  I have no complaints using Golden Touch. We had a shuttle bus for our guests (55 passenger) and a sprinter for our bridal party (16 passenger). I obviously didn't ride on either, but have heard only positive comments about the transportation. They easily accommodated all our guests and made loops back and forth between the church, reception and hotel. What I liked most about them is they didn't need any input from me (the bride). They were aware of the schedule and stops ahead of the wedding date and were completely self sufficient after that. They were also a great value and in my opinion offered better pricing than their competitors. I was highly satisfied.

  Good, on time punctual service. We had no problems at all with them and they were willing to stay a little later than how long they were originally hired for.

  We booked Golden Touch buses to take our wedding guests from multiple locations in Manhattan to our wedding venue in Brooklyn, and then back from Brooklyn to multiple locations in Manhattan at the end of the night. (The wedding was in May 2013.) Apparently one of the bus drivers got lost on the way to the wedding venue, and my friend had to guide him using Google maps on his cell phone. Fortunately, we built in extra time in case the buses got stuck in traffic, so the wedding still began on time. At the end of the wedding, there were some minor miscommunications about which bus was going where, but I think the drivers had the correct instructions - they just didn't understand what we were asking them. My wedding coordinator had the bus drivers numbers, so presumably if we had called the drivers who were taking the guests to the wedding and checked in with them earlier, we could have prevented the confusion. Overall, I would recommend Golden Touch, although I would also recommend delegating someone on the bus to be in charge of liaising with the driver, in case of any problems.

  DO YOURSELF AND ME A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR LIMO SERVICE!!!! All our guests told us that our wedding was one of the best they've been to, but the only complaints we got was regarding our transportation! I was so irritated at golden touch and really hope they go out of business. Our wedding was over at 12:30am and we booked 2 buses to come pick up guests at 12am and another at 12:30am. Since everyone was having such a great time...no one got on the 12am bus and everyone decided to wait for the 12:30am bus. At 12:20am...about 10 people left to get on the bus and the driver left at 12:25am with only 10 people (HE LEFT AS HE SAW GUESTS WALKING TOWARDS THE BUS!!!). My event manager called golden touch and was told that the dispatcher would call the driver to turn back around. We waited 30 minutes and the bus never came back!! The event mgr called again asking where the bus was...and he said he's not sure and he's not sure why the driver didn't turn around. But that now it's too late because the driver is already in Manhattan. .........SEriOuSLy!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. GOLDEN TOUCH GO f yourself and hate you for making that the ONLY complaint i got for my wedding!
