We recently hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Heathrow Country Club, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and the entire evening was beautiful.
The venue itself is stunning, with gorgeous views of the surrounding grounds. It felt intimate yet luxurious. The bride and groom were able to take amazing pictures at sunset around the property.
As for the service, we couldn’t have asked for better. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a variety of appetizers and entrees, and every dish was prepared to perfection. The portions were generous, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Additionally, Toni was fantastic throughout the planning process. They helped us with every detail, from menu selection to special requests, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It was clear that the staff at Heathrow Country Club Name really takes pride in their work and cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests.
At Toni's suggestion, the groom and groomsmen had a buffet lunch at the new Top Tracers on property prior to the dinner. My son said it was one of the most fun events of the weekend. We also had HCC cater our Open House on Sunday. The food was delicious and delivery was on time and plentiful.
We are so happy we chose Heathrow Country Club or our events. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service.

I had my 50th birthday party there and we had about 40 people in attendance. I had a vision for I wanted and Toni Curlin made it happen! Venue was perfect, food was delicious. Planning and setting up was easy and convenient. So many options but with the help of Tony Curlin we were able to choose everything smoothly, no hiccups. We live in CT and we're getting married in Florida to be closer to some family. From start to finish Toni and her staff were unbelievably helpful especially planning from afar. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at the club. I can't even begin to say how perfect everything was. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff are now like family to us. We just had our daughter's wedding reception at the Heathrow Country club. From start to finish it was smooth sailing and painless - especially since I just dealt with another country club in south Florida last month and that was a nightmare. Toni the manager was easy to work with, professional, flexible, willing to try new ideas - open-minded, had many good suggestions, and was personally on-site the whole evening. The staff was great, professional, and responded to all our last-minute needs - fantastic crew. The club itself is a hidden gem in the North Orlando area, that many people still dont know after all these years. -

Perfect & Stress Free Wedding
What could have been an absolute nightmare switching a planned wedding from Washington, DC (due to Covid restrictions) to Florida turned into the easiest of tasks. Toni at Heathrow did everything from having recommendations on the best vendors to ensuring that everything went smoothly so that we were able to actually enjoy my daughter’s special day. The team at Heathrow Country Club did a fantastic job for us. Toni and the team went over and above to make sure that every detail was covered and exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing as well. Biggest filet and lobster tail I think we have ever seen. You can't go wrong with Heathrow and Toni is a true professional.

We had our wedding reception at the Heathrow Country Club in the Main Dining Room and it was beautiful! The high ceilings gave it the extra touch. We also received great feedback about the food. Toni Curlin was always available for questions throughout the planning process and was very helpful even up to the day of. Our photographer, Lilliam Yambo Photography and videographer, Treasured Moments Video Productions were able to capture some great moments to look back and remember. Working with Toni at The Heathrow Country Club was the absolute best decision I could have made for my wedding. From the very beginning Toni was beyond hands-on and truly made my wedding a dream. She had many recommendations - we used all of them and were not disappointed at all. The planning of the wedding was such a breeze with Toni assisting in every aspect and little detail. She made sure every part of the event went off on time and without a hitch. Through everything Toni was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We started planning our wedding last summer. Never thinking we’d have to deal with a pandemic around our big day. We were married at Heathrow the day before everything shut down due to CoVid 19. We had many last minute guest cancellations which is every bride’s worst nightmare. Toni was calming and super flexible. She was determined to give us our dream wedding no matter what. The venue itself is gorgeous and gives you a perfect backdrop for photos. The food was spectacular... guests are still raving about it! My fairy tale-princess-Beauty and the Beast themed-rose colored-magical wedding became a reality in large part due to Toni Curlin and Heathrow Country Club. I highly recommend this venue! Our wedding was stunning and my guests are still raving about our wedding weeks later. The best part about this venue, however, is Toni. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was such a pleasure to have around. If you are looking for a venue that gives an elegant touch to your wedding and a rockstar coordinator (Toni) to come with it, this venue is the place for you! Toni was absolutely so amazing to work with! I definitely had a vision and she went above and beyond to make it happen! There's not too many venues that will let you ride a horse down their aisle but Toni made my dreams a reality! Not to mention, the brand new gazebo over looking the gorgeous golf course is absolutely breathtaking! And the newly remodeled ballroom is just stunning! Toni was absolutely delightful throughout the planning of my daughter's wedding reception. She was fun, efficient and very professional. I had total peace of mind that everything would go as planned with her in charge. She even helped us with booking hotel rooms.
The food was also outstanding and the wait staff and bartenders were friendly and efficient. We served about 170 people a plated dinner, had a live band, dance floor and open bar. Tiffany Sent on 03/01/2018I was completely set on having an outdoor barn wedding. After looking at several around town a family member of mine recommended us to go tour Heathrow. I was hesitant at first because i did not want the golf club feel. My fiance and I toured and met Rebecca. She was wonderful, you could tell she knew what she was doing and answered all of our questions right away. We ended up loving the views of the ceremony site and booked every early in advanced. It was well worth it. Our wedding day was put together exactly how i pictured it. I know we had some unforeseen bumps in the road, (like hurricanes and remodeling) but even with those bumps it still was picture perfect. I can not than Rebecca enough she made our special day absolutely magical and one for the record books.

Thanks to Toni and her staff. Toni the event manager, is great at what she does. I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for Saturday’s event. As nervous as I was, of how it will turn out; It was beyond all our expectations, it was a lot of fun and everything turned out perfect ! All the families had an absolute blast and raved about it. Everything was a hit, but most of all the Location, Venue, Food, Cake station, Seating arrangement , and the amazing Back-drop !

Lori Sent on 10/16/2017We just had our daughter's wedding and it was amazing. Toni Curlin did a fabulous job of bringing the wedding vision to life! There is a picturesque gazebo where we held the ceremony and so many beautiful places for outdoor photos. Our guests then moved into a cocktail reception. The appetizers, drinks and specialty drink were perfect. They buttered trays of appetizers and the specialty drink of the wedding as well as a main bar. The main ballroom has been recently updated and is very elegant. The pipe and drape is a wonderful addition, and the chandeliers sparkle! We had a sit down dinner and the staff did an amazing job cooking everything to perfection, including filet mignon. They even made us mini donuts to put into our treat bags for our guests. All of our guests told us how much they loved the. Ensue, the service and the food. Thank you Toni and all of the staff for a wonderful evening. It was their dream come true.

Outdoor romantic location available. They are very flexible and very helpful making your day magical. Definitely recommend, you won't regret.

Jeff Sent on 05/12/2017I had an amazing experience with planning and the actual wedding! I had my ceremony and my reception at Heathrow Country Club in their ballroom and it was absolutely perfect! Toni is amazing and very helpful with everything! I did not have a wedding planner and with Toni's help I really didn't need an actual planner. She always answered all of my questions and was normally pretty quick with responses. Also the banquet staff was amazing! They made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted. We had the same server when we did our tasting and at our reception. He remembered when my husband and I drank and had it sitting at our table when we sat down to eat at our reception. They even helped coordinate other vendors. The food was amazing, they set everything up so beautifully, and they kept in contact constantly.
