Maria was awesome to work with. She really cared about our vision and though I had a tiny wedding, I did not at all feel as though I was not a priority. She worked within my budget and came up with ways to make sure I still had beautiful flowers, but still was within my limited budget. She was a real pleasure to work with and the arrangements she created for my wedding were beautiful! Would recommend her with no hesitation!Maria was awesome to work with. Maria was so wonderful to work with and really had my back! She was able to capture my vision of what I was looking for and was so flexible with my needs, which I really appreciated. We had the most amazing experience working with Maria Somweber, From Maria's Garden in Stowe, VT! Our picturesque Fall wedding was complimented by the woodland themed flowers and greenery, masterfully created by Maria and her team! From Maria's Garden took all our ideas and helped us determine the best look for our budget. Maria was very attentive and accommodating to all the last minute requests and changes. It was a wonderful experience and the flowers were stunning!We had the most amazing experience working with Maria Somweber, From Maria's Garden in Stowe, VT! My wedding was September 2015 at the Three Stallion Inn, Randolph, VT. I had the pleasure of working with Maria Somweber(From, Maria's Garden, Stowe, VT) as my florist. I can honestly say that Maria made deciding on flowers for my bouquets and decorations a breeze. And she went above and beyond to take into consideration other decorations within the venue and the cake to make sure everything would tie together nicely, and travelled a considerable distance to the venue. Maria tried her best to provide the flowers I wanted (looking at my Pinterest page and from our one-on-one meetings). Maria tried to supply the flowers I wanted and would come up with suggestions if she knew any out-of-season flowers I had chosen would be wilting and fall apart as I walked down the aisle. I truly appreciated the honesty and knowledge that Maria provided when discussing in-season versus out-of-season flowers (nobody wants a wilting bouquet!) and the effort she went through to provide beautiful replacements. On top of everything else, Maria truly cared about me and my day. She got to know everybody from my bridal party she could, added special and personal touches to every bouquet, gave me a pep talk before my entrance, and even stayed to watch my ceremony! Maria and her masterpieces were absolutely perfect! Her ability to understand and help create my vision and execut it flawlessly was so appreciated! Her insight, attention to detail and prestine flowers helped make our day that much more memorable. Although we only met once, only had three months to plan and were coordinating from four states away, she was so dedicated and committed to our wedding it seemed like she became family.
You will not be disappointed with Maria nor her garden.Maria and her masterpieces were absolutely perfect! We had a hard time finding a florist we felt comfortable with in Stowe, until our wedding coordinator recommended Maria to us. And we are so glad she did! We had a modest budget and a very distinct “vision” for the floral for our winter wedding, but had a hard time describing it (other than “not feminine and not Christmas”). Maria was a great listener and flawlessly brought our vision to life. Her attention to detail is supreme. We were so thrilled when we walked into our wedding and saw everything looking absolutely perfect and heard all of our guests saying how stunning everything looked. Mission accomplished! Maria was also an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly nice and very calm under pressure. I have so many wonderful things to say about Maris that I'm not even sure where to start. From our first phone call with her, we knew we were in good hands. It was clear that after that call and exchanging a few photos of flowers and decor that we liked, she understood our vision for the wedding. But Maria also took the time to drive to our venue in Chittenden to meet with us and get a feel for the setting and our tastes.
My bouquet was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and I love how she coordinated the bridesmaids' bouquets. And my husband commented several times on how much he liked the bouts that she made for the guys.
The arrangements that she made for the ceremony were breathtaking. And the centerpieces (which she'd placed in galvi buckets she'd found online for us) were adorable - I had so many guests come up and ask if they could take one home. Every single arrangement was absolutely stunning - my husband and I were in awe.
Beyond the flowers, Maria was integral in helping us design every element of the wedding from the invitations to the menus and guest book. I reached out to Maria regularly to ask for guidance on what would best fit with the overall theme we were going for (and what she was planning for flowers), and she always responded promptly and provided wonderful advice.
Maria is incredibly gifted and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her. Her vision and talent were essential in making our wedding the best day of our lives. I couldn't have asked for more when it came to my flowers, they were perfect. Maria was very helpful from the get go as I am not that knowledgeable regarding flowers and she never steered me wrong.
