Absolutely loved my flowers!

April with Grace Lakes was amazing to work with. My mom had used her in the past and she was the one who met with her to show her my inspo photos, as I met with them via Facetime. April did an amazing job making my vision come to life. I wanted greens, lots of tropical greens, and she delivered! The ceremony space was lined with palm leaves (don't have my photos yet) and the bouquets were simply gorgeous. In fact, the day of the wedding was on the windier side, and behind the scenes, April worked so hard to try to combat the wind and make my centerpieces work! I highly recommend Grace Lakes to any bride. April will make your vision come to life with greens and florals!

The best!!!!

April at Grace Lakes made our experience stress free and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful! She worked with us to stay within our budget and our bouquets turned out better than I could have imagined! She was professional and detail oriented and made the planning process a breeze! Her work is beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone!

We liked April at Grace Lakes Florist from the first meeting and our appreciation for her only increased as time went by. April listened to my daughter's vision, looked at her pictures, and gave valuable input as needed. We did two mock ups with her, changed details over time, and were making minor adjustments up until a few days before the wedding. April was not only patient about it but never hesitated fulfilling our requests. The wedding was last weekend and the decorations, which included pipe & drape, candles, flower petals, and beautiful center pieces were so beautiful. My daughters bouquet was amazing as were the corsages, etc. I highly recommend April and Grace Lakes Florists ... she won't disappoint!

Grace Lakes Florist made my wedding day BEAUTIFUL. All we used for decorations really were the flowers and for a good reason! We didn't need anything else. April and her team were great with communication and meeting with me when I had last min changes. I wouldn't change a thing about how everything looked. They even stayed through the ceremony to help decorate for the reception. I couldn't have chosen a better group of gals to design all of my decor for my wedding. Thank you so much for helping to make my wedding day perfect.

Our daughter got married this year in January and we had a beautiful wedding, the Flowers were everything we dreamed of, April and her team did an Amazing job setting up the Banquet hall with the most beautiful arrangements and everyone had to comment on how perfect the Brides bouquet was. Awesome job!!!

We cannot say enough about April and her team. We had a vision for our wedding weekend and they far exceeded our expectations. April is very talented and creative. Tell her what you want and let her do her thing. No need to worry or manage her. Trust a true professional and you will not be disappointed. Grace Lakes Florist did an amazing job on our wedding flowers. I sent a picture of the style bouquet I wanted and they replicated it exactly! Everyone was great to work with and they listened to me. I would recommend ordering flowers from Grace Lakes Florist for any event.

April and her team did a terrific job for our wedding at LaPlaya in Naples, Florida. We were quite impressed by April from our initial meeting. She had clearly studied our tentative design plan in advance and had even taken the time to create several "mock ups" to show us, which made us confident that she completely understood our goals. After seeing that level of commitment and April's creative contributions, we didn't hesitate to proceed with Grace Lakes.

In terms of pricing, April was the only florist we considered that provided a quote within our budget (~3K). We felt that we received extraordinary value for the amount that we spent.

April's straightforward and confident communication style worked very well for us. She is great at listening carefully and asking all the right questions to guide you to the best result. We changed the plan a few times throughout the process, but April was always flexible and accommodating. The final product was simply lovely, and exactly what we were looking for. We are so happy we went with Grace Lakes!

April and her team provided floral arrangements and decor for several events leading up to our wedding. In addition, she made a beautiful arch for our ceremony, and transformed the ballroom for our reception. What she created was amazing. I would certainly use Grace Lakes Florist for any event, particularly my wedding all over again.

Not being from Naples, my sister referred me to Grace Lakes and they are AMAZING!! Not only were they reasonably priced, but April was so fun to work with. I wanted something elegant but different and boy did she hit the nail on the head! I hadn't heard of half the flowers she suggested, but everything turned out absolutely stunning! I wish I could recreate my bouquet...I never wanted to put it down!!! The flowers they gave us to help decorate the cake were equally as beautiful as was the alter! I wish you could download pics on here...I keep looking at the pics we have and really think April and here team are so special!!

