Alan was awesome! My husband and I had a short private ceremony on a Yacht in Long Beach Harbor. Alan made us feel really comfortable, asked us questions and then implemented the story of how we met into the vows! It was wonderful, hilarious and perfect. I'm so glad that Alan was our officiant and I would recommend him every time.

Roger was our officiant for our wedding at the Portofino Hotel & Marina in Redondo Beach on 5/26/13. We currently live in the NYC area and found it convenient that Alan could issue the license on our behalf (rather than us waiting all day at the county office). We chose Roger to be our officiant and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and had some great ideas along the way. The ceremony itself was wonderfully done and at some points funny, which helped alleviate the nerves we had on the big day! Roger was very reliable, he arrived early enough to make sure all the logistics were in good order. We highly recommend Roger!

Carolyn was the best. She made us feel so comfortable and our families really had a great time and loves the cute chapel. We loved that they took the time to go over everything with us in detail.
Bethany was also great with organizing our ceremony on such short notice (2 weeks).

We had Roger as our officiant and he was great. He completely customized our ceremony and made it some what traditional and romantic but he was able to add touches of humor without it being cheesy. Both my husband and I couldn't have been happier or asked for a better ceremony. Thanks Roger!

Alan is awesome! He performed our wedding ceremony a couple weeks ago and it was exactly what we wanted. He takes the time to get to know you and figure out exactly what type of ceremony you are looking for. He is very professional and I loved that he didn't need to read from a script to perform the ceremony. It's obvious he has a lot of experience and enjoys what he does. Alan and his team are absolutely amazing people who do everything in their power to make your day special. I have been trying to plan my wedding for a long time, but unfortunate events kept my day from happening. When we finally decided it was our time, I emailed Alan Katz right away. I had no idea Alan was gone out of state but Even while he was on vacation, Alan called into the office and had his wonderful assistant Beth email me and help me through planning my wedding day. Within 3 days, I had the chapel reserved, license paperwork filled out, and had lengthy communication thru phone and emails from both Beth and our Officiant Tim. My wedding day was amazing and beautiful, but most of all Alan and his team really took care of our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Alan and the Great Officiants team are the key to having a meaningful wedding whether you have 4 people or 400 people there. It was an absolute pleasure to have them serve us, and I would recommend them to all!!!

Being from out of state and planning this destination wedding was SO easy with the help of Alan! Him and his staff answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease.

Pastor Tim did an excellent job at our ceremony, very professional and made a few jokes. Made us feel like he knew us.

We hired great officiant's Anthony through a food tasting event at the turnip rose and we were glad we did. They were easy to work with and always responded even though they had plenty of weddings to work! We were very happy with not only their service but we felt their rates were on par with what they delivered. We will definitely recommend great officiant's services.

Alan was great well worth every pretty penny my guest enjoyed I got comments like "this was the best wedding I been to in the past few years" "your offiant was great very cute and hilarious never a dull moment".. alot of my gueat enjoyed his sence of humor, that he was very entertaining and the ceremony was beautiful. .. Alan didnt treat me like and transaction. . He came to my room and notice I wasn't happy the way things were going he even made me laugh and smile and told me to not to worry get ur dress on an get beautiful. . I recommend him hes amazing and his staff are wonderful every question I had they answered even if they didnt know they emailed me right away. You will regret if you dont choose great offiants a wedding wouldnt be a wedding with out them.

My husband and I could not have been happier with Alan as our officiant. He was always prompt and would respond to any form of communication very quickly. He was able to make us cry and laugh while involving all of our guests in the ceremony. I cannot tell you how many compliments we got on our officiant and what an amazing job he did. It was simple yet romantic and that's exactly what we were looking for! Thanks again Alan, we will never forget this special day!

WOW Alan was amazing he was talked about all day by our guests. They could not believe we were not long lost friends. He used just the right amount of humor to keep the ceremony light, fresh, personal and romantic exactly what we asked for.

My husband and I got married in Disneyland Resort on March 11, 2013 using Alan Katz, who is arguably the best officiant in southern California. Not only was Alan able to arrange being there pretty last minute (my original officiant fell through), but he was able to make it extremely special. He is brilliant at improv - incorporated our story into the vows and introduction, and was able to make me smile when I kept crying throughout the vows. We had many guests tell us the job he did combined the romantic and humorous perfectly, two guests even told us it was the best ceremony they had ever seen, due to Alan. Would strongly recommend every time!

Being that we were out of towners, we were nervous about not being able to meet our officiator before our rehearsal. From the moment we met him, Allen was funny, professional, charming, and made us feel like we had known him for years, after knowing him for only 10 minutes. His personality is infectious, and he made our special day that much more memorable. Allen is a seasoned professional, who is a great speaker and definitely knows how to work an audience, as well as make everyone (including wedding party) feel very comfortable... Highly recommend!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! Is the only word that comes to mind when I think of Alan from Great Officiants. Our ceremony turned out 10 times better than we had ever hoped for. Alan was so funny and so romantic at the same time and not at all cheesy. He really set the mood for the rest of the evening. We are still getting compliments on how great our ceremony turned out. We highly recommend him for your wedding!!

Great Officiants was VERY easy to work with! Our officiant was Carolyn....she did an absolutely perfect job! Our ceremony was fun and romantic! We've received so many compliments from our guests already!
