Amazing, made our wedding even more perfect than we could have imagined

Heather was one of the best parts of our wedding day. She made everything run so smoothly with pictures, especially with our big families. She made everything so perfect, we did not have to stress one bit. And the pictures, wow!!! You can really tell her work is her passion based on them. Every single picture we received was a 10 out of 10. She truly has a gift! She is so well organized and knows how to capture every little detail. She is available by email and phone any time we had questions and was so professional. Anyone reading this should hire her for their wedding! Would highly recommend her!

The best photographer around!

Going through the photos from our wedding, my first thought was: "WOW! We are so blessed to have had such a beautiful wedding." My second thought was "Holy Cow - Heather is FREAKING AMAZING at her job!!!"

Heather's work is absolutely gorgeous! And she does so many things to make you feel prepared for your big day and relaxed when it comes. She coordinates with you ahead of time to make sure she gets all the special, unique shots you might want on your wedding day, and she even invests in getting to know your wedding party so she can interact with them effectively too. On the day of, she is so relaxed and smiley and friendly. Working with her makes you feel glamorous.

And then, Heather packages your photos for you in a beautiful way. She makes a gorgeous slideshow of all your very best photos set to music that you and your husband / wife can enjoy when your pictures are ready before diving into the gallery and resisting the urge to print every one of the spectacular photos Heather took as a wall-sized framed portrait. Combined with a nice bottle of wine, it makes for the perfect post-wedding date night.

Phenomenal experience, magical photos

Heather is phenomenal. My husband's cousin hired her for their wedding (engagement shoot, wedding, baby photos) which is where we met her. Their photos were amazing and they loved working with her, so she was our first call once we picked a wedding date.

She was thoughtful, friendly, detailed and amazing with all planning. The day of our wedding went exactly as she prepared us for, and she captured amazing natural moments all day.

We love our photos, even seeing 800 of them, we loved them all!

Heather has my highest recommendation.

Could not ask for a better photographer

We had such a wonderful experience with Heather, we are planning on booking her for all of our family photos.

She is great with communication, whether by phone or email. We instantly loved her vibe, and professionalism. She was patient with all of our questions, and left us feeling as though we were in good hands.

On the day of the wedding, she was great at getting things moving and keeping things on track. We already had our plan set out, and she did such a great job keeping to it, and getting everything we had wanted to cover, done as best as we could in the time we had. She was a very calming presence, and her assistant blended in with the other half of the party seamlessly.

She got us preview photos just a week later while we were on our honeymoon, and I may have cried over our morning coffee looking through them because I just loved them so much. And she promptly got us all of our wedding photos with a lovely little slideshow a couple weeks after that.

All in all, 11 out of 10 for professionalism, communication, and artistry. We could not recommend her highly enough.

Heather did an absolutely phenomenal job with our wedding photos. She was professional, on time, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. She has a true talent and was a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Heather and her work! Her photos are breathtaking and she was fun to work with, making the bridal party feel comfortable and confident. She gave us great ideas for poses and was accommodating to our requests. Heather's personality is wonderful. She photographed our wedding and made it a very fun and exciting experience. She was relaxed, creative, listened well to what we wanted and took advantage of spur of the moment ideas. I have to admit that I have never had as much fun at a wedding as this one (and it was mine!). This was my second wedding. The photographer for my first wedding was nice but the photo shoots felt awkward and you could see it in the photo results. I work full time and prior to the wedding did not give Heather much help with what I wanted. I had seen previous photos she had taken and all I said to her was that I loved her creative photos and I loved the warm feeling I saw in them. Well, she came through with the creativity and warmth for us. She also was organized and somehow found and included all people in family photos. Michael and I have large families. She made a slide show with music and it was fantastic. We were able to forward it to all our guests. Heather's work was worth every penny and more.

Heather did a phenomenal job stepping in fairly late in the game in our planning process due to our original photog's illness and still managing to adapt her style to ours seamlessly. She was responsive to our very particular needs, easy to work with, and very timely with delivery. We really wanted her to focus on spontaneous, candid shots and boy did she deliver! I don't know how she managed to take photos of all the important and sweet moments while remaining largely unseen and yet everywhere at once: she must be a ninja :) And most importantly: the final product was beautiful and reflected the feel of the event so much that I keep going through the photos over and over to relive the day. TL:DR: Heather is amazing at her work. Hire her if you can.