We used Grace Lakes Florist for our wedding at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and were absolutely blown away by the amazing flowers!!!

April, Tom and their team gave us the most beautiful ceremony and reception decor we could have ever dreamed of including several crystal chandeliers, huge hanging flower balls and REAL birch wood crystal trees that were the hit of the century! The Ritz Carlton employees said it was the grandest wedding they have seen all year!

I am amazed by the amount of talent and creativity from Grace Lakes and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!

Grace Lakes Florist - April and her team took the time to listen, suggest and create the wedding of our dreams! On our first appointment, April asked what I wanted, I had a mixture of ideas - she took the time to look through my Pinterest board, my dress and went full force with what I liked! The bouquets were to die for and everyone commented on how different and gorgeous they were, and our tables/decor created the beachy/destination feel we wanted for all 100 of our Canadian family and friends! A MUST for any wedding, for those who want top notch design and creativity - THANK YOU!!!

Excellent shop for wedding flowers! Working with Amanda Hayes at Grace Lakes was a pleasure. She helped with many of the details that I hadn't even considered and created a wonderful decor theme. She made the relatively small and low ceiling room seem expansive with her tall and thin centerpieces. My bouquet was so beautiful that I had trouble parting with it even after it was long past its prime. She was able to make a few last minute changes that I requested to the bridal party bouquets. She was really great to work with and I would not have changed anything about her work. Amanda and Grace Lakes are a great choice!

Grace Lakes provided such amazing service and such beautiful flowers and centre pieces for our wedding. Amanda was so helpful and gave us exactly what we wanted. She was so helpful and made sure our wedding day was stress free. She set up our centre pieces at our venue and delivered our cake toppers to our cake designer and everything was perfect! April and her assistant were very tuned in to the flowers and color scheme I wanted. They did a beautiful job on my bouquets and the guys' flowers.
The table centerpieces were also beautiful, and they were happy to work with my mom and me on pricing. We bought a lot if the material for the centerpieces and they assembled them and added flowers.
The reception was gorgeous, thanks to them!

As a designer myself, it was great to partner with a florist with such a strong level of taste and a creative point of view. They totally brought all the inspiration ideas I had to life and were very flexible with the process all the way up to the week of my wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

My flowers were even prettier than I imagined. The price point for this place is excellent. I sent them some pictures from Pinterest and they were able to replicate exactly what I wanted. The only con was the women I spoke to originally on the phone misplaced my quote so I had to contact them a few time to get my information correct. Overall they did an excellent job and were able to create an additional centerpiece for me with only a few days notice.

Grace Lakes Florist helped turn my vision into reality. Amanda took a few photos and vague descriptions from me and created beautiful centerpieces right in front of me in our first meeting! Her creative vision helped make my wedding absolutely beautiful! The bouquets were gorgeous and the decorations were so unique! I met with several florists before Grace Lakes and although some were less expensive, no one impressed me the way Amanda did. I expressed my concerns about pricing and she helped move some things around and make suggestions to help get into my budget. She was easy to work with and I was so pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking for some creativity at their wedding!

The week of my wedding, I found out there was a flood in Thailand and I had to change all of my flowers. Grace Lakes florist worked with me, gave me some suggestions and showed me new ideas. The flowers were so beautiful and I was so pleased with how they pulled through and made us beautiful arrangements, bouquets and other decor. I was so happy that I selected them as my florist. Amanda was amazing.

They are very talented florists that really put a lot of time into their arrangements! I really liked what they did for me. There were some details that were missed, but it was mother's day weekend and they were very busy! But, overall, I would recommend them to anyone! :)

The Grace Lakes team is wonderful to work with. Each and every one of the employees were very responsive and always willing to meet me with me to answer any questions I had. They made beautiful arrangements for my wedding day - everything that I had wanted. The only small complaint that I have is that a few of the the flowers in my cascading bouquet fell out before I had even left the hotel room to head towards the ceremony. The flowers were easy to stick back into the bouquet, but I wasn't happy that they fell apart so easily.

