DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS TO BE CLEANED HERE! I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. Where should I start? I dropped my dress off right after I got married in June 2010. They said my dress would be ready in 2 months. 2,3,4 months went by and I never heard back so I had to call. I kept being put off by every person who answered the phone. FINALLY, several phone calls later and they said I could come in to see my dress before they preserved it (this was in December 2010 after pretty much begging to see it). When I went in to see my dress, there were stains all over my dress bag and dress! I was soo upset and told the lady who worked there that I wanted the owner to call me before anything else was done to my dress. The owner never called me, even after I called the store back several times to ask for him to call me back. So, finally I gave up and told the store to just go ahead and get the stains out. So, once again I never heard back and called 2 months later. They said I could come in and look at the dress, so I made an appointment to come in on my lunch break. (because neither the owner nor the manager were there when I wanted to come in after work or on the weekend). I went into the store and the stains were still there-I could not believe it!!!! Then, they were actually going to charge me for all of this trouble and not once did they have an explanation or apology. When I started to complain about this (mind you I had been patient for 9 months), the manager told me to "get off the premises." Worst experience ever-I don't know how this place in still in business. No bride should ever have to go through this. By the way, the manager told me no one ever told him about the stains-they seem to have a lack of communication there-not a good thing when you are dealing with very expensive wedding dresses.