Heather was absolutely amazing to have as a part of our wedding experience. Not only did she shoot our wedding day but she did our engagement photos. She was an absolute joy to be around and the quality of her work speaks for itself. She was very easy to coordinate pre wedding meetings with. My husband and I are both working professionals running businesses and had very little free time for meetings. Heather was beyond accommodating with helping us feel organized leading up to our big day. I cannot speak highly enough about her organization, attention for detail, and in general skill of capturing timeless photographs. I did not have to worry about a thing relating to photography on our special day because I knew Heather had it handled. Hire her now before she's already booked up!

TL;DR: I don't plan on getting married again, but if I do, Heather will be my photographer.

Heather was absolutely fantastic. She helped me (the groom) get comfortable in front of the camera, and that was something I didn't expect to come around to. She knew exactly what to do at every step of the way, and I never felt stressed (photography-wise) the entire multi-month process right up to when she took her last photo of the night.

Having Heather Scharf shoot our wedding was an absolute pleasure. She was recommended by our Venue and as soon as I opened up her Website to view her work I knew she was my dream photographer. We live in AZ and she's in SF so we Facetimed a few times leading up the wedding date to iron out details, timelines and what our goals were for our wedding photos. She was very thorough and detail oriented.
She showed up the day of the wedding excited and all smiles. She creative and shot the most amazing photos of my dog and I (even better then I pinned or envisioned). She just knew what to do: in directing the family photo, to capturing the sunset in the vineyard just right. I can't gush enough about how incredible she is!
For anyone looking for a photographer for engagements or weddings, she has that special touch for making the photo lighting perfect and romantic. That was one of my favorite things about her work, her lighting is so flattering and happy.
Once she's captured your special day she puts the photos in blogs so you can easily share them with your friends and family. I highly recommend Heather Scharf. She'll exceed your expectations and you'll be so thrilled you chose her.

Heather was such a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding! We worked with her on both our engagement photos, as well as the wedding photos, and she did an amazing job with both. She was great at providing us with suggestions and advice as requested, as was responsive whenever we had questions for her. She was great at communicating ahead of time what to expect and if we needed to prepare anything ahead of time. During the photo shoots, she was great at providing guidance and direction to us and captured the moments beautifully. I would work with Heather again in the future and highly recommend her!

Heather is great!!

When we first contacted Heather, she immediately suggested that we set up a meeting. This really impressed me because she was willing to take the time and effort to meet with us before we even decided to book her! After speaking with Heather and looking at some of her past work, we knew that we wanted her as our wedding photographer.

I thought Heather was great throughout the whole process. She communicated with us before the big day and showed up very prepared on the day-of. She is also very nice and friendly!

Heather took our engagement and wedding day photos and we have so many favorites from both! I can't help but smile when I look at our wedding pictures because I am reminded of the many happy moments from that special day - to me, this is a sign of a great photographer because she was able to capture the day so perfectly.

From our very first introduction meeting with Heather, we were thrilled we chose her to document our special day. She was personable, funny and very easy to work with. She really helped to make us feel comfortable and helped the day flow seemlessly. She was so flexible with the schedule that we envisioned and worked to make everything we wanted, a reality. She and her assistant captured every aspect of our special day, yet blended in perfectly to the background. My husband and I were conflicted about the engagement shoot, but decided to do it and found out that it is a must. The engagement photo shoot really helped us to be comfortable with Heather and with each other in some prolonged poses. Her turn around time was extremely fast and thorough in the various stages of returning our photos. Lastly, the quality of her photos is incredible. she perfectly captured the emotions and atmosphere of the day in crisp, clean photographs. You won't find a better photographer than Heather!