I worked with Amanda at Grace Lakes and she was great and would recomment working with her. There were a few things that I did not like about the vendor.

1. First we did a trial centerpiece and we agreed at $140 (the trial centerpiece was full of flowers). Then we had to remove a floor runner rental from the church since they do not allow it. So instead of discounting the money from the total invoice they added $10 per centerpiece. I emailed them saying Ok fine keep the $10 per centerpiece but I want more flowers that the original trail run and they agreed. On the actual wedding day the centerpiece was more green than anything else. While they were beautiful and looked great its not what I was promised. Even after a few days when I thought maybe the buds will open up it will look fuller but it did not. I went the day before the wedding to see the centerpiece and I saw a work in progress but the centerpiece was not complete so I couldn't critique it.

2. My bridal bouquet while beautiful was not what I asked for. Orginally I asked for a tear drop shape bouquet but then changed it to a round bouquet of all white calla lillies (the change was reflected on the contract) but on the day of the wedding I got a tear drop bouquet. I was so upset but there really wasn't anything I could do since it was all delivered at 2 and the ceremony was at 6.

3. The bridal party bouqets were ugly. It just looked like a lump of hydrendeas with a few flowers randomly here and there. The flowergirl halo was beautiful but the loose petals to put in her basket looked dead from the get go.

4. The pew flowers were not even compelete. We agreeed on having all the pew arrangments to be the same. (Hydreangeas, green orchid a top, with greenery and purple and white cascading orchids.) When we got to the church I noticed ony 4 out of 20 pew arragnements were actually what we ordered. The others only had the hydreangeas and the greenery, they didn't even put the orchids!!

While everything looked great combined I was not happy with what I recieved. You have this image that you had and you agreed to it with your vendor but they don't deliver whats promised. When they deliver all your arrangments at 2pm the day of the wedding there is really not much you could do. I tryed to stay calm but out of all the vendors I was the most dissapointed with the florist. 2 other people went to the trail runs with me each time and when they saw the arrangments even they were shocked.

I spent over $5,000 on flowers and it was a bit dissapointing and I had to pay all the money off 30 days before the wedding so I had nothing to protect myself incase something like this happens. I would recommend but would be extremely careful.

NICE FLOWERS, BUT FRUSTRATING SERVICE. When I first contacted Grace Lakes to inquire about flowers for my wedding they were wonderful, had great ideas, came up with a quick proposal, etc. The minute I actually signed the contract and made the down payment, the service took a bit of a turn. I was being handled by Amanda, who sent me some pictures of some basic flower ideas very early on. But I kept being told that I would get pictures of alter decorations (because I specifically asked for these) and that she would make up an example of my bouquet (or something similar) that I could see as it got closer to my wedding. I never saw them and kept being put off. 4 days before my wedding I arrived in town and called Amanda to see if she had something to show me, just so everything would be fine on my wedding day. But she acted overwhelmed and said she had a big function that day that she was working on and that she honestly didn't have anything to show me. This was totally strange to me, but at this point I was too busy to be bridezilla although I felt completely put off. I'm not sure how other florists are, but when I told the Wedding Coordinator that was helping me at my hotel, she was shocked. Now for the good: The flowers were beautiful, especially the bouquets! The colors were a little different than I was told they would be (for example I was told we would have blue hydrangeas, but the blue was barely blue and practically white) but they were so pretty that it didn't matter to me. I was supposed to have mostly blue flowers and they all ended up being mostly green and white, which looked great in the end. I think I was happier with these colors than I would have been if they were blue! However if I was crazy about sticking to strict colors and needing everything to match, I would not have been happy.
