  Hello!
  My fiance and I purchased the Custom Wedding Gobo Package and let me just start by saying their price was less than what we would pay to rent one for our reception!! Our wedding isn't until February but for some reason you can't write a review on here until after your wedding date so I change the date on our account so we could! The customer service in itself is worth 5 stars. I know how some of us brides can stress over every detail but the lady I dealt with was very patient and understanding with everything. We are suppose to be getting the gobo in a couple of days, but I was so pleased with the customer service and how everything was handled that I had to rave on them:) They work very quickly to make sure your item arrives the way you want it and in a timely manor. I hope to keep everyone updated with a picture of our gobo! I DEFINATELY recommend goboman.com to anyone for any occasion!!

  This was the cheapest price for a custom gobo I could find online. The customer service is friendly (they seemed to care about making our gobo perfect and for it to arrive on time for our special day) and they respond quickly. They also fixed errors in the proof quickly and accurately.

  I ordered 2 Gobos with Goboman in the past and they were delivered what quality and on time. I've been decided to order a third gobo for a wedding client I ordered on July 2nd an July 5th on the website they posted a message saying that they would be closed until July 27th! I waited until July 28th and called only to be sent to a voicemail that said memory is full and hung up on me? At this point I was disappointed and decided to have all of my custom Gobos done with another vendor

  Buyer beware: better options online

  Pay the extra money for Rosco or goboplus as these are 2 better online companies that actually respond when there are problems. Goboman is terrible with responses to their error!

  Hi Brad Thanks for your input. We did explain that we were away from the phones currently. You told us after your received your order, that Chauvet gave you incorrect information on your GOBO sizes, but for some reason you are blaming us. We made your gobo order accurately based on the information that you provided when you placed the order. For that reason, we are not able to offer you free product, but we did offer a discount to remake the order in a different size. It seems that your problem is with Chauvet providing incorrect size information. Perhaps this review should have gone to them. The issue here is not that we were away from the phones, it is that you expect free merchandise to cover your own mistake.