The moment my husband and I looked at her photography, we knew she had to photograph our wedding. The passion and dedication to her work can easily be seen in her photographs. Her outgoing, friendly but calming nature makes you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. For someone that does not like to be the center of attention, she made me feel beautiful and completely at ease. She perfectly captured our engagement with a rustic and country landscape; she even found the location for us! I truly think that the engagement pictures helped our guests to get a feeling of what to expect at our wedding, it was like a sneak peak.

During our wedding she was able to capture moments that may have been never seen; the simplest yet sweetest moments. She was able to illustrate our love and the coming together of two families. She has the ability to bring out the love between two people so easily, and has fun while doing it. She also gives a sneak peak to the event (engagement session/wedding) which is was always exciting! We really appreciated that she understood the importance of time, and we got our photos back quickly! All of our family and friends keep telling us how wonderful the photos are. We can't say enough good things about Heather!!! Just look through her photographs, they speak for themselves :)
I would HIGHLY recommend her, you will not regret it. We can’t wait to use her for future family photographs.

Where do I start with Heather Scharf and her many talents. First, I will start with her amazing talent as a photographer. It's almost as if Heather sees the world in perpetual snapshots. We received our ~1000 photos from our wedding day online and have not been able to narrowing down the ones we would like to print as they are all so good.
Secondly, her overall positive demeanor was exactly what we were looking for. At our introductory meeting her smile and humor immediately put us as ease, which is exactly how she was on our big day. She quickly, but kindly directed us, our families, friends and bridal party during the cocktail hour shots--which came out flawlessly. Finally, her professionalism and going above and beyond. The engagement session was excellent, which was followed by a surprise calendar with printed engagement shots for each month. She was early to the engagement session and wedding day photos and just owned her craft the whole time. She was in the right place at the right time and captured all of our wish list photos.
Thank you Heather for your incredible job of photographically documenting our day. You were the best decision I made about the wedding (aside from marrying my hubby).

Heather handled photography for my church wedding and reception on Nov. 22, 2014, in Rancho Mirage, CA. Not only was she incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, detailed and professional, but she was like my most trusted guide and advisor on my wedding day. I thought I knew all the photos I wanted for my wedding day, but when all the photos I had planned were taken Heather stepped in and suggested additional photos of me and my individual bridesmaids, additional photos of the wedding party and other photos I would never have thought to get and am glad I now have.
In fact, from the moment Heather stepped into my parent’s home for our “getting ready” photos, I felt comfortable that Heather was in charge. And this is despite the fact that I had never met her in-person prior to that day!
Best of all, our photos turned out beautifully and capture all the important people in mine and my husband’s life that day.
I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a talented, warm and confident wedding photographer for their big day. She is a true professional.

There were so many amazing people that helped make our wedding a day we will cherish til we are old, snarky, and forgetful. But we would be remiss not call out Heather specifically. We could not have asked for a more talented, passionate, and hilarious individual to capture all the incredible moments from that day.

Since our wedding is going to be out-of-state, I had to choose a different photographer for our engagement session. Heather was nothing but a pleasure to work with. Heather was the best vender we worked with when planning our wedding! Her photography was amazing which seems like the most important reason we hired her to photograph our wedding but in addition she was really easy to work with due to her quick communication, creativity and fun personality. We had an outrageous idea to shoot our engagement photos in a river, and she took her shoes off and jumped in with us to get the shots. On
the wedding day she eased our nerves and got the most important pics that we will cherish forever. Our family and guests loved her, she stayed at the wedding longer than she was contracted, and then had the wedding photos edited and to us within 2 weeks; Right in time for us to view when we arrived home from the honeymoon! I would 100% recommend her for weddings and plan to use her again for family photos when that time comes.

When my fiance and I first met Heather we loved her outgoing, bubbly and hard-working personality from the start. We met with a few photographers and had no doubt in our minds that Heather was our gal! We were confident that she would go above and beyond and we feel lucky to have found her.

She's easy going, but at the same time will go to whatever lengths it takes to get a shot. For our engagement photo shoot, we went up to Russian Hill and she was shooting in the street in between cable cars and car traffic...anything to get the perfect shot!

Heather was beyond professional during our wedding and her 2nd shooter was so easy to work with as well! She made sure that we stuck to our timeline and that we got all of the shots we had requested. Her creative eye and attention to detail was evident throughout the day.

