We hired Generations Photography to capture our elopement ceremony at the beautiful Rock Quarry Garden in Greenville, SC, and we could not be more thrilled with the experience from start to finish. Lindsay and her husband, Jim, were everything we could have hoped for and more.
Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out — it honestly felt like they poured the same amount of care and heart into our special day as they would have for their own wedding. Lindsay made me feel confident and at ease, and together, she and Jim guided us through every step of the photo shoot with expert advice on poses, lighting, and angles.
One of the things that impressed us the most was how down-to-earth and easy to connect with they were. Their clear and respectful communication — both with us and each other — gave us so much confidence. We left the session knowing our photos and video would be nothing short of amazing.
We are so grateful for their work and the way they helped us preserve such a special memory. We absolutely recommend Generations Photography to anyone looking for a photographer who brings heart, talent, and total professionalism. We will definitely be using them again for all of our future professional photos! -

I met Jim and Lindsay at an Upstate Bridal Convention. I had only been engaged for just a few days, but I thought I would go look around anyway. After meeting both of them, I couldn't get them out of my head. I had to have them for my wedding!! They are the sweetest couple and sweetest people you will ever meet. Not only are they amazing photographers (the best!) they were my sounding board for a lot of things happening this year. They handled all my mind changes and mood changes with grace. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with these two! Hands down, book them! ❤ -

Jim and Lindsay were so incredible to work with! They made me feel so at ease, and they're literally the perfect pair. They each bring different styles together. I got the perfect blend of beautiful, classic, timeless photos with creative, dramatic shots that have such raw emotion. I felt like they captured our day perfectly. Now I have so many wonderful shots that I can't even narrow it down to which ones to frame! -

Jim and Lindsey do a fabulous job at taking beautiful pictures and making you feel so comfortable while getting your pictures taken! I am naturally very shy and even worse in front of the camera. But Jim and Lindsey made me and my now husband feel so comfortable we forgot we were even getting pictures taken. I also love the lighting effects they use in photos and the use of natural lighting. I couldn’t have chosen a better set of photographers for my big day! I 100% recommend them to ANYONE for ANY occasion! -

Generations photography is wonderful. We hired them for our wedding in February 2020. I chose a package that includes the wedding day but also an engagement session as well as a bridal session and it's not breaking our wedding budget! Their work is really good and they are so easy to get along with. Highly recommend! -
