    Simply the best

    OMG they are the absolute best! I can't say enough amazing things about them! They made our wedding the absolute best! My guests were wanting them at their upcoming events! Couldn't ask for better service!

    Great Catering Company

    We hired Heart & Soul Catering for our wedding. Anna was always so quick to respond and was very kind throughout the whole process. We changed our reception time, several times, and last minute and Anna was still quick to respond and very flexible. They delivered on time and the set up was quick and great. The food was also very delicious, our guests loved it all. Thank you so much!

    I had a very large, 2 day wedding with 300+ guests so needless to say, the prices for catering was overwhelming when we first started planning. We then found out about Michael with Heart and Soul and thank goodness we did! Michael worked alongside me SO patiently to make sure I would have the exact type of food I wanted while also staying exactly within the budget I gave him. Michael made my husband and I feel like VIPs at our tasting! At our wedding, the food was delicious, the presentation was awesome and his staff was very professional and really on top of making sure food stayed warm, stocked and that tables were cleared throughout the night. Our friendly and family still talk about how wonderful the food was! Thank you so much, Michael and staff!

    Food was delicious - guests still talking about the food weeks afterwards. Catering staff day of event were fabulous - very attentive and curteous to guests. Planning process before was pretty average experience with pluses and minuses (for example: did a tasting at our home, but sometimes hard to communicate with). Would recommend them to anyone!

    Don't let Heart & Soul Ruin Your Wedding

    Heart & Soul Catering completely failed me on one of the biggest days of my life!

    H&S looks good on paper! I had a great tasting, Michael is very personable, and will say all the right things someone wants to hear for their event. My wife and I heard it for 18 months in our back and forth communication with them, but then on our Wedding day they dropped the ball!

    We had hired H&S to serve our drinks, pass cocktail hour light bites, and most importantly serve our plated dinner to our 100 guests. In addition, they told us they would help flip the space. They dropped the ball on all fronts! It started with the flip, which the staff told us they don't do. This caused a 30 minute delay in the night's timeline, and our poor wedding planner and assistant doing much more manual labor then they ever should. The passed appetizers were cold and hard as a rock. The mini grilled cheeses were barely edible. The seated dinner didn't go much smoother, with cold food, and incorrect meals served. The vegetarian meals we had ordered for guests with dietary restrictions was ignored. Go into the drinks, what could go wrong there? Oh, just their bartenders taking down 1 bar at 7:30. Well prior to the 10:00 event end time.

    Well, was the service decent? Not at all, the staff was horrible to work with. The wedding planner had multiple instances dealing with them, and I also witnessed guests having issues with them. This all after Michael assured us we would get restaurant quality service. Speaking of Michael, he assured us he'd be there on the big day. He only books one large event a day and wanted it to go very smoothly he said! Well Michael was a no show. There was constant confusion from his staff, much back and forth, and nothing went well.

    Don't let H&S ruin your big day! They will show no ownership and certainly no remorse when they fail you. I was lucky that all of my other vendors knocked it out of the part, and H&S was the only fail of the day. You had never seen so many people excited for a late night slider order after their poor presentation!

    Terrible! Do not hire!

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged us for service requested and then they never completed it. The staff was rude, they shut down our bar, and the food was terrible and cold. All other vendors were amazing but the biggest mistake of our entire wedding was hiring them!! They are completely dishonest people and the "Chef" lied to us multiple times. He said he would take care of things when he did not.. he didn't even show up. We tried to address the situation after our wedding and they had no sympathy for ruining our wedding day. Absolute embarrassment and waste of money! RUN!! WE SHOULD HAVE PICKED DRAPERS INSTEAD!!

    I was so disappointed with this vendor. The food we were served at our tasting a few months before the wedding was great, but the food served at the actual wedding was not of the same quality. We were told we would have an "elegant presentation," but it was just a standard buffet with the silver pans in a line against the wall. One of our food options was Philly cheesesteaks, but they didn't cut the buns in half so people thought the buns were rolls and the meat was "beef stroganoff."

    Our cocktail hour was downstairs, and then all the guests moved upstairs for dinner and the reception. We were told (after the wedding) that they had broken the other set of water and tea decanters enroute to the reception venue so they only had one set, which they used downstairs during the cocktail hour. AND THEN THEY NEVER MOVED IT UPSTAIRS DURING DINNER. So our guests were having to go up and down the stairs all night to get water. And some of the guests weren't aware there was any water since it was downstairs. When I contacted the owner to voice my complaints, he assured me he would call me when he returned from a business trip so we could talk about this. He never called. As a professional who has catered dozens of weddings, I would expect the catering staff to realize that water and tea is necessary for a wedding reception and should be moved from downstairs to upstairs since their own negligence resulted in a loss of the other decanters.