We received a few initial photos within a week or so of the wedding and were blown away with how amazing they were...we were on the last night of our honeymoon and it was such an awesome surprise to view those together on our last night. We couldn't wait to see the blog post and received it just about a week later. I was tearing up as I scrolled through the pictures...they were absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't believe that just two weeks after our wedding we had so many photos so quickly!

Thank you, Heather, for capturing our special day and all of the love, fun and personalities to go with it....these are memories we will have for a lifetime and we are so grateful to have them captured so beautifully! I would highly recommend Heather to any couples looking for a very talented, genuine & professional photographer!

Heather Scharf was the best decision of my life....besides saying yes to my husband when he proposed =P. We got married this past November in the Silicon Valley but we were planning the wedding from New York where we lived. I was already nervous about the whole planning process since we were across country and couldn't meet with all of our vendors in person before selecting them but Heather was so easy and understanding. She skyped with us so we could speak face to face and we fell in love with her and her work almost instantaneously. And when we did our engagement photo shoot it only reconfirmed our decision. One, she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Two, she gave great direction on how to pose and three the pictures were aaaaaamazing. Heather not only has a good eye for photography but she listens to want you want and gives it to you while incorporating her own creative vision. My friends and family loved our pictures and could not stop talking about how good they were. And our actually wedding day was more of the same experience. She worked so well with everyone in our bridal party. Our bridal party was huge but Heather was able to get all the portraits we wanted before our time expired at the church. Then at the reception, she was nonstop, capturing every moment of our special day. Again, our pictures were everything we could have wanted and more. My advice for all you planning brides in the bay area, do yourselves and future husbands a favor and hire Heather.

I can't say enough great things about Heather! She is a FABULOUS photographer and perfectly captured all the love and happiness that surrounded our special . She arrived early to the venue to scope out the space so she could ensure she had the perfect backdrop for all the pictures. Her and her 2nd shooter kept me, the bridesmaids, the groom and groomsmen all on time to ensure we stuck to our timeline for the day. She was great at taking any direction for specific photos that I wanted, but also went and captured beautiful shots without me knowing that I would never have dreamt of! I got a sneak peek of my pictures just 2 days after the wedding, and received the rest of my pictures within weeks of my wedding, making me that much happier to relive our special day.

To top it off, even my wedding coordinator and caterer were raving about how wonderful Heather is and how they loved working with her!

Working with Heather was amazing and exactly what we had hoped for in a Wedding Photographer. When planning our wedding, we knew there were a handful of super critical elements, and even on that very short list, the photographer was at the top. It's the one person who's work you will likely see, share and celebrate almost every day for the rest of your life. We couldn't imagine a more important element to get right in your wedding.

Heather is a very talented photographer, personable and friendly. She is a true professional. More than that she's immensely likable, and someone who you will quickly find comfort and rapport with. Which is equally important as the photos they shoot. If you don't feel comfortable around someone, you're not going to look your best in the photos.

Bottom line; choose carefully. We did, and we're very grateful for Heather, and her beautiful photos we look at every day.

We hired Heather to shoot our wedding at Wildwood Acres Resort and we were so amazed with the quality, creativity and professionalism Heather displayed during our wedding. She is truly a gifted photographer. My family and friends even complimented me after the wedding at how professional Heather was and at how aware she was of what was going on. To give you an example, during our ceremony, we invited a band to play music. During this time, my husband's nephew went into the bushes and started playing air drums. My niece joined him. It was a simply perfect moment which lasted about 2 minutes. Heather was shooting us at the alter but her creative eye immediately saw and captured this precious moment on camera. I am not sure you will find such quality and creativity anywhere else. Heather is fun, flexible, full of joy and yet able to assemble and dissemble and reassemble 3 large families of over 70 people for family photos within a matter of 30 minutes. We are so happy. I am sure you will be too!!

Heather was absolutely amazing! I first met her when she was the photographer at my friend's wedding. I saw her pictures and fell in love! She was a shoe in for our wedding. She was great in that she made sure to get to know all the special details about our wedding and really understand what we wanted to capture. She was also very flexible when it came to needing her for an extra hour at the end of the day. She was a pleasure to work with, but above all her work is amazing. Our pictures turned out better than I would have ever hoped for!

