    Super helpful in getting us the package we wanted a fair price. I often receive specials via email and they are so much cheaper than every other vendor

    They were the most affordable company that I could find in Metro Detroit for chair covers, backdrops and centerpieces. They came in under my budget.

    I used Glamourous Elegance for my chair covers and sashes and I must say the name fit the service. From the moment I emailed Delonna, she called me right back. I love great customer service and she delivers A-1! She was very professional and she always answered her phone when I called. The price I was given for 160 guest was the lowest price quoted from any vendor I contacted and that included the set up! Delonna came and picked the chair covers up from the hall during the clean up process, but we agreed to meet on Sunday for her to get them, so that was an added bonus! The satin seat covers and the sashes were gorgeous and made my wedding reception look so elegant and chic! I would recommend this company to anybody and plan on using her again for my 40th birthday bash next year as well as for my in laws 50th anniversary! Thank you so much Delonna for being a part of my special day!

    I used this company as my same day wedding planner and linen and charger plate rentals. I loved my wedding coordinator. She was very patient with me because I had so many questions and ideas. From the very beginning when I was looking for coordinators, Delonna was very prompt and the 1st coordinator with returning my call. With my first meeting, I was very impressed and happy that I found someone to help me who fit into my budget! Delonna's office was set up professionally, with displays of centerpieces, previous wedding work, and total understanding of what I was looking for, and THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND GOT! I always got a return call from her and she kept me informed of my timeline. From the very beginning to the end, all my questions were answered and my wedding was the BEST WEDDING EVER! with all of Glamorous Elegance assistance.

    Delonna was so nice and professional. I planned the wedding from San Diego and was slightly nervous about ordering linens and chair covers from the other side of the county. Delonna was perfectly sweet, answered all of my questions and concerns. She sent me photos of the linens and worked with our schedule. We even met in person to make the final payment for table overlays. The linens were beautiful, cleaned and pressed, and fit well. The value was amazing, almost unbelievable. For a bride on a budget, this was a perfect decision.

    I was lucky enough to be referred to Glamorous Elegance from by another very happy bride this was the best thing that she could have ever done for me.

    The Glamrous Elegance team decorated my entire reception hall and all of my guest were very impressed with the outcome. From the chair covers and sashes to the tables everything was absolutely beautiful.

    Delonna was very professional and while she offered some very good ideas her focus was truly about making you happy more than just as a client but as the bride (and groom). She was quick with responses and very flexible because she understand that as a bride you have so many things going on at once.

    I will always speak highly of Delonna, her team and the entire Glamourous Elegance company and just like one bride did for me I made sure to refer her to a friend that is planning a wedding as well.

    Glamorous Elegance was the best vendor that I worked with for my wedding! I was so impressed of the sense of urgency that the company had with all of my needs. Even though they deal with multiple brides, everytime I worked with them, I always felt that I was the only one and that all of my needs and demands were priority! I highly recommend Glamoros Elegance as a vendor, and I am almost sad that my wedding is over and that I dont get to speak with them anymore, but they really have a great staff and the owner, is not like your normal owner. Not only is she the best in the industry, but she is also very personable and I feel like I made a new friend at the end of all of it! So use Glamorous Elegance, they wont steer you wrong!

    My husband and I along with my guests were blown away on the great job Glamorous Elegance did with our venue, my mother in-law couldnt believe it was the same place. The owner is very professional and very respondent in making sure every detail of your wedding is perfect. Prices is very budget friendly and service is great. I will recommend them to everyone I know thanks again Glamorous Elegance:-) p.s her staff is awesome as well.

    Everything was about what the bride and groom wanted. She handled other comments/suggestions from others professionally. The linens were clean, pressed, and gorgeous. Our location vendor was impressed on how everything went so smoothly and how she was so calm, organized and collected. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

    Glamorous Elegance did a beautiful job providing quality chair covers and sashes for my wedding reception. Delona was always quick to return my calls and emails, and was even kind enough to mail me a sample to try out at my venue. They had the best price around and were overall a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

    Delonna was amazing. She responded to all my questions right away, gave me her honest opinion about colors, and her flexibility with arranging times for set up couldnt have been better. The actual chair covers were very inexpensive and looked amazing. It really made the whole room and I had tons of compliments.

