I was more impressed with my cake than my Vera Wang dress. That's how awesome it was.

Beautiful cake and so delicious. The only thing that I wish is that they had a little more flexibility as far as flavors go, but I understand that it is a lot of work to work out a new recipe for a type of cake that you do not have on the menu. However, the flavors that they do have are exquisite and so is the work they do with the decoration of the cake.

Gateaux was one of the vendors I HAD to have so I called her right after getting engaged! Working with Robin was so much fun!! She is insanely creative it is just fun to watch her come up with designs on the spot while talking with you and your fiancee. Our dog is a huge part of our story so Robin made an EXACT sugar replica (she even had him go to her shop to sit for photos!) of him and had him strategically placed on the cake peeking out from behind an orchid! We LOVED it and so did our guests! Proceeds from the addition of having Mr. Baxter on the cake go to the ASPCA, just another reason to love Gateaux. We also had Gateaux do our full dessert buffet as well as the cake. We had cake pops (a MUST), petit fours, shorbread cookies, gummies, swedish fish, turtles, and oh so much more! It was beyond incredible. INCREDIBLE!! The cake was fantastic and a work of art. Plus, it tasted FABULOUS!

Upon first meeting with Robin I was amazed with how easy going she was about the whole process. She sketched out three different styles of cake for me to choose and I was able to mull if over for a while. After recieving the colored sketches I knew which one was my cake! The cake was amazing and tasted wonderful! She even did our dog Marley on the side of the cake.

When my stepfather kept poking the Grooms Cake to make sure it was real, I knew Robin at Gateaux was a cake genius! She went above and beyond anything that we could have expected. And more important than the look? Her cakes are incredibly delicious! I cannot wait to order an Anniversary cake. Gateaux is the not the least expensive cake place in town but every penny was MORE than worth it.

Gateaux made my wedding cake dreams possible! We had a gorgeous cake buffet, and it exceeded our expectations. Robin and her team created a beautiful, memorable and personal cake for our wedding. When she agreed to put the lace pattern from my gown on the cake, she had no idea what she was in for!