Heather did the photography for both my engagement photos and wedding. She is wonderful!! From the beginning she made my husband and I feel welcome and comfortable. She was only taking 2 weddings a month at the time, so we knew we would get great response time and attention. :) My husband hates to have his picture taken, but Heather was quick and open to help put him at ease. She also was very helpful when we showed up with our brand new puppy. He was also included in our pictures. The results of both engagement and wedding pictures are amazing!! Words can not truly express how beautiful the pictures came out. I highly recommend Heather to all!!

I’m so blessed to be able to say that Heather Scharf was my wedding photographer. Heather is not only a stellar photographer but also an amazing person! Heather is so genuine and talented – I’m constantly blown away at her work and ability to be so on top of things! You cannot help but feel so incredibly comfortable in her presence and she spreads your positive energy to everyone around her. Taking photos can sometimes be intimidating and working with Heather was NOTHING but fun and exciting! I think what I love most about Heather is that the entire experience with her is just as valuable as the photos. Heather photographed my engagement pictures and wedding. Working with Heather is a dream. She makes you feel comfortable even when shooting in public places. She works fast and is thoughtful on placement of both the Bride and the Groom. She listens to your wants and is flexible when you want to incorporate personal touches (for instance our pug, Gia Bear). I had a specific picture in my mind of us and she captured it so beautifully, I cried.
Heather's artistic eye is invaluable. Rather than focusing on our smiles or arm position she focuses on the elements. Mixing texture, nature, color and lighting Heather is able to create the perfect shot.
I recommend her to all of my friends and look forward to using her for family photography in the future.

Amazing Photographer! My wedding attendants, guests, and venue still talk about my photographer months later!! Hands down the best decision I made for when choosing my key players for my wedding day. Heather exceeded all my expectations (they were pretty unrealistic too - regarding responsiveness, photo requests, dependability, etc). Most of all, when it came to really understanding my "must haves" and trust me, there was a lot of them, she was so focused and determined to delivery an amazing photo portfolio. Her personality is the icing on the cake :)

I found Heather by accident. I was googling The Cliff House as a possible venue for our wedding when I came across a couple who had been photographed there. I fell in love with the photos and saved the website on my computer. After several months and setting a date I went back to the website and researched more about Heather's work.
We met with Heather twice before the wedding to discuss details and go over agendas. Heather is very organized and I could tell she wanted to be prepared so that everything would go smoothly. The one thing I appreciated about Heather above all others is that she was able to put me at ease. I am super shy and hate being in front of a camera much less in front of so many people. She gave me the direction I needed and was able to keep me from having an anxiety attack on my wedding day. She is super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Many of my guests commented on how professional and hard working she was because she never stops shooting. We are very happy with our photos. We got some very candid, unique shots, not just the cookie cutter poses you sometimes see. I cant wait for Heather to do baby photos for us in the near future.

We hired Heather for our at home reception in San Francisco. We had a destination wedding in Hawaii a few days before that and wanted to do a formal wedding reception. Both my husband and I are very non traditional and our reception really reflected that. It was vintage glamour themed. I knew that Heather being a fashion designer, like myself, that she would get it. And man did she blow us away. I also diy-ed the decor and was so happy when she got so many shots of my little touches.

That day was so hectic that I feel like I missed out on so many things. It was hard to really fully enjoy it since we were so busy running around and tending all the guests. I left that night thinking, "Eh... that went ok, I guess". But after a couple of sneak peaks from Heather's facebook page and then the long awaited blog entry, my husband and I were thrilled of the outcome of the whole event. Most especially the beautiful images we have together, with our friends, and with our families. I swear Heather made the whole wedding look better/funner/prettier than it was in real life!

The few weeks following the reception many of our guests would talk to us about the photos and how much they love them. I think it's a huge testament to her talent and how personable she is that they would refer to her as Heather, not "your photographer". We are so lucky to have worked with her!

