  We used Gray Line AZ to get our guests from their hotels to the wedding venue and back again. We had two pick up locations, and the bus we rented was right on time to the first. However, the person at the main office had not provided the bus driver with our detailed itinerary that said to go to the second hotel, so he went straight to the wedding venue and the guests and the second hotel all had to drive themselves. The tour company has agreed to send us a refund for the people who did not get picked up, but that was quite frustrating. Otherwise, the bus itself and the driver were very nice and on time. I do recommend them, despite the issue, but if I were to use them again, I would definitely remind them a lot about the bus itinerary.
