I had a bad experience and feel that this was some of the worse money I spent on our wedding.
We initially were working with an assistant who did not attend a vendor appointment with us, would not help with color decisions or themes, and would not return messages. Eventually, we contacted her boss and told her our troubles. The boss offered to take over planning.
By this point, most of the wedding was planned. Kim failed to show up to the church (she said she would), failed to contact some of our vendors about timelines, and failed to set up signs like she said she would at our reception. When our music stopped mid reception, I found her smoking outside with her "assistants" and she did not help me with the problem. Guests arrived at the reception and the tables were not completely set up and the favors were not out. No one directed people on where to go in the reception hall.
I also never got an updated budget as we were planning the wedding.
The only thing I regret from the wedding was hiring Gala Productions.
