Betsy did an amazing job with our wedding. She went completely out of her way to not only understand what we wanted, but to also completely blow away our wildest expectations on very short notice. I would recommend her to anyone.

We contacted Betsy only a few short weeks before our wedding in hopes of securing a photographer last minute. Not only was she willing to take us on, but we could not have been happier with the results. Betsy and her assistant were awesome!

Betsy was the best. First of all our original photographer backed out 2 weeks before the wedding. We were referred to her by a friend of ours who know she worked weddings. She saved the day! She was charming, and professional. She stayed an extra 3 hours upon our request and she was happy to do so. We got our photos back in just less than 2 weeks. She gave us double the amount of photos and they are beautifully done. The photos are better than we see in magazines! She also gave us a gift, a printed, framed 8x10 photo. I love the photo book included in our package and we requested flat pages and she made it happen. We also asked for a 16x20 metal print and she was able to fulfill that wish also for less than 1/2 the price we were quoted by the first guy. Her assistant was fun, available and also very professional. I highly, highly recommend this company!!!!

Betsy was phenomenal! We live in Los Angeles but married in Columbus, OH and I was very nervous not knowing any vendors and having to plan our wedding cross country. When I first met with Betsy I knew she was the photographer for us! She is truly an artist behind the camera! I have received so many compliments from friends, family and even other photographers on our wedding pictures… people love the touch of uniqueness in our photos! The greatest thing about Betsy is she is a local artist and I love supporting local artist as they understand detail! I would highly recommend Heimlich Photography for any special event that you would love to capture through the lens! She is amazing and puts everyone at ease! Our family will definitely be using her again in the future!!!

AMAZING, Amazing, Amazing!!! Betsy is a fine artist by trade and it shows in her amazing work. I highly recommend Betsy and her assistant Becca for your wedding. She is a calming soul and always there when you need her. She also went with spur of the moment ideas we had and made certain we got all the settings we wanted. First she went to our rehearsal at no charge and followed us to the dinner and stayed as long as we wanted her to stay. We got great images from the rehearsal dinner! Our flowers did not arrive and she made a few phone calls and had beautiful flowers sent in time for the wedding! She helped to move the DJ along when he got off track. Oh my God this woman is just a Saint and saved the day! The best part is her images are better than any magazine I have seen and trust me I've seen them all, but the quality is extraordinary! Plus she was available to talk with me before the wedding whenever I had an idea (I called her 17 times). We got our images in less than 3 weeks and we were able to view them in the online gallery in two weeks. She gave us more photos than promised plus a beautiful gift! She also was thoughtful enough to give me extra CD's for my parents at no extra cost. One more thing I have to mention; She gave us full printing rights and she helped me with printing ideas for two hours on the phone so I could order gallery wrapped images and she did this for free. She is in this business obviously because she loves it and she is one of the kindest people you will ever meet! Her pricing is beyond fair for the quality she delivers.
Her work speaks for itself but having her at your wedding is priceless!

Betsy and her assistant were the best!! She was there when I needed her, she was kind and positive. My dress ripped and she had a sewing kit to fix it and kept me calm and happy. Also, the DJ had a hard time with keeping to our schedule and she helped to make things go smoothly even though it was not her problem. She helped to save the wedding and my sanity. I would hire this woman any day!!! She delivered her images within two weeks and they are simply AMAZING. She gave us more images than promised plus a framed 8x10 as a thank you to us. She came to the rehearsal at no extra charge. She was 1/2 an hour early and she stayed 1/2 an hour past her contracted time to get photos of family that came in late from New York. I am so glad I chose her for my photographer and my images are better than what you see in bride magazines! She is professional, kind, easy to talk to and very, very skilled in both digital work and the film work we requested. We are so please we are hiring her for my mothers retirement party and we hope she will be our family photographer for years to come!

Mrs. Heimlich got every great shot and was almost unseen. The wedding and reception went perfectly the way we wanted and she meshed in wonderfully! Her assistants were much the same, professional and courteous. The price for Heimlich Photography was far more reasonable than every one else and the quality of work and photos delivered were far greater than ever expected.

Betsy is amazing!!! She was so flexible and even helped me calm down on my wedding day. She really captures the moment in a fun artistic way. We were very impressed...I highly recommend her! Everyone keeps commenting about how they love my photos:)

Betsy was amazing. Extremely friendly and responsive. She even came to my rehearsal dinner. She only books a couple weddings a month so she can devote a lot of time to each bride. I haven't received my photos yet, I just got married last week, but I have great confidence that they will be fabulous!