I met Heather when my brother and sister-in-law used her for their wedding and knew immediately that she would be my photographer at my wedding. As a bridesmaid, I got a lot of time with Heather on their wedding day and got to see all of their beautiful pictures thereafter. Heather was an absolute joy to be around. She really made the photo sessions fun. She genuinely loves photography & capturing peoples' stories and that joy and passion just exudes from her personality while she's shooting. Plus, her pictures are phenomenal, the perfect amount of creative shots, candid shots, & posed pictures. She has great ideas about what will make a great shot/background/etc and works to get people to show their personalities in the shots.
My (now) husband and I liked Heather and her pictures so much that we asked Heather to be our photographer for our Sept 2012 wedding. She did an AMAZING job! I can’t tell you the number of people who have RAVED about our pictures. They are just stunning: the perfect mix of traditional wedding shots with some artistic, creative shots and backgrounds thrown in. She has such a great non-stressful approach to the day. We had a great time taking our photos and are so happy with the pictures. At my brother's wedding, it was Heather with two additional photographers; at our wedding, it was just Heather, so there is definite flexibility with what you are looking for in a wedding package.
What also makes Heather stand out is her overall creative ability. She is a great writer and often writes a story to go along with your wedding to put on her blog (check it out online). And, she is quite the artist, so I've even seen her do some free-hand drawings alongside pictures. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible Heather is. She is great to work with, has a fun-yet-professional demeanor, very communicative & responsive, listens to requests and offers ideas when you want them, and takes INCREDIBLE photos. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Heather is simply amazing. Not only is she a true professional, but she is the most talented photographer. She LOVES what she does and her energy is infectious. I have to admit...I procrastinated as long as I could to start looking for a photographer for my wedding. I was dreading it after hearing some of the horror storeis from friends that had gotten married in San Francisco...you know what I am talking about...the stories you hear about how you have to wait a year to get your images, how photos cost an arm and a leg, and even after the waiting and the costs, you still don't get what you want.
Heather Scarf was non of these things...she was awesome to work with...probably the hardest working vendor at our wedding...she climbed on ladders, moved furniture to get shots and even helped us to wrangle family members for group photos.
And through all of that...she was patient and kind...2 qualities that you want from your vendors on your wedding day.
I can't express how much I would reccommend her to any bride looking for an aswesome photographer, that is willing to go above and beyond to capture your special day. She not only was on time to all meetings/ phone calls...but was very professional, agreeable to capture any must have photos and even went the extra mile to supply second shooters for our big day...at no additional cost!
Our images were back to us within 2 weeks...within 1 week we had a sneak peak of photos and a slide show to share with our family and friends...did I mention this was all included in her fees? Also included in the package we purchased was a beautiful coffee table book, CD's containing all of our images, an online photo gallery to view and share photos and even a few "pocket" travel photo books...
I would hands down reccommend Heather to any bride looking for an unbelievable photograher at a VERY resonable cost...

Heather is amazing. From the moment I saw her work, I knew I had to have her shoot my wedding. Because she was so new to wedding photography when I hired her well over a year ago, I hired her to be the second shooter. She also did our engagement shoot.

I couldn't be happier with the results! I have so many images that I absolutely LOVE from both my engagement shoot and wedding. Her creative eye caught so much that I would have missed.

Heather is amazing. She is so friendly and energetic. She has an amazing eye for photos. I always figured myself as non-photogenic and she really made taking pics with my friends and family fun and exciting. I looked awesome and I give it up to the photographer for finding the perfect moment to "click" and take the pic. I mean even my friends and family were impressed with how comfortable I was taking pictures for the wedding. My fiance and I also had our engagement session with Heather and loved the pics so when it came to the wedding time I knew that I was comfortable with her and I could do whatever and she would keep up. At one point my sis tried telling me to follow Heather's instructions and I said "don't worry, I got this and swished my dress around" totally not like me, but it was the fun and flirty side that Heather made me feel comfortable bringing out. Heather did both our engagement and wedding photos. Both were amazing. Your first impression of Heather will be that you are having a close friend take your pictures. She is so friendly and honestly cares about capturing your story, that she makes you feel that comfortable. There are times that you even forget she is there, but she is still able to get that perfect shot. The pictures that Heather provides are not the boring posed pictures some photographers specialize in. Instead they are beautifully captured moments full of emotion. You will not be disappointed with Heather!! She is absolutely amazing. We had the pleasure of working with her on three occasions, our engagement pictures, ceremony and reception. Our ceremony and reception were on two separate days about two months apart. She captured every little detail so perfectly. There were so many shots that I still can’t figure out how she got them, with just one photographer. She was everyone without you even knowing it. I have been a part of many weddings over the last couple and year and she is by far the easiest photographer to work with.

