I met Gary and Norma Mann when another jeweler was unable to help me and referred me to Norma. I needed help choosing jewelry for my friends and family as thank you's for helping me with my wedding. Norma was patient, listened to my needs, paid attention to my budget, and helped me find appropriate items for everybody. My husband and I came back to purchase our wedding bands and chose antique rings that we were very happy with. Gary and Norma were kind enough to give me advice on care and cleaning of my engagement ring that I hadn't purchased there and Gary cleaned it for free for me before the wedding. We were so pleased by their service that I purchased a beautiful pair of pearl earrings to go with my wedding dress. I had so many compliments on them, and it was sweet to be reminded of how we were treated so well because wedding planning can be stressful. If we ever need anything else, I am happy now to have the Mann's as my jewelers. They have a great selection and they creatively work with your budget. Clearly, they love what they do.