Betsy was so easy going, she understood what I wanted in my wedding photos. She made my husband and I very comfortable(being photographed) She was prompt and ready to work. I am so happy we found her, I don't remember ever looking so beautiful in a photo. She truly captured our bliss.

Heimlich Photography is quality. Betsy is so easy to work and communicate with. She is extremely open to the personal style of the client and yields a product of great value. We barely saw her outside of the traditional wedding shots, yet she yielded a myriad of quality photos from many perspectives of the event. The printed book was great and having EVERY photo on a CD-ROM was much appreciated. Heimlich Photography comes recommended by us.

Heimlich Photography did a wonderful job photographing our wedding. Betsy was very easy to communicate with and it was very easy to setup meetings with her before and after the wedding. Even though the church where my wife and I got married doesn't have a lot of ambient light and, because of our church's policy, photographs had to be taken from the balcony during the ceremony, my wife and I think that the photographs of our wedding and reception turned out excellent. Betsy gave us lots of photographs on CD and a printed photo book/album for a very reasonable price. My wife and I are very grateful that we had Heimlich Photography photograph our wedding.

As the mother of the bride and living out of state the photography was of great concern; but what a wonderful job. They worked so well with all of us doing anything and everything we ask. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping our daughter have such a very special day

In our first meeting with Betsy we both knew she would be our photographer,very easy to communicate with,she listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. Betsy made everyone feel at ease during our Wedding she made the entire process fun and stress free. The pictures are flawless,she captured the evening just as we wanted in a non staged,natural and absolutly stunning manner.
We would rate Betsy higher if possible,Thank You for a great job.

Your photos really are the one thing you have to take with you to remember your day, and for that reason you should really consider hiring a full-time professional for the job. Hiring Betsy was the best decision we made in planning our wedding (picking my dress was the only close rival). She's fully accessible before, during, and after your wedding. She has an incredible eye for detail and takes beautiful shots. She pours days into editing and will photoshop out anything from exit signs to people. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my husband that was surprisingly affordable too.

We were so pleased with the work that Heimlich photography provided for our wedding. Both Betsy and Bob were such a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional and really went above and beyond what we expected. The day was perfect and the photographs were beautiful! Everything that was included in our package was of a high quality, and for the price was far more reasonable than any other photographer we looked at. Once we met with Betsy, we were immediatly comfortable choosing her. Our wedding service was quite unique and different from most, so they both came to the rehersal to make sure of what was going to happen so that on the day everything went smoothly. To top it off my husband is a photograher so I knew that this aspect of the wedding day was very important to him. He was equally pleased with the work. We would tell any soon to be bride and groom that they can be totally comfortable choosing this photographer. Thanks again Betsy and Bob!!!

Being a groom the only thing that really mattered to me on my wedding day was that my soon to be wife was happy with everything and quite literally had the best day of her life. Betsy of Heimlich Photography helped us to not only achieve perfection with a photographer but also to help my wife and I capture the wonderful memories that we created on our big day. Chels and I could not be happier with the outcome of our photo's and the services that Betsy provided. She really listened to our ideas and took the time to understand us as individuals and really elaborate on our style as a couple which created amazing photographs that we will cherish for many years to come. (not to mention.... The military discount was awesome!)

Betsy of Heimlich Photography was excellent. Her sevice was timely, professional, flexible, and exactly what I dreamed of finding in a photographer for my special day. This company could not have been any more exceptional. Being an Art Student at The Ohio State University, I can see that Betsy has professionally trained eye for this type of photography. The prices she offers are very affordable and more than a steal when regarding the quality of her work. I quite simply could not be happier!

I had such a great exprience with Zen Photography. They were very professional, laid back, and extremely easy to work with. Their work was fun, creative, and classic all at the same time. Zen photography was excellent. They provided a laid back atmosphere for myself as well as my bridal party and family. They were very personable, polite and professional. They were there to please my husband and I, and honored our opinions and requests. The shots that they took at my wedding were original and unique. They also drove two hours prior to my wedding to take shots of me in my dress and check out the church and the reception hall for lighting purposes. I would highly reccommend Zen photography. They capture more than just an image, they capture the feeling of the moment.

Betsy and her partner did a wonderful job photographing our wedding. She came to the wedding rehearsal, stayed beyond the 4 hours at the reception, and was very flexible. The lighting in the church and the reception were both very dark, but the pictures still came out very well. She worked hard to get the best pictures even though flash photography was not allowed during the ceremony. They were also both very professional and didn't get in the way of anything that happened. Betsy also gave us many more photos than she had promised, and a free album in addition to the book. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for an affordable, quality wedding photographer.