Not only is she easy to work with she really does her homework. She took extra time to get to know the locations before we arrived for the photos. She also is very open minded and willing to climb hills or get down on the ground to get that perfect shot. You will not be disappointed with her services!! We look forward to many more photo shoots through out the years with Heather.

You cannot go wrong! Heather is the best. She is super sweet, responsive, professional, warm, and amazingly fast. I have heard horror stories of photographers taking up to a year or more to deliver photographs to their clients. Heather is the total opposite of that. She knew we were in a time crunch and was able to edit, touch-up, and provide us with amazing photos in a week from our engagement shoot. We were super late to our appointment and she did not seem upset with us one bit. She even spent hours and hours with us for the shoot. I had so much fun that I didn't even realized it was 7PM when the shoot was done!

Just take a look at her website and talking to her personally you'll instantly want her to document your wedding. You know how a girl knows when they found the perfect man...dress...It felt the same way when I contacted Heather. I knew instantly that I wanted to hire her. She was super accommodating, thoughtful, and has an eye for capturing beautiful images of an important moment in your life.

I know I'm gushing over her, but she is truly worth it. I genuinely enjoyed working wit her. That is how happy I am. :D

Heather is such a wonderful photographer!! We hired her for our wedding this past April and were totally blown away by her creativity and professionalism. She showed up the afternoon of wedding full of energy and ready to go. She had already scouted out the venue and the surrounding areas, which was great since we were short on time and needed the pictures to move along seemlessly. What I loved the most was that her pictures really captured the emotion and essence of our event. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone!!

It's going to be quite difficult for me to capture in words how amazing it was to work with Heather. And I'm not just talking about the day-of... she was an absolute joy to work with from the very first meeting to the engagement session to the wedding day!

Roll back a year or so, Heather was referred to me by a friend who had hired her to photograph her own wedding and had nothing but glowing complements to report. After interviewing more than a few photographers, we knew instantly that Heather's bubbly personality, passion for her work, and overall quality of work had won us over completely. And now that the big day has come and gone, I still look back at our wedding photos and am overwhelmed with the same emotion I felt the day of. The photos move me to tears and I'm confident I'll say the same years to come.

Heather has quite an eye for a great picture and provides perfect direction to help capture the moment. She made us feel comfortable right from the get-go... and I'm sure I couldn't have said the same about just anyone.

Heather was amazing to work with -- very easy and flexible, a lot of fun, with a great eye for what would visually look amazing in photos. In particular, she went out of her way to make a separate trip in advance of our wedding day to the vista point where we wanted photos taken. She did this at my request b/c our wedding day timeline was tight, and it meant we were able to go there, take all the incredible photos we wanted very quickly and efficiently, and stay on time. She's also amazing after the wedding day -- providing a couple of sneak peeks of the photos, creating a blog that we could just forward the link to friends, and making a photo slideshow to our favorite music of the whole day. She also prioritized having the family photos available first, again at my request. Heather and her team are awesome!

Heather did our engagement shoot and wedding pictures and all I can say is she is an amazing photographer in every way.

She is so nice and enthusiastic about photography that she makes you feel so comfortable while shooting.

Her blog speaks for itself- her pictures really are amazing!

Her digital gallery and the way she shares the photos with you is top notch.

She is super quick to respond and puts you at ease even when your totally stressed out planning your wedding!

She's a bit pricey, but I saw MUCH worse in my thorough search of photographers and for the quality of what you are getting she is 100% worth it!

She's everything you want in a photographer. Do yourself a favor and book her!
