stood every step of the way. Even on the wedding day, if we wanted them to grab certain photos of us with friends or family, they were pretty much already figuring out what was going on and were on top of it. We also had a VideoBooth, and not only did our guests have a blast playing around at the reception with the different props and different ideas for their video clips, we now have a hilarious, well-edited, perfectly executed video on YouTube that we (and all of our friends and family) continue to watch and laugh at (and everyone hears the song they used for it, and thinks of our wedding! How often does that happen? We even have a 5 year old family member that watches our video online regularly and thinks we're famous... it's priceless.)
You only get once chance to get your wedding photos right, and if you hire Matt and Liz, you absolutely will. Don't pass up the VideoBooth either -- it's one of the things we loved the most about our whole wedding! Thanks again guys! -Rach and Matt

Matt & Liz Hinkley captured so many great moments from one of the most important days in our life. They were easy to communicate with, which was essential to us since we were planning our wedding from long distance. They managed to make our venue (Holy Cross Cathedral) seem both grand and intimate. The Hinkleys blended seamlessly into the reception, but managed to photograph all the fun. The photo booth pictures from the reception were a huge hit with our family/friends - it was great to see the silly side of everyone at the party. We were so excited to wake up the next morning to stalk the Hinkley website to check out the sneak peek and were thrilled to see all the photos upon returning from our honeymoon.
We've referred them to several other couples and all have been thrilled with their photos as well! Five years after our wedding and we still look at our pictures all the time and are so glad we selected the right photographers to capture all the important moments - big and small - from our wedding day.

My friend, an aspiring photographer, recommended The Hinkleys to me based on their past work she had seen on their blog. After looking through their photos, we knew they were going to be "the one(s)"! We live in the Boston area, so our first meeting with The Hinkleys was over FaceTime as they are in NH. It was such an easy decision! They are super laid back, natural, fun, and incredibly talented! They don't "pose" you, but rather capture the natural moments of the day in such a cool way.
The first time we met Matt and Liz was for our engagement session over the summer. It was THE HOTTEST day but we still had a great time, and even stopped for a quick dinner and drinks in the middle of the session. On our wedding day, we barely noticed them roaming around, and yet they got every shot and were there to capture all the great moments. We look back at pictures and wonder how they managed to get everything!
The HInkleys are super quick at posting your pictures online so you are able to share them pretty quickly. We just received our wedding album and can't get over how beautiful it is! All of our wedding guests, and even others that were not there, continue to compliment us on our photos and how incredible they are.

We had our engagement session in July and it was a blast! The Hinkley's were totally cool & professional and made us feel very relaxed. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Day light was an issue so Matt and Liz suggested we meet before hand to catch some good light. While we were hesitant, we did see each other before hand and it was great! Hinkley Photo, being based out of New Hampshire, came to Florida to shoot our wedding. They did an amazing job. People still are talking about how beautiful our photos are. We are very happy with our photos.

Matt and Liz were awesome to work with for our wedding! From the very first time we talked to them, we knew we wanted them to capture our day. They are so friendly and down to earth, but are still very professional. Their work speaks for itself. They captured every little detail of our wedding day and our pictures are more than perfect. We had such a great time working with them and I highly recommend the Hinkley's to anyone looking for wedding photographers!

I am so happy with our photos they did an amazing job and are so easy to work with. They really are one of the best out there and do everything to make your day special. Very unobtrusive and helpful int he planning process!

The Hinkleys (a husband and wife team) are absolutely amazing! They have hearts of gold, and they were willing to do whatever it took to make our wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. Their style is very natural and easygoing, and their photos are stellar. I'm so glad we decided to hire them for our wedding!

We were so thrilled to have Matt & Liz Hinkley photograph our event. From the planning to the engagement session to the actual wedding we felt comfortable. We actually felt like we were having friends photograph us, but the results were nothing short of amazing.
We loved that the next day we were able to see photos on their blog. So nice to share photos immediately without waiting so long.
They are a great team and deliver a truly beautiful product.

Hinkley Photo is a husband and wife team who work really well together to get the best pictures possible. They actually had an intern this summer too, so total, it was 3 photographers. They have great packages that are totally worth the price. Since we couldnt do an engagement session, they were flexible and came to photograph our bachelor party BBQ instead.
They take their pictures quickly and we hardly noticed they were there. They are very professional and have a ton of experience. I love how they own their work. They're very confident and funny and that totally played into the laid back atmosphere of our wedding.
They set up a photobooth during the reception and our guests LOVED it. It was so much fun.
The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 for quality is because there were a few pictures that they must have missed, but if we had spoken up, they definitely would have done these shots: Bride putting the dress on, Bride looking out the window, Groom with his Mother, Groom with his grandmother, Close up of my Favors, Close up of my Bustle, Wide Shot of the ballroom.

We would highly recommend the Hinkleys. We used them as our wedding photographers, and their pictures were absolutely beautiful. They were very friendly, responsive, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and turned our pictures around really quickly.

The Hinkley's are outstanding. What I loved most is that they instantly make you feel comfortable! I am not super photogenic and was rather dreading having a camera in my face all day, but the Hinkley's changed all that. They made taking the photos fun and all about us. Then for the rest of the party, you forgot they were even there! They did a beautiful job capturing how happy we were on our big day.
The only downside is that they are on the more expensive side. We were on a tight budget, but after meeting with several photographers finally decided you get what you pay for and went with the Hinkley's for their outstanding service, and they did not disappoint. We even had pictures on the website for people see the very next day!
They do a wonderful job!

The vendor was excellent at being in contact with us, also working with us from a distance (we were planning from another state). They worked with us to create a package that worked in our budget. We are very pleased with the service, and many of our guests have commented on the quality of our photographs as well.