    I used Glamorous elegance for my chair cover rentals at my wedding and they did an amazing job. They came that morning steamed and set up all the chair covers and came back that night and took all the chair covers down no extra cost! The chair covers were beautiful and made the room so much more elegant and their prices are unbeatable! I recommend anybody to use this company for any event!!

    Not only was this the most affordable chair cover place I found, but was always super flexible! Delonna always emailed me back that day, sometimes right away, and was very helpful with all the questions I had. The chairs looked perfect for our wedding reception. I was completely satisfied with the service, and will use this company again for any other events I may have in the future.

    Glamorous Elegance provided quality work for a very cheap price. The hard work and dedication that the wedding coordinator put in to make sure my wedding day turned out the way I wanted it was unremarkable. I was so happy with the results of my wedding day coordination and reception. I would refer Glammorous Elegance to anyone who wants their wedding day to go as they planned. My only regret is not booking Glamorous Elegance early in the wedding planning, it would have made many things easier for me.

    I just love the services that were provided to me for my special day! The colors matched everything at my wedding, the chair covers were the best of quality...my vendor was very nice and helpful open to all questions and concerns and right on time with delivery and responses. I couldn't have ask for better services.

    Glamorous Elegance did a wonderful job with the chair covers for our event. The linens looked fabulous and were a great value. Delonna and her staff responded quickly and were very helpful with all questions. They even let me take a chair cover the the hall before booking to make sure it fit!

    I used Delona for my table linens... I was very pleased with the look of the linens and the cost. But she was not very professional. I had to ask her on numerous occasion for a contract and reciept of payment.
    On the day of my wedding, I discovered that the chair covers wouldn't fit! I only used the sashes. And I had to ensure that all of the linen was delivered back to her or forefit my deposit of $100. She wasnt going to give me back the money for the chair covers until I called and demanded it.

    Glamorous Elegance's reply:

    This customer came in to view the chair covers months before her wedding and approved the chair covers. The chair covers she ordered were banquet chair covers but she had folding chairs at her venue. We understand it's frustrating not to have chair covers at your wedding, however, she was more than welcome to take the free sample to her venue. The customer never informed us that she was having folding chairs instead of banquet chairs.
    Also, I work in the field doing setups as well as the office. If I'm not able to get you a receipt the same day you make a payment, it does not mean that you will not get one.

    I ordered 150 spandex chair covers the day of my wedding I find out she doesn't have a 150 she only has 20! She claimed someone never returned them from a previous event she did. The day of the wedding she came in didn't speak she act as if she didn't want to be there she was so tired very unprofessional along with the help she had with her. On this day also some man I had never met before shows up says he there to take pictures because the initial gentleman I met was sick! She failed to tell me this! My head table where my husband and I was suppose to sit was supposed to be decorated when we came out to sit for the reception the table was bare!!! I was so disappointed I literally cried when I walked out and seen our area.. Camera man was not personable at all he didn't even tell me when he left ..Finally got the pictures back most are blurry wasn't edited professionally at all. After several emails and calls I got in touch with her she claimed she was out of town and she would contact me when she got back about my refund for the things she failed to provide. It's been four months still no refund or response.. She will see me in court. Her prices cheap! YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR!

    We gave Delona $100 deposit for chair covers and sashes. Asked her to send samples of the colors for chair sashes, took 3 months to send them out after several calls to her. Was very unprofessional and flaky. Was never able to get a hold of her and never could leave a voice mail because her inbox is always full. We decided to go through someone else and pay the extra money for the chair covers and sashes because I could not rely on her to actually show up for our wedding date. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this woman, she sounds very nice at first, but we still have not heard from her and we are out $100.
